This 1 star is for the Cafe only. Went with others for 1st time. Chicken sandwich had so much oregono seasoning that could not eat it and its size made for slider bun and not for the huge bun it came in. Bun hard as rock. Others that ordered the same had season free large piece of chicken and soft bun. I would give a minus number if I could. Food was NOT worth the hour wait. Staff never cracked a smile serving us. BAD ALL AROUND.
The store is pretty nice but avoid the diner, it took 30 minutes to make a simple Philly style sandwich and the waitress just kept saying that its not Fast-Food. I could have killed and cooked my own chicken faster.
Steve Zak is a man of his word and made it happen. Bought a new tri glide and needed it before July 30 and he kept his word 100% This dealership is top notch with top notch people....that hard to find nowadays.
South East Harley is a top notch dealership. I mean, Ive been in a few, and theyve all been very professional with decent inventories to select from. But not many are on the same page as South East. Theyve been in this game for 70 years.Sales guys are really down to earth and you will experience zero pressure shopping for a Harley here. The Service department is likewise on a human-to-human wavelength, and they will talk to you like a friend of-a friend. They have a nice collection of historical Harley Davidsons on display for the public, and an in house diner open for lunch. Biggest bummer is they wont service older than 2003 anymore.There are a few events held at South East every year. Of note, the annual Harley/Ferrari Night with a bike and car show (classics and customs, both for cars/bikes and even real deal Ferraris on most occasions) in addition to concessions and entertainment, and its always a fun time.I recommend SE-HD for a visit at least. Go look at the bikes and talk with some people who staff one of the longest running Harley dealerships in the area.
Great Harley shop with lots of class. The inside of the dealership is set up like many separate shops, theres even a diner that serves breakfast and lunch. There are many old bikes in there, even one that was owned by Elvis! Really cool.
Best place to buy a Harley-Davidson motorcycle or handle any needs for my bike. Family owned and definitely a good vibe in this dealership. Laid back with knowledgeable staff and NO HIGH PRESSURE SALESMAN!! I tell everyone to shop here.
Short notice 1,000 mile service request turned into one of the best service experiences Ive had at a Harley-Davidson dealership. (And my home town shop is always Fantastic. ) Great service department got me in and out in less than 2 hours! Hardly provided enough time to shop and enjoy the history throughout South East Harley-Davidson. Thank you Greg K and your team. Wonderful job. Southeast Harley has the most awesome group of people working for them!From the first time I talked with Shane to find the bike I wanted to the time the driver delivered me at home!They went well above and beyond of what they had to do!My friend dumped his bike on the way there and was not able to ride it. I called Shane and they sent someone over to pick up his bike right away.They all were very supportive and caring when I came into the dealership.The finance department had everything ready and was very comforting to talk to.They offered to trail my bike home since I was upset. They not only trailed my bike home but also brought my friends bike to my house.I will do all my shopping there and I have been telling all my friends about my fabulous experience.Southeast Harley you are all number 1 in my bookand you restored my faith in humanity!Thank you again for everything you did for me!
From sales to service and everyone in between, all get 5 stars from me. There IS a difference in dealers. Everyone there treats you with respect and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive and beyond. My most recent transaction was handled expertly and professionally by Dave, Steve, Staci (especially Dave) `and others from parts and service to clothing, whose names I did not get. Not a smidgen of regret going there. My advice is this: save yourself the time and aggravation of shopping other dealers. If Southeast has what youre looking for, and they always have for me, you are likely to have an unsurpassed experience. A heartfelt and sincere thank you to the entire Southeast family. I had a great experience here. I am out on a motorcycle trip and I was having a couple of mechanical issues that was needing fixed ASAP. I called before arriving in the area for the night and they set up service for me first thing in the morning. They resolved the main issues and fixed a couple of other things I requested. Everyone there was extremely nice and very helpful. I highly recommend this place for service or even just stopping and checking the place out. You will not regret it.

I love the Harley shop. Very nice people. Clean environment. The food Is very delicious. And the bikes are beautiful. Nice clothes for woman and men. They also have some kids. Maybe a little more clothes for Boys and girls. Moms and dads can get matching outfits or coats with the kids.

It was a real pleasure working with both Steve Zak and David Baird. They were very professional (as was every one else) and their word was their bond. I have my choice of 5 Harley dealerships I can work with in the Greater Cleveland area and this is the ONLY one I will go to.
The service here is amazing as is the customer service. We will always take our bike here for anything that we need done .The clothing selection is great though extremely expensive. There is a great little food spot in the middle which we love. The bike selection is great as is the knowledge of all of the workers. The atmosphere is very laid back and welcoming. I would recommend this place to everyone I know. My husband and his family have been going there for years and would never go anywhere else.

Great place, they give 15 % military discount more then most Harley Davidsons Dealerships they dont pressure you into buying anything, also give 20% discounts on your Birthday, if they were closer to home it would be my number one establishment to go to. I recommend this establishment. Plus they have a indoor restaurant.

GARBAGE, definitely wouldnt recommend. Put my bike there and had them look at it . After approving the work . It still wasnt done and after they looked the bike over brought it home and running bad they couldnt even advise that my air filter done wit. Just plan O TRASH. Over rated

The sales and financing staff here are fantastic, the service staff and parts counter are very helpful and have great customer service, I have been to other dealerships that cant compare, I now feel like I am part of the Southeast Harley-Davidson family, I am always welcomed and greeted with a handshake, I will definitely be sending other people to Southeast Harley, its nice to see old fashioned customer service
Purchase two brand new motorcycles in the past 8 years the experience started off good with both of them but it seems to be once youre out of the factory warranty their customer services becoms horrific and in both instances got around 35,000 miles on each bikes and the service department could not take care of the problem in a timely manner nor diagnose and handle the problem with expertise.
A store for Harley riders, run by Harley riders. All the employees are passionate, and knowledgeable about the brand. One of the last family owned and operated Harley dealerships around. I strongly suggest shopping here if you prefer being treated like a friend. Youre experience here is guaranteed to be personal and fun. They dont look at you with money symbols in their eyes, and they dont play the smoke and mirrors game like the other places. Bravo, South East Harley-davidson!!
I would not attend this location if you want your bike safely worked on. The staff drinks and smokes during their work hours either at the dealership or by walking to GEARS... highly unprofessional. Don’t believe me.. I have pictures , and have drank with them myself. Picture has been cropped to protect the identity of the staff member but has been reported to corporate.

I just called and spoke to Lenny in the parts department. I was looking to purchase 2 cases of standard motor oil for my step-dads Harley. Lenny only had 16 bottles of oil and said he would prefer not to sell me a case, because then he wouldnt have any for his other customers. Thats okay, Lenny. I called Mentor and they had 2 cases on their floor that they are happy to sell me.

Had a great lunch there the other day. I got the dresser Burger it was very good. Lots of cool Harley stuff hanging from the ceiling and everywhere. We sat next to a bike owned by Elvis Presley. Friendly and that service we will be back.

Got to see Elvis Presleys Harley-Davidson in there which was a real treat. A shame we didnt get there at lunch time would have been nice to have been able to eat at the diner inside the dealership. Motor clothes girls are very friendly and helpful. They have pretty good sales throughout the year and especially for the holidays. If you are a very they put it in their computer and youll always get 15% off everything you buy. Brandi and Debbie are awesome and funny. They go the extra mile to make sure taken care of.
Great Harley dealer to do business with. Unlike Rock and Roll Harley that pressures and constantly calls ( had to block there number) Southeast is low pressure, transparent in purchase price, and has very fair market value on bikes. I bought two Harleys this year from Shane, great salesman.

What an awesome dealership! My husbands bearing went bad on his front tire on Saturday night and they fixed it on a Sunday! Only charged us $109, were very friendly and accommodating and did a safety check before we left. Their show room is amazing as well. Special thanks to Bill in service!

I love this place! This is what a Harley-Davidson shop should be. Tons of stuff to look at, a very friendly staff that doesnt seem to change (they have to be happy if they stay there), and a real good burger joint right inside. The guys in Parts and Service are way knowledgeable and always seem to have the parts that I need. Now they even have a restaurant down the street, too. I strongly recommend that you check them out.

Bought a 2020 sportster 883. Staff was great really nice people. I left my bike there to have some mods put on this was on may 1. Still dont have the bike yet a month now still waiting totally ridiculous ruined my memorial day ride i had planned. So for that i have to rate them low...
Although I must say I am not a Harley Rider. This is an amazing set of grounds for Harley motorcycle enthusiasts. it consists of two very distinct areas one is for service in the other one is for sales and it has a restaurant Cafe. They have bike nights there during the warmer weather. Its not unusual to see close to a thousand motorcycles.
The ppl there were absolutely amazing , answered all our questions, even gave us suggestions about where to get a great burger since the diner had already closed . Will recommend this dealership to all my friends

Had dinner at their Gears and Cheers restaurant on their beautiful back patio listening to an awesome blues band. Ordered Jambalaya. It is insanely good. All the servers were on the top of their game.South East H D does it all right. Love this place.

The best Harley store I have been to in Cleveland area. I needed a solo tour PAK mount and they had it in stock. The only shop around that had it. The restaurant was a nice touch also. Very clean and friend store. Wiil definitely come back.

Came to Ohio on a business trip from California, saw this on the way back to my hotel, so I stopped in and these are by far the best employees! I’ve been to numerous HD locations in Cali, but none were up to par like Bedford. Spent more money here than I’ve ever spent on all locations combined. I’ll definitely be visiting the next time I go to Ohio!
The whole staff from sales to parts, restaurant people are absolutely wonderful. They truly care about you the customer and want your repeat business. This is the best Harley dealership I have been in to date.

I havent been in a Harley dealership in a very long time I found myself needing a new pair of KDs sunglasses I happened to be passing by and thought I would stop i found a nice selection of KDs and secured a nice pair for myself that used to be $ they now are 10 not that big of a but what I found very surprising was the cost of t-shirts$35 for athats crazy Harley-Davidson could keep time dont get me wrong theres an abundance of cool stuff in there but its way way between Harley-Davidson greedand the mark of the dealership must have to put on it to make a dollar its out of control The two girls by the sunglasses were cool though I guess if you have money to throw away and you want to advertise for Harley-Davidson get us a good spot to go if youre just a working guy that wants to ride a motorcycle just ride

Like the motorcycles themselves many Harley Davidson Dealers are unique, in Dallas one dealer serves beer on tap for instance, Southeast Harley is unique in that they have a restaurant inside that looks like its outside, (was featured in an American Express commercial) complete with booths fabricated from real vintage cars where pretty good American cuisine is served . Shop and dine. Great selection, in fact very well stocked with bikes new and used and riding apparel. This place hosts many events as well and gets a large following thus the inventory and turnover allows attractive prices. Fun place for food and and shopping.

I recently rented a couple Harleys from here and was very impressed with the place yet again. Id gone there for lunch a dozen or so times but never thought to rent a bike once I had sold mine. They had a great selection of bikes, convenient hours to pick up and drop off and immaculate bikes to cruise Cleveland on. The helmets were beat up and clearly worn but that added some street cred when were were out cruisin. Great place with a huge selection of bikes for sale too. They also have the most impressive museum room of old Harleys.
This place rocks! My wife and I were in Cleveland celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and on the day we were supposed to head back to Michigan our 2011 Road Glide Ultra CVO wouldnt start. I contacted HOG roadside assistance and they had my Road Glide taken to South East Harley Davidson on a flat bed. Service consultant GREG KUKOLECK really came through for me. He got the bike in right away, replaced the battery, ran diagnostics and had me back on the road within two hours, all with no appointment. Thats what I call great customer service. And the dealership is really cool. Its doesnt look like much from the road, but the place just goes on and on and on...huge selection of HD clothing and accessories, a killer diner on site (the french fries are fantastic) and just a cool, friendly vibe throughout the dealership. Thank you GREG KUKOLECK and South East Harley Davidson for saving our weekend!

Ive done business with this dealership several times and received good service until the last 2 visits.1.) I tried to have the service dept press in bearings for my swing arm but the service guy told me that its 4:45pm and almost quitting time (amazing). When I mentioned could I drop it off and pick up the swing arm in the morning he was hesitant about doing that but which made me think he really does not care about taking care of every of customers. The very next morning the same guy called to state he could not do the job due to powder coat material was preventing the bearings from being installed. I returned the swing arm to the place that powder coated the swing arm and they installed the bearings in 20 mins. Go figure...2.) Went to the very same dealership to order a parts catalog and was told 5-7 days on 4/30/13. When following up on 5/9/13 I was told that it takes 7-10 days for a catalog to be delivered and to call back on 5/10/13 and it should be delivered. I called today the 10th day and was told something different again- a new guy must have told you that it takes 10 days, in fact it takes up to 15 days the last employee I spoke with. I will say this, the last person I spoke with did track the package and said the catalog has not shipped from the factory yet and try back around the 15th.When this catalog arrives I promise myself that I would not return to this dealership again for anything and advise my fellow motorcyclists.

I walked into this place expecting the usual let me sell you something atmosphere that most HD stores have (I visit every HD store that I can). Very rarely do I get the feel at home thing from the staff and such. I felt like I should move to Ohio just to be a part of this family. I brought my two small children, boys, one and three, and they were treated as future Harley riding family members, most stores think theyre cute but get sick of theyre antics fairly quickly. Lets all remember, its a tendency to act out that defines the cage less nation. I will visit this location every time that I am traveling anywhere near Cleveland, OH.
Visited for the first time in 20 yrs. Great selection of clothing and bikes. I have to say not much on the bolt on accessory side of things.
Visited the diner on our way to Niagra Falls. The food was great, the service was personable and fantastic and the store was something to see! Well be back!
This place is awesome. The diner is the best. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.Rubber City Harley in Cuyahoga falls should take some lessons from this dealer.

What a great place. Helpful sales people and a knowledgeable parts counter .I do miss the old day where you could talk to the mechanics on duty while making your way to the diner.

Vince in the service department was great! I had issues with my charging system on my sportster that I had just ridden from Florida. Vince took care of me right away.

2022-06-18The place is great. The dinner staff is friendly and personable. Even the cooks are great is you get the chance to be seated in their section. I was very pleasantly surprised how approachable the cooks were. They just started up a conversation with me. Very friendly place and the food is good too.Im not a regular there but I could see myself becoming one. I came for the food and the parts but I keep going back because of how nice everyone is.The parts guys are great too. Super nice and knowledgeable. Very patient even when asking dumb questions. Ive never felt rush or that they were getting impatient. Very helpful.Thanks guys.

Shout out to Kimmy our waitress for being so friendly and playing with the kids. I really appreciate her being so personable with my family, made me feel like family!

2021-07-15Number one Harley store on the planet they have everything all kinds of historic pictures all kinds of motorcycling equipment and an incredible diner excellent food I had to BLT and tater tots I cannot say enough good things about this place its a place to go visit have a good meal stroll around and of course if you want to buy a Harley I cant think of a better place great service department great salesman I had a wonderful waitress highly highly recommended

2022-06-12Dropped off my bike to have bars and a couple other accessories installed. My bike came back cleaner than I dropped it off. The bars looked great. Service dept are a bunch of champs(great job, Adam) . I also bought my bike from Southeast, and they made the process smooth. Shout out to Chad and Steve helping me along. Keep up the great work!

2021-07-06I wont be taking any of my business to this dealership Ive been dealing with them for years and theyre not even the dealership I brought my bike from. I had a workorder while my bike was in storage picked my bike up in the Spring Had to take it back because they never performed the work So I take my bike To the dealership where I brought it from to get work done, some upgrade come to find out South East Harley Davidson put my intake seal on backwards this guy at Southeast harley named Greg tells me why should he believe them I should have brought the bike there to get the work done, not when youre booked up and you have a longer waiting list. If I would have known the seal was on backwards dont you think I would have brought it there so no more business from me. They dont follow up on their repairs evidently and poor customer service not a sorry or anything tell me what I should have done on some work that I wouldnt have ever known had I not got some upgrade. Thanks You cant keep a Harley for a long time if the dealership is not even going to do you rigth bad service..👎🏽👎🏽
