I really like this location. They usually open on time and are efficient. I use this location for all of my amazon returns and they make it very easy! The staff is super nice and it usually isn’t too crowded. So you can get in and out quick.

Their prices are a monopolistic robbery. Like it costs 30 bux to send light goods. I mean less than 5 lbs at that. What are you gonna do, go somewhere else. YES. just go to the post office. It might take longer but RIP off not included. This place has great service, quality ect...but the price is just rude, mean, and unethical.

Staff is friendly upon initial visit. SERIOUS problems arise when UPS damages your shipment and you insured it. Theyre more than happy to take insurance money but when it comes time to pay a claim, they make the customer out to be the villain. Being told I over-insured my package when UPS chose the insurance amount was insulting.While they retain possession of your insured package, excuses are endless. It took filling out a complaint in Franklin County Municipal Court to pursue litigation to actually get reimbursed.The manager Miranda was repeatedly dishonest. Sticking with USPS or FedEx is the best option. If you feel so inclined to use UPS, do your research and avoid Dan Dressel owned UPS locations.As you can see below, Mr. Dressel disputes my claims. Well just agree to disagree. Vehemently. My documents support my review.

Clerks greet you when you walk in. I have a box here and have not had any issues. I get timely notifications of delivery. I feel my box is a good value for the money and have recommended this service to others.

Miranda is always so nice and helpful when I come in. I have to frequently ship crocheted items and she is always there to help. She makes sure they are plastic wrapped and protected. She goes above and beyond to be helpful. Thanks and I will be back.

The entire staff here are the friendliest people! Our company has a mailbox at this location and so I am on the store practically every day. They are always smiling and very helpful. You don’t get this kind of service at many places these days - so I hope we’re able to keep our box at this location for as long as possible. I know it will be hard to find the same experience anywhere else.

Zero stars (if I could..wouldn’t let me post until I chose one star) for non caring and unresponsive manager & owner. Ship at this store at your own risk. They lost a package of my mother’s 3 months ago, and they refuse to help or issue a refund after a claim has been made. I will be Dan Dressels (owner) and Mitch’s (manager) and Corporate UPS’s nightmare. We will be litigating..Dan will be paying his attorneys fees plus my mothers. This place is awful, bad business practices. UPS should be ashamed to have this man as a franchisee. Pathetic.

Just had very bad experiences at this place. Went to drop off some return packages 4 minutes before closing time. The girl closes the door and refuses to open it even though she let in another customer 30 seconds before me. She kept saying I have to clean up! like that is more important than sending my packages. When I finally asked for her name, she closed the door to my face. I will be contacting the regional manager about this. She needs another job if she cant represent UPS properly.
