Large lot with easy doc access. Big potholes and over night parking. But guards wont tell anyone about you wanting to sleep till your appointment. So dont check in if you want to sleep.
If you are an outside truck driver and you deliver here, they will unload you fast, but the guy that collects the extortion fee (aka lumper) takes forever. He has no respect for truck drivers and cannot do more than one thing at a time. He works for capstone logistics, not Nash Finch.
Be prepared to pay a lumper fee of at least $304, there will be an extra $20 fee for every damaged pallet.Lumpers are NOT affiliated with Spartan Nash.They take at LEAST two and a half hours to unload you.I think we should give them 1 hour to unload us then tell them were going to deduct $20 from the lumper fee, for every half-hour past the one hour mark... sarcasm intended.
Don’t don’t don’t don’t don’t come here ... they started 5 am it’s 10.55am still not done yet ... they took 40-45 mins for 1 pallet ... first you have to wait for unload ... and when you unload you have to wait another 1 hour for paper work may b more ... 6 hours already still not done take more may b

Smooth gravel overnight parking lot. No restroom. Friendly place. Lumper fee required, or unload yourself. Three hour unload.
They have overnight parking but no restroom very nice employees unloading time minimum 2 hours but they are nice 👍
Hell 6 hours plus I don’t think I want to comeback takes forever plus 648 dls lumper I think is a rip-off I wis I can make that kind of money

Capstone unloading little slow with paper work
Terrible place to load, very efficient with the appt schedule, but after they enter you they forget about the formality, and 2:40 minutes and still no load, try not to come to this place, and be careful how they load it because later when they leave the merchandise they do not want to receive it because it is a disaster how they loaded it, watch out for that.

2021-08-20Average unloading the problem was with the guy that sent the text to pay the lumper fee he takes for ever to sent it. After 30 min waiting for the text cause I see the green light I went inside and he wasnt there one lady told me to wait in my truck. So as soon that I received the text my boss paid and I went get my paperwork sign, so like another 20 min later this guy was texting me that my bills where ready to pick up, I was already out and on my way to another delivery I had, so just push them a Lil bit.

2019-08-22Wasnt near as bad as the reviews made me think it would be. Half a trailer unloaded in 1 1/2 hrs. they didnt start until my appointment time but still got out reasonably quick. They have restrooms once inside to load/unload, just none outside of the gate if you sleep there. Everyone was very nice and easy to work with.

2020-12-23Terrible. Had a 7:30 appointment that they apparently had at 8:30. Lumpers took almost 2 hrs to unload 3/4 of a truck. Not to mention the fees were outrageous almost 600 for 1 trailer

2021-05-31Not a family friendly employer, to much overtime but pays decent. If your seeking short term employment and can handle ridiculous amounts of overtime then this is for you.

2020-02-21Dont come before your app time .. if you come you have parking on side for 7 trucks....unloading fast but lamper guys is sh....... counting pieces 1.2hr for 6 palets ... yes you have lamper fee.....................so bad place for delivery....
