We hired them for our daughter’s move to Florida. They were very nice and very quick to respond but we had many issues along the way. The size of the truck wasn’t large enough. Instead of placing the dining room table upside down and loading on top of it, they loaded the chairs first and waited to see if they could take the table apart. We’ll they couldn’t get the table apart so it got left but the dining room chairs made it. They had a very difficult time Prioritizing the important items that needed to go. They used a 20’ truck and the cost was $7800 which I think was pretty expensive but they told my daughter the 20 foot truck would be big enough and that’s what’s keeping the cost so low but I dont feel the cost was that low and as a result, she had to buy a new dining room set, gas grill and many other items that didn’t make it while items she told them didn’t need to come made it.When we got here, they didn’t put things back together. We realized later that they didn’t put her patio furniture together and she had a trundle bed that they just threw on top of each other so the bed didn’t work. We realized about the bed when my husband arrived and it didn’t work. Due to this, my husband had to do the work that we paid Spartan to do.The only reason I’m giving them 3 stars instead of 2 is because they are just starting out, were super nice and helpful and I’m hoping that they learn to pay more attention to details. I would not hire them again though unless I was there to closely supervise, which, when paying $7800, I didn’t feel that should be needed.
Jake and his team were amazing. They packed and moved all my contents of my 4 bedroom home without a single scratch any items or to the home. They were on time, prepared and organized. They even adjusted their schedule last minute to accommodate an issue on my end. I had gotten 5 other quotes and Spartan was the best and his service was great. I was a nervous wreak before the move but Spartan reassured me they got this and they did! I highly recommend Spartan movers and I would use them again if needed.Thank you Jake and your team.
Ive never used a moving company before this but after my experience I will always use Spartan for moving. They were super responsive, showed up on time, professional, and did a superb job. What would have taken me having to find help and do it solo over the course of days took them just a few short hours. Showed up on time and went straight to work. Even found out how small of a world it is cuz I work with a relative of his. Highly recommend them for anything you need moved.
Very fast! They moved my whole house within a couple hours. Nothing was broken or damaged during the process. Very reasonable and professional. I moved only 20 minutes away but my mom is looking forward to Spartan moving her to Florida! I will never use another moving company again!
This was my first experience with a moving company. After hearing some horror stories from people using other companies I was worried. No reason to worry with these guys! They were incredibly responsive, professional, worked quickly, cared about my belongings and can’t beat the pricing. Spartan moving was extremely professional. They showed up to our place on time and filled a 15 foot U-Haul in a an hour. We were able to have room to spare in our truck for things we originally thought wouldnt fit. Without Spartan, we would not have been Blessed go pack all of our things so efficiently and quickly! If anyone is looking for a moving company, I highly recommend Spartan Moving. I contacted a ton of companies and Spartan was very reasonably priced. I was given different pricing options depending on how many movers I wanted. Leading up to the move I was in contact with them coordinating details of the move.The day of they were extremely efficient. I was initially planning for the move to take about 7-8 hours for our 4bdrm house; they were able to get it done in 5 hours and that included disassembling furniture and stopping at our storage unit before arriving at our final destination. They put covers on all my hardwood floors, stairs, and doors to avoid damaging anything.I was extremely pleased with their service and we will be hiring them again.
Excellent help provided unloading a 15’ UHaul Truck on less than 4 hours notice and same-day service. Courteous, professional, and very fast unloading up two flights of stairs. All belongings were moved with care. I would definitely recommend.

Jake and Dillon were assigned to our move. They were absolutely awesome. They really know how to pack a truck! We had NO crushed boxes or furniture scratches, which was what we experienced using one of the large nationally known companies. We cannot say enough good things, and will be using them again in a few weeks.

Spartan fit me in last minute for a weekend move on 8/1/2020. We were on a tight timeline, and every other company was scheduling 2 weeks out. They were able to get everything in one load, and my husband says they were very efficient. The rates were very reasonable.
Jake and his team were amazing and moved our 3 bedroom house (with upstairs and downstairs) on 4/18. Arrived a couple minutes early, took great care of all the furniture, loaded the truck very efficiently and unloaded and reassembled all necessary furniture. Unbelievable responsiveness and value. I booked this company through U-Haul and And I couldn’t be happier with the service. They were punctual and were understanding about me being late with meeting them because of U-Haul’s error. They moved everything and packed it very securely and even provided straps of there own to make sure nothing moved in transit. And on top of that you can’t beat the prices.

2022-08-16Spartan Movers were hired by girlfriends apartment to move her into a vacant apartments during remodel and they were so efficient. We used them ourselves to relocate some items to storage and an apartment. Again, the team was so speedy and took great care of our items. Even wrapped and took greater care with some our handmade furniture. Cannot recommend Spartan Movers enough. Amazing value and phenomenal work.

2022-04-05I hired Spartan Moving movers based on a strong recommendation from a buddy. I was really blown away from the start. I was messaging the owner late at night to see when the availability would be. Then, while we were completing our arrangements early in the morning, he had alternatives that included someone coming and packing all of my belongings. Even though I knew Id want to pack my own belongings, he nevertheless offered boxes at a very reasonable price.

2022-06-16This is a great crew of guys. Im still amazed at how they were able to organize my entire house in that one truck like a masterful Jenga puzzle. Moving is one of my most dreaded activities but I can honestly say this moving experience was the least painful of all. They were fast and made sure everything was handled with care. Top notch service for the money. If I ever move again this will be the company I call!

2022-06-07I called and scheduled a move with this company on a Thursday. I got an email the following Monday that the company has been sold to “Executive Van Lines” therefore, I have to sign a new contract with them for my move. Of course I refused and asked them to cancel and refund my money - they’re yet to do so.After checking online and looking up both companies Spartan Moving & Storage + Executive Van Lines, they operate with the same method, which is - selling your move to the lowest bidder possible, which may not show up on the day of the move and there’ll be NO WAY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK.They have multiple negative reviews with BBB and all the false 5 star reviews here are either bought or maliciously solicited.Get a local mover or ask for recommendations from people and avoid these SCAM artists at all cost !!!
