I accidentally left 40$ on the front desk and that’s all I had left for dinner for my kids. I called them to get my money back and they keep denying I left it there when I told myself to remember to grab it. How am I supposed to think my stuff will be safe here if they are stealing my money I accidentally left there?

Cant say I like or dislike. You need storage you got it. I would definitely call before you plan on making your monthly rental payment and pay at least a few days before due just in case theyre not in the office. Also, the sign says rent from me use our truck for free, not a completely true statement. Must have full coverage and down payment of at least $100, and obviously pay for gas you use. Just an FYI.

Do not rent from here! Its expensive and not worth it, doors are cheap.Worst of all there is one employee in particular that is incredibly rude. They said our card could not be processed and we were behind on payments so they cut our lock off and put on their own. We paid in full and wanted to get our things and cancel service. This employee forced us to buy a new lock in order to get our stuff out of the unit. We did, got our things, and cancelled. 3 months later they suddenly withdrew almost $300 from the account they said couldnt be processed. They said since we had a lock on it we still owed for those months. The same lock they made us get. Again, this employee was incredibly rude saying she called us and told us to get the lock off. She had not called or we would have gotten it. Not a company I want to be associated with.

Prices are a little high considering the doors on the units are about as cheap as they come (if I try to close mine too fast it starts to come off the track). Other than that, not a bad storage unit. You can use their box truck for free when you first get the storage unit, which is a nice bonus.

They help me out when I needed storage since I could not move into my apartment right away.I only use their storage facility for a month but would recommend their services to anyone as they are top-notch and wonderful to work with.
