I had a fantastic experience at Spavia. My massage was the 1st appointment of the day and everything was ready to roll. Tables warmed. Atmosphere was perfect. Both Savannah and Mimi were helpful at the desk as well as the owner Mary. My therapist was wonderful ( Pam.. oh no. Maybe Patricia ?!? Eeek) well just perfect, she listened to what I wanted and specifically gave me that type of massage and adjusted the hydraulic table so that I felt like I was getting massage in a lazy boy -it was a first for someone who loves massages.
If you need a place to get a massage in the Strongsville area, this is the place to go! You feel like you are really at the spa as you get a robe and sandals to change into, a locker for your belongings and then time to sit in the retreat / relax room before and after your services, heated massage tables and hot towels during your massage. I absolutely love coming here and look forward to it every single time. Sarah has by far given me the best massage I have ever had in my life! She was so friendly, personable and listened to exactly how I wanted my massage done. I am very sensitive and like very light pressure and she did phenomenal! I actually fell asleep several times I was so relaxed. I will be booking with Sarah for all my future visits and recommending her as well when I recommend Spavia to others!

Sarah is the best! She does the best deep tissue massage and is very thorough! She is professional yet personable and very kind. I leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed and always look forward to returning.
I’ve been getting facials for years at other places, but Spavia Strongsville has the most consistent high quality staff and products around. And Mackenzie is The Best aesthetician, seriously getting a facial by her is the most relaxing experience and my skin looks absolutely flawless when she’s done. Fantastic! My fiance purchased me a massage/facial from here and it was heaven. From the moment I stepped into the spa I felt spoiled. Their facility is clean and super organized. The deep tissue massage was just what my achey body needed and the facial was perfect. I especially loved the hot stone work while the exfoliation worked on my face. My sister and I actually have a spa day booked in a few months cause I couldnt stop talking about them to her.

My husband and I treated ourselves for Valentines day. The massages were very relaxing. I had a facial, and it feels so soft. Great customer service. We feel like we had a get-away weekend, yet we never left Strongsville.
We planned a surprise for my mother and the receptionist confirmed they would not email her with confirmations of the appointment. They did end up emailing her and she was questioning what it was all about, which kind of ruined the surprise. The spa offered to call or email her and tell her they made a mistake, which we said was fine, but at this point it was very confusing for my mom. When we got there, the retreat room did not have enough heated neck towels in it for the four of us. The bathroom was out of hand towels too, we found them on our own. I said I wanted a medium strength massage and i got a very light strength massage. Another member of our party also said the massage was too light. During my massage the music stopped about ten minutes before the massage was over, that was weird. Also, I dont know how they timed anything because I was the last one from our party to start my massage and the very first one done. They offered tea and water at the end of my massage and I asked for tea. I got anice cold cup of water, and then she made me get tea myself. I broke my compact mirror in the dressing room and told the receptionist right away. She said she would sweep it up and then continued to work and didnt get up to see (this is where people walk barefoot sometimes), so it should have had immediate attention. When we went to check out, they said we could pay for my mom dividing her bill onto our three credit cards. Then she said the system would not let her do it and we should put it on one credit card and duke it out ourselves. I would rate it lower, but they did accommodate the four of us at the same time, and other spas could not.
I just had the Hydraderm treatment, it was amazing! Alanah was professional, knowledgeable and did an excellent job! I’ve never had anything done to my face before and this was the best first experience I’ve ever had! I’ve already booked my second appointment next month! It was such a relaxing experience! The wellness room was relaxing and just what I needed to calm my mind before the treatment! I cannot wait to come back! Thank you Alanah and Spavia!

Also very much appreciate getting information about your membership but not being pushed or bullied into signing up. Last experience at a different spa was ruined because of that behavior.

This was my first experience at Spavia! It was a wonderful experience and one I highly recommend. Annette who did my massage has magically hands! I received a spa package from my girlfriend as a birthday gift and I can honestly say my spa package was super relaxing and much needed. I deal with a lot of stress and this place found a way to eliminate it within an hour. I’m really hoping to get the same gift again for Christmas. Great people, great service, and I love that it’s locally owned! I love this place!
My massage was excellent and the environment was relaxing. However, when i tried to check out the other guest there did not have a mask on. The reception area is small and I waited but she never put her mask on. The owner did call me the next day to apologize, which I appreciate. However, I cant go back because even though they require mask this didnt happen while I was there. I couldnt even check out because the guest didnt have a mask on and continued to talk and make a membership account which made me uncomfortable because I have a child that is immune compromised and has asthma. So it is too risky to be around unmasked people in public. Again my massage was great and I appreciate the owner calling to apologize.
I took my daughter to Spavia for her birthday. We absolutely LOVED it! I am a member so I already knew how wonderful the technicians and services were. They treated my 17 year old daughter like a queen for the day and she LOVED her facial. Mallory is such a sweetie and she is extremely knowledgeable of all the services and products that Spavia provides. I HIGHLY recommend Spavia in Strongsville for a great way to provide yourself with self-care during this awful pandemic!!!
My first ever experience getting a massage and a facial and wow, am I glad I chose this spa. I had my massage done by Sara. She is amazing. She worked out knots in my shoulders that had been there for years. We had fun conversation, and she put me perfectly at ease.I had my age defense facial with Christinia. She explained everything she was doing and was super nice.I ended up buying the premier membership and I will be back to see these two ladies again. This place was so relaxing and made me feel very at ease from the moment I walked in the door until I walked out. Thanks ladies!

I bought a Groupon for myself and my mom to celebrate her birthday, and we both received an 80 minute relaxing massage. Very friendly and welcoming staff! Very clean and relaxing environment, and the sheets on the massage beds are very soft and luxurious. Massage was the perfect amount of time, and I feel great! I never felt rushed and staff never tried to push me to buy other services. It was a great experience and we are very happy we came! Definitely coming back to continue to improve my overall well-being and to try some of their other services. Highly recommend!!!
Amazing full body massage! I really appreciated the forms they have you fill out prior to your appointment, I was able to pick my lotion & choose if I wanted to have conversations or not etc. The robe, warm neck pillow & relaxing room you go into before and after your massage was the cherry on top! They truly want your spa experience to be relaxing and don’t try to rush you out so they can see their next client. Great job Spavia staff. Can’t wait to come back!
I’m not the type to ever post a review, but I had to after the unbelievable service I received from Spavia. I was first greeted by the owner, Mary, who treated me with such professionalism and care. The spa she has created is the perfect retreat away from the daily stresses of life.I also want to thank Tracy, my massage therapist, for the best massage I have ever had. She is a true professional. She understands anatomy, how much pressure to use, and what areas your body needs most work on. She is not just an average “massage therapist” going through the motions. I have had hundreds of massages and she was far and away the best ever. Thank you so much. Anyone who reads this, please give them a try. You will not regret it!

Ive been going for several months now and have had various services. My favorite is the Essential Signature massage with either Tracy or Sara. They have given me the best massages Ive ever had! The best part about Spavia, though, is the customization, attention to detail, and quality customer service. Your entire service is an experience; from the retreat rooms with the lavender neck wrap, to the complimentary salt scrub and hot teas, to the playlist and lotion scent. I cant recommend this spa enough!

Fantastic! Went on the Groupon and it was worth every penny. Very much a spa experience. You walk in and it smells fabulous. You get a room with sandals and are set in a relaxing room where you can put a warm neck wrap on. Annette was my therapist and she was fabulous! You choose your massage scent and you smell just like it all over when you walk out. Orange blossom was my choice and literally smell edible. The only thing is the spray moisture mist they use isnt for sale and I want it. I hope they have it soon!

I have been going to Spavia for a little over a year now and have never experienced service any less than amazing. I typically see Sarah for body wraps, massage & scrub / spray tan and she is a breath of fresh air (always makes sure to cater the visit to my needs / wants, and is a ray of sunshine every visit)! Mary has always worked with me to ensure I get in for my appointments and has great customer service as well! I would recommend Spavia Strongsville to anyone!
I had such a relaxing and amazing prenatal massage with Annette. The facial with Christinia was calming, thorough, informative and refreshing. I was relaxed the minute I walked into the Spa. Each staff member treated me as though I was a VIP and I was their sole focus. Sitting in the womens retreat sipping tea, reading inspirational books and listening calming sounds was a true retreat from the world. My services were carried out by a highly trained professional as well as a beautiful person. Do not miss this experience!
I spent a lot of time trying to decide whether or not I actually wanted to purchase a membership, but I finally did and Im so glad that I followed through. Domonique is absolutely amazing. She has the best personality and I truly enjoy going to see her. Her ability to relax my muscles and get trouble spots is phenomenal. I love that shes just as comfortable with me being quiet as she is with talking the entire session. She lets me set the tone each time I come in. The staff has been wonderful, and the setting is very relaxing. I highly recommend joining.
This was my first facial. I got the balancing facial and was so happy with the service and my esthetician. The products smelled great and my skin felt like brand new after. The spa was so relaxing and beautiful. All the staff were super accommodating and made me feel so relaxed.

My massage with Sarah/Sara not sure if theres an h was the best ever. She was amazing and listened to my areas of please dont touch becuse I have fibromyalgia and its extremely painful. She asked a few times if I needed more pressure in certain areas and I was ok to say yes because she was so kind. I actually recommended your company to my sister in Boston and she is taking our cousin next week 👍. However I was not a fan of the facial it was to much goop for me but hey thats just be and everyone is different !! I will be back for the massage though !! 🌟
Wow! Beautiful inside and very private. They start you off with a tour. Then you change into a robe and slippers. You are taken to a quiet, relaxing room where you can enjoy a hot herbal tea as you wait for your service provider. My facial was so relaxing. The staff is so friendly and so is the owner. They have a great retail section too. Lots of items from vendors that give back. Will be back.
From the welcome I received when I entered to the goodby after my service, this place was above and beyond all my spa experiences. The relaxation room is exactly that, the tea is refreshing, the music and comfy chairs are relaxing but most of all my massage was fabulous.My Massotherapist, Domonique, did a wonderful job working to relieve a very pained back while still making the massage relaxing, not an easy thing to do.This was my first trip to Spavia Strongsville, but it will certainly not be my last. Is it a tad more than some other spas? Perhaps. Is it worth it? Every single penny.

I can’t speak magnificently enough about this place. They snuck me in the day before my wedding, everything from checking in to the actual facial was a class act. Mallory was phenomenal! I was running around the day before the wedding had not eaten and the owner went next door to order me food! Unbelievable. Once you go here you will never visit another spa.

Horrible, horrible customer service. Do not go there. I made my first app and by mistake I made it on a day that I had to work. I called them and told them if they could please reschedule for a week later. The lady said yes. After she said yes, they called me again to tell me that they need to charge me since I did not cancel 24hr before my app. It is obvious that they do not care about their customers. I would definitely avoid the hassle of going there and dealing with rude people.
I got an escape package from my husband and went today, 3 hours of pure relaxation...loved it. Cant wait to book my next facial with Sarah❣

I just recently had Crystal as my massage therapist and she was fantastic! Probably the best massage Ive ever had! Shes newer there so if youre looking for someone, go see her!

2022-06-02First time going to a spa and getting a professional massage. My gf who goes here recommended Ashley. She did a great job!! I had deep tissue massage with her concentrating on my lower back pain. I left feeling much better and have already made another appointment. All the staff were very professional and welcoming. The spa was very clean and relaxing. If your looking for a great massage I recommend Spavia in Strongsville and Ashley.

2022-03-27I surprised my boyfriend this weekend with a couples massage and we were not disappointed. This was our very first professional massage and Im very happy I decided to go to Spavia. Ashley did my relaxation massage and let me tell you she worked out my shoulders so good I felt like a new woman when I left. Crystal did my boyfriends deep tissue massage and he said she definitely worked out all of his pain in his back. Thank you ladies so much for the great massages. We will definitely be back. The ladies at the front desk were very professional.

I had Crystal as my massage therapist and she was very kind. I have a hard time shutting my brain off to relax and Crystal made that happen this afternoon. I highly recommend Spavia!

Had a massage the first time and was a little nervous about the facial the second visit BUT I can say that it is almost better than my massage!!! 2022-04-07This is actually Amandas mom, Susan Spaulding. My daughters name came up instead of mine for some reason. I had a very nice massage done by Ashley today. She was wonderful!....not too hard and not too soft....just the right touch! I will definitely request her when I return!

2021-12-27Went for a relaxation massage today and Mimi at the front desk was helpful as always! I had Ashley today and I will say it was one of the best massages I had ever had at Spavia! She was amazing! Spavia is the best place around!

2021-09-24I had the best deep tissue massage from Jacki. It really helped me relax!! The front desk staff are always so welcoming & friendly. You really feel like your at the spa on vacation when you come here & can always leave feeling very relaxed. Can’t wait for our couples massages Monday!!
