Mathew is a fantastic host who is always available when you need him. His rooms are very reasonably priced and are an excellent option for students visiting CWRU. The best part is how close it is to the transit station since you can travel directly to and from the airport via the red line. Definitely recommended.
I came to Cleveland to do my medical interviews in Cleveland Clinic and UH. I was fortune to find this residence instead of booking a room in a hotel and that saved me tons of money,I stayed there for 4 days and it was such a great time in Little Italy surrounded by authentic Italian restaurants and walk distanced hospitals and medical centers.Shout out to Mathew, the great welcoming host, who arranged this reservation for me when I contacted him!I really recommend this Short term rentals and will be back again when Im back to Cleveland!
Convenient apartment, excellent location in the heart of little Italy. Plenty of restaurants nearby, close to CWRU.The host is 10 star guy, very hospitable. He even took me to grocery shopping by his car and showed me the neighborhood arround.Highly recommend this apartment for short stay especially those under the budget .
This renats are very convenient for people on tight budget want to stay in Little Italy and near to Cleveland clinic, they have many different rooms with street view or without if you want a quiet room, easy check in/out process, the host Matt was available always to help and made my stay a good one.I recommend this place regarding the location and the low price!
Affordable place in a good location, public transportation is very convenient to downtown and airport.They have many rooms for short stay, my room was on street side and had view to restaurants downstairs, the bed was comfortable and clean bathroom in site.I recommend this place,and will come back again:-))))
Great location - short walk (or bus) to Case and so many restaurants to choose from, safe neighborhood. Mathew made himself very available for a midnight checkin and for any questions. Old building, shared bathroom, but all clean; would stay again.
Location is perfect. Public transportation; train and or bus, is within reach. Museums are within walking distance. Mayfield road and Murray Hill are nice streets whereby various types of restaurants, coffee shops, small grocery, coin laundry and barber / salon shop are located. All is within walking distance. Cleveland Clinic & down down are 5-10 minutes by bus or train. The train, a US$2.50 can take you inside airport as well as to other suburbans such as Cleveland Heights, Beachwood, etc.

This rental is situated in the heart of Clevelands historic Little Italy district. Upon exiting the building, I step onto a street of high quality restaurants, cigar shop and within walking distance is CWRU, public transportation, more resteraunts and entertainment.More importantly, the living environment is cozy, clean and management is very attentive.Im in the city often and this is my designated short term rental.
I stayed 3nights and 4 days in this rental and I very much enjoyed mathew’s Hospitality .the location is setting in the best spot of Cleveland very convenient a lot of restuarants in walking distance, and great Italian bakery downstairs.If you love Italian food this is heaven for you.
It’s amazing room rentals and home away from home... Mathew is adverting it on AirBnb for short stay, but when I arrived that place I could make the reservation in direct way so I saved a lot of money for this rent. Highly recommended this place and I would also stay here next time.... thanks a ton for all the love and care!
I was in town for a few days for an event at CWRU. Mathew was very friendly and helpful. Nice clean room, right in the center of little Italy and a short walk to the train.

Was looking for a place for my friend to stay near the university campus, the rooms were awesome, the host is a cool guy and flexible. People should look out for it for short stays....and for surely hell cheap 😀

Mathew the manager is very kind and helpful. The location of the apartment in Little Italy was amazing. I have a street view and where you can see people in restaurants and pubs, and you can hear lovely music all day long.
I stayed at the Clevland Clinic as an observer in this house. The house is in a place with historic Italian restaurants and bakeries. Close to Universtiy hospital and clevland Clinic. It is a very convenient place to stay if you are home to many students and physicians.
An excellent location near University Hospitals, a very safe area and also very economical.
Friends, great apartment. Small but clean and comfortable. Recommend.

2022-04-04Enjoyed my stay here at Little Italy Short Term Rentals! Matthew goes above and beyond his role as Host and is very accommodating with quick response and resolution to any issues which may arise. Unit is clean and quiet. On major bus line and bars & restaurants nearby. Convenience store and grocery store are 5 minutes away. Can move in same day. Flexible pricing. Would stay here again, as long as Matthew’s hosting😁👍🏽

2020-08-22This place is conveniently located in the heart ot little italy, surrounded by restaurants and vibrant cafes with lots of live shows. There is a tram station (straight to downtown) and a bus stop around the corner. Its within a walking distance to CWRU and major hospitals (UH and CCF). Well furnished with all you might need for a cosy stay. The host is very helpful and readily available for any question or assistance you might need.

2020-09-06The apartment is really nice! Clean, safe and cozy! Italian style, and everything is good in the apartment. The community is called little Italy. Dozens of nice bars and restaurants. There is even an Opera every Friday downstairs where I lived. The CWRU is only several mins walking away, quiet easy to visit the university campus. People there are really friendly and nice. I will come back if I go to Cleveland again.

2018-11-10Mathew was incredibly accommodating and professional. He owns several apartments in the building, and rents out individual bedrooms. I stayed in one bedroom and shared a bathroom with another guest. The apartments are old but clean and warm. Many of the people who stay here are people interviewing at Cleveland Clinic or Case Western. There is also a train station within walking distance where you can catch a $2.50 ride to the airport. Overall I would highly recommend staying here.

2018-09-27Stayed here 2 nights unexpected. Had to get each night separate due to unforeseen hospital stay with my family member. He had the room ready both nights very very responsive and polite. He was very quick with response and had the room ready and clean. Went to stay a third night and he said I could pay cash to avoid cleaning charges for another night, because I had stayed two nights before. I decided not to stay, and go home. He offered to make me tea before the long drive home. This guy is an excellent excellent host!!!!! He is def a people person and a a great human. I will stay here again 100% Great location!! Safe location. Five minute drive to Cleveland Clinic.

2018-10-31They have many rooms in little Italy near my school in Case Western University,I stayed in one with nice street view for few days before moving to my permanent apartment.it was nice stay with affordable price and safe neighborhood. The host was helpful and friendly, replying to all messages and helped me to book the best room with the cheapest price. I recommend this rentals for students want to stay near the university, and I will stay here again!

2018-09-24I came to cleveland for a rotation at university hospital. I stayed at this place during my time here. The best thing about the palace is its proximity to university hospital. Its in one of the best neighbourhood with great food and events. The host was very welcoming and gave me good instructions about the place, local places to shop and cheap places to eat. I would recommend this place to my friends.
