Ive been going here for four years now. I buy disposable vapes, like the fiend I am, on a daily basis. Like youre talking BIG store money from me alone. Today I tested a vape and it worked in store. I Walked out (took two steps) and it stopped working. I turned around to let the register employees know and they denied getting me a new one despite them knowing how much I love this store (and how much I spend here). It breaks my heart to give it this review, but if they’re gonna do this to their boi then they deserve it. I’m converting to a smoke zone guy🤪☝🏻
Good place for accessories and glass. Bout a faulty battery from them though brought it back next day after i fully tried to charge it and it didnt work. The dude looked me right in my face and told me oh yea thats a faulty battery sorry....but we dont have any more batteries for you to PURCHASE. So take that as a warning, they wont care if the item doesnt work but theyll be quick to pawn it off.
The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. You can tell that the staff actually has experience with the products, and truly care about making sure you leave happy. I regularly buy my e-liquid here, and stop by to browse regularly. There is always something new and the store is constantly upgrading their displays and making a better experience overall.Shoot they even remember my name. The personal touch is always present, and never fails to brighten my day. Thanks guys!
Best environment ever! Not only do they have everything you’d need (At a great cost), but they have the best customer service! Highly recommend, especially if you’re new to anything, they take the time to talk you through EVERYTHING (seriously spent almost an hour there talking to one guy about a product). I go there for the people, if I could give more than five stars I definitely would:)
I got good deals and the staff was very friendly and informative. Love that you check that products are in working order before leaving the store. Besides it took quite some time to have staff acknowledge me in the store I am a lover of music but the music was very vulgar

Horrible experience. Rude staff. Crazy mark ups. Very non-negotiable pricing. Asked simple question to get refused a sale and being cussed out. I love to support local businesses, however after years of supporting I feel betrayed. I will no longer be a top spending customer. To be fair, Ordering online shows up on your porch. ✌🏿
Brent and Corey are the most friendly well mannered individuals youll ever meet. Id recommend this place to anyone looking for literally anything from vape supplies down to a snack! So this is a long overdue review, as I have been an avid customer for almost 3 years now. Every time I walk into The Serpent, Im always greeted by something new. Constantly changing their inventory of vape equipment and supplies, and offering an ever broadening selection of glass makes the Silver Serpent one of the most unique and comfortable stores Ive ever shopped at. The small venue and amazing staff make shopping there a breeze. I highly recommend this store for all your interests and hobbies.
The most knowledgeable staff of employees anyone could ask for. Despite the virus they fight to remain open in a very sanitized fashion with cleaning constantly and hand sanitizer at the door. I was able to get everything I needed in one stop as in Kratom, vape coils and juice! Definitely recommend!

Amazing selection and very knowledgeable staff! They go above and beyond to get the customer exactly what they need! Vape selection is the best any where around! Glass is very high quality and the selection is insane! Definitely recommend this place over any specialty shop or convenience store in the area!

I like this shop but they need to check their Hyde Max supply. My last 2 have unfortunately burnt within 5 hits. Their other disposables dont seem to have this issue.

Excellent customer service and did not force their opinions on customers. As well as a pleasure to be there chatting with the employee. Prices are excellent and beat the alternatives on the other side of the street. I will definitely will be back as a repeat customer. They have excellent prices and selection of products.After doing buisness with them for several years now I can say that they are my go to store in Athens and will no longer be going to the store across the street with attitudes towards customers. They staff here has always been friendly and helpful and thats better than the competition who are across the street who are just judgemental about customers and are extremely over priced. After doing buisness with them for over 25 years.I am totally happy to give my money to the Silver Serpent instead of the place across the street and I hope that Silver Serpent is around for 25+ years like the competition. Since the staff here is not judgemental and actually knows about the products they sell thats a very rare thing these days.As for those saying that they sell junk here they sell the same stuff that the two other stores across the street sell just for less money. My guess is that you probably just broke things do to operator error like usually is the case and when you buy cheap plastic tools you get what you pay for . Spend a few dollars on metal grinders and they will last for years. Just like glass products are nice but just dont drop it, lol thats just common sense and dont use glass when drunk it will last longer than a week. There are just not that many vendors and manufactures in this industry. All shops use some local vendors and their are not that many local craftsmen. But they do make quality hand made glassware and just as durable as any other glass blowers products . You just have to be careful not to drop it, bang it on harder things and or use a metal poker with it. Common sense goes a long way and your glassware will last years. I have several pieces that are 20+ years old that friends made me years ago that look brand new still today.

Terrible customer service anymore. I don’t know what’s happened to it. Opened two different Rush pods in front of them and neither worked and I asked for a re fund and they literally “told me to bad” and they all smoke dabs and dab pens in back of store
I see you guys deleted my comment. these people are THIEVES. stole my debit card information and still reporting counts of theft. Went in halloween, to buy cones, and was in there for 30 minutes while they ran my card. Next day over 1k in theft. Never use your card there

I only come here as a last resort. Employees know very little and are always bothered when a customer walks in. All my friends have told me they get ignored until the employees stop their conversations with each other or pause their video games.
I forget my id one time and the workers are rude saying “I don’t even want to waste my time”.. not to mention this is the first time in the two years I’ve shopped there that they even asked for my id. I’m just going to waste my time at smoke zone from now on

2022-04-15Have a very wide variety in mods and juices. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Its my go to store..Edit 4-14-2022. The last 3 bottles of my favorite juice Ive bought have been expired for over a year. When I go back in to see if they will exchange it they say we dont do returns

2021-02-08I’ve been a casual shopper at the court st store for a year. Always super friendly and helpful people working.I waded into vaping in an attempt to quit cigarettes. I knew next to nothing about the products and options. I went into the Court St shop Sunday and the employees were absolutely awesome. I was educated on my options. Provided product information and recommendations. I am very happy with my experience. Much love team!

2021-04-14We dont go to Athens without stopping into the Silver Serpent! We have bought Vape mods, batteries, extra vape tips, replacement glass, alcohol, snacks... You name it they have something for everyone! Not having to order extra glass for broken vape tanks and tips on line is great! On our last trip I found they had Drag mods in stock and they even had the Emerald and Silver Mod I have had my eye on for a long time. It took 3 people to find the price of it but they were all courteous and very helpful. It was very comparable to on line pricing and in stock(havent been able to find them on line, in stock)! They located the box, checked to make sure the mod was in perfect working condition and we were on our way.
