How does Sherwin-Williams run out of paint? Im painting a bedroom at my new house as a surprise for my daughter when she comes home tonight for her birthday. I ran out and needed another can of the same paint I had just purchased the other day. I needed to move heaven and earth to break away during the work day so I could finish her bedroom immediately after work before she got home. I had 30 minutes. When I got to Sherwin they said they were out of the paint and I would need to drive to a different store to get it, which of course I could not do because I already spent my 30 minutes going to this paint store. Unreal. This is the second time I have experienced this with Sherwin Williams (happened a couple months ago when I was getting my house ready to sell). I have learned that I cannot count on Sherwin when I need them. Their paint is usually better than others, but reliability is important too. Home Depot here I come...done with Sherwin Williams.

Heres a deal, you can go right across the street to home Depot and buy paint. But, as much as I hate to admit it... A $75 gallon of Sherwin-Williams paint is simply head and shoulders better than anything sold at home Depot. Theres a reason why all painters go to Sherwin-Williams and get their supplies. Theyre not getting crazy kickbacks, they dont get freebies, and its more expensive than going to the big box retailers. I use a friends commercial account who happens to be a painter and I can tell you that a gallon of their high quality exterior paint or interior paint is still more than Lowes or home Depot even with their discount. The trade-off is the quality, theres simply nothing to compare it to. Go to a Sherwin-Williams sometime and see who goes in there and shops, if the pros use them, Thats a good sign that you should too.

This store is very clean , staff was friendly! I called ahead of time and the manager was very helpful and had it all set up for me to pickup!

Huge disappointment Was hoping to get that old fashioned service of shopping at a small store unlike the big box stores. Instead found an agitated customer waiting and could clearly hear someone on the phone in the back room. I guess a customer that calls is more important than a customer that actually takes the time to come in to shop. Looked at color samples for a while never was acknowledged so ended up leaving.

Ill never go to home Depot again for paint and supplies. I can be in and out in 5 mins. Plus the employees are knowledgeable and very helpful.

Walked in at 5:00, Clerk rudely yelled “we are closed”, I walked out and I will always go to the Streetsboro store from now on. Would never go back to this store.

Great products and great service! Just like every other SW I ve visited in NE Ohio- the new store maintains the same standards.
