I manage a TUPSS location in another state, and had an issue where a customer was traveling to West Chester for business, leaving behind a book he needed. His wife shipped the package to him and there were weather delays, preventing him to get it before leaving West Chester. Trying to help my customer in a panic, I called this store and spoke to Carrie who was able to print a PDF of the book and bind it in a blink of an eye. My customer was happy, and I was absolutely blown away by how helpful Carrie was. Shes a gem of an employee who did whatever she could to help me make things right with my customer, and Im so grateful for her efficiency and kindness.
The delivery company did not properly deliver my package and returned it to The UPS Store. This was not the fault of The UPS Store but understanding my frustration they reshipped my package at no charge and patiently worked with me to make sure all the delivery details were correct
The absolute rudest employees ever. I would ask simple questions and they would be sarcastic and rude. Didn’t want to help, rolled their eyes when asking for help. There are too many UPS stores around here for me to EVER go back to this one. Save your time and go somewhere else. They clearly don’t want to help or show any type of decent customer service.
The store had a very long line but it didn’t feel so long because of how efficiently it was being taken care of. I was quite impressed by the cleanliness of this location, especially in these difficult times, and the enforcement of face masks was truly appreciated and respectable. The packages were clearly handled with care which I was thankful for. My transaction was very smooth and swift.
I really dont find pleasure in leaving poor reviews but I am left with no other choice. Right before Thanksgiving I called this location and inquired on whether they accept packaging for USPS at which they indicated yes. I let them know that I had 2 items to ship and that I have a shipping label, however, I would need packaging. They let me know this would be just fine. I arrived to a packed store. By the time it was my turn I reiterated that I had just called, I needed to combine these two items in 1 package and showed the cashier (Moe) my shipping label. I let him know that I was advised they had packaging materials that I could use and would like to do so. He indicated to me that this was fine, that in fact he would just do it for me. He also let me know that he could not provide me with a tracking receipt but would be sure to handle it for me. This should have been a red flag for me. I should have waited, despite the long line, while my items were packaged up, labelled, and placed in the USPS pile --- but I didnt want to be complicated. I wanted to be courteous to those behind me and silly me, I trusted that he would do just as he said. Long story short, only one of my items was successfully returned to the vendor. But how so if they were packaged together? This means that somewhere floating around the universe is my camel coloured pea coat. When I called to inquire of this item, no one had any clue what I was referring to - which to me leads me to believe it was stolen by an associate. Otherwise, it would have shown up, as indicated, along with the other return item - same package. I called for several days in a row to speak to a manager - a manager is never there. I will be clear that each encounter via phone and in person, was with Moe. I was told by Moe that the manager would just tell me that there was nothing he could do about it. The straw that broke the camels back was today, after calling several days in a row - and still no manager. It is Monday morning - how is there no manager present? I am then told he would be back at 3pm at which point - still no manager at 3, 4, with know known time of his return. So managers just leave the store and dont come back all day? When I asked for a contact for escalation, Mo also said that he cannot provide this information. There is no way and I am left to believe that yet again, this team is dishonest and I am very disappointed. I feel like there is nothing else for me to do, other than to not trust so easily. I would also warn you, dont trust these people. Get your tracking slip, watch them package your items and place them where they belong. Especially since this is how you will be treated should there be any confusion. Trust, it is worth the wait and I am sure the other customers can spare an extra moment or so for your peace of mind. Luckily I was able to get into contact with a nearby location (Beckett Ridge) and they were able to provide me with escalation information , I was able to talk to the manager there directly, and he even stepped in to personally help resolve the issue with the other location. I have been visiting this store several times a week for almost 1 year. Always quick in/out and recognized as a frequent shipper. Never a single issue until I needed a package turned around.UPS lost the package between terminals.Since I used the store to ship the package UPS wouldn’t give me any information in regards to the claim.Contact information along with item value information attached to the claim. Package was insured.All UPS will tell me is that they closed the claim and sent the information to the store. I have reached out to the store. Multiple times.UPS closed the claim on September 11th. It is now September 25th. UPS won’t tell me anything other than “contact store”.I spend a lot of money on shipping. It’s rare that I have an issue but when I do have an issue I would expect UPS to be a bit more forthcoming with information and at the least honor their insurance when they lose a package between terminals.I understand this to be a UPS issue and not so much a store issue.Unfortunately I will no longer be using UPS because of this.1Z37X2990301040136
Such fantastic service by the team at this branch. Micah and Larry have always been supportive, patient and courteous. I have been here so many times for notary, printing and mail services. Not once have I had a bad experience. Thank you team! I really appreciate your customer service.
I just recently started going to this location, and it is a great location! I ship quite a few parts for work (weekly) and they are always helpful and friendly. Most of the time, Im in and out in about 5 minutes. I also use their notary which is kind and helpful! I know for a fact that I will continue to visit this store!
This store is close to my house and i use it almost daily. All employees have been very helpful. They have offered me ways to save and helped me with all my shipping needs. I recommend this store to anyone who wants nice, friendly, and helpful customer service from a reliable place of business.
Called 3 times this morning. Had a simple question that would’ve taken 5 seconds to answer. Was told to hold the first time but he hung up on me. Was told to hold the second time so I held for a long time only to be hung up on a second time. Third time, told the guy I’ve been hung up on twice but he ignored me and threw me on hold again. I know you have caller ID. Least you can do is apologize. Nope. RUDE!
I directed my field engineer to this location based on a google maps search so that he could get some items boxed and shipped before he gets on a flight at Dayton Airport...and despite the UPS Store sign, and the sticker on the door itself that said Ask us about our pack and ship guarantee!, the person in the store (Tom) said they didnt do that, and that we had to go to the hub. Ive used the pack and ship option at UPS stores often, and Ive never had someone refuse to package and ship something for me. Now my field engineer is likely to miss his flight because he cut his time too short, and now he has to find another UPS store that is willing to package and ship 30 lbs of tools.
The staff is passionate about friendly professional, quick customer service. Everyone is kind, extremely helpful and dedicated to giving their customers the best experience possible. From a quick drop off to multiple transactions, they handle it all with speedy attention.

2022-02-03I was so pleasantly surprised at the great customer service. They had a few people in line and I patiently waited. When it was my turn, I asked if I could borrow their 2-wheel cart to bring in my boxes since they were heavy. I was met with of course you can and you didnt need to wait in line to ask. That was surprising to me. I didnt want someone to think I stole their cart so I wanted to ask permission first. When I got to my car with the cart, I turned around and here is an employee there to assist me with getting things out of the trunk. I was shocked that he took the initiative to do that. Again, quite pleasantly surprised. He helped me with the boxes and then got everything put in their system. Both employees really seemed to go above and beyond to help all of the customers from what I witnessed. I will be going back there for sure. Excellent job!

2022-07-13I stopped to get packaging for an item that I was returning. The staff each greeted me kindly and were very helpful. They were quickly willing to direct me to the least expensive way to package my item for return and promptly finished packing it and sending it on its way. Writing my review took longer than my time required to complete my shipping task today. I’d come back again!

2022-03-22My favorite UPS store! I live in Fairfield but usually I use this ups location because it’s near my son school and it’s very convenient. The staff is super friendly and fully knowledgeable to attend customer needs. I love the fact that anytime I need to have something printed, they offer their email, it’s save me the hustle to get into my email from a computer and print it from there. I can literally do it straight from my phone. As a busy mom this matters a lot to me.

2022-05-12I was in your store this morning and the young man working was being treated very unfairly( abusive) by a customer ahead of me. He was doing everything he could and never once was he rude. I ended up leaving no fault on the store and returned later and told Carrie my concers and gave kudos regarding how Andrew conducted himself. She asked I give a review so here it is. I use several of the UPS Stores and Im always a happy customer.

2022-06-20I had a rather complicated task for one of their notaries to complete. Not only was she polite & professional, but she went above and beyond by researching on my behalf in order to ensure the task was completed properly. I am a customer for life at this location!! I’d highly recommend.

2022-06-28We had this store notarize documents for us (as well as take an Amazon return) and the entire staff was friendly and helpful, even to the point of giving my toddlers bubble wrap to play with while we took care of the paperwork. We were in and out quickly and efficiently.

2022-05-17I walked into the West Chester location by Meijer this afternoon, and there was a huge line. Within moments, the employees had gotten everyone taken care of and rushed out, all with a smile on their face. I was impressed, and I found them to be very caring. So sweet. Excellent service!

2022-05-02Wonderful customer service. Very helpful, friendly and polite. I was anxious and overwhelmed about returning some computers and equipment but the UPS associate kept calm and gave me some good advice to manage my situation. The matter is resolved and I’m relieved.
