The employee was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first time purchasing paint from Sherwin-Williams. Normally I go to other home improvement stores but I will definitely be coming back to this location to purchase any paint/supplies.
Tonight I visited the Sherwin Williams store in New Albany. Being the final day of their summer sale they were extremely busy with two employees working. They did an amazing job acknowledging everyone waiting and providing absolute excellent customer service. I could not be more impressed with Nick and the young lady helping him. Nick even found 60 seconds to run my gallons of paint to my trunk with a huge smile.
Expert assistance with all your painting needs and questions. Quality paint with fewer coats needed for perfect coverage. Your painting project will look as good as the paint you use. Paint is not the highest cost of your project. Your time is worth a lot and if you are paying a professional it will take them more time if they are using an inferior paint. I made the mistake of using other brands in the past. I promise your project will look great if you use my favorite paint, Sherwin-Williams. Janet
Ridiculously nice staff. Was super helpful in finding the right paint for some touchups around the outside of our house. Matched the previous coat perfectly.

Quality in both products and services. I visited the new location in New Albany, OH this weekend and had the best experience. Shelby was patient and very knowledgeable. I left with a plan and products that I was confident about and that is a good feeling.

2021-06-23Went in today in a bit of a tight spot because Home Depot had incorrectly color matched paint for me to do some touch ups. With my old dried up can of paint and a chip from my wall, they were able to make me a PERFECT match. They saved my project! The associate by the last name Bauer (I apologize for not catching his first!) couldnt have been more helpful. Thank you!

2020-11-18The staff was very knowledgeable & friendly. Quality of product is the reason we buy our paint here, plus they keep a record of your paint purchases, so it is easy to buy additional if needed without the worry of picking up the wrong color or finish to match.

2017-11-21Very friendly and helpful service. I went in not knowing what color I wanted for certain, but I had 7 colors I wanted to see samples of. She found all the samples for me and offered suggestions based on what I was needing. Very knowledgeable on colors and products. The gentleman was helpful with carrying my product out to my car since I had my two kids and my hands were full. Will definitely be back and would recommend!

2020-02-03Ive always assumed they would be out of my price range, but after going into the store the manager worked with me on finding a great deal. The paint itself was great and the store manager was extremely nice and accommodating. Highly recommend their services.

2020-06-04They messed up our whole paint order delaying the project almost 5 days. Yet when I went back they were very helpful with changing the color to the correct one. Some of the politest staff I have ever worked with. AMAZING job!

2021-03-04Came to find paint that could be used for some touch ups. They offered a paint match using a sample which matched perfectly. Only took a few minutes and fairly cheap too. Shannon(?) was friendly and super helpful!
