Food was good..... our waiter was excellent.... dj talks too much during the game couldnt hear the plays....
Horrible customer service. Took 25 minutes before anyone took our order. All we ordered was 10 wings and fries … after another 20 minutes the chef asks what we ordered and then said oh it will be 5 minutes so it’s fresh. In the meantime a couple who came in 30 minutes after us received their food. At this point my boyfriend asks for a refund. A server came a slammed the food down in front of us. A nice server boxed it up for us so that we could leave. Will never return.
Good food. Great setup. Friendly customer service when they get to you. Bartenders are all over the place. They don’t have a pattern for working the bar. Liquor drinks are super small and very over priced. It’s the only bar in the area that has security searching for weapons at the door. That is definitely a red flag.
We recommend showcase bar and Grill and give them a five rating. The food is fantastic and the menu is something new and fresh had no problem with the delivery of the food to the table bartenders were great always asking if we needed anything the restaurant was very clean restrooms were great I am in a wheelchair and I had no problem accessing the ladies restroom. We highly recommend this restaurant to friends and family.
THEY NEED TO TAKE CARE OF THE MODE PROBLEM BUT OUTSIDE THAT THEIR BAR MAIDS WERE GREAT AND THE FOOD WAS GOOD TOO
Pleasant atmosphere and phenomenal service! All of the bartenders were very attentive. The drinks and food was exceptionally good. I will definitely be back.
Really great place Love the atmosphere the music was amazing and it was really fun to meet up with friends or take somebody out on a date The drinks was great the food is good and the atmosphere is very welcoming and I think the show girls are very cute but overall a great experience I would recommend this place to everybody whos in the Cincinnati area looking for a nice place to listen to music and hang out with friends or just go out and get a good vibe Good night out at the bar or something lol .
The communication with the waitresses and bartenders is not good! Not on the same page confusing? Try to give me two different bills for the same order at the same table explain that?
Horrible food ! The chicken was fried to a crisp and the music was really wack . Couldn’t vibe to it at all.
Went after 10 pm on a Friday so they were only serving wings and fries. The drinks and food were good the outside patio area is nice.
We had a really good time. The staff was amazing and the food was outstanding. Will be back.

2022-04-17🗣 Please be aware of your chargers!🗣We had 2 double shots, it took ten minutes for the bartender to make our drinks and they were watered down. Got our check, the bartender asked for us to leave a tip…. Anyone whose in customer service wouldn’t dare but we tip anyway no need to ask!!! Cash tip… and noticed a few days later that our card had an additional charge on it that we had no knowledge of!!!! Definitely to old for the get over games, people do check they’re accounts!!!

2022-03-20Nice clean spot, good drinks , the only thing that kinda threw me off was how the food came out there was 4 people and it came out in sections forcing everyone to watch me eat while they waited for there food . Pinching off my plate. But other than that I liked it .

2022-06-10The crowd was light they did have pool tables and a jenga game. the dartboard didnt work it and it took 2 times for an order to come out the good thing about this trip was the bartenders make strong drinks but is pricey

2021-11-06I’ve patronized this establishment 3 times and I’ve been impressed. The food is delicious, the bartenders are attentive and the overall atmosphere is a turn up. I love the management as they are intentional about investing in their staff. That says a lot to me. I also enjoy the affordability and the themed nights they promote. Great food and atmosphere.

2021-11-05Very nice black owned bar. The bartenders are fast and knowledgeable about their drinks. Food is really good. DJ comes out on Friday’s and Saturday’s. Perfect for a night out with friends, date night, or even book a party.

2021-09-10We waited for over an hour for food. The food came out in sections. One guest got her lobster tacos long after everyone else. The lobster was cold. The server, however, was incredible. Arial was super friendly and very attentive to detail. I hope they improve the kitchen because I would love to see the business survive.

2021-10-04Server was quick with our drinks, but it went downhill from there. Waited and waited for our food, we paid for our drinks and left. Food service was very very poor. The bartender looked like she was dressed for street walking. If you know what I mean. Definitely wont be back

2021-11-21It’s nice in the inside very spacious . But the food is a no for me . The taco salad is horrible and the wings idk . I’m kinda diss appointed cause from reviews everyone said food was good that’s why I came . Waited for food brought out cold non tasty blend food . I never had a taco salad that tasted like this . Bartender was irritated from us telling her our food was not good . Hope it’s gets better for them . I’ll eat before I come if I come back .
