Company I work for emailed me a pre-paid overnight shipping label and a form to ship with item I was sending. Store clerk charged 2.99 just to print the 2 forms out. You would think giving business to them over FedEx that they would print the prepaid paper for you free at least. Won’t stop at this UPS again. Last 1 I went to in North Olmsted did it for free for me and just charged me for the package to send contents in.

2022-04-18Stopped in to drop off a package for Amazon return, the guy behind the counter is not the best person to represent your store!Not even a hello and when I asked him a question he was extremely rude and bothered to answer.Mind you I was the only one in the store, now I know why I always thought that place was closed or never busy probably because of his horrible attitude.I will drive further to deal with people who are pleasant!

2022-05-14Very rude service. Young blonde girl working behind the register, I didn’t even feel comfortable sending my package. She had terrible attitude, and very short and rude to my husband .

2018-01-13This UPS Store provides exceptional service that goes well above what I would call good customer service. I have shipped hundreds of packages through this store, some small, some large, and some that would be a challenge for even the best equipped shipping facilities. There have been multiple occasions when the owner or a member of his staff have dropped what they were doing to help me carry in heavy or multiple packages. They have always found creative solutions to package odd shaped or bulky items, helped me out in shipping large manifests even when I walked in just before closing and knowing that they would have to stay late. When I have to ship something, I will go well out of my way to only use this store exclusively, even when it isnt the closest option.For anyone to leave John a poor review or state that he is rude is just plain nonsense in my opinion. Everyone can have a bad day, but I can say with 100% certainty that John and his staff will have 99 people out of 100 say good things about them. People should think before leaving a small, local, family run business a bad review. Leaving someone a poor Google review has some very negative consequences for the business and is uncalled for in an instance when an individual has one poor experience and doesnt even give the business a chance to make good on the issue. Unfair in my opinion and not a very good practice considering it lowers the search result of the business, and ends up giving the store a black mark that will not go away.All in all, this store is probably the best UPS Store in the greater Cleveland area and I can say that from experience because I used quite a few of them to ship my items before I decided to give Johns store 100% of my shipping business.

2017-11-15UPS is taking an advantage of the emergency situation Puerto Rico is living to make money.I went to the store to request home delivery for two generators. I ask the employee if UPS is making delivery to Puerto Rico. The employee assured me that UPS was making delivery. But after long waiting UPS did not provide the service I request and pay for.I receive a call from John after I made a refund request for service that I pay for but UPS did not provide.John didnt let me talk by interrupting me every time I try to speak. Talking in a rude, very unprofesional way, after saying is not his problem he hang up the phone.A company that lies to the costumer, gives the wrong information just to make money and treat costumers in a rude way is a bad place to do bussines to begin with.

2020-08-25Ive been using this UPS store exclusivley the last few years to support my small business shipping and paper shredding needs. Owners and workers are very friendly and support me with all of my needs.

2016-08-04Owner rude and combative. Stated he would not sign a receipt for a shipment that was prepaid. I told him it had to be signed for by UPS Rep. He told me he didnt work for UPS and refused the package. Even took place with another customer in the store. Very poor quality of owner attitude.
