My first time needing orthopedic services and I could not be happier, from getting appointment scheduled to checking in was very smooth. I was anxious about my knee problem but the staff was outstanding! Dr Stender checked out everything and made me feel very comfortable! Highly recommend!
I have been cared for by three different doctors from Spectrum in three different specialties (kind of sounds like Im falling apart) I have been very happy with the job done by each of them. Thanks for great care. P.S. They get me in quick and work well with my less flexible schedule.
The first experience I had with Dr. Shepherd was exceptional BeforeAnd after surgery. Unfortunately The way I was treated during scheduling To have my right shoulder examined left me searching for a new orthopedic provider. Not what I expected. Not what I deserved. Because I wasnt feeling well.I was told that I had to reschedule when I was feeling better. I was shut down trying to explain my condition. Then when Connie called to reschedule she was informed I hung up on her. We were unable to reschedule. My call ended with OK thank you. Thats far from hanging up on someone. With out being able to even explain the nature of my original rescheduling needs.
When I pulled in, the parking lot was full, so I was fully expecting having to wait a while. Not so, I was promptly checked in and given a clipboard with some paperwork. I was x-rayed, seen by a nurse, examined by Dr. Lykins, and treated by him before I could even finish the paperwork. Every one friendly and concerned with helping me. For such a busy medical practice, I was amazed how personable and efficient my treatment was.
AMAZING!!! Dr. Esbaugh replaced my right shoulder and there have been no issues. I cant say enough about the staff, especially Carrie and Hannah. They were patient with me when I called scared and not knowing what to expect. I couldnt have made it through this without them. All the staff were professional and kind. If the time comes for the left shoulder to be replaced there are no doubts on who I will call.
I haven’t been here yet but plan on it after my 90 global period is up from the surgery Cleveland clinic did! Cleveland Clinic is awful! They was trying to rush me out the door after surgery while I was still coming out of anesthesia, I have more problems now than before the surgery they did here to find out they only did a portion of my surgery because the doctor wants to do ulnar shortening osteotomy instead of finishing the open wafer procedure and I told him you said I wasn’t a good candidate that’s why I picked the open wafer procedure so now the very thing that’s harmful to me is the very thing you want for me? He said yes and I said boy bye! Anyways I spoke with a lady here and she sounded really nice to meet me but disappointed I have to wait 45 more days for my 90 day global period to end! I will definitely be going here because everything I read sounds so loving and full of compassion!
I was a walk-in, not realizing that the walk-in clinic was only after hours. I explained to the receptionist that I was told to have my foot checked by a different Dr. The day before. She found me a Dr that was willing to see me. Sure enough my foot was broken. I got 1st class treatment by everyone. I very much recommend everything they do!
Disappointed with the therapy I received on a broken wrist. I now have an adhesion because therapist did not work hard enough on incision nor did they tell me how to loosen it up. When I saw the doctor for my follow up appointment I asked how vigorously the incision should be worked on to loosen up the adhesion and he said very vigorously. Well the therapist had been just gently massaging the incision and then it was too late. I couldnt get the adhesion to loosen up so now Im stuck feeling it everyday.
Spectrum has been my go to orthopedic practice, but I had nothing but problems. Not with my Dr.,but the staff. From scheduling to the PA including the girl that roomed me on my visit with my Dr. (She entered a lot of incorrect information on my history that I did not say). My follow up visits have gone smoothly, but the frustration i experienced for 2 months was ridiculous!
Dr. Lykins and his staff were more than we could have asked for! We knew our daughter was in great hands from our very first visit. On top of receiving excellent medical care, Dr. Lykins’ bedside manner is the best we have ever encountered. Thank you so much for treating Maici as a person and not just an injury.
I was in a car accident and was experiencing lower back pain and my legs would randomly go numb. I had never experienced this prior to this accident. I went to Spectrum because of their reviews and convenient hours, I was seen by Dr. Candage. He was very nice but I will say he was dismissive. We did an MRI and X-rays to make sure everything was good and it was. He told me all he could do was give me the shots in my back but that there was nothing more after that. I asked about PT or Chiropractic care, his response was that “the return on investment was not there, and that a chiropractor we could but it would still be expensive”. Long story short, had I stuck with that answer I’d still be in pain, laying in bed after work everyday. I went to Omni for a second opinion and got the care I needed (shots and PT) and I’m back to normal!
2 carpal tunnel surgeries. First one was the first surgery of the day. Went well. Limited pain. Second surgery was last surgery of the day. That one did not go as well. It was VERY painful. Wrapped differently. I question if I got pain medicine I should have gotten before leaving surgery center. I also didn’t receive the brace the staff was told to give me. I had to go get one at drug store. The staff is friendly enough but was definitely distracted when I had the second surgery.
The staff was friendly and efficient and Dr.Marshall was honest and direct. I went to him to get a second opinion. He doesn’t perform the procedure I need so he recommended the dr at a different practice that I had originally seen. I would definitely recommend Dr Marshall and Spectrum Ortho!
I could not be more pleased with the care I have been receiving beginning with Dr. Stefanko and continuing with Dr. Chauhan both of whom have so much compassion for their patient. And the staff is welcoming, warm and also compassionate.I also saw Dr. Eschbaugh for a small problem. He was also totally compassionate and caring.A great place to seek orthopedic care.
Dr Marshall was awesome. I went in for a second opinion on my hip. I was so confused about this ordeal from being tossed around elsewhere and he took the time to explain everything and answered all of my questions. Put me so at peace that he will definitely be my choice of surgeons.
Dr Eschbaugh is the best. My rotator cuff surgery was handled very efficiently from the get go. I was terrified to have surgery. The doctor explained everything in detail. I am very pleased with the outcome....now onto the physical therapy phase I go....thank you Dr Eschbaugh and staff!!!!
Dr. Dulik has done two hip replacements on me in the last 8 months. My experience was wonderful. I had no complications and was blessed with a quick recovery. I credit God Dr. Dulik Patrick and the wonderful staff at Altman hospital and the wonderful staff at Dr. Duliks office
Our visits have been fairly quick and efficient. My son needed a cast. We got the water proof one. First cast- great! One month later for recheck— Cast comes off for X-ray, still broken needs recasted. Ok. This cast was not done well. Went back up the next day bc it bothered my son so much. (I have 4 sons, this one doesn’t typically complain.) The lady casting this new one agreed…yesterday’s not done right. His thumb wasn’t in the proper position, not wrapped well with enough inner material and the outer layer already unraveling- not even 24 hours later. We still had to pay for the water proof cast for the 3rd time. I don’t think that was right- it wasn’t our fault it wasn’t done right the first time. Thank goodness for those who can do their job right. I understand people have to learn how to do their job, sometimes “on the job”- but that shouldn’t be at the price of the patient.
I’m extremely pleased with the professional services I have received over the last few years. Dr. Korpi and Dr. Stender did surgery on my wrist. The surgery was very successful and I have had no further problems or pain. My recent foot fracture continues to heal, again, under Dr. Korpi’s guidance and care. The office staff is excellent, too. Hopefully I won’t need any further treatments for other injuries; however, should the need arise, I know where I will seek orthopedic care—Spectrum!
I’m a therapist and had an injury. Spectrum respected me as an professional and listened to all my concerns . I trust my dr to make the right choices for me . They are organized and professional and involved me in my treatment .I love what I do and I can tell they have the same passion.
Dr. Lykins was great as he always is. Only thing I got to criticize is I still havent got an appointment for my MRI and my appointment was May 16th I realize I have to go to the hospital to get it because of my pacemaker and my cardiologist cleared me 4 days ago and I still havent heard when my MRI is scheduled
I was taken at the front desk promptly, the employee was kind, and very professional. After xrays were taken I saw Dr. Stekanko. Everyone including the xray techs were wonderful. They answered any questions I had, and explained things to me.Dr. Stefanko was very thorough in explaining the options I had for spinal stenosis. He has a professional yet kind personality.
Probably one of the worst experiences I have had with an Orthopedic Surgeon. I had surgery for subcutaneous nodules and the surgeon removed ONLY the nodules reviewed despite the fact that there were two other nodules in the same area as the surgery location.Additionally, nursing staff removed stiches far too early despite my concerns of wound leakage. This resulted in a very thick and nasty scar.Would not recommend if you are looking to be treated as a person rather than a number.
Dr Lykins is a professional who knows his business! And Spectrum Orthopeadics is a one stop shop. Everything is inclusive. From getting an MRI. Getting a plan for my knee surgery and recovery and having the procedure preformed at a top notched facilityI would highly recommend Spectrum Orthopeadics to anyone with a bone or tendon injuryThank you Dr Lykins for taking care of my moms needs
Dr. Korpi performed an SI joint fusion and it is the first time in 8 years of trying many, many things, that haven’t worked, my chronic pain level is greatly reduced. I’m looking forward to the next surgery on the left side and hopefully a much better quality of life. Dr. Korpi is approachable, listens to concerns, talented surgeon and kind. Thank-you also to Dr. Chohan for re-evaluating the results of my steroid injections and getting me on the right path to Dr. Korpi.
Had broken my wrist and went online looking for a doctor and came across Spectrum. The Spectrum website and doctors is what caught my eye to contact them. Was very glad I chose Spectrum. From the doctors, mine being Dr. Glass, to the physical therapists and staff, it is a very friendly, clean, informative environment. Would highly recommend anyone who needs orthopedic specialists, go to Spectrum.
I have been seen several times at Spectrum Orthopedic for various issues. I have found that everyone I have encountered are thorough, knowledgeable and develop plans of treatment with patient input. Spectrum gives a team approach to each Individual. I highly recommend Spectrum Orthopedic.
The doctors and support staff at Spectrum Orthopaedics have alway met my needs. They are thorough on evaluations, explaining test results whether it be X-Rays or MRIs. They take their time and and listen to my as I explain what Im feeling. They take the time to explain what they found and what the course of treatment should be. If I have questions, they are willing to listen and explain everything so I have a complete understanding of what is going on.Ive seen several different doctors at Spectrum and would recommend any of them.Im very satisified with this facility and staff.
My experience with Spectrum Orthopaedics has been a positive one. Everyone is friendly and treats me with respect. They take my problem seriously. Both Dr Stefanko & Dr Chauhan are doing their best to get to the bottom of my pain issue and find relief for me. Being a nurse myself, I love how organized and efficiently the entire facility is run!
Dr. Korpi and staff have been great. They have explained what Would take place before surgery, what will happen during surgery, and after. Dr. Korpi takes the time to make sure all questions and concerns are addressed and does not rush through the appointment. Thanks to the whole team for fixing my Achilles.
I have seen Dr. Seth, Dr. Lykins, and Dr. Eschbaugh in the last year and all of them are really great! They all listen and work with me on the best way to tackle my arthritic problems. I have had numerous surgeries with Dr. Seth and theres no other I would trust my hands with! Dr. Lykins fixed a torn meniscus and has been working with me on how to tackle a knee replacement. Dr. Eschbaugh has fixed one of my shoulders and has wonderful beside manners and did a great job! I would recommend Spectrum Orthopedics to anyone in need of an orthopedic surgeon in the Canton/Massillon area! Surgical Suites upstairs from the doctors office is an added bonus!! Better than the hospital--- quick in and out and excellent care!
Spectrum OthopsedicIs the place be for shattered bones, broken bones etc.The doctor I have I think he is Great.(Korpi) The therapist I hVe sne is owesomeo (Noopur) and the other therapist I have also awesome(Adriel) I would not trade neither one they know what they are really.I dont k ow any other doctor or Therapist, but Love who I have.Never o e else their are great also.I would recommend Spectrum Othopsedic to anyone .
Sometimes the bedside manner of a doctor may not be the best, but as a retired RN I know that everyone has bad days. After seeing my first doctor there 6 years ago I thought my doctor really had a lousy bedside manner the first time we met but after that he loosened up a little and besides, I quickly learned that he was such a great doctor that I’d rather have that any day. After my knee replacement surgery I had no pain and a great recovery. I am now seeing another doctor there for my upcoming shoulder replacement. I truly believe that all of the doctors there are absolutely the best! Since my review 2 years ago, my doctors remain super as far as I’m concerned but the receptionists at the desk have continually treated me very disrespectfully and I guess as I am several years older now I am forced to consider getting care elsewhere. I love my doctors but the arrogance of the staff is unbelievable!
From start to finish everything went smoothly. My surgery was moved up 6 days and all that was needed was taken care of without a hitch. Everyone from check-in, scheduling, pre-op, surgery, post-op, physical therapy were so efficient and kind. Was a great experience from pain to no pain. Thank you all!
I have had several surgeries performed at spectrum orthopedics and I must say doctor Shepherd and doctor Eshbaugh are just absolutely amazing they are very straightforward and they cater to your needs and listen to what you have going on. I highly recommend using spectrum for any orthopedic needs.
Ive been treated for shoulder rotator with Dr Coss and lumbar fusion with Dr Stefanko over the past 12 years. Both have restored my mobility and eliminated most of my pain. The physical therapy crew has done wonders for me in avoiding and delaying surgeries. All of the people that I have dealt with there are top notch. I would recommend Spectrum to anyone needing relief from pain and trusting diagnosis.
Spectrum Orthopaedics is an exceptional facility. Every member of the healthcare team, from the front desk staff to the physicians, are superb. We were impressed with how short our wait was when my son broke his finger. Corrective surgery was scheduled for the following day and our experience was seamless and wonderful. As a nurse myself, I was very impressed with Spectrum. Highly recommend!
Make sure to discuss all options with your doctor before sugery. For instance if they operate to clean up a torn maniscus, but discover they must remove it, can they go ahead and add the titanium to one bone and the UHMW plastic to the othe bone, extending the operation time and greatly improving your life. For whatever procedure, ask about possiblities. For instance, if the doctor is going to inject into your knee joint, ask if they can give you two kinds of injection at the same time. This make bone to bone contect bearable.
I have been a patient of Spectrum Orthopaedics for several years and have used a variety of different services within a number of specialties at their clinic: X-rays, CT, MRI scans and other diagnostic testing, physical therapy, and surgery. I have been well served by the Doctors and staff. The techniques used are state of the art and their facilities are excellent. It’s very convenient that everything is available at one location. Communication between the different specialists and services is seamless, always up to date and accurate. I never feel that my care is not a priority or that I don’t have adequate input in my treatment. Appointments are easy to schedule. I highly recommend Spectrum.
Everyone is very professional but also friendly. They have made me very happy that I switched to this facility. Dr. Glass is a gem. She is so down to earth and very understanding. She makes you feel so relaxed and listens to what you are telling her and addresses your concerns with compassion. Thank all for being so kind !!!
I wasnt aware Spectrum Orthopedics even had an ER, but I was glad they were able to see me immediately! They have everything you might need after a sports or joint-related injury, so I didnt have to schedule anything or go anywhere else. I was in & out in about an hour, which included an examination & X-Rays. Theyre only open from 5pm-9pm M-F (different hours on Sat), which worked out great for me. So far Ive been back once for a follow up & will be happy to go back! The doctors know what theyre doing. For a place specializing in surgery, they did whats right for me, which is recommend an air cast and physical therapy. I dont ever want to go back (because that means Ill have injured myself again) but will happily complete my scheduled visits. This place is top notch and I recommend to anyone unfortunate enough to get injured :)
Everyone in the various departments is friendly and efficient. They quickly get to the cause of your problem and recommend a treatment plan. Dr Marshall in particular, and Tyler, his assistant, have been a great blessing to me in my battle with hips and knee issues. I highly recommend them and Spectrum.
When I broke both bones in my arm right at the wrist I was referred to Spectrum Orthopaedics. They were wonderful at getting me in the same day I called and got it set and casted that same day. I was borderline for needing surgery but the doctor did everything possible to avoid the surgery at my age of 79. They had me come back every week for a month for X-rays to make sure it was healing well and had not moved. I have nothing but good to say about them. The whole staff were very friendly, answered any and all questions I had, and were very prompt with X-rays and getting me to see the doctor in the least amount of time. I would go there for any Orthopaedic problem I would have.
Dr Eschbaugh is proving to me that he a very committed Dr. At one point I believed that he wanted me to accept my level of recovery from my first shoulder replacement. Thank you sir for your perseverance. Everyone at Spectrum has been very professional and caring. I have had my reverse shoulder replacement and I am very satisfied with my every day seemingly improved decrease of pain in the immediate area. I am still in a sling for at least a couple of weeks I look forward to every day possibilities. Thanks again, team.
Ive had really good treatment at Spectrum. Through the last 7 years or so, Ive seen 4 different specialists for different reasons and the experience has been great. From a the receptionist to the nursing staff, the MRI techs, physical therapists to the Drs the level of care and professionalism is wonderful.
I sort of fell into my first meeting with Dr Korpi. I lost my balance backwards into my computer desk. I watched as my right leg and foot dislocated. Since I wasnt a major ball player, I could still seemy fractures and dislocation were treated with same attention.Gotta add another comment. As I left my last appointment the scheduler told me my injury was over 90 days so I could NOT make an appointment, even with probable some hardware in my ankle might need surgery to remove it. They werent nice about my situation. So, I may have to find another Ortho doctor to evaluate the need.
I really had a very pleasant experience at Spectrum Orthopaedics. The facility was clean, with easy access, the staff was very polite and helpful. My doctor there is Dr. Amardeep Chauhan very attentive with excellent bedside manner. Although it is very far from my home it is definitely worth the trip. I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services!
Once you get past the front desk the staff is always upbeat, friendly and professional. I love working with the orthopedic doctors, especially Mark Shepard, at spectrum as well as their in-house therapy team. Mark is very personable, friendly and very attentive to my needs. He takes his time with me and listens thoroughly. The location in Canton, Ohio is easy to get to and there is always ample parking. It’s close to the Interstate, shopping and food.
Wonderful and caring staff. Not a long wait, but didnt feel like I was shuffled around from room to room like cattle. Sometimes I feel like Im rushed out of a doctors office as soon as I get there, like I have to talk fast to make my appointment as short as possible, but I didnt feel that in this place. I was there for a particular injury, but casually mentioned another issue I had that was affected by the initial injury, and Dr. Seth immediately looked at it as well. I was impressed that it didnt seem like I was wasting his time.
Doctors are rude and condescending. No one knows what they’re doing. The right hand don’t know what the left hand is doing. Scary. Three people told me three different things Took insurance card then called next day and said wasn’t covered. So you get a discount if you have no insurance if you have insurance and aren’t in that network then you’re penalized. It’s definitely not about the patient.
Dr, Glass is one the best out as a surgeon and Doctor, Shei is very caring and listens with great intent to your orthopedic health concerns.Being from Toledo, I can assure anyone they have one of the best schools for training in the country...Thats a Fact! Dr. Glass is who you need for your knees in my opinion!JP
I’m a previous Crystal Clinic patient when i worked in Akron. While they are outstanding I now work from home and wanted to explore options closer to me in North Canton. I’ve been to Spectrum twice, once for my elbow and once for my knees. Different Doctors but same experience. They were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I was impressed with how quickly they got me in to see a doctors. Both Doctors gave me options for my issues and I am very satisfied with the immediate improvement that it made. Minimal wait time and I felt that all protocol was in place to protect patients.I highly recommend Spectrum for any Orthopedic needs.
I had Knee replacement Sept 2021. Everything seems to be ok. Im a bit disappointed, 1st time Dr didnt come to talk to me & my husband before Surgery. Didnt see Dr after either. Dr called my husband on phone to say everything came out ok & no issues. I went with this Dr cause I liked his bedside manners, & he was referred by friends. Thank you
Had a knee injury and I came in for an appointment- called first thing in the morning and they got me right in! Rose the nurse went above and beyond to get me scheduled for an MRI as my insurance was about to change! She gave me a note for work and asked several times if I needed anything else! I would 100% recommend going to this office!!!
I seen one doctor who gave me a steroid shot and some painkillers. Another gave me a couple epidurals and a nerve test. The third doctor made me take x-rays of my scapula and shoulder and 2 MRIs. I did a follow up appointment with the third doctor and he recommended me to a 4th doctor. I feel like Im being giving the runaround and Im still in pain about three months later. Im not sure if they know what theyre doing.
I have been coming to Spectrum for therapy on my shoulder and then my knee/back recently. In both cases, the therapists have been very knowledgeable, understanding, and were able to explain the what and why in a way that I was able to understand why we were doing the different therapies. Due to the issues found through an MRI on my shoulder, I will have surgery and then return to Spectrum for post surgery therapy.
Completely professional practice and support staff. I am an RN and have had my second surgery with Spectrum physicians. I am impressed how well they predicted the outcomes of my surgery. Then supported me very well after-surgery, and Spectrum physical therapy room over, working with me and listening to me, to consider my goals too, not just the typical goals.I no longer have knee pain when I walk, and after several weeks of physical therapy, my back is better than it has been in the last year.I will return there if I have any future needs for ortho.
I did not have a good experience. i did not feel the doctor took the time to listen to me in regards to what my issue was. The doctor had to reread my chart in the exam room after i brought a crucial piece of information as to why i was there to his attention. He thought i should do physical therapy and get an MRI. I sought a second opinion elsewhere and was told therapy would not have done me any good for the problem i have and that new doctor took the time to listen and take more x-rays to help narrow down my issue. I did not feel the staff paid attention at all and was borderline rude especially the doctors secretary/nurse when i called to explain i was not going to pursue his recommendations. She practically hung up on me. This is the second time i have had a bad experience here and after the wonderful treatment i received elsewhere i would not recommend Spectrums services to anyone.
I went to Spectrum due to a good friend of mine going, there. I asked her questions, and also asked her how did she like the doctor who performed her surgery. She gave great reviews, saying everyone was nice, and professional.Seeing Dr.Zachary Stender; as well as my friend. I would have to agree, I was pleased with my service.Thank you.
This place has turned into a joke. It has been 12 days since my wife had an MRI at Spectrum. We were told we would get the results in 24 to 48 hours. Six days after the MRI we called in asking for a readout. No response. On day seven we called again with no response. On day eight we actually went in to the MRI center. Finally we got a call back and were told she needed an ultrasound and they would send the order. It is now day twelve and still nothing has been done. I have an extensive history with Spectrum and I have referred a number of people there but this has certainly changed my opinion.Follow Up:After reflecting on my wonderful experience with other Doctors at Spectrum, I thought I should not condemn Spectrum as a whole, but rather the Doctor who has caused my wife much pain and stress. That would be Dr. Candage. I would not recommend him to anyone.
The entire experience from start to surgery has been expedient and exceptionally profession. Everyone at all contact points has been very helpful as well as knowledgeable. When my braces went bad they helped me get new ones looking for ways to not cost me anything out of pocket. The surgery center was friendly, quick, efficient and helped me before, during and after surgery with information and phone call follow ups. Thank you for making me laugh after my surgery Courtney 😂. Everyone including my surgeon Dr. Shepherd has been the very best at all times. I start physical therapy in three days and I expect only five star performance from them as well. Thank you for helping me, caring and making me feel like I mattered when Workers Compensation, the soulless hearing officers in Akron and the state absolutely do not care about the well being of an injured worker.
I found my arrival experience irritating. The sign says wait until called. I was the only one waiting and there were 2gals at the desk, 1 was with a pt. I was never called. I only got a nod from the desk clerk. Finally she said I can help you here. Anyway, my appointment went went. I like Dr. Coss. Her assistant is a great person .
Hands down the Best facility that I have ever been to. Within 3 months, I had to have both of my knees replaced. Dr. Dean Marshall and his PA, Tyler were amazing from my first appointment to my last. My surgeries were both held at Spectrum and was nothing but professionals that you could tell were very compassionate about their jobs. My husband and I felt very comfortable from the time we walked in until the time we left. My therapy was done at Spectrum Ortho. in New Philadelphia. Whitney and Tara were amazing to work with...they were very professional and answered every question I had....and I had ALOT!! I am now 3 months past my last surgery and moving around with NO pain. Thank you everyone at Spectrum Ortho....definitely a life changing experience for me!
I did not have to wait long at all to be taken back for my appointment. The staff was great! Dr. Stefanko went over everything with me and took time to make sure I understood what was going on with my injury. My family has always gone to Spectrum for orthopedic injuries/issues. We have always been pleased with our care from the physicians and staff at Spectrum!
I am extremely pleased with my experience with Dr Dulek’s staff. They phoned me to set up my hip surgery. The nurse was very efficient and set up numerous appointments for before the surgery and follow up. She asked if I had any further concerns or questions. Wonderful treatment
I felt the staff was well trained and professional in every aspect. I was greeted at the door by friendly staff ... who took my temperature and answered my questions. I went in to the front desk where I was amazed at how quickly they had me in the office... spoke to the nurse about the procedure ... she answered my questions and the doctor came in almost immediately after she left the office. Procedure done... on my way. Awesome experience with Spectrum!
Spectrum was the right place to go for my knee and shoulder surgery! Everyone was very helpful and worked a round my schedule/vacation time to perform both surveys within a 8 day period. Thank you Spectrum for everything! Therapy was just as easy they were able to schedule around my work hours.I appreciate you guys and everything you do to help make it easy!Thank youSandor Zold
We love spectrum! We would also love not to have to go there, lol, but I would definitely recommend them to everyone! Dr. Seth is amazing! My daughter fractured her ankle (she is 9) and he has been wonderful! They are great with her and know how to talk to kids and make them feel comfortable telling them what is going on! I also live that there is an urgent care! If something happens after hours you would normally have to go to the ER, they would splint it and tell you to make an appointment with a specialist. Here they do it all in the same place! Again, everyone at Spectrum is awesome and we love Dr. Seth!
Dr. Marshall is the best ! Very caring and friendly. Friendly staff... very helpful ...everything all in one place if your insurance covers. I had my hip replacement at Aultman in Canton... great hospital!I would definitely recommend Spectrum Orthopedics fir your needs .
Dr Stender and team are so caring and empathetic with me. Dr Stender Did an amazing job working on my fractured ankle. He is the Kind of Doctor Anyone would like because he cares alot for his patients. I am glad to have him as my Orthopedic surgeon. I Highly recommend Spectrum for all your bones need. Bones, joints you name it Dr Stender and staff repair and help to heal you. Trust me!
The Dr and therapists seem to me to be very competent, upbeat, dedicated and kind. Im glad to have their help. Very. What bothers me is the ridiculous pretense of a mask requirement. My first couple visits, nobody bothered me about it. The dr had his mask pulled down-presumably because hes a fan of breathing freely and being an MD, has a working knowledge of science based medicine. I didnt ask.On my second therapy visit the deskperson started the we require jazz. I said- without raising my voice or other emotional dremonstrations- Im not wearing one without a good reason but Ill leave quietly if asked. Oh no were not asking you to leave! The rest of the visit went great. Your therapists are proficient professional and courteous. Many agreed with me when asked. The one that tried to argue in favor was polite as can be, but when presented with science-based counter arguments was finally left with what these arguments always wind up as. Emotion, feelings, give up your autonomy to intellectual weaklings. I wont. There are women who are permitted, even encouraged to murder their unborn children and this is called reproductive health. By law they cant be prevented because they own their bodies. Uh huh.My body. My choice. Me too.
This was my first time at spectrum. I messed up my knee pretty bad and I was really surprised at how comfortable everyone made me feel. I didnt have to wait long and everyone was so nice they talk to you like family while being very professional, I feel Im getting the best care for my knee. ( also Dr.Marshall is a very handsome guy) Charlotte Fogle
Thank you to all the skilled professionals who fill this building. From the ladies at the front counter who are caring and engaging. To the nurses and staff that seem to really care about your comfort and concerns....... and the Amazing talented experts/surgeons! Absolutely incredible! I was lucky enough to work with Dr. Korpi and his staff! I felt like I was in great hands from the moment I walked in! Thank you to all who are helping me get back on my feet! Thank you! Thank you!
My experiences at Spectrum were very positive. I have been cared for by Dr. Stender for by biceps injury and by Dr. Glass for my knee. They both provided excellent care. I would also like to acknowledge Amanda from scheduling. She went above and beyond recently to get me scheduled for an MRI in short period of time. The staff in general were great and I send a thank you to all. May God bless.
I recently took my mother to spectrum and the staff was incredible. I would not go anywhere else after the experience we had. The doctors were thorough, kind, personable and answered any questions we had. She has had knee issues in the past and Spectrum was by far the best care. Would highly recommend them to everyone I know. We will absolutely go back if anything else is to come up. Awesome service!
Absolutely wonderful experience from preparation, to surgery, to post surgery physical therapy. Dr. Lykens did a great job with this total reverse shoulder replacement. All staff thoroughly professional and competent. Appointments on time and call backs received promptly. First class all the way. Highly recommend.
Everyone at Spectrum Orthopaedics was very friendly and knowledgeable. Each person I encountered explained what they were going to do. Dr. Stender was extremely thorough and willing to answer all of my questions. I did not feel rushed at all. My only complaint is that the handout with exercises for plantar fasciitis has a picture in it that covers much of the text for the 2 exercises I am supposed to do. When I realized it was a problem I asked someone about it and they explained the exercise. That was helpful, although I wish I would have been given a copy with the full directions visible.
My whole experience was excellent with Spectrum Orthopaedics. From squeezing me in to check out my knee, to scheduling/having my MRI, the care provided pre-surgery, and after, including all the very helpful and pleasant staff, doctors, nurses, Physical Therapy, and everyone Ive interacted with! Exceeded expectations!
I always have a great experience when I am at this office. Everyone is really nice and shows concern when discussing and addressing medical problems. I will never go anywhere else.Update 06/2021. Right TKR almost 3 weeks out and everyone has been great. Someone has always been available to answer questions and my physical therapy has been great!
The whole staff at Spectrum is friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful. Dr. Glass talked me through the whole procedure and assured me I was in good hands. And she was right. And her assistant, Kelli, was great also. She was able to answer all my questions before and after my surgery. I’m very grateful for all the care I received from Spectrum and all its members. My thanks to everyone.Kathy Leedy
Ive always received great care at Spectrum Orthopaedics. Ive been under the care of multiple doctors there due to various injuries over the years and every one of them have had wonderful personalities and have always made me feel comfortable. Theyre also generally on time which is great because I see other providers that are never on time.
I have seen 3 different orthopedics and had physical therapy, MRI’s and surgical procedures done at Spectrum Orthopaedics, along with a few visits to their Urgent Care side. All physicians and staff have been courteous, understanding, knowledgeable and taken great care of me!
This has been a positive experience.I had a hip replacement and the pre surgery class was extremely informative I appreciate the nurses help with answering questions and making me comfortable throughout surgery process. Emails with reminders on what to do make the whole process run smoothly. Dr Dulik, Patrick and all the nurses were caring patient and professional.
Spectrum Orthopedic is like a well oiled machine. Front desk is very courteous and quick to get you in the back. Called me back and had an X-ray done and then was asked some questions about my problem. Doctor Dulich came in and examined me and talked for a bit. My appointment was at 1:00 and I was out the door at 1:25!!!!Again this office is amazing and no waiting at all. Took care of my concerns and questions.I highly recommend this group

2022-02-13I find Spectrum Orthopaedics building to be clean and comfortable. The front desk ladies are so kind and efficient. I had seen Dr Coss for my shoulder years ago, and now he is helping me with my painful knee. He is gentle and soft spoken, putting me at ease for the exam and treatment. I trust his knowledge and experience with all of my orthopedic needs!

2022-06-03I have several doctors I see at Spectrum and I am so pleased with all of them including the staff. They are all very knowledgeable and friendly. They get to you very fast and spend whatever time is needed. No in and out and left with questions. I know many friends who go here also and have never heard anything bad from them either. Will always recommend this facility.

2022-07-15I broke my left arm and needed an orthopaedic Physician. Spectrum was recommended by the ED that had seen me. I checked with my insurance and Spectrum was “in” my plan. I called and was given an appointment within 2 days. Once there everyone greeted me in a friendly, respectful way. I was promptly well cared for by the Nursing staff and Dr. Eshbaugh. I was given a treatment plan with follow up. They called the next day as expected to schedule my surgery that would follow in 5 days. The people make this place awesome at a time when people need it the most.

2022-05-27I love going to Spectrum, they keep things moving you wont spend a whole day waiting. Dr. Glass has been my Dr she operated on my ankle. All I can say about Dr. Glass is all good. Great Surgeon and Dr. She is very caring and upbeat Dr. I would recommend her to anybody. Im now going to be getting some treatment for my back, and it saddens me that I have to go to another Dr for that. Hopefully this Dr will be half as good as Dr. Glass

2022-06-17After falling I was certain I had a more serious problem that would need expert care. From previous experiences, I knew after a long wait in an emergency room,I would be told to see an orthopedic surgeon. Both myself and family members have been cared for at Spectrum. I was cared for within the first 15 minutes of arriving, had x-rays and spoke with a specialist who conferred with a surgeon. So much better than an emergency room. The only thing that could have been better was the open hours. A very short window of 4:30 to 6:00 PM. I waited at home several hours after falling to get cared for. In my case still better than any alternative available. And I had great concern and care and still am. Vickie with a fractured clavicle.
