The food is okay nachos were stale. Service was the worst our waiter was gone for so long, we had to go find her for our check. Don’t you dare step outside to take a phone call because its to noisy they will take turns standing at the door to make sure you don’t leave without paying. If you love feeling uncomfortable and watched great place but if not don tequila is better.🤷🏽♀️
The food was quite delicious, the atmosphere was quaint and festive. The service at Si Senior was attentive, as well. I would recommend it, but please, sit in the main area, as you might be missed by the staff if you are in a side booth. The prices are at the $$ level.
Lol charging $29 for Molcajete, when their other location in Seven Hills charges $22. Youd think a restaurant in a dirty Kamms corner area would charge less than a restaurant in a good area (Seven Hills). Absolutely no sense Greedy people. (Ingredients are the same, no difference in cost or quality)
Best Mexfood in Cleveland! Stop in and try anything on Rafas menu! After dinner make sure to try the Mexican desserts! You can not make a wrong selection! Only good restaurants make the customers leave dishes like the photo!!I had numerous cucumber-jalapeno margaritaz tonight & the Mrs. drove home. Bam!!
While the food was delicious, there was an issue with communication. My fiance asked for no guacamole in her dish due to allergies, but they still included it. Everything else was fine, and this was the first time weve had an issue at all with the restaurant. Hopefully there will be an improvement from this. Cheers!
This place was awesome my server Natalie she was there every few minutes making sure that we were comfortable and making sure we had everything we needed it was pleasant to have her there the restaurants nice clean great atmosphere food was delicious I recommended all day long I go out three to four times a week this is by far a great place to eat.
Rubbish service. The second star is because the nice employee gave my daughter and niece a balloon animal with a smile.Food was fine. The service was very slow and inattentive. I was there just after the lunch crowd and there were not many customers. The drink fills were absent - our drinks were always empty. All 6 adults ordered lunch portions but we received one as dinner. I told our server at the register that my mom ordered lunch and politely asked she adjust the price and she proceeded to argue with me. Get a clue lady... you don’t argue over 6 bucks with a customer with a $100+ lunch check. I did not get my requested price adjustment.I won’t be returning. The market is saturated with Mexican restaurants that have better food and friendlier employees.
I have yet to ever have a good meal here. The chips and queso are great as well as the margaritas but the food is always less than compared to every other place around. Just gave it a try again after a few years avoiding and it’s still just so unimpressive. I never leave a bad review but I don’t understand how the 4 times I’ve been to my local Mexican restaurant it could be so terrible each time.
The food was absolutely amazing. The mango margaritas was great. I could really taste the alcohol but it was overpowering the mango flavor. Quite perfect. Service was a little slow and it wasnt packed. It was a Saturday night so maybe that had an impact on service. We will be going back.
Terrible customer service. Called ahead at 4:17pm and asked for a table for 5 on the patio 4/6/21 & the gentleman said yes, we arrive and they said they don’t know who they spoke to but they don’t take reserved seating? And the patio is full. So after about 15 minutes of standing inside we decide to get a table inside (while they were seating more people and asked them “inside or outside? And then the customers said outside and they replied “well we don’t have outside seating available “- then why ask?. Then we seat ourselves, she waved her arms and said “anywhere over there is fine” we waited another 5 minutes for chips & salsa. I got the seafood fajita which was good, though it was mostly onions & peppers. The margaritas were good atleast.
Food is average at best - some things at Taco Bell are better. Service was mediocre. What I especially didn’t like was being interrupted not once, but twice, but kids selling candy bars, and another time by a deaf guy coercing you into giving donations. When you’re out to eat, that’s the last thing you want to deal with. Safe to say I won’t be going back to this location anytime soon.
Just traveling through the area, couldnt have been happier popping in for dinner. Great lively and fun night! Busy Saturday night and immediately got a table, attentive servers and fair food. The best part was the atmosphere, fun Mariachi band and balloon entertainer got the whole restaurant excited. Seems like many local, authentic, families which is a great sign for a restaurant. I dont know about prices for the area but compared to New England it was much better. Great place
Went with three friends and we had a variety of dishes. Tamales, chorizo tacos, Chicken Chipotle, and a vegetarian option as well. The food was okay. The drinks were slightly overpriced. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a decent meal and a fun, if not slightly expensive :), experience.
New to the area was hoping to get some tasty food. I ordered pick up, the staff was great and right on time but not happy with the flavors. I got the chicken mole and an order of tamales. The chicken mole just wasn’t flavorful I was surprised how bland it was and the rice was just okay. The tamales were slightly better but not as good as I was hoping. I received some cheese sauce in my to-go bag tho and that was awesome. I will go here again since I live close and really hoping to taste some better stuff and update my review. Thanku to staff that work here. Just unhappy with the flavors.
$1.25 tacos on taco Tuesday. If thats not reason enough to go I dont know what is. Taco Tuesday is great because you get your choice of meat and then you take your tacos up to a cart and load on your toppings. The food in general here is good and the service is great. Definitely worth your time and money.
We have ordered takeout from this place multiple times and they have frequently forgotten key items like tortillas for fajitas or make completely the wrong dish. Save yourself the frustration and order from somewhere better. Good food when the ordered is prepared correctly with all the right items.
6/5/2020 I ordered food to go. I was missing one complete meal. I called and asked them to credit me because I did not want to make another trip there. They put me on hold and then hung up. I called back 4 more times and they hung up on me each time. After all we have been through with places being shut down you would think they would appreciate my support and make it right. Very disappointed that I have to drive back up there to get get my money back. Hopefully they will return my money. I will not return and I will share my bad experience with everyone in Kamm’s. I will continue to go to west park station where I am appreciated and respected.
My to go order was missing the chili con queso completely but it was listed on my receipt and I was charged for it. It was item I was most looking forward to and was disappointed to pay for something I didn’t receive. It was also missing the tortillas for the fajitas I ordered.
Great atmosphere ..great people ..Clean ..food is good but would do some things better as I got the sampler ..my chips were at the bottom which made them soggy ..should be served on the side around the plate or separate ..being of Mexican ethnic myself something my family would not do is serve soggy chips ..flavors are good ..portions are big ..as to be expected ...prices are great especially for all that you get ..i would recommend visting this place to my friends and family ..i do come often here myself .
Missing my whole meal. When I called they tried saying I didnt order it. I checked my receipt and told them yes I did, then he wanted me to come get it. Why bother delivery when you end up having to go out anyhow because of restaurants mess up. So sick and tired of this issue.
I was just picking up food to deliver, but customer service was good. They must be a popular place because they were packed & very busy. I had a hard time finding parking, but I guess thats because so many ppl were there. Ill probably come back to check out how the food is.
My wife and I go here all the time. They have very solid traditional style tex-mex, they have a great selection and (usually) solid service. They have great margaritas, possibly the best mole sauce in town and awesome fajitas. However Im only giving them 4 stars because from time-to time you will end up with a server who is inattentive and can leave you alone for too long between visits (which is annoying if you are waiting to get the check). Its not bad enough to keep us from going back though.
Interesting atmosphere inside. The night I was there, the temperature outside was around 40° and inside the restaurant it felt like 80°. I had the Sangrita which was OK, but then again, I dont like fru fru drinks. I prefer straight margaritas. The food was good, as was the chips and salsa. I had more then enough leftovers for lunch the next day. And the prices are very reasonable especially for the amount of food you get.
Dont go here. Twice I had my credit card numbers written down, by a server, and had a fraudulent charges the next day both times I ate there. Happened to my friend around the same time as well. I would advise to use cash so this doesnt happen to you or go somewhere because the food isnt worth the trouble with the bank. Eat here at your own risk.
I am disappointed. Ordered lunch for take out today for myself and a few coworkers.. (our work is minutes right down the road) and I truly dont think I will order here again.Got back to work, and they forgot part of my coworkers order. 2/3 meals were cold, which I dont understand how since they were brought out a couple of minutes after I got there. Also, ate our food right away, so the food wasnt sitting around. The order of queso was $4.50 ... for maybe 1/4 cup. Unreal.I am all for supporting local and ordering food from businesses around us, so this is disappointing.
Food was ok. All the food really just tasted the same; beans and lettuce over nd over grain. When I got my order of an enchilada and chalupa, the server got it wrong. After I told him multiple times he got it wrong, he refused to fix it. I ended up wasting my money and time. And the one waiter was very eager to serve his food and that’s it. But the one was very nice, greeting us and asking about the food. The waiter is the reason I put 3 stars.
Here from Michigan and have to say this was the worst Mexican food I have ever had. I had the #76 and the to standard was so soggy it required a fork and knife. The dinner was cold and tasted as if they take the food out of the freezer and warm it very slightly on a microwave. My daughter got a combo plate with a chili relano that was cold and a chicken chimichanga that was soggy with cold dry chicken. Will never go again
First and foremost I want to say that Ive been in the service industry for over 20 years, so I hardly ever complain. I have done over 100 Google reviews and this is only my 3rd 1 star rating. First, it was freezing inside and asked if the heat could be turned up a bit, it never was. 2nd, and WAY worse was the food was disgusting and nothing was done about it. Both my sister and I got the chicken enchiladas and the chicken was cold and hard and the water that the chicken was in wasnt drained so the tortillas were soaked and soggy. Ok, I get this can happen from time to time. We let our server know and nothing was done about it. So one of two things happened, rather she never told a manager or she did and the manager didnt care. They didnt offer to make us new ones or let us switch our order. We each took one bite and didnt touch them again. She cane back and offered us boxes and we said no because they were SO gross. Then she brings the check and we were charged full price even though they werent touched. Now I see why we were 1 of 4 tables in the entire place during the dinner rush. I told our server it was b.s. that nothing was done, said I will pay the bill, which I shouldnt have done, but I was so ticked off, I just simply told het that we would never be back and when places are run that poor, thats the reason there was nobody in there. I would imagine this place wont be there much longer, with no customers, theres no business. Hence once again why there was nobody in there. Im only giving 1 star because I cant give 0! Just AWFUL!!!!!!!
Food was very bland and unfortunate since the restaurant had a very authentic look and the service is mediocre at best Maybe its not the restaurants fault Im from chicago where the mexican food is authentic and flavorful ohio probably has a much lower bar for food point being Ill just get a burger and wont be stopping in here.
Was in there yesterday with my family we go to this place often stood there waiting over 10 minutes for a table lady seated people in front of us still standing there and then the guy behind as she walks up to a seats them Im standing there with four members of my family nobody even talk to me not sure what was going on we just left

2022-07-25I initially went to get some food from a well known chain Mexican reasturant across the street that rhymes with Kipotle. I hear live music blasting across the street. So my support local businesses sense went off. I walked my behind across the street without ever looking at a menu or a review. I’m so glad I did. I’m summary:Food was delicious!Service was amazing!Music was popping! Will be returning.I got the seafood fajitas and was so excited about eating I forgot to take a picture before. Oh well. Enjoy an image of my half eaten food.

2022-01-28We like supporting this location because it is owned by one of our sons friends parents. Normally I would rate the restaurant higher but our experience here today was awful. :( We ate at Si Senor today with friends for lunch and took home meals for our older kids who had off school today. When asked if the Flautas had green peppers because they make me sick [and I thought I remembered they had peppers], the waitress said NO green peppers. When ordering the waitress repeated our order 2 and 3 times making me confident that our orders would come correct. Flautas were delivered with green AND red peppers. They were crispy that when peppers were removed I basically had pieces of crisp tortilla and shredded chicken. The waitress took her time in every aspect - we were not in a hurry but it was not effective time management...delivering meals literally one item at a time, drinks, condiments, requested 2 boxes and a soup container and it literally took 10 minutes for her to bring us 1 box, a soup container, and then the 2nd box. She brought our checks and i had to ask for take home meals. Our take home meals were 3 chicken enchiladas and 1 cheese quesadilla [emphasized cheese only and we joked it was for our son who was picky]. Paying for our bill, was a nightmare. We had a coupon that we presented at time of order. The cashier didnt take it off before bringing our bill. She couldnt figure out how to use the cash register. She had to try to find someone several times to help her. When we got home - the cheese quesadilla was incorrectly packed with a shredded chicken with peppers [and no visible cheese] and was soggy from the liquids of sour creme and lettuce mixture it was boxed up with but not ordered. My son refused to eat it and I ended up having to make him a cheese quesadilla at home myself. My daughters enchiladas she said were soggy and tasted like burnt oil/grease. Hopefully this was just a fluke but experiences with flaws throughout sure Dont help bring repeat customers back.

2022-06-10It was late when we went so maybe the atmosphere would have been different. There were two guests at the bar speaking very loudly when there werent many people in the whole establishment. The food was alright, I am used to eating Mexican or TexMex from Texas so it was just alright to me. Our server was attentive and helpful considering there were six of us, and two of them came later to join us. Over all, it was an alright experience.

2022-08-22Sunday, 8/21/22 - Always love going to this Si Señor. Great atmosphere, not crowded on a Sunday evening. Just don’t sit close to the bar if you want to have a quieter evening. Otherwise food is fresh and tasty, generous portions. And service is fabulous.
