2020-04-29We have received outstanding care for our 97 year old father. Jackie is extremely kind, caring and always goes above and beyond to help us. Her staff is friendly and its always been a good experience. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this business to anyone looking to receive superior service.

2020-04-28What a great group of caring people! I have had two elderly family members cared for by this staff. They have consistently shown genuine concern and patience with them. I highly recommend and will use them again in the future as the occasion arises!

2019-02-26Sonotone Hearing Aid Center is by far the best hearing aid center in the valley. I have been to many others locally and was never satisfied completely. The day I walked into Sonotone was a game changer for me. A very friendly staff, a very comfortable and warm waiting area, and Jacki went above and beyond to explain and demonstrate various aids. She also made sure I was comfortable and at ease during the hearing test. You have to try this place!! In Bridgeport, Ohio and Barnesville, Ohio.

2019-05-07Always helpful ,very responsible & respect to all. The girls are amazing funny &knowing that they love what they do is the out most amazing. They greet you with kindness as soon as you walk in the door. Would not even think about going to any other hearing places.

2020-03-27Was having issues with my current hearing aids and was panicking a little due to what is happening right now and my regular audiologist not open . Not only did they make time time for me to come into the office but gave me a loaner. Truly remarkable as a business standpoint but an even better person.
