2021-04-05The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The paint is outstanding and well worth the money. If you go in with a question about painting something, they will guide you in the right direction every time.Will not buy paint anywhere else.

2019-05-04Great customer service! We came in and there was a line of people before us because they only had one guy working but he made quick work with everyones orders and helped out customers with any questions. Even stayed after the closing time to help left over customers and didnt make them feel pressured to leave. Great place!

2020-07-06Jon filled my order Jersey Cream which is what color my walls appeared to be. I applied some and it was too yellow. Turns out the original painters probably mixed 2 leftover paints from Sherwin William. He color corrected to almost a perfect match! Thank you so much for all your help!

2018-07-14I have been to this store twice and the young man kept trying to send me back to the Shaker store. The first time because he could not find my account in the system and said since I did not start the account there he would not locate it because it was done at another store. The second time I wanted to get a white paint I previously brought tented or exchanged, he again refused to help me because I didn’t have the receipt and told me I had to go to the Shaker store. I myself had to call the Shaker store and have them fax over the receipt in order for him to give me a refund. This guy was rude and offered no solution to my problem other than go to Shaker which is 40min from my house and this store is 6min. This guy needs to be trained on how to use the system and customer service.

2019-04-04I asked for help and was shown where a chart was, then the male clerk walked away. Very unprofessional. I wanted someone to assist me, not a chart.
