I came into this store this morning with a plethora of issues, and let me tell you every single one was handled with the utmost profession and precision I have ever seen in my entire life. The gentleman in specific is named Cardarow. You pray if you ever walk into this store either he or someone like him services you because I can assure you, you will be leaving happier than when you came in regardless of how good or bad your day has been thus far. I cannot recommend this store enough! I hope the big wigs see this because he should be training everyone. Give that man a raise and a vacation!
Service was fast for the amount of people needing help. Younger gentleman helped me out quickly and was extremely respectful.Another customer walked in during my service and was extremely rude - the people working here handled it completely respectfully and didnt even badmouth the customer after they left (which in my opinion, the customer kind of deserved)
Only 2 workers working. Spent over an hour just to exchange my equipment that stopped working for a new one that worked. Older man was in there to only pay a bill. One of the workers offered to help the older man then the other worker said he was not next to not help him yet. The older man was walking with a cane and had been standing here for a long time. Very unhappy with how spectrum stores are operating today. If you have 6 people waiting for help there should be more than 2 workers. One worker spent the whole time with one customer the whole time I was there. Very time consuming for something so small and simple.
One of the worst store I have visited. I have reservations at 1.40pm but stupid lady who are working asked me to wait extra one hour since I came to pick up router. Horrible customer service and dumb and lazy workers. Don’t ever go to this store since they don’t care about customer at all.

2022-03-29I brought my elderly mother here to upgrade her phone last week. Jennifer was kind, patient, and thorough with her. As with most elderly parents, my mother tries to avoid this kind of situation and doesn’t feel comfortable talking about tech purchases. Jennifer took the time to understand her needs and explained her options in a detailed and easy to understand manner. Jennifer’s professionalism and sincerity stood out to my mother and to me. She left an incredible impression on both of us and I can’t speak highly enough of our experience with her. Thank you Jennifer. You were incredible.

2022-07-27If I could give zero stars I would. I went to three stores and each of them had no phones for one. This just so happened to be the first store I walked into. Each of them told me I had to do it online and I could no longer get a new phone in store. That’s dumb. Customer service was absolutely horrible. I’ve been with them for years and I’ve never been treated worse. I kept getting lied to, saying another location had phones so I would drive there and nothing. In a nicer way, each one pretty much told me to get out of their store so they could go back to sitting on their phones and get paid. I ended up going to Verizon, who got me switched TODAY… had every color apple phone in stock to choose from. I got so many ads ones for free like Disney plus and so much more. No money down today, and I’m paying exactly the same for a brand new upgraded phone with add ons and a case, screen protector, and phone chargers. Do your research before you give this company any of your money or time bc they don’t want to give you there’s.

2022-06-25I’m really sick of spectrum’s customer service. When I first ordered internet service they added on tv in a very sneaky way. They said you have a free trial of tv, but never said it had to be cancelled or anything. Then I moved to a new address, and they added on tv again, and it took an hour long call to get it removed, but they still charged me for it the first month.When we moved addresses, I called a week ahead of time. They mailed the equipment and then once we got it, we had to call them to find out they needed to schedule a technician to come out and hook up the house. It was almost a week wait for the technician to come out. Why couldn’t they have determined that when I asked to move the service? I asked them to turn service back on at the old address and after three transfers and two hours of waiting, they said they couldn’t do it.Finally, they tell you to go to a store to drop off the old equipment. You can’t just drop off the equipment. You have to sign in and wait in line for an hour. Would be better to mail it if you can.Every step of the spectrums customer service requires waiting for stupid long amounts of time to do the most basic tasks. The only time they don’t make you wait is when you first order.I’m highly considering switching to something else.

2021-06-24This store is amazing. The employees here are extremely professional and kind. My grandmother went in to get assistance w her phone and spoke to Jennifer. She is wonderful. Idk who hired this one but they should be commended. My grandmother said, She has never been treated so kindly by a stranger before. She treated her as if she were her own grandparent or mother. I can not say enough kind words. I will absolutely be sending my friends and relatives to this store for future business. Make sure you ask for Jennifer! Spectrum, you have a diamond. Thank you for your patience, kindness, and knowledge

2021-08-30Though there was a bit of a wait as there was only 1 person working and a store full of people I was very pleased with the agent. She was helpful and you could tell she enjoyed doing her job. She was able to assist customers in a timely manner, she was polite, and knowledgeable.

2021-12-14Called customer service to pay off the remanding balance of what was owned on one of our phones and have that phone shut off since my husband uses his work phone more. Customer service told us that we would have to go into the store to do everything. No big deal so we went to this location. The woman looked like she was offended when we had told her what we wanted to do and said “I can’t do that here, call customer service” my husband said we did they sent us here. So she said well idk why, because I can’t pay off a phone nor shut a service off….. okay… well I guess we will call again… so my husband asked if he could buy a iPad and have the number transferred from the phone we were paying off to the iPad. The employee said she had no clue. Do they just stand there as bodies in the store with no clue what to do, or was she just not wanting to help us? Are they not properly trained? Either way we will be going to Heath from now on, they actually treat us with respect in there.

2021-09-09It is a great relief to have a physical spectrum location close to home. Prior to this location opening, if I ever needed to get new equipment or wanted to do anything with my mobile devices, I had to either go to the Easton location or Polaris location so having one literally right around the corner is great!I worked with Jennifer at this location and she was extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with. She is extremely courteous, professional and a pleasure to speak to. She made adding an additional line to my plan very simple. She helped with making sure the new line was activated and helped with getting the sim cards switched to the correct phones. Highly recommend to stop into this location if you have any needs or questions and ask to speak with Jennifer. She will definitely take care of you!

2021-07-23Left so upset with the lady working there. We got there a few minutes after 7pm checked in and there was only 2 other people ahead of us. The lady working the front was helping another couple. So 8:07 pm . 1 lady in front of us left after she was only trying to drop off her box. We asked the lady about how much longer as she focused a whole hour already on 1 other customer . She got so rude with me for asking and says Im obviously the only person working right now. I said I understand but you can take 3 minutes to help the lady who was only dropping off her box instead of taking the whole hour to help someone set up their phones. I told my boyfriend nevermind lets go and she says good I do not want to help someone so hateful anyways....hateful really? That is how you speak to customers?? She couldve at least been more apologetic after ignoring everyone else for over an hour. Completely shocked at her customer service and how we was treated. I went in excited to go in to get a new phone and left so upset
