Two weeks of service issues due too what I was told was my router and modem fast forward to another week of having an issue with a new router-modem combo. I had to go in the store to get another router-modem combo. I go to the store and they only had one part this one part doesnt fix the issue. So they schedule me a technician. This takes a week and I had to request off of work to be there for them. They get here big shock the only thing they do is replace the router and even after asking if they were sure that would fix the issue after telling them that the issue was happening before any replacement. They said we were good to go and left. not even ten minutes after it goes down again as it has been. I call in again and ask why I am having these issues I get a knowledgeable tech on the line. He tells me there is a conflicting issue with the frequency and times outs that needs to be fixed by a technician. I am then told thatI have to wait for another day for them to come out. I call in to try and get a credit for this months bill seems how its costing me money to pay for the fastest internet and getting none. I am told that my issue has to be resolved before they can credit me and that policy. I ask to speak to a supervisor she says there is none and then puts me on hold for 30 min saying she is asking for one. I then get transferred to the same tech support where I have to explain my issue for the thousandth time. I am writing this review after a total of 12 hours calling in for support and only getting a 40 dollar credit cause I guess that the best they can do. Long story short if you have a cable provider that isnt spectrum get that because they dont care if you get service or not. I am also am still without internet writing this review.
Went in to purchase new iphone, was told I had to bring my bill to current so I did. Was told I had to wait 24 hours for payment to post so I returned next day and was told I had to pay $600 up from $174 and wait for it to ship to my apartment even though they had one on hold for me from the day before. Just called to see if I could order it over the phone through customer service and was told in store location had made a mistake and all I owe is $174. They wasted my time and caused me stress.
Not too bad. Not much to check out. Some of the main phones, Google, Samsung, iPhone. They have a modem, Apple TV, wave 2 router, cable box and home phone setup to mess with. Service was slow during the lunch hour, but they only had 2 people working that I saw. Need more people working for the lunch crowd. Nice folk though. Plenty of parking.
Waited so long for service. They helped multiple people who came in after me first. At least the seat was comfortable and the tv was on because I was there for a while. I waited all this time only to be told they could not help me and I needed to come back or call, like I really want to wait for customer service on the phone for an hour. The customer service is awful here just call in and save your time.

2022-06-11Spectrums website says to take your equipment to a local store when canceling service. Went to this store on a Thursday afternoon and they were closed even though the website says they were open normal hours on Thursdays. Multi-billion dollar tech companies have the resources to update store hours on their website! I head back up there on a Saturday and the woman refuses to accept my equipment (cable modem, cable box, and remote). She says they dont take returns. I call Spectrum back later that evening and the guy confirms that the store should have taken the equipment. My guess is the woman was more interested in making commission on lousy cell phone plans than performing customer service.

2022-05-01This store is just ok customer service wise. Spectrum corporate has posted up 3rd party sales contractors at Walmart selling. They have the postal service pushing cards and mail too. These kids in the Spectrum store have never seen the mail, they are trying to understand all of these people coming in tonpick up equipment after signing up at Walmart. Ultimately, all that the Spectrum kids can do is tell you, John Q Customer is to call this 800 number and maybe they can help you. Honestly, I think Spectrum Corporate should pull the plug on this large store, since they cannot help you and frankly, you dont need them. If you are dropping off equipment, you could drop that in the same Commons at PostNet and make sure to get a receipt. Then call the 800 #.

2022-02-26If I could give less than a one star I would!!!!!! My wife and I went into the store to switch over our phones with the online appointment that we made earlier in the week. The young lady that was in the store was not helpful at all, she just directed us to the 1800 number WHILE IN THE STORE and said she wasnt familiar with the process. She had no clue what she was doing to help us and wasnt thrilled to even try to help us. Not a good way to earn someones business.

2022-01-14This store is the worst. Everytime I go there they are unable to solve my issue and I am driving in from 25 minutes away. The first experience here was to talk about a promotion they had told me about the previous year. The person behind the counter said I would have to call because they cant help me with that. My second experience was picking up a new DVR box. I drove all the way home and the power adapter wouldnt fit in the hole, had to drive back to get a replacement. My 3rd experience just now I am trying to return another DVR, yesterday on a Thursday they were closed. I came back on Friday and she said our return system is down, but weve partnered with UPS to return equipment, just take it to a UPS Store. Why even have a storefront if you cant do basic things like exchange equipment. I had their internet service for 10 years and it had gotten up to $70/month as part of a package deal with Gold TV package. The speed was 220/12. I was able to get DSL from another company at 240/65 speeds for $35/month and after the promo period ends its $55. Immediately after I called Spectrum to cancel my internet portion they start sending me offers for $45/month for a year.

2022-04-21Twice went there on Thursday within a year and they were closed.Horrible. Thursday is a weekday, a workday. It is not Sunday!! Nice store, horrible they stay closed on Thursdays when they should be open!

2021-10-29Terrible customer service rep. Prejudice reps. Twice I experienced prejudice service. White rep didnt greet me. Just stood there looking at me after an awkward stare down finally said what do you want. I said wow how rude. Another awkward stare then finally can I help you. Second time, manager wont help empty the room unless your a white male waiting. (Selective service) Last but not least one rep waited on nine customers while the other rep waited on one. Reps are poorly trained angry and rude. Another rep who was older didnt even know how to help me turn on my phone (my new phone malfunctions all the time, she told me to go home and call customer service and told me to move aside. She waited on 4 people while the manager waited on one white male and never acknowledged me until finally I raised my voice. She was rude and he was rude and my service question took 5 minutes, but I waited 1/2 he. Even though I was second in line when the store opened. Terrible serviceNot to mention I waited two days to port my old no on my new phone and they gave me a new no. After that and never told me until the end. This store rates 0.

2021-09-25If I could give them 0 stars I would. I went to this location a few weeks ago and was told I can turn in my equipment and was also told by 3 customer service reps and its also stated on there website. When I arrive at the store she said I can turn into ups to me that makes no sense when your already in the store with your equipment. The lady that waited on me had an attitude.

2021-09-20The young girl added a spectrum voice to my bill without telling me and I told her I only wanted internet n tv. After calling to get this removed, being put on hold several times changing my service day the day of my appointment (3-4 hours) before th we they scheduled to come.

2021-09-08Store is really nice. I just went into pay my bill at the kiosk, which is very convenient. They also have a lot of cell phones to choose from.
