Wow what a great store!! We live in Michigan and it was so worth the trek out here!!! The selection of boots is stellar for both men and women! My husband has been searching for a real leather belt for over a couple of years. Department stores were junky and $$$$$. We found 3 he loved and now we have a place to visit to add to his belt buckle collection! The staff is so very friendly, we will return soon and often!!!

The staff are some of the friendliest, most helpful, youll find anywhere. Theres not many things western that you cant find here at reasonable prices, definitely worth stopping in and checking out!

I just started wearing cowboy boots and wanted to go somewhere to get properly fitted. I picked the right spot!!! Helpful staff, great selection of boots, reasonably priced.I walked out with a cowboy hat...they fitted the hat for me. A nice pair of Twisted X boots and a nice shirt. If you are looking for a great deal and some variety this shop is definitely a place to go shopping.
Everything a geographically displaced Texan needs to feel right at home. Staff is wonderful, service is unmatched, prices are reasonable. And they do an amazing job with keeping your old Stetson looking nice and blocked the way you want it to be

Great company to work with. They care about their customers experience and they carry a lot if what youd find online. Plus, theyll match many online prices (some restrictions apply with this) though. Its a family owned business that will help you find what you need and at great prices.
I love this place!! The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful, and if they dont have what youre looking for, they take the time to see if they can order it for you. I do wish they had a little more variety for english riding, but as far as horse care products and customer service, this is the place to go!
I went in looking for a saddle. I needed a narrow gullet and 14” seat. The owner tried to sell me a saddle way bigger than I was looking for. I see his knowledge of different breeds and needs is pretty well stuck on quarter type horses. I found him to be rude and will not go there again.
Extremely friendly store probably the largest Western wear and accessories on the east Coast. Ive done many reviews and I dont hold back if theres a problem with a store horn location but I would give this place a lot more than five stars if I could
Five stars!!!!!!!! This place is the epitome of what a Western store should be! If you have big feet like myself they have cowboy boots that fit perfect! I live about an hour north of them in Michigan and thats the store that I shop at now its worth the drive great service the girl who helped me out is in there all the time any question I needed answered she was right there would highly recommend to anyone looking for boots, Pearl snaps, belt buckles, necklaces, and I believe there is a tack shop inside also.

Love this store love the employees always friendly. my last visit i actually dealt with the owner she was the one who waited on me. i had purchased a belt for a friend and was not sure what size to buy she helped me alot although i still bought it to small lol cause i gave him the benefit of the doubt. i was able to exchange it with no problem. Ive been looking for a local hat store so I could try it on before I bought it. They have a good selection of styles and sizes and are competitively priced. They are also able to provide services such as shaping to your individual preferences.

One of the best places in Ohio to take care of your country western needs. Boots, hats, clothes, rodeo, etc. If they dont have (unlikely) it they will point you in the right direction. Staff is a friendly bunch, can service your boots and hats if you need alterations.

Wonderful western shop that offers a variety of products and well priced.
I was driving by when the car overheated so I pulled over at this place. Unfortunately, my car had sprung a leak and the radiator was out of water. I noticed the hose on the side of the building so i went inside to ask if i could use it, the staff told me no and were pretty rude. I used it anyway and left. But i would never give this place my business.
I am from PA. As soon as we walked in, someone was on top of us and treated as if we were going to steal something. They are really pushy on selling an item to you. Ended up spending 400 dollars on stuff we were actually looking for in this place. When we asked to use the restroom we were told yes by one person and then the owner got up into my girlfriends face and wouldnt allow her to use it.
There isnt enough stars there to rate the store and the staff. Every staff member knows their product line. Thank you for another great sale.

2022-08-07The selection of boots and western wear is tremendous. Prices are good and less than several other boot or western stores in the area. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help out. This was our 3rd shopping trip here this year. Good quality merchandise too!

2021-04-12I just love this store. Ive bought a hat from em, and I just came out with a nice red Fly shirt. Their prices are reasonable and customer service is fantastic, and theyre practically the only place to get Ariat anything. The store itself is also well laid out and you just feel at home in Sonseeahray. To be honest I wish they were hiring because Id put my application in faster than they can say welcome, and they say it pretty fast lol. Love this place and love all that they offer!

2021-03-16We traveled about an hour to check out Sonseeahrays and it did NOT disappoint. My fiancé and I both got a pair of boots. The owner, he was so attentive and helpful in getting us both the perfect pair of boots, even stretched mine out to get that smooth fit. And the prices!! Even cheaper than what I found online, and cheaper than other retailers! We already made plans to head back because we both found multiple pairs that caught our eye. I have my dream wedding boots and I couldnt be happier.

2018-07-03I love this place! Its locally owned and they have a great variety of western fashion apparel including Miss Me, Rock Revival, Wrangler, Ariat, etc. Plus, this store smells amazing b/c they have tons of leather goods - boots, saddles, etc. I highly recommend visiting this western store.
