Great plants; wonderful service! I came in requesting a somewhat hard-to-find plant. The staff wasted no time getting on it and was able to locate the last one in stock. They even brought it up front to the register for me so that I wouldnt have to walk to the back. I couldnt have been more pleased. The store also has a one year warranty/guarantee on the shrub I purchased.
Excellent experience from planning through planting. We got 7 new trees planted. The entire process went smoothly and was very well facilitated.

Excellent and personal service! Went there looking for a replacement ornamental tree. Nicole showed us several options and when we settled on a type, she gave us good advice on choosing a good one. They also scheduled us for delivery far in advance so that wed be planting it at the proper time. They also offered to analyze the old dead tree to offer advice on what killed it and what to do to prevent it from happening again. Lastly, we got a 10 percent military discount.

Since the pandemic, my family and I have stayed inside and out of stores. Last week, I went to your store to buy dome plants. Yours was the first and only store we have been in since mid March! I have to say I was very impressed and felt confident and safe shopping there. Thank you for all you have done to keep customers safe during this unprecedented time!
Hands down the best nursery around. Great selection, great sales, and even better service. I bought 6 trees from them last year and one was worrying me as it hadn’t grown and wasn’t looking to good. Greg Christie looked at clippings I had brought back, told me it should be ok, and helped ease my worry by extending my warranty another year to make sure the tree did indeed grow, and if it didn’t they would replace it. Absolutely earned my business and I will continue to come back and recommend to others. 10/5 for sure!

While shopping there yesterday, I went inside the store to find a houseplant I wanted and was in there for about ten minutes when one of the workers came in and told me, my husband, and one other person who was in there to get out since we didn’t have face masks on. None of us noticed the sign as it wasn’t posted in a very visible space. We all walked out right away and said sorry because we didn’t know. I purchased my plants and left, all the while that worker was standing with someone pointing and staring at us and talking about us. It shows her lack of customer service and maturity, I used to love this garden center but I will only be returning if I ever find myself in need of a rose which won’t anytime soon. I can’t be a consumer of a company who is okay with treating their customers with no respect.

We had a large landscape project completed by Siebenthalers this summer and could not be more satisfied with the entire experience. They were completely professional throughout the entire design and construction process. Special thanks to Dwight Goodin for designing a beautiful new landscape for us! Would highly recommend the Siebenthaler team and would use them again in the future.
Every once in awhile I go to Seibenthalers and am reminded of why Im always, always disappointed and dont shop there. Yesterday, I needed to bring my mom a gift in a hurry, so I stopped by to check out their planters. Understandably, not much preassembled is left in July; however, they do sell pottery, potting soil, AND plants, so I thought it might be possible to create a planter on the spot. Ironically, I would have been willing to pay a premium price for a pot- not on sale, plants that are um, summer worn, a bag of potting soil, etc. I just wanted to assemble at the nursery instead of at my moms house, which would have been a mess and tacky. NOPE. No can do. I offered to pay to use their planters spot or buy all materials and assemble at the nursery but the worker just laughed and said they dont allow it. I dont think the worker understood what I was asking to do, but she was more interested in talking to the several other employees gathered around than trying to help me. Lets examine this: a plant nursery that has soil, pots, and plants wont allow someone in a hurry to actually pay to buy materials and assemble the gift item on the spot. Sigh. Every once in awhile I have to take the cure; however, I suggest you dont waste your time since there are plenty of other options in Beavercreek.
They have a great selection and I was treated very well. I spoke to a Certified Arborist, who took all the time I needed and he was a wealth of knowledge on what best to plant where and how.
I just loved this place. Has great gardening supplies and even better plants. The staff is very helpful. The prices are high but you get good quality.
Im not a plant person at all so had no idea what to do or where to go. The staff was extremely helpful and made the process easy. I was surprised at how large of a place this Center is. They had a wide variety of beautiful plants. This will definitely be my go-to stop for plants in the future.

From the appearance of the place you get the impression that the staff would be experienced and competent. I have been disappointed each visit. They hire young kids that dont know the products and dont have the motivation to learn. At a minimum I would expect a welcome or thank you from at least one person that notices I am there to spend my hard-earned money. Im not sure why I continue to shop there.

Be forwarned that they DO NOT GUARANTEE their perennials. My elderly father purchased $30 worth of ornamental grass in October of 2017. It has not come up. I called to see how theirs were doing, and their response was that they only guarantee shrubbery.
Prices are wayyyy too high. They wanted 3-5 dollars for a single tomato plant....you can get a flat for 48 at other greenhouses for 18 bucks.These plants were not established tomato plants either, were talking about 6-8 inches high. Same as the plants you would get in a traditional 4 pack.

Selection was more limited than I expected. Some nice looking trees, but cost was higher than average. They did have the best warranty of any of the area nurseries.

2022-05-10Gorgeous selection of plants and we happily spent quite some time wandering around. The plants are so well labeled! I love the special attention they gave to natives, shade plants, and they have a huge variety of trees and bushes. The plants we looked at all looked super healthy. We could have happily filled the truck twice over if not for watching our wallets.Do visit the rose section if you want a memorable experience. I hope I always remember the look on my husbands face when that aroma hit him 😍They also have clean and nicely appointed bathroom facilities in the indoor section.

2022-05-01Not great at all. The plants were beautiful but we were ignored for majority of the time we were there and then when we asked someone a question they said I dont know, you can go ask someone upfront or someone will be pricing them later on this afternoon. So we went to ask someone else (which was hard to get someones attention anyways) And they gave us the prices of $44 and $0 and they did not know but were not willing to call and ask anyone. Would NOT recommend at all.

2021-04-23I was very impressed with the selection, set-up and fairly good prices at the greenhouse. The youg guy that was helping us spent an hour helping us pick out a couple of perfect trees. He was very patient and friendly through our dozens of questions. They packed them up and loaded them in the car for us too. We had a very good experience here.

2022-06-09Vast array of plant materials and supplies of all kinds in several large greenhouses and open areas. Most were labeled and priced. Helpful staff. Adequate parking on site. Locally owned so more of a homey feel than the big bix stores that pretend to know something about the plants they sell.

2022-09-15Save yourself a lot of money and frustration and go elsewhere. We used Siebenthaler for a fairly large landscaping project ($20-30k) and it was an entirely disappointing experience.There was an extreme lack of communication throughout the entire process, from scheduling to installation to warranty replacement. Work was consistently delayed, but not once was I called with an update to let me know. When work finally began, we were never informed when they arrived, were leaving for the day, or were done. Theyd show up and be gone, then wed get a bill. I was never given an opportunity to review the work with the supervisor, instead, being relegated to wait a month or so for a response on any concerns I had.They planted dead and damaged shrubs and trees. They had damaged a tree prior to delivery, yet chose to deliver it anyway. When asked for it to be replaced, they refused, saying it would recover. Some of the delivered trees were never checked for life, prior to delivery, and were planted dead. It took almost a year for them to finally be replaced. Some trees were also planted crooked and some were swapped with a type different than what were on the plans because Siebenthaler had over sold the variety we had originally agreed to.Some of the work is fine, like the hardscaping. They were also able to transplant most shrubs successfully.Just stay away. Do your research and find a company that simply values communication slightly more than none, and you will have a better experience than I did with Siebenthaler.

2021-05-15Great nursery, greater people!Bought two ornamental trees today...fantastic selection of healthy, native Ohio trees! The team is what makes the true difference! Just want to say thanks to Cameron, Greg, and Luke. Cameron was with me every step of the way, and enlisted help to get my trees into my trailer. Really appreciate the military discount too! My family and I have no desire to shop for our needs anywhere else...ever! Thanks again to the entire team.
