Not just trampolines, theres a kids size Ninja warrior course and a Playland tube jungle. Still has the classic trampolines, basketball, and dodgeball. When I asked the kids if they liked Skymax or sky zone better, they said they didnt have a favorite, they were different, and they still wanted to go to both!
Absolutely amazing facility!! I appreciate that they are taking extra caution in keeping everything so clean not only during this time with Covid-19, but on a regular basis! Chrissy was wonderful and kind and so willing to help with any of our needs. Its nice to know that during this time of uncertainty in our country, that there are still SAFE places out there that we can take our children to have a little bit of fun and allows them to truly just be a KID!! THANKS SO MUCH, SKYMAX!! We will definitely return! 😊
Went here for my daughters Birthday. Fantastic staff. Trampolines were awesome. Dodge ball was great. Obstacle courses were fun. We had an extra 90 minute ticket and the staff assured us it would go to someone that needed one. Thanks Skymax for making our first visit fantastic. Cant wait to return.
Had my daughters birthday party there 11 jumpers for an hour and pizza juice and a room for 45 mins to eat pizza and cake that I bought. Very accommodating and helpful to set everything up not a lot of work on my part and very little cleanup involved because they take care of that. Some people might say its pricey but it was $250 for 11 jumpers for an hour and 45 minutes to do presents and cake and pizza was overall a great time.
This place is appalling and terrible, everything was either roped off or broke, including the chairs, it’s unsanitary, the staff uses foul language, trampolines are falling apart, exposed trampoline springs, staff rarely looks up from there phones, concession stand didn’t have anyone at, there snack selection has been picked through and there is nothing less, and it’s insanely hot, 0/10 would recommend.
I had my sons sixth birthday party here today and the place is fun but the standout of the whole experience was our party coordinator. I dont remember his name but will update once I make a call to tell his manager what a great job he did. He was absolutely fantastic with all of the kids. Out of all the parties going on at the same time he was the only one who really got involved and made it a fun time. All the other coordinators were standing around just as onlookers but he truly made it a party. He kept everything upbeat, helped with all aspects and even played with the kids on their level. He made each one feel special. I would definitely recommend him and there will already be another party booked there just because of his enthusiasm and the great job he did.
Absolutely loved this place! The kids go back and forth between the two main areas. They do spend most of their time in the trampoline/pit, dodgeball area, but go over to the trampoline floor area to mix it up a bit. Definitely plan on purchasing the most time you can afford, as theres plenty of fun to be had!
Great fun for kids! Would Love a quieter waiting room for moms and dads though. The music is very loud! I too listen to loud music..but this music being played is basically for preteens only! If you dont like that type of music, I suggest bringing your own music with noise cancelling earbuds. :)
Boring. Not much to do here. Had a birthday party at the other jump place year and was definitely more exciting for the kids. After 20 min the kids in our group are already complaining that theyre bored so what are we supposed to do with a group of kids at this place?? We had a party booked accnts they told us once we put our stuff on the cart they would take it to the party and then decoractevthe room for us?! We already prepaid for this so obviously we are coming. Definitely book ur party elsewhere the kids arent having fun.
Were from out of town and this is my kids favorite spot when going to visit grandma. We have multiple trampoline parks up by us in Michigan and this one is better than the ones we got. Its priced more affordable, the socks are included, and they have everything from toddler area, basket ball area, long runs for gymnastic type of jumps, dogeball, indoor playground, and tons more. Its great for even adults to get in there with their kids. I had seen signs that they do teen events on friday nights, thats great too!
This is a great place to take kids to work out their extra energy. Prices are reasonable and the staff helpful. The floors and trampolines are clean and in good condition. Okay adults, you are missing out and its not only for kids. Adults, you can jump too, its good exercise and fun. Are you afraid to take off your shoes? you should not be, its clean and well kept. Throw caution into the wind, stretch and get out there!! So you cant do a flip, who cares. in the words of Nike, Just Do It!!
This past Sunday had to be my 5-6th time visiting Skymaxx and I have nothing to say but positive things. Rather we visit while it is packed (usually Friday or Saturday) or on a quiet Sunday, my boys always enjoy themselves. From the outside, it does not appear to be much but the fun is when you enter. When you walk in, they have sign-up stations on the left and once this is complete, you can get in line to pay and get started. Helpful hint: You must bring socks with slide proof bottoms (rubbery hospital like socks), you can purchase them at the register for less than $2 or you can choose to go barefoot. It is your preference. They will print off a wristband for your child and you are good to go. The prices seem to be based on age but I am pretty sure that anyone above 10 years old is $13 on the weekend. Adults are allowed to jump and they must pay if they decide to do so.There are several areas for your children to play from an open jump area, an area for the smaller kids, an area with 3 basketball hoops, a dodge-ball area, a flip area and even a large blow-up competition type area like what you would find on the show Wipe Out. Since you pay by the hour, my kids usually are able to play in each area before their time is up. On each hour, they will call out the time and a wrist band color. If your time and color are called, you must exit the jumping area.Overall, I think it is a great system they have setup and they are located not to far from eating, the mall and The Strip. We are likely to attend again but I think it would encourage me to drive move often if they had some type of loyalty or rewards program for attending so many times. Great place!
Two stars only because the kids had fun. It was not as nice, clean, or as big and safe as Sky Zone. The teens monitoring the kids were slumped down in the corner talking not really paying attention. The equipment was older and rough looking. I saw several kids fall off the sides of the target jump which was poorly designed. Dont think well be back again.
We had a great time! Only complaint is we had done the online reservation and payment. When we arrived there were 3-4 families ahead of us in line. The line moved slowly so by the time it was our turn and the bands printed out my kids had lost more than 5 minutes off of their hour jump time.
Really enjoyed it at Skymax, more than Skyzone. Both are nice but I like how Skymax has an separate jumping area for my little ones. The staff is always SUPER nice and friendly! Also, they have the giant jump bag instead of the foam pit, which I feel is more sanitary. (The foam kind of smells at Skyzone). And they have an additional inflatable! Overall I feel it seems a tidbit smaller but definitely more to do and more fun for all of my large family ages 1 to 12!!
This was not a nice place. It was very old and dingy. No fun arcade games, the bouncing was sectioned off for 6 and under and the other area was for 8 and up. What do you do with a 7 year old... Lie obviously. The birthday party area was nice, but they tossed a present with a large gift card amount in another present (bag), so when the kid opened it they thanked one person for two presents... Not cool!
A great, fun place to jump, jump, jump. Its physical, interactive, and social, as you mix with fellow trampoline users. Well supervised. Care must be taken; landing incorrectly might result in injuries. Faces dont lie; smiles abound. A great family activity. GO for it!
Place is dirty, bathrooms, mens rooms smells of urine had to cover my nose while in there, the wife said womens was not the cleanest either. The pads that separate the trampolines are visibly dirty. The staff was constantly on their phones not paying attention to anything, standing around talking to each other. Front counter where you check in I asked for help with waiver process the girl had to finish her text or whatever she was doing on her phone first before coming over took another 20-30 seconds before she wandered over but was annoyed with her social life interrupted. Didnt get anywhere with her half hearted attempt so asked if other way to do waiver(had a paper form). Just a giant mess. the customer service is horrible. Witnessed one older woman who seemed to be a manager visibly annoyed with a large group of african americans who came in with several kids. Her annoyance was obvious and she wasnt friendly but when a white woman with a group of kids came in she was suddenly cheery and helpful. That was of some concern. Didnt see any real diversity in staff either. Prices are ridiculous and the attractions are bland. Ninja course is small and about as challenging as making a bologna sandwich.Dodge ball is poorly run and small kids constantly targeted and bullied. Just a bad deal all around you be better off finding other options if your kids want to do trampolines. this place is a joke!
My sister in-law booked a party for my nephews 8th Birthday.... We LOVED the jump area and all the different activities they have something for all ages to enjoy and our group had a wide range of ages from 5 to 45 and we all had a blast!! I would recommend the trampoline and activities to every one twas a blast and lots of laughs!!HOWEVER.... I would not recommend the Birthday party side of the business. There is a $200.00 That includes 10 guest with each additional guest costing an extra $13.00 ..this fee includes an hour jump time a private Bday room plates and utensils and table cloth and the Birthday decorations that Are used on the wall for every party .. that in its self isnt so bad price wise.. again the actual hour of jumping was awesome.. the problem starts with the last 45 min for the Birthday kiddo to have their private little party...My first issue is the fact that our party host tried to make us set up in the lobby area of the party rooms, There were people sitting all around and walking back and forth we reserved a private room thank goodness my Sister In law held her ground In Receiving a private room as she asked for upon making the reservation!!My next issue Is the fact we didnt have enough plates supplied to cover the 10 guest included in the $200.00 even after asking for more and told that was all we could get sorry ok so what that left was a couple people using card board from the pizza boxes we brought in As plates . our additional guest that we paid xtra 13.00 each didnt have plates either... so why did we pay extra? Since we didnt have enough plates to begin with we actually had to wipe off what plates we did have so we could use them for cake and ice cream!!! For me this is unexceptable! Our so called party host never had a smile on her face, she didnt do anything to make my nephew feel special on his day.... and she never left the small room she literally walked around the room watching us it was bizarre to say the least and made us all uncomfortable not to mention we have this stranger in all of my nephews bday pictures, she continued to do a time countdown!! it made my nephews birthday party feel rushed and made the kids feel they couldnt have fun they literally sat at the table instead of being kids and having what was suppose to be a good time!! Thank goodness the first hour that was jumping was fun or my nephew would have been very disappointed!!I would not have minded the party host being there had she interacted with the kids been half way friendly and helped make it feel like a fun experience for them, rather then being worried they were doing something wrong and being rushed!Sorry Skymax Epic Fail in the Birthday party department, I would not recommend doing a Birthday part there to anyone! 👎 Maybe had we had a better host this experience would have been better but the girl we had was more like a angry drill Sargent... definitely not what you would expect for a 8 year olds Birthday Party
Lots of active fun for the whole family. They offer areas just for younger children and offer obstacles that can keep teenagers and adults active. Dodgeball, large obstacle ball challenge, trampoline pit and even trampolines to dunk a basketball on. Price is right (only about $12/person/hour and cheaper if you want to play for longer. Clean facility.
The place was fun and a good workout, but there was not enough space with the amount of people there. You had to watch yourself a lot because of the many kids around you jumping and wait until spots are clear before you can do anything out of fear of running into a kid. There should be times for adults to jump and times for kids because its no fun when you are being cautious the whole time with kids running/jumping all over the place. The staff was very rude. It was my first time going with my girlfriend and I asked a young woman at the desk about the Like Our Facebook Get $2 Off deal they had on their facebook page. She said that management doesnt tell them anything. She went to another cashier and they asked us for our phones in order to verify the advertisement deal. Our phones were in our car and I asked for a manager or if they could go to their FB page on their computer...they said, Sorry. Theres nothing else we can do for you. Ive been to many places and hate writing bad reviews, but rude staff is always a red flag for me, especially when it is supposed to be a welcoming establishment. The $2 off wasnt a big deal, but the unwelcoming communication regarding it was.
Really need someone to monitor the adults in sky max had grown people in the 6 and under part five adults with one child acting as if they had no sense. My kids love it but i think some of the kids working the floor could care less....my son ended up in er due to a ball being thrown at his eye causing him a eye injury.....
Agree not enough room for what you pay . We sat and waited for the basketball court, there was two boys in there for over a hour , when I asked a worker if there was a time limit, he replied no then another worker said yes after 5 points . This was not in forced. Then at 930 the lights was turn on when we paid till 10 so the workers could clean up ,but if you pay to play till 10 then lights out till it is closing time .I was going to have a birthday party there and maybe a youth group outing but to waste my money .Very unprofessional
I sprained my ankle on the big blue balls, and I walked right past a worker limping he looked at me and didnt do anything. I went to the trampoline area and was having my dad look at my ankle and Justin came over multiple times and made sure I was okay. There were a few workers here that are just truly amazing like Dom and Justin. They truly need a raise because theyre one of a kind workers that you rarely find.
Okay, as an ex gymnast and current diver I love this place. one day I went with my diving team and I went flying off a trampoline and passed out because I landed on my neck. the medic had no idea what to do and praise the Lord that a nurse was there to save my ass. I literally had to be carried out on a board and hooked up to an IV and Im scared of needles. would give five stars but needs to train their medication
Stunt airbags and trampolines are totally rad and my sister loves them so much we go back in each time we find new ways to enjoy their amazing trampolines. The prices are reasonable and the entertainment is priceless its a great place to go with friends or a really nice hot date.
Well, Im not sure if my final review will be good or bad. Nephew bought tickets online on saturday. He thought it was for Sunday. The website let him purchase them 7 minutes before the time he scheduled, no way to get there even if it was the right day, and we tried to call multiple times before he even bought them and I would have handled it. and there wouldnt have been a prob, I think the hours were wrong too because someone else showed up thinking it was open. Naturally niece and nephew burst into tears and Brannon felt so guilty for wasting my money. I am trying to take them today, even for a little while, but still cant get a live person. I know they are non refundable, but I am hoping customer service matters to them and they can make an exception on a Tues. afternoon.

2021-09-23This place was HORRIBLE. I won’t be taking my child there ever again. It was filthy, nothing at their “hand sanitizing station” and next to no soap in the bathrooms the entire time we were there…all while the employees never got off their phones at the desk. But I can get over that. A trampoline arena isn’t exactly going to be germ free. But the disrepair is inexcusable. It was unsafe. I had to go around trying to haul beat up mats over exposed springs and gaping holes so no kids would have a leg FALL THROUGH! We paid full price for half the arena to be taped off. Fraying nets were held together with zip ties, including the top levels of the kids climbing area! Where there was also a random broken chair??? There were also support beams held together with duct tape. This place would fall apart if it wasn’t for zip ties and duct tape!!But the WORST part was that the platform for people to jump onto a huge inflated bag wasn’t roped off… WHEN THE BAG WAS DEFLATED!! A kid could definitely run up there and launch themselves off a trampoline only to take a dead fall to the hard ground like 8 feet below. I cannot believe the NEGLECT of this place. It needs shut down. Lawsuit waiting to happen….

2021-11-28What the heck happened to this place? It used to be clean and well kept. We use to love coming here and even had a birthday party here a few years ago. Wow has it gone down hill. Hopefully something can be done to clean this place up.

2021-08-08Took our granddaughters out for a girls day and they wanted to try this place out.. it was our first time here so we had some trouble with the machine for waivers and unsure of how to use some of the trampolines but we got everything figured out and the girls seemed to enjoy themselves

2020-02-27This place is so cool. Toddler time is great and a really awesome price. My 4 year old loves it. Weve gone twice and were the only ones both times. Theyve made a lot of changes since we were there. Now they have a whole indoor playground and a ninja course. So much less crowded than skyzone and the pricing is the same.

2021-11-24I had a Birthday party there yesterday and Makayla was wonderful! She made sure we were all set to jump, took our items and set up the table with the purple color as requested, she was very accommodating. The place was fun and the time was perfect! Thank you so much for helping me make such an amazing evening for my girls. My family had so much fun and we definitely recommend SKYMAX to anyone for parties or just wanting a to have fun.

2017-03-29My kids love this place. My 10 year old loves to do the dodgeball games they have. And the little ones like jumping from into the pit. Great place to let your little ones get some energy out.

2017-07-28Not nearly as good as Sky Zone in Hudson, OH. Much less trampolines. For the teenagers there was only the dodgeball, as the basketball was partially closed and the open ones always crowded. For the smaller children there was only the inflatable at the end of the building.
