Driver is always pleasant and familiar with the location of our containers.Hes in and out in with no disruption to our operation!
Terrible as a customer. We completed repairs on their equipment in JULY and still have not been paid for our services. Unable to contact, and when you do get someone on the phone they claim you are in the wrong department and give you a phone number that is disconnect. BEWARE!
I was able to get the right amount of bins to fulfill my needs! They gave me plenty of time to get them filled and picked up as promised.
Shred-it is a professional company that gives great service.Theresa Moseley in the office is my go to person and ANY changes inour service that we request she handles immediately and proficiently.
The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Worse than Time Warner/Spectrum, AT&T, and even insurance companies. Shred-It, now Stericycle kept charging our company for charges that they promised me would be removed back in September of 2015. I dealt with three reps since then to remove the charges which total over $2,500. Yesterday I found out that when Shred-It acquired Cintas they lost many contracts and one of them was ours. So despite signing addendums with Shred-it to remove extra charges on my account they did not implement this because they had no contract. I found this out after wasting hours of my time with them.STAY AWAY from them as much as you can!!!

Shred-it service is excellent for the minimal cost. The drivers always call to confirm the day they are coming.

This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with in my life. Please do not use them for any shredding period. Their accounting department sucks and they do Not keep good records. Horrible

Cleveland rd and highway 83 one of your trucks almost caused a serious accident when he decided to go from the right lane two lanes over to make a turn to the left causing cars to slam on their brakes you dont deal with it I will go over your head that is reckless driving dot will be notified

2022-05-26The local service was fine, driver and scheduling, but I had a billing issue two months in a row and the customer service was bad enough for me to now go to another company for service. The first month they acknowledged an error and then the same error appeared the following month with no willingness to correct it.

2021-09-08The driver who picked up our order was polite and efficient. I have been trying to call for 2 weeks and cant get a live body on the phone. My customer number will not work on the phone or web site to pay my bill. Ive sent 3 emails to customer service. Not sure whats happening.

2021-12-08Dont bother trying to call them. I have tried everyday for a week and been on hold for more than an hour before giving up. They failed to show up for our regularly scheduled service call, and have not bothered to call or reschedule. I have emailed them and they havent responded. How can anyone possibly trust them to shred documents securely. I dont recommend their services.

2021-06-23I have used SHRED IT services for all 10 years of my employment at my current job. I can tell when its Tuesday because thats when I see the SHRED IT trucks in the area but also we have been fortunate to always have the most courteous drivers. We were put on work remotely orders due to the pandemic and SHRED IT allowed us to make adjustments to our pick up schedule.

2018-12-12From the excecutive on the phone to arriving chatting with the receptionist to the shop foreman that met me out back to discuss the trucknit just can’t get any better and this is one of the few examples of how a small start company grows and gets bought out a few times along the way and grows world wide yet keeps small family business values this is how you spell success and would recommend this company to any and all.. The foreman started years ago and worked his way up the corporate ladder and is as happy as a person could be working there and just glows saying how wonderful of a place it is .. In today’s day and age of bug outs this is unheard of and a prime example of a great company.. Use them!!!

2021-02-16Over charged us for several months.Requested a refund and to cancel service. No refund after 10 months still havent picked up their box. This is one of the most unethical companies i have ever dealt with. Now they are trying to tell me they have restated my bill. In other words, instead of cancelling the service in May as I requested, they continued the service and applied my credit to other months. I have called multiple times and receive nothing but a run around. When I ask to speak with a supervisor I am always told there is not one available. Perhaps there should be.

2020-07-10Do not trust this company.Unfortunately, I had to report them to the better business bureau.I have in writing the type of contract I was requesting. The docu sign contract had An alternate Agreement. They are strong arming me into an agreement that is other then my Written request.What a poor way to run a business.Want to warn others to be cautious in consideringTo enter a contract with this company..

2017-04-19Something got lost between the scheduler, owner and delivery drivers. We informed them that there would be 150 boxes and for some reason they thought there would be 60. We were prepared to pay and they didnt want to do the work. We tried to reschedule and instead were met with we dont do that and you can take your business somewhere else The people he sent out were rude, unprofessional and dont know how to say hello. When I spoke to the owner, I found out the drivers lied about their conversation and they blamed the mishap on us. If I were you, I would follow the owners advice and take your business somewhere else.

2021-05-03Dispatcher rude then was overcharged. Called and was told local person said they picked up 7 boxes when it was really 5. CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM ... WILL NOT USE AGAIN.

2017-08-08Chaos. Over and over and over. Takes 20 minutes on the phone to get a delivery date (NO....we are NOT on a regular schedule.....I have to explain this each and every time that they need to take us off the 2 week list). Talked to my sales rep to get a pick up...he says theyll call for a date......no phone call. When I finally get a date, its several weeks out. Bring back InfoShred, Evette and Mike.....never an issue, never a problem.
