Great quick friendly service by my server Grace on Sunday!
A delicious and amazing franchise of skyline. Food was made fresh, and the staff were pretty much on it. Our waitress was very attentive and we left feeling satisfied.
Omg!!! Amazing! Brings back SO many childhood memories! Was just as good now as I remember! The kids who work here were very nice and had great customer service! Go and grab a bowl - I promise youll love it! Sooooo delicious and different from the chili youre used to.

Amazing location worth the small drive from the freeway exit. Decided to stop by on our trip back to Columbus. Wow glad we did service was fantastic and food was hot fresh and delicious. Definitely stopping by again.

Clean restaurant. One of the staff members said that they hated Skyline food... which was kind of funny, but maybe not the best thing to say where all your guests can hear you.
Any trip to OH has to include Skyline. That GoldShart place, skip it.
The service was excellent despite being very busy. Everyone was very friendly and attentive and I even noticed the staff on the line taking more care than average while prepping orders.
This place is great! The staff is overall very friendly and pays great attention to detail. Kyle and Aedan make great cheese coneys and 3 ways! Will definitely be coming back to visit those two great cheese coney craftsman.
I cant speak to the dine-in experience (we ordered from the drive thru) but the food was lovely. Nothing beats Skyline Chili in Cincinnati. If youre looking for a local classic, Skyline is a must.
I loved it. This location has a special deal for a specific day of the week where kids eat free, so the place was loaded with families and kids. What was impressive was the activity table the restaurant had set up for the kids, and the wonderful active participation by rotating members of the staff to keep the kids engaged (and supplied!) while the rest of their families were at the tables. Just wonderful - havent seen anything like it anywhere else.The staff were super friendly and helpful despite being jammed, the place was clean and well maintained, and of course the food was exactly like you would expect it to be at a Skyline restaurant - prepared and cooked to order as you wait, so its fresh as can be.Im not an expert on what is better - Skyline or the other place - but what I do know is that I really like specific dishes and products from both places. The bottom line is this Skyline restaurant is definitely my go to place for my Skyline fix. Highly Recommended!!!
The staff here is the best! Always smiling! Today I didnt have quite enough cash for my lunch, but an extremely friendly staff member offered me a gift card out of her wallet! Super generous! I will be back soon to payback the favor. And obviously the food was delicious!
Our first time visiting Skyline Chili and I must say we’ll definitely be back! Great atmosphere but even better service!! Not sure if this is typical of all Skylines but our waitress was completely five star!! Chelsey has the attitude and vibe that makes the experience complete!! Absolutely love this Skyline! The staff is friendly. The place is kept clean. My service has always been quick, I havent had to wait to order or for drinks. And I the greatest part. They arent chincsy on the food. When your order comes. You will be happy and if you walk away hungry, some things wrong. They do get busy allot. But move them in and out pretty quick. So, if you have to wait a few minutes. Its well worth it to have a little patience!

First off, Skyline is the BEST!!!!OK, the staff here are friendly, attentive, quick, and the food it always made perfectly. Ive been to dozens of Skylines and this is one of the best, although, theyre all pretty darn up to my standards!

Enough said about Skyline chili - they make a great 5 way and if you have them add a little mustard it is awesome. I make a point of trying a different location every time I travel. This location is very nice interior... it is a ways from i71 but that is fine... Kira was a great waitress

Last week was our first time we visited this magnificent restaurant. But It is obviously not the last. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the courteous service, with the finest dishes and fine drinks and with the comfortable pay. We will no doubt return there in a short time.
Okay, honestly, Skyline Chili is great. The food is super cheap and really good. The customer service is great, and it’s a pretty good place to meet up and eat with friends. Also, the fact that they have those ugly spongebob ice creams immediately sells me on it. Surprisingly clean tables and silverware, and if chili spaghetti ain’t your cup of tea, try some of there Greek salad/wraps because those are also pretty tasty. I don’t want to spoil the experience for you so go there, order some chili, and chow down.
This Skyline location does a pretty good job over all. Service is good and food comes out right.👍I do wish Skyline in general would make the 3 ways portions a little bigger, but this location does a decent job overall.

Taste of home! Flew in for a week from Denver and had Skyline 3x in that week. Wonderful location, quick service, and amazing taste. (Thanks for the extra cheese!) One of those few tastes of home I cant leave without. The crew are always kind and generous. Thanks, Skyline.
Cant go wrong going to skyline its a Cincinnati favorite! The 3-4-5 ways are amazing. The cheese coneys are delicious. The chili cheese fries are very good! Definitely a great place to grab a bite to eat with some friends or family! The prices are very fair! And the food is always great
I go to skyline chili a lot more than I should to be honest. Id say Ive gone there at least 50 times. They know me pretty well at this point lol Its easy for me to go to this particular one because it is always right. I think they gave me the wrong drink once but I have never had any issues with this place. The staff is also very friendly and always makes sure that you have what you need (hot sauce, napkins, everything) if I plan on going to skyline, I go out of my way to go to this one.
I want to thank Shayla for bringing my food while the other waitress was busy with other customers. She was so polite and She made you feel right at home. The Best Skyline Chili I ever visited. Thanks!
Really a great place to eat, if you’re looking for a consistent, enjoyable, and overall very quick service with friendly employees this is the Skyline to visit.
Great restaurant I have went to many different Skylines and I have to say this is the best one out of all of them. When you order the food is ready within minutes and always clean inside and they are great at working during rush hour times of the day.
Worst experience ever. The entire restaurant was filled with a local kids sports team and their parents and the staff totally ignored everyone else. We had to seat six people in four chairs or we could have waited 45 minutes for the place to clear out. Our food was literally ice cold, no one came to check on us after our food was delivered to the table. Forget offering refills on drinks. Wont ever be back to this location.
Cincinnati style chili at its best. Staff was friendly and service was fast. No matter what Skyline you go to you get the same quality of food. Theyre always adding specials to the menu. Ill stick with the chili though.

Overall love this place. But anytime I order coneys they are always wrong. I order plain either come with onions, mustard or in this case both. Get a 4 way with onions and doesnt have the onions. Tired of going back just going to start going to landen.
The best service Ive had in a while! I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. When I sat down the waiter promptly came over and took my order. My food came out rapidly and was hot. Upon leaving, I was even asked if I wanted a to go cup for my drink.
Uncharacteristically Poor. Usually good. Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes. Lid was not put properly on my 3 way and spilled out when taken out of bag. Asked for extra crackers for our 3 separate 3 ways. Was given ONE BAG total. Get it together....this location used to be good.
Every time we visit Cincinnati, Skyline is the first place we hit. After 7.5 hours of drive we went through the drive through which took way too long, considering that there was only one car in front of us. But what really did it for me was a long hair being in my cheese convey. Im really disappointed with this location.
Nothing beats skyline chili! Order is always right, price is fair, and the wait staff has always been friendly. Good community involvement (for those who are interested). Great spot for both a quick meal through the drive thru or a sit down hangout with friends and family.
Thought I would try it again and still dont like the sauce. Taste like it has cinnamon in it. Terrible after taste. I will say the cinnibon cheesecake was awesome.
Lots of Skylines around, this is a better one. Service is consistently good and food is always fresh. I would recommend passing other Skylines for this one
I visited this restaurant several times a week for a very long time. Last time I went in there were 8 workers working and 2 sitting in stools talking with everyone, which I understand it’s fun to be social at work. We ordered our food, 4 chillitos and two cheese coneys. 15 minutes later we asked where the food was because nobody was making it and there were only 2 other tables in the restaurant. The waitress went to check and we watched as they purposely made them as slow as they could. When we got them I took one bite and discovered mine was made incorrectly and had sour cream in it. I asked for the manager and she came over to the table, Kim was her name. I then proceeded to compliment the restaurant and the server but told her it wasn’t ok that the food took 25 minutes when it’s all pre-cooked and they had nobody in the restaurant and then it was made wrong. She then got an attitude instead of apologizing and told me I don’t have any idea what all they deal with behind the scenes and that they had $400 through their drive thru in the last 2 hours. And I told her well that’s not now, and then she continued to argue with me instead of apologizing. After that I told her we were leaving and she then get very loud and pointing her finger at me. My party left the restaurant but I stayed, and started recording as I asked for the owners information. She put it on a car and flung it across the counter and told me to give him a call. She then told me it’s not her fault that she works with a bunch of 16 year olds who would rather be out having fun... well guess what Kim? It isn’t your customers either! She asked what I wanted from her and I said an apologize instead of some condescending attitude and response. She later told me and I quote, “this is going to sound very unprofessional of me to say but the only reason I came up to your table with an attitude is because you don’t have any right to complain to me when you’re all half of my age and that’s disrespectful.” Listen up Kim! Age means nothing, you are a manager so act like it. When somebody drops the ball on your order and made you wait then apologize and remake it, don’t come to a table with an attitude and tell the customer they don’t understand what goes on when they are 10 feet from your kitchen area watching the entire reason why their food never arrived, hearing the waitress ask about it, and watch as you stood there and encouraged them to slow down the making of it. You will be the reason this business fails because for someone that’s double my age you sure haven’t learned what it’s like to manage and be a leader and take care of your customers. Then at the end when I told you I recorded the entire thing you threw something and said you were done as I left. People wouldn’t feel the need to record their interactions when asking for an owners phone number over how you treated them, if they didn’t fear your explosive attitude. I hope the owner reviews his video footage of the situation and can compare it with my audio because I’ve never in my life seen something like this and the owner should be ashamed of having her represent his restaurant.

I eat here a lot since I work nearby. I must say their service is always fantastic and they keep the place clean all the time. Pricing is affordable and they serve sizeable portions.
Drive thru not good.. Tonight I had to go back because my order was wrong...AGAIN! Two weeks in a row and about the 8th time in 4 months. Got attitude from manager. Last week there was no hot dog in a cheese coney, all-the-way! Wow! Cant recommend drive thru at this point.
You cant go wrong with a stop at Skyline. Great eats, cheap prices, quick in-and-out always. Be sure to tip the servers well - they are working hard and fast any time I am every at one of its locations. :-)
Stop by, I was slightly hungry so I had a couple of dogsand I had a small chili with your. To be really good, the place is very clean and waitresses extremely friendly and the service was rapid can I feel sure they were happy to see me as I was to see that, nice place recommended it is

Of course they are known for their 3, 4, and 5-ways, and their cheese coneys, but Skyline makes a fantastic greek salad! What kind of fast food restaurant uses kalamata olives, feta cheese, and chickpeas? The Skyline kind! Fantastic service from Maggie, repeated attention to detail, and the same great food! Dont miss out!

I keep coming back by force from my wife that grew up with this...i cant understand the allure of the mess of too much cheese and what they call chili. Ill accept that they have some weird niche and thats all I can say.

This is one of my favorite skylines. They played awesome drums for my friends birthday. My cousin once drank a whole spoonful of hot sauce.
Second in line at drive thru and waited ten minutes at 2:45 pm. $17.19 for 7 cheese conies and a large drink. Got home and two were missing. Wasted time and wasted money.

2022-03-19Great staff, fantastic food, quick service. We went on St Patricks day for their green 3-way. There was a line out the door but was shocked at how quickly they were able to seat us, serve us, and we were on our way without feeling rushed. It was great!

2021-08-14First time at a skyline chili and it was ok. The pic I have attached is actually two plates, the coney chili bowel that they forgot the cheese and a chili cheese fry that was laughable in size. Also got a chilito w onion and they forgot the onion. We spent 18 dollars and all the food fit on one plate. Might just be this location gonna try one more time at a different location in the future. Just for comparison. Left here and went to White Castle to complete our lunch. Not willing to buy more from this location at this time.

2022-06-12Oakley site was terrible. Bad, slow service. They couldnt get a simple drink order right. Took our order and went and took other peoples orders at different tables. People came and sat at counter after us and had their food and finished before us. Most are pleasant, friendly, quick and enjoyable - Not Oakley.

2021-12-02I love skyline chili in general but this location is special to my heart because its in my neighborhood. We have eaten here many times and they offer a law enforcement and military discount year-round. Has a local Cincinnati based company skyline has done wonders for the community of Cincinnati and the food is fantastic. We even got some Chicago land in-laws hooked on skyline and they must have it when they come in town. The flavor is very savory with hints of cinnamon and chocolate in the chili... It may sound weird but it tastes incredible.

2018-09-07Updated Review:This place has gone downhill. Tonight we went through the drive through. When we left, we realized they forgot all of the 4 Ways - the main part of the meal.We went inside and asked for the rest of the order. When we got home we found out that our 4 ways had almost no sauce. Dry spaghetti, dry beans and a tiny bit of meat .Yes, theyre so incompetent they forgot the chili in our chili. Also, the coneys tasted like an industrial cleaner and the burrito was a toxic mess. We ended up throwing it all out and ordering pizza.Old Review:Always friendly with quick service, this is our favorite Skyline. Everyone here does a great job, but we specifically want to thank Molly for always providing excellent service.A perfect hometown experience.
