Hot tub not a thing. Pool heater broke. No safe or mini fridge. The hotel restaurant and bar server was terrible and the food was way overpriced and not good at all. Dont recommend staying here unless its only to sleep
Very comfortable bar and good food. Really excellent service and super nice people. Rooms are gorgeous.
Room did not have fridge, coffee maker, or microwave. Went to get coffee at 9am in the lobby, last half of cup full of coffee grinds and ran out of hot water for tea. I asked the guy at the counter to make more. Came back an hour and a half later with a friend and the coffee and hot water were still empty.
Nothing about this place is right! Requested for toothpaste—-they had none, requested for lotion….back order they said….female hair all over the bathroom….the list goes on. In my honest opinion; the management needs to take a long step back and re- strategize….!!! Saying all the normal things you can request are not available cause of Covid makes absolutely zero sense and btw, I’m a Marriott Ambassador member. Will not be back.
Positive: That I could return my rental. Location is great too Negative: Your food is absolutely over priced. Not tasty.
Stayed there on a snowy night prior to a very early flight. My room was clean and very nice. Their shuttle departing to the terminal was on time at 4:45 am.
This hotel surprised me in many ways. I guess its my fault for not realizing that it is not connected to the airport but there is no signage even at the airport and you must walk through the car rental area and parking lot to get to hotel. I looked past that rainy long walk to show up to an upgraded corner lounge room that was so outdated. The bathroom was so small, no usb modern amenities and the room was so dark that i had to do my make up for a wedding in a car. I also couldnt possible do my hair in the bathroom so i used long room mirror but like i said, it was dark!Then since lounge is closed we got breakfast downstairs but you got to pick between like four things only. The server at the breakfast area was super nice and was working hard though. They had a market but nowhere to buy a good coffee. It gave us a place to spend the night after a long flight but with the hastle of walking to it, ect, i would probably just get an uber to a more modern hotel next time. To me it was the equivalent of staying at a comfort inn or something. We are lifetime platinum so we have stayed at many hotels and this just didnt hit the mark for a Sheraton hotel.
The staff is GREAT but the accommodations are old and out dated. No ice machines due to COVID and no in room refrigerators. They are supposed to be doing upgrades soon but its long overdue. CAUTION if you put the address in your GPS may take you to the IX Center because they share an address 🤷🏽♀️. Instead put in the Cleveland Airport in your GPS and look for the hotel.
Sheraton properties all over the US are older and just a bit shabby. This hotel is older but my room was super clean. Housekeeping deserves kudos! The shower/bath drained properly although the bathroom needs remodeling. The carpet is stained in and outside of the room (621). The chairs in the restaurant are all torn and shabby. The good news is the restaurant! The chicken sandwich and fries made me forget the guilty feeling I should have eating “chicken”. Although it looks mediocre, it taste divine! Food was hot and fresh. Our waiter, the gentleman with the beard, was extremely accommodating and just down right amazing!! The food and service at the restaurant deserves 5 (FIVE) stars!!
Stay here on business every few weeks. Nicely run hotel, the night shift staff is very friendly and helpful, and the bar is nice. Ill keep coming back!
This hotel isn’t worth a fraction of the $200+ a night they charge you. Do yourself a favor and find a hotel a little ways from the airport that is actually going to provide some value for their exorbitant pricing.To start, there is no refrigerator in the room, one ice facility in the whole building, no free breakfast, exploitative pricing for anything in the lobby (ex. $3.78 for a 20oz bottle of soda), and they even have the audacity to lie about serving Starbucks coffee. The coffee is absolute garbage.The rooms are small, old, and dated and in need of remodeling asap. The rooms remind me of a Super 8, except 3-5 times the price.They don’t even put fitted sheets on the old and yellowed mattresses, the comforter looks to be from the 70’s, and the ac units are loud and archaic.I wouldn’t be writing this review if this hotel was only $60-$70 price range a night. I’ve had far better service in hotels in that price range comparatively to this. For premium pricing one would expect a level of premium level service, you do not find that here the Sheraton (Cleveland Airport).
Room was great, bed was really nice and comfortable for the price I paid for the room I wont think I would have any problems but there was when I went to take a shower there was no wash clothes and the shower kept getting ice cold and then it would back to the normal temperature that I had it on and its crazy that you have to pay to get out of the parking lot
I understand times are tough with the pandemic but general things that one expects in their room shouldnt be missing. Hotel is clearly dated. I got a king room with only two very flat pillows, only one bar of soap for both hands and shower, toilet constantly runs, only one bedside lamp works, clock has spots for USB ports but they are some how just empty holes. Towels are old and fraying and phones didnt even work to call and ask for extra basic amenities. Called from my cell and they dont have the staff to bring to my room. I stay in a lot of hotels with work, and mostly Marriott properties. Im pretty disappointed in this one. Would not recommend. Only thing Ill say good is that its walking distance to the airport.
I stay in hotels 3x weekly for my job and this is one of the worst from the beginning to the end. The front desk staff are extremely rude. They do not have refrigerators available even upon request. I stated I had medication to keep cold and the lady looked at me like a deer in headlights and suggested I get ice from the bucket in the lobby and keep it on ice as if that was a realistic option for my 15 hours here. There is no coffee makers in the rooms. $3 a cup from the desk downstairs. The sheets are dirty with hair and stains. The pillows are brown and the shower looks like its never been cleaned. The gym is open but they do not have water available. You have to purchase from the desk. I asked when it would be fixed and was told it was broken and they were waiting on a new one however the water fountains in the lobby dont work either. I am genuinely shocked at the utter disregard this hotel has for its guests. Usually I love to stay in a Sheraton but this one has changed my mine.
I stayed at this hotel during a visit to MGM Northfield Park Racetrack near Cleveland. Ive stayed here numerous times before during trips for my son to school. It is a well-run, clean and modern hotel. The staff is friendly. There is a charge for parking ~$8.00 for guests. The rooms are clean and modern, as are the bathrooms. There are no refrigerators in the room but the staff will provide all the ice you need. The linens on the beds are impeccable, the TV is excellent, alot of selection on cable. The Hemispheres Restaurant and Bar is excellent, right near the main lobby. I enjoy staying at this hotel so much, no hassles and no surprises when I check in. Thats the way it should be. Well done, Sheraton!!
Rooms are clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. The heater kept us up all night. Its so loud.
1. Hotel shuttle was prompt and departed to hotel with just our party. It was great they didnt make us wait for more guests. 2. Reserved a king and gave us double bed on arrival. We claimed we had reserved a king and without hesitation, the room was changed to a king, but gave us the double bed room keys. Called and complained and gave us right keys at the front desk. The room was a spacious king they called it. It was very dated and the rug in particular needs to be replaced. The mattress was lumpy. The shower had a plastic old fashion sticky curtain which is very unsanitary for the times we are living in. The duvet covers smelled like used. We felt disgusted and didnt want to touch anything. 3. The hotel is full of wasted opportunities. There was a bar, a café and a restaurant that were all closed at the moment. Theres also a self serve market that did not have many options for food. We had to leave back to the airport earlier in order to have some coffee and something to eat. Unacceptable. 4. The windows are not properly sealed and it was so noice we felt we were sleeping in the runway. The reason we book this hotel was our flight got cancelled and pushed back to the next day and the hotel is conveniently located very close of the airport. Staying here was a mistake. The shuttle drivers were very polite.
No fitted sheet on bed. Chairs are torn and ripped in restaurant. Pool was closed waiting for City Inspection. Food was overpriced. Needs upgrades and facelift.
We arrived on a flight after midnight. Its a little convoluted to get to the shuttle - the airports problem no the hotels. Once in the charge of the hotel everything was easy - great staff, clean, comfortable bed and plenty of hot water and pressure. I didnt give high marks on anything related to food and beverage because, other than coffee, we did not make use of those amenities. If you like Starbucks coffee, youre fine.
Horrible hotel..No Ice machines..( but its been that way for over 5 yrs.. In the middle of my shower they ran out of Hot water..FRONT desk would not Acknowledge that Im a Platinum Member...
Hotel is great. The Marriott owns it and they have to make it better buy upgrading the interior of the building ect The staff needs to explain how to use the elevator by that you need to insert your room key to use the elevator. We were not informed about this The Marriott Corp needs to upgrade the hotel to the Marriott standards ect Over all the hotel is great to stay at if you have an early flight. The food was outstanding.
The location is great if youre traveling from the airport. Check in/out was fast and easy. John was very pleasant. The room was clean, no extra amenities like fridge or microwave. Unfortunately the pool was closed at this time due to Covid. There is no complimentary coffee or breakfast in the morning and the restaurant was not open on Saturday am so plan accordingly if you have an early flight out. Coffee and snacks can be purchased at store in lobby which I felt was a stretch considering price of room.
By far the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed at!! And I’m a frequent flyer. Found a cockroach in the room, the beds are stained and hard, I got stuck in the elevator and it went to every other floor accept the one I was on. Had to get one and wait for a different one to come. The carpets are all stained and nasty, there are no ice machines, just a tub in the lobby. No refrigerators either even on request. Don’t waste your money and stay here, no matter how convenient it may be to the airport. Absolutely disgusting.
Overall, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were great and very helpful. The lack of fridge and coffee maker were a disappointment and the parking arrangement for hotel guests with airport guests mixed was annoying. Based on this, I don’t plan to consider this hotel in the future.
No ice, no refrigerator, no in room coffee. For the price you pay you would expect some amenities. You could go down to the bar and get ice but that doesn’t keep your water and soda cold for very long. The restaurant was nice and the food was good
While we enjoyed our hotel stay. We had issues with our vehicle parking. We were double charged and was told unless we came back to the hotel they could not credit our card. We realized this after the fact and we do not live close to the Sheraton. As Bonvoy members, we only to be charged 8.00 per day for a total of 40.00. We were charged 80.00. Apparently who ever gave us our parking ticket did not mark it correctly. We have always enjoyed staying at the Sheraton in Cleveland. We were disappointed when they said there was nothing they could do for us.
This hotel sucks! The parking is ridiculous and expensive, I spent 30 minutes waiting until I finally parked in a handicap spot. The bar closes at 10 on the dot, it’s a joke for late travelers. The wifi sucks if you want to work and no wired connections in rooms. No refrigerators in rooms, you have to rent and plug it in somewhere in the room, horrible. They charged me for a free breakfast everyday and the restaurant was never open. Never stay at this run down dump!
The rooms at this hotel are old and need severely renovated. The beds smell and are not comfortable. I wish I would have stayed somewhere see for the amount I paid to stay here. Most Marriotts are nice but this one is subpar at best.
Amazing Airport Hotel oh, you can walk to it from the terminal. Really clean room really good food. The gym is nice that has a lot of equipment to get a quick workout in, and the pool is extremely huge. Ill definitely be back to this hotel whenever I have to stay in the Cleveland area. The staff is amazing, a really sweet also very helpful. Overall this is a nicer Sheraton and I stayed at many Sheraton this one just has a great Ambiance and nice factor to it.
Property is in need of an overhaul. Expected amenities arent available: no coffee makers in rooms, no room mini fridge, no ice makers on room floors. Microwave is available in the snack bar downstairs. Lobby carpet is coming up in places. Hotel is convenient to the airport but you could find better accomodations elsewhere. If Sheraton was to do a site inspection, this place would be losing its flag. This property isnt up to the standards you would expect from a property carrying the Sheraton name.
I have seen reviews on this Hotel that might imply it is not in tip-top shape.My opinion is that yes, it is a little dated and could use some updates but everything was clean and the staff very friendly and accommodating.I would recommend this place to anyone since it has great proximity to the Airport and a great central location to anywhere you want to go in the area.Had good value for the price.
There was a needle on my couch when I got to my room. The room is not very functional. The sink was not centered with the mirror. The room smelled very odd. There was a strange film over the window that made it hard to look out. The elevators are room key activated, but they did not work. I had to go up to the top floor and then walk down the steps to my floor every time. Parking was also room key activated. That also did not work. I had to go inside and ask them to open the gate every time. They gave me three different room keys to solve these problems but they never worked.If you’re desperate to stay at a place close to the airport then this will work but it would be a first choice for any other reason.
I travel quite a bit, and I have to say this was one of my first negative reviews. Front desk staff werent helpful. No coffee or fridges in the rooms. Pool is closed. The only redeeming feature of this hotel being you are a 4 minute shuttle to and from the airport.
Surprisingly clean, quiet and comfortable for a busy airport hotel. The Sheraton is recommended for CLE related travel. The restaurant and bar, should stay open much later than 10pm. Enjoy🛫
Positive: Staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. The restaurant was excellent. Negative: TV remote control did not work, one of the lamps by the bed didnt work. These should have been checked and fixed before we checked in.
I am very disappointed in this establishment. The site I booked through said they had roll away beds and cribs, upon arrival they have none. We booked so the kids had a pool, pool is closed. We get to the room and it was not pleasant. Old tattered furniture, flat sheets instead of fitted sheets, so when you sat or moved on the bed they came up and exposed the filthy stained mattress. When I asked I was told they dont use fitted sheets and to pretty much deal with it. The shower didnt work correct and the drain was very slow, you stood in 8 of water before you were done. The woman at the front desk was very curt and didnt care. I realize it is convenient to the airport but the convenience is not worth the unclean rooms and the less than hospitable staff. I would not recommend this place to anyone nor will I stay at this or probably any Sheraton again. Very unimpressed and displeased.
We had a one night stay at the Sheraton before we took off for a vacation in Idaho. Figured it would be nice to be close to the airport since our flight took off at 7:45 and we were taking our granddaughter who likes her sleep. We were afraid we would hear take offs and landings, but we did not. Had great service in the bar. Our room was perfect. And a short walk to the airport.

If you have to catch an early morning flight, have a tight schedule or are simply an aviation buff, the Sheraton is a convenient and comfortable hotel option in the immediate airport area. It more than meets the requirements for a traveler seeking overnight efficiency rather than opulent luxury. Ive stayed at this property for years and have never been disappointed. For those into airport watching, request the 9th floor odd numbered rooms with large, expansive windows overlooking the tarmac.
My flight was canceled and AA put me up here. I was lucky because its so close to the airport terminal. Room was very clean, AC was great, bed and pillows were super.Shower water pressure was awesome.
Positive: Close to airport and restaurant downstairs. Negative: The sheets were horrible. No fitted sheets! Everytime you moved the sheets moved exposing a bare mattress which was disgusting! And we had to get ice from the front desk. We were on the 8th floor and had to wait in line for ice! Would not stay again.
Pool was closed and nothing about this was stated on the website before booking. I went with my kids and ended up having to book elsewhere because they were expecting swim time. Rooms don’t have microwave, refrigerator or coffee maker! You have to pay to “rent it.” Pillows has yellow stains, beds had small fitted sheets instead of actual bed covers. We weren’t happy at all with this place.
Stayed here to catch an early flight the following morning. Very convenient location - just minutes across the street to the airport. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant and bar onsite and plenty of space to gather and relax. Would definitely stay here again!
Great customer service. We came from the airport. Decided to walk since its right across the parking garage and we have no luggage. The shuttle van was running back and forth if you do have luggage and wanted the lift. We came in the back door.. the door was lock and you push a button to the front desk to get in. There is signs to point you in the right direction once your in. The restaurant inside there have good food and close at 10. I like the fact that theres key for the elivater. Feel a little more safe. The room is clean. Nice fluffy pillows and heavy blankets. Nice water pressure. Over all a great hotel and good location. A bit pricey but you get what you paid for.

I give it zero stars. Mediocre. Antiquated. My coworkers had to change rooms several times. Rooms are not cleaned or seem disinfected. Shower curtain had mold -disgusting, power outlets do not function. Requested facial tissues none available. No refrigerator. Or ice machines. Unsanitary ice bin to scoop up bacteria. I witness shuttle driver refusing to cooperate with airline crew. Driver combative, attempting to pile on crew when obviously no bag space or passenger seats. If there were an emergency to exit the shuttle we’d be blocked by luggage, No way out! I do not recommend. Just a frustrating experience over all.
This is not a bad hotel but for the price its not worth $200 night with taxes and fees. 1st off this location is almost on the runway. So if you want to sleep before 1a good luck. Parking is tight and a bit confusing. 2 ways in the lot and only 1 out. There also arent any walkable gas stations or anything nearby, I guess this is to be expected next to the airport. The pool was shutdown and there are no ice machines. The lady at the desk didnt know if either of these were do to covid. Lastly, the room was super small.
My stay was good as far as the room.Dining was good. Had a good dinner each night.My problem was not having any type of morning service.No coffee.Not even a person in the coffee area working. I understand the issue with covid,but if you have your dining area open for sit down eating,you should at least have someone able to work the coffe for morning travelers.In fact the whole area where you have your coffee /store looked abandoned the time I was staying at the Sheraton.
I grew up staying at this hotel and I have used it repeatedly for most of my adult life while traveling as an easy way to be on the west side so we didnt have to deal with weather and traffic in the early mornings. Walk to parking garage, terminal and back. It was peace of mind, even when the place started going down hill. Felt happy for the board in the lobby advertising a future remodel, which never materialized. Ice machines went out replaced with a scoop and vat in the lobby with grocery store bags. It was done before Cleveland city swept in and told them they were done and paid them off. Building will dissappear but Ill never forget the peace of mind it gave me. RIP Sheraton Airport.
Hotel was super convenient to airport. You can walk!! Hotel is dated and needs upgrading, but the shower water pressure was awesome!! No room service due to COVID but you could get food at the bar/restaurant in lobby and take it up to room so all good.
If I could give a 0 star I would in a heartbeat. Talk about “dated”… Really bummed that we spent nearly $200.00 on a room that was disgusting and very uncomfortable. Not to mention there was no complementary breakfast. They offered breakfast in the lobby at rip off prices. Cereal and a muffin was $15.00, which we would never buy. Also the pool was closed for an undisclosed reason that even the staff didn’t know why. Difficult to navigate the parking lot and the hotel. Very dirty throughout, both inside/out. I’d rather sleep in my car. Not to mention you have to pay for parking and pay ridiculous fees on your bill. Would never recommend anything here but a bulldozer. Beware
The hotel was convenient to the airport, it was clean and the gym was open. The only complaint I had was a charge labeled “Facility Charge” on my emailed hotel receipt (I checked out through the app, to skip the front desk interactions), so I saw the charge after I had left.Since I need to voucher my charges with my employer (work trip), I called the front desk to ask what the charge was for. The lady didn’t know, she had to go ask, and then she explained it was a fee for the hotel being on airport property.I’m not sure why it had to be added after the fact, as it would be more transparent if it were included in the nightly rate. The way it’s added, you may think the nightly rate is comparable to other nearby hotels, but then they add this “facility charge” in at checkout without your knowledge. Just something to think about.Lastly, I had asked for the front desk lady’s name, so I could reference it when I voucher my stay and when I have to explain what the charge is. My employer likes to know who we speak to for random charges like this. It got weird when the employee refused to give her name. Lol. I have no idea why. Our conversation was polite and normal, she just replied with “front desk” when I would ask her name. I wasn’t rude or mad, I’m not sure why she refused to give it. It was odd for sure.Well, that was my experience. There could be better hotels around. Not always the closest one is the best one.

Booked this hotel and showed up the night before our flight... the hotel is permanently closed! No warning before hand of it closing after the reservation was made. Not happy with this situation.
Parking is a disaster at this location. They allow guests flying out to leave cars which leaves little to no parking spaces for other guests. Cars were parked everywhere which creates a serious safety issue for emergency crews. We were at this hotel for a softball tournament. No ice machines, could only get ice from 5:00 to 9:00 in the bar. Pool was closed. No cleaning services available during stay. Cob webs hanging from the curtain. Struggled to get key card to work in the elevator. This location was no convenient and extremely stressful to get in and out of. Do NOT recommend for anything other than using for airport needs.
This hotel is super friendly and very clean. They have a shuttle service that runs to the airport – it’s actually attached to the airport property. You’re greeted immediately upon entry and the friendliness never stops. I love this hotel for a quick stop over in Cleveland. Cleveland rocks!
We liked the look of the hotel as we walked in. The staff was extremely helpful. Parking was an issue at certain times but as soon as we called the front desk they helped us find something. The customer service was fantastic. The only negative was there wasn’t a fridge. We were playing in a softball tournament nearby and was hoping to chill our drinks. But we just bought ice in the morning and problem solved.
Rooms are very nice,entry way and bar fantastic looking. Lots of nice people .

Rather complex review of the Cleveland Airport Sheraton Hotel. My wife and I spent 2 nights, 3 days here, Fri-Sun, while attending a conference. Heres my breakdown: Customer service is 5 stars. In particular, Jeralee (spelling?) checked us in and was pleasant, professional & courteous. She set a positive start to our experience. Later trips to the front desk talking with John and another, proved client relations to be a strong point. Now Parking, 1 star. We were lucky to find a spot. This hotel sells their parking lot as part of airport parking. The lot seems mostly consumed by those flying out of town. Cost for hotel guests is a discounted $4 per day. There is a nearly empty VIP parking lot right in front of the hotel that is not available to guests. Swim pool? 0 stars. Still closed for Covid (I feel like Im in Michigan). However, the pool area is beautiful and, no doubt, relaxing. Fitness room, 3 stars. Only aerobic type machines and a complete dumbbell set up to 50 lbs. Hotel restaurant, 3 stars. Pricey. Wife had a chicken salad and I had a personal size BBQ chicken pizza. Both dishes were pleasantly good. I had water, my wife, coffee. Total bill with tip was $50. We ordered out for the remaining meals to save $. Snack area is 3 stars. A little bit of everything, but shy of coffee, a traveler staple. Yes, pricey, but expected. Security is 4 stars. Good and bad here. You need your room card to go anywhere. Elevator? First insert room key. Stairways? Not going anywhere as the doors to neighboring floors are locked from the stairwell. This presents a fire safety issue. Cleanliness? Impressive 5 stars for rooms, hallways, restrooms, lobby, elevators, fitness room. The hotel has rather modern and conservative decor; 5 stars. And I really enjoyed the 2nd floor mezzanine overlooking the lobby. Plenty of tables, chairs (with fold away laptop tables), but lacking sufficient electrical plugs. Children will be totally bored here with the pool closed. Overall, not a bad temporary retreat for the weary traveler, but not one Id recommend if you travel with children.
Currently standing outside at nearly 4:00am and would really love to get some sleep after an extremely long drive but unfortunately the woman working refuses to give us a room for now an hour when we have a reservation. Was extremely rude to use and then extremely polite to these white woman. 0/10. 0 stars. Hostile and not hospitable.Still waiting on a room, would rather stay at a cheap motel than give these people my money. Will be requesting a refund for room AND the $14 parking.
Clear and very bad service with waking you up with lots of B.S and telling me they will be putting me out at 7:30am in the morning on a error they made. Not good for Marriott Hotel at all . Then want to say my bad. My Bad is the only thing they said that was right. Needs upgrading. Old carpets, old tile bathrooms. No coffee makers in rooms os adrag, having to make your way down for coffee. No working ice machines on floors. Must get ice bu front desk if needed.
This hotel is WOEFULLY out of date and overpriced.The staff is very nice and seems quite competent. But that’s kinda where it ends.The rooms don’t even have refrigerators. The TV has no internet function. Their sad idea of putting device chargers in the rooms is a cheap little alarm clock with USB’s on ONE side of the bed.The chicken sandwich that I ordered was almost $20 and consisted of a frozen chicken patty on squashed bread. McDonald’s would have been better.Drive a little further from the hotel, is my advice. You’ll probably be happier.
The Sheraton Cleveland Airport Hotel is conveniently located (walkable) from the airport. The staff were extremely helpful. Overall the hotel is clean, although in a need of an update. The rooms are a little dark and worn. I enjoyed the stay and for the convenience, I would stay again.
Very friendly front desk personnel. Having to fetch ice in the lobby out of a wheeled tub was a bit outré, tho.
If you are staying for any reason other than using the airport it is very inconvenient. Parking is horrible! $10 per day, large lot behind the hotel and so hard to find a spot, also our validated pass from the hotel didn’t work on 2 separate occasions so I had to get it revalidated. No in room amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee, shampoo/conditioner/body wash), no ice machine (you have to ask at the front desk).
Very convenient- on airport property but not one issue with noise. Very clean hotel and room with comfortable beds. Very friendly front desk staff and although the restaurant was closed, we had plenty of food options at the bar with an excellent waitress/bar tender.
The rooms were small and smelled of cigarette smoke. No coffee pot or microwave available in The room the ice machine was shut down and we still paid more than 150. Could have at least had a coffee pot at a motel for under 75. Plus all amenities such as resraurant, pool, and ice were all shut down even though we called ahead to verify the pool was open. Unfortunately the reservation line was uninformed about the amenities. Very disappointing.
Great hotel, the room was clean , bed comfortable. The staff were beyond amazing , left my iPad behind, they were so nice, they found it and mailed it to me for a small fee. The food was awesome too.
Poor service, stained hallway carpets, unattended coffee bar that advertised Starbucks but had none. We checked two days ahead to ask if the pool was open, and were told it was, but that it might be limited to an undetermined number of people due to Covid concerns. But on arrival, the pool was closed with a sign noting the city had not yet authorized its opening. Counter person said it wouldnt be opened, and asked if we wanted to cancel our two rooms. We waited a half hour for hotel staff to make coffee in the morning at the coffee bar, and were charged on our room bill.
Overall it was a good choice to stay and very convenient. Very easy to get to and from airport. Older so could use a few updates at least to rooms but otherwise it was all good.
My stay was excellent because Jonathan answered the phone! I was traveling alone and arriving late. He confirmed my room prior to me leaving NOLA and, I did what I was asked and called him after getting my bags and he had the shuttle pulling in as I was walking out. I was checked in promptly and with amazing service. I was even given room choices of how near or far from the elevator I wished to be. The room was comfy, clean and the bed came with 4 very fluffy pillows that I just melted into. I slept great. Because of Covid, still, theres no room service, wah wah... but Im laying in this comfy bed enjoying my solitude and listening to the planes take off. Im pleased. I had a great experience!
Decent rooms. Good shower. Food was okay. Bar closes too early but likely a COVID thing due to staffing. Food options are scant w/o a vehicle. Will use this hotel again.
The staff is great! The decor is tired and could be updated. The fitness center needs some repairs. I was served a bottle of local microbrew beer that was 2 years old (date on the label, I kept a photo) from the bar. The eggs in the grab and go fridge had gone bad, smelled bad and I threw them away. There are many choices of SPG/Marriott properties within 5 miles, I will try a different one next time.
I came in on a late flight and all the rental cars had sold out, so I was stranded at the airport. Did not have reservations at any hotel because I was not planning on staying in Cleveland. I walked over to this hotel looking for a room for one night and the lady at the front desk was rude, condescending and standoffish in her snippy way of telling me they had no rooms. She seemed to take pleasure in repeatedly telling me my situation was my fault. I couldnt even ask questions about the area without her deflecting it back into offensive conversation. She would not even let me sit in the lobby and charge my phone, saying that I cant sit there for free when other people have to pay. Clue for Mrs. personality disorder: people are paying for a room, not a chair in the lobby! This was 5/15/2021 at 11pm if management wants to know. How a hotel this big runs out of rooms in a run down city that nobody even wants to visit is beyond me, but dont rely on this place if you get in a bind. Also be sure to reserve a rental car because, unlike any other normal airport, they WILL run out of cars here and this is one airport you do not want to have to sleep in overnight!
This is not a new hotel but it is ideally located, well maintained, and staffed by a friendly group of professionals. The ability to park at the hotel during trips from the airport is a fairly-priced bonus.
Desk service was impeccable. Staff service in the bar/restaurant was excellent - in the face of an unanticipated crowd due to bad weather, staff in the kitchen and on the floor were professional and efficient. Timely service, tables kept clean, check delivered seamlessly. Waiter was superb.
There was no parking but you were charged a daily rate. The hotel door that you enter from the parking lot was locked and couldn’t be open with a room key. You had to ring a bell, but no one would answer. There was no ice machines. To find ice you had to wait in line for the desk lady and she would go get you a small handful of ice. You needed your room key to operate the elevator but it would only take you to your floor so if you knew someone else staying in the hotel and wanted to visit with them you either had to take the steps or meet them in the lobby and they had to take you back up to their room. Extremely inconvenient
No hot water on arrival so My family was unable to shower. The hotel is outdated and in need of a good scrub! The location was great but not worth the extra money compared to other hotels in the area.
This is a business trip stay. If you need to be close to the airport, yes, if you dont - I would not recommend it. Hotel needs a major facelift. Gym is nice, staff is friendly.
Zero amenities. You get a room, a bed and a bathroom. Thats it!No coffee pot or refrigerator in the room.No breakfast provided. The Dining area advertising full service meals that are at a cost to you is CLOSED. All you have for food choices are candy, chips and bagged cookies to be purchased at the main desk. There are no healthy alternatives for those on special diets, or for those who dont want to eat junk food. You are even charged for parking. After a long flight, I was disappointed to find that there were no creature comforts here.
Staff was great but the hotel was outdated. The entire hotel was musty, the bedding wasnt good or comfortable, the parking was nonexistant due to it being a parking lot for the airport as well. A/C unit was old and didnt work well, but again, the staff was nice and helpful.
Filthy. Noisy. Indifferent staff. Piles of wet dirty towels in the hallway. Indifferent staff.

Has shuttle running as well.Had an issue trying to get my vehicle out of the lot. The woman working the front desk was extremely kind and helpful for our overnight stay. She talked us through parking to give us the cheapest price! She also called the shuttle for our early morning flight and made sure we had a stress free stay!

Early morning staff slammed phone down on our call -- inquiring about lack of coffee makers in room. We were accused of causing her to suffer during a pandemic.Night before we were informed that ice was available on our floor; then told all the ice machines had broken and were removed. At checkout, the one lady at the desk continued to talk on her phone while ignoring us ( we finally dropped the key in the jar and left). Upon arrival old, told there were no upgrades in a near empty hotel. General Manager was on leave (per one of the staff), so we left a VM for her -- a week later still no call from anyone.
My bed didn’t have sheets on it!! The person at the front desk (Amber?) said, “I can’t even imagine that” and hung up on me. Then she said she would have to switch my room, but I would have to come down and get the key (already showered, in my Jammies). Really? $169! No sheets! And you can’t even bring me a key? Plus, the bar took 15 min to get a glass of wine!
Not impressed. No available ice without going down to front desk. I ask for a bottle of water, I am a rewards member. I was told I had not reached the level to be given a bottle of water. This was upon my arrival at approximately 1:45am Saturday morning. My flight was delayed twice.
Do not stay! I repeat, do not stay! This the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. You only get 2 towels per room regardless of how many people in the room. House keeping is terrible and rude. Front desk clerk is unprofessional and doesn’t do anything accommodating for the guest. Parking has a million pot holes and the location of the hotel is in the hood!
This place is whooped. If I was the owner Id be embarrassed. Employees were nice, but the place was dirty and not cared for.
The rooms were very small and old. There was no refrigerator in the room and the only “ice machine” is on the first floor. The ice machine is monitored by an employee that goes to the back room and gives you as much ice as she sees fit. We had to pay for parking in their lot, but when we got there, there was no available spaces. It took 2 hours to find a spot. Once you are out of the hotel you cannot get back in with a key card. You have to push a button that buzzes one of the employees to come and let you in. After buzzing for someone to let us in a kind gentleman from the hotel happened to see a group of people waiting at the door to get in and unlocked it. Your elevator key only gives you access to your floor so if you have a friend here on another floor you would both need to go down to the lobby then go back to the room you were trying to go to in the first place. TERRIBLE!!
This Sheraton combines a great hotel/restaurant experience with the convenience of discounted on-site, long-term parking and shuttle service to the CLE terminal. Staff is always great - desk, restaurant, housekeeping. We travel in when flying from CLE, and this is our go-to stay-over the night before.
Great location to fly out of. Parking convenient. Room needed attention and wallpaper removed as it’s damaged badly. Blankets and toilet seat need replaced Staff was nice.
Very convenient if staying at the CLE airport. Overall a little run down compared to Marriott properties in the area. Very friendly staff. Parking is not free for guests. We would choose a Fairfield Inn next time, further away from the airport (we were traveling by car). No club or breakfast available.

Very convenient to the airport for late flights, or early morning flights. However, dont expect coffee. On our inbound stay of one night, there was in room coffee. However, on our outbound stay of one night, there was no in room coffee. We asked the front desk, and they said too bad, cant provide it. Definitely Not what I expected from the Sheraton/Marriott.
I will not be staying here. Or at a Sheraton (Stayed at the Renaissance Cincinnati downtown last night and also a suboptimal experience). I suggest avoid to especially avoid this hotel. The decor is old and tired. Checked in at about 930 PM and the ladies (Elise) were busy gossiping and exchanging texts for several minutes and inattentive to answering questions about transfer to and from airport. Called hotel operator and no answer for over 7 minutes so had to give up. Looking forward to getting out after tonight.
Very disappointed in the experience. Stay at numerous hotels during business travel and this hotel was a referral that will never be passed along. The room housekeeping standards were poor (sheets, and smell of room). The hallway smelled like urine. I thought we made a mistake and booked our stay at a Brook Park Rd motel.
The parking was terrible. Spent 45 minutes trying to find a parking spot. You think after paying 400.00 I would be able to have easy parking. I also booked the honey moon suite which said it came with a jacuzzi tub and all this stuff. The tub was mini. Def not worth the price.
The hotel shuttle does not take you anywhere but the airport against the advertising of normal shuttle operations. The shower has more leaks and sprays water everywhere. However I will say that there is great water pressure. The agent at check in advised there would be no $100 hold on card for incidentals which was incorrect. So be prepared for that. There are also no fridges or microwaves in room. You can rent a fridge but the only microwave is in the lobby.
The beds are indeed heavenly at this hotel, but they dont compare to the amazing showerheads. I have stayed in every brand of hotel and numerous different Sheratons/Marriotts. These showers are hands down the absolute best! Its like a personal massage and not stingy on the water like most hotels today. The room is worth the price for an amazing shower and then sleep in their heavenly beds. And amazingly, I did not hear one airplane take off or land. Its a great place to get a good nights rest before a trip. Or simply a place to go and get away for a weekend to pamper yourself.
This is a nice hotel. I stayed here after flying into Cleveland Airport from Las Vegas and was satisfied with my experience. I waited at the airport shuttle pick up and took the hotel shuttle to the hotel. I took the shuttle to the hotel because even though it’s right by the airport, I was to lazy to walk to the hotel. I’m pretty surprised that this hotel offers a shuttle between it and the airport considering they’re right next to each other. I checked into the hotel and went up to my room, where I was greeted by a nice, clean bathroom and two comfy beds. I was very tired considering my flight arrived at Cleveland at 4:00 a.m., so I fell asleep right away. The next morning, I woke up after a good night’s sleep, ate breakfast, checked out of the hotel, and drove away, satisfied with my experience. I gave this hotel five stars because it’s conveniently located right next to Cleveland Airport and because it has comfy beds.
Ive stayed here several times and have had excellent results every time. Its located next to the airport with shuttle service. My last stay required me to be at the airport by 4:45AM. The shuttle got me there with no problems. This was especially appreciated since there had been freezing rain overnight. I also enjoy their fast and delicious room service. In my opinion, you cant go wrong staying here.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered any questions I had and were handled all my needs very efficiently. I had salmon at the hotel restaurant and it was delicious! I would definitely get more next time I stay at this location. The room decor was a bit dated at the time I stayed, but I was told that the hotel was preparing to begin remodeling the guest rooms very soon.
Our flight was cancelled late in the night causing the need for a hotel near the Irport. Staff was upbeat and very pleasant. We were given a late checkout.No breakfast included which was disappointing. Air conditioning unit quite loud. Room was clean, internet was fast, fitness center available, and a coffee maker in the room. Location was phenomenal- you could walk to airport if you needed to.Would definitely stay again.
We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to check-in our Hertz rental car at the hotel when we checked-in. That was a very big surprise and a very pleasant one!!! The hotel bar and restaurant was excellent, the food was phenomenal. The hotel had everything you could want as far as snacks and services. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our room and our stay!! Getting to the airport for our early flight was made so less stressful being literally across the street from the airport. We would stay there again. They had a wonderful indoor pool and fitness center. It is really a great hotel.
Close to airport. Shuttle picks you up. The staff go out of their way to make you comfortable. They answer all questions and help you find solutions. The food was delicious and the room service was always earlier than what they projected. The rooms were very clean. The fitness room was small but adequate, no working TV on the treadmill. It would be nice to have a car service that you can hire someone to take you places you need. (Too scared to use Uber!)
Definitely not up to the Sheraton brand. It’s only redeeming quality is that you can walk to the terminal. Staff barely wears masks, even the bartender wandered around maskless serving customers (including me, at times 3-4 ft away from me), regardless of signs everywhere saying masks were required. When I walked up to the front desk, they too didn’t have masks on until I was very close to them. The room was clean, but dated. My room had a funky smell that I couldn’t get rid of, but I was too tired to ask for a different room. Insane water pressure in the shower, almost painfully powerful. Skip this hotel unless you want to walk to the airport.
This place is VERY OLD and is in DESPERATE NEED of an UPDATE!!! The ENTIRE length of the bottom of the in tub shower curtain was LINED WITH MOLD!!! (Room 332) There are DECADES worth of DUST along ALL BASEBOARDS...enough to grow small plants! My company pays for this lodging but NEXT TIME I will pay out of pocket to STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
Parking was horrible never any spots available had to keep driving around in circles. Hotel is outdated. No Ice Machines available, No Coffee Pots in room or refrigerator. Positive note Staff was extremely friendly.
Staff are very positive, professional. Bathrooms are very small and lighting might as well be candlelight. Train noise constantly and very loud!
Check-in went very well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Parking is convenient at an additional cost, although should be waived for paying customers. We never used the pool area. Room cards never worked on the elevator the 1st time and sometimes took several attempts and unnecessary trips up and down to other floors. Others in our group were on other floors and there was no way to get to their rooms unless we all met in the lobby. This is my biggest complaint as it was very inconvenient.
Super fast check in, nice room, good security measures, great shuttle. No complaints ( except a fridge and microwave in the room would have been nice.)
The only downside was due to COVID related protocols. No ice machines on the floors. Have to go to the lobby bar for ice & snacks. Room was cosy & bed was comfy. The wait time for the shuttle to the airport was short, as was the ride from the airport back to the hotel.
I expected more from the Sheraton. The facility was dated, room was noisy, the heat turned off during the night, absolutely no where to plug in a USB cord, uncomfortable bed. Overall, very underwelmed with the experience. Convenient because of the location, but not worth the money.

The Sheraton is located right next to Cleveland Hopkins and was very convenient since the car rental place was not open past 10pm. Shuttle service is provided and the staff was very friendly and helpful for a late check-in.

Employees are welcoming but rooms are a bit dated. It was obvious they invested in first generation LED bulbs because all the lights were clinically bright white instead of a soothing warm color. The bathroom was dimly lit. I kindly recommend they use warm colored bulbs going forward.
Website looks way better than the actual hotel. Very outdated and the outside almost looks like a prison or something like that. The staff were very friendly so I cant say anything about them. They were professional, kind and friendly. The hotel itself needs some work.
Our flight was late. When we checked the email for the shuddered bus show wait for the number 5 for pickup. We waited 15 minutes still no bus come. When we find the right location the bus to the hotel was gone.So we need to walked to airport SheratonHotel. That night was raining . We need to hurry up to walk. Sowhen we to the hotel the employee gave us the keys it doesnt work. We needed to go back to the lobby again.Terrible experience 😪
I stay at this hotel when I fly out of CLE airport. The location cannot be beat. Even in winter time its a short five minute walk out the back door and you are in the airport. All paved, easy to pull your luggage. The rooms are well kept and always clean. The staff it this hotel is wonderful, I have never had an issue with them. On my last stay I found my first gripe about the hotel and that has to do with Hemispheres bar. The food is always good at least, but sometimes its VERY good, seems to be either the cut of meat or how its seasoned. Ive had both the Ribeye and this time the NY Strip and both are great. The drinks at the bar however were shockingly high priced. My boss and I eat dinner here together each time I stay. They do not have a single beer that I am interested in, which I am used to. So I was drinking Jameson/Cranberry cocktails. Little did I know I was being charged $20 each. To be fair I did not check on the price so I take the blame but needless to say ill be drinking iced tea during my next dinner.
The Sheraton at Clevelands Airport is an outstanding choice, even if you do not have a flight! The staff is welcoming, the rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. I look forward to staying there every time I am in Cleveland.
Since Marriott has become Marriott Bonvoy, theyve also become CHEAPO. My stays fiasco;1- The van driver times out at 8pm and the airport only van cannot pick me up from the restaurant the other van driver drove me to.2- The restaurant I arrive at is packed so I have to Uber back to the hotel and I eat at the bar/restaurant. I ordered a wedge salad and fish & chips. The salad was advertised as having lettuce, tomatoes, onions and blue cheese crumbles. However, my salad had lettuce, tomatoes, onions, more onions, more onions and ever more onions. But NO blue cheese at all except for a very bad tasting, store-bought blue cheese dressing.3- In my room it started getting cold. So I turn the heater on at 70 degrees. It kicks on, gets warm, Im happy. Then it gets cold again. I turn the heater up to 71. It turns on, gets warm, Im happy. Then it gets cold AGAIN. I turn it up to 72. it turns on, gets warm, Im happy. Then it gets cold AGAIN!!!!! I check my thermometer on my flight bag and its 68 degrees in the room!! But at this point I have the heater turned up to 75. And it WONT TURN ON!!!! I finally figure out how to put it into VIP mode so I, the paying customer, can ACTUALLY control the temperature in the room that I AM PAYING FOR.Everything about Marriott properties is about saving money. its not about comfort or convenience. It seems to be just about the money.
Exceptional service in the restaurant both at dinner and again at breakfast. In addition to the restaurant and lounge, theres a little store with a Starbucks off the lobby. Staff throughout the hotel has been courteous and friendly. The pool area is warm (even in January) with lots of seating and lounge chairs. I enjoyed the fitness center too! There are quite a few machines (LifeFitness brand?), free weights, and space for yoga!
This was a great stay!! We stayed before flying out. Very convenient to leave your car and take the shuttle to the airport...which is VERY close and in a pinch you could probably walk. But shuttle was very prompt and is 24 hour which was nice since we had a very early flight.In all fairness the rooms are a bit dated, bathroom is kind of tight and the velvet couch was a bit past it prime. There are only plugs on one side of the bed...but overall it was very clean and staff was very friendly. Was exactly what we needed and would definitely stay again.
Nice, seems ok for a Sheraton, location was the key as I was flying out the next morning. A bottle of water in the room would have been nice, seems a little cheap on their part ?
The front desk clerk refused service because she didn’t appreciate my tone. Apparently proper English made her feel inadequate. Long story short, she called CPD... and they actually escorted me to another hotel. God Bless CPD.
200/night plus $14 a day parking. Rooms are small, No Ice Machines, No in-room coffee maker and shower is poorly lit. Basically Motel 6 quality at 350% the cost.
We had an early flight, and staying here enabled us to drop the car off at the rental agency the night before and then just take the shuttle to the airport in the morning. It is actually close enough to walk through the lot and parking deck if you didnt have any luggage. The beds were comfortable and we did not hear any noise from the airport. We will use it in the future for late night arrivals and early departures.
Overall very good experience. The restaurant was good, all service (front desk, wait staff, airport shuttle) was friendly and excellent, 24 hour cafe/shop was nice. However, docking a star because I found a stray Tylenol caplet just under the corner of one of the beds. Im glad that my 2 year old didnt find it first and that it wasnt a more dangerous substance. Still, the room should have been more thoroughly vacuumed. Everything else was great.
This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel and we loved it! This is the first time we have used the room service option and it was amazing! The pizza was delicious!! The only two complaints I do have is the hot tub was way to hot to enjoy, but we at least got to sit in it for a minute or two and I booked a room for 4 people and had 3 bath towels....that doesnt make a lot of sense! Other than that it was great! We will definitely stay again!

This hotel was the best!! Very friendly staff. It is right at the airport. After a long day of traveling we couldnt find the shuttle pick up spot. An employee stayed on the phone with me until I found the shuttle. I was so grateful!! We travel a lot out of Cleveland and we will definitely stay again. They also have a wonderful hot tub and pool. There is a restaurant and bar for relaxing. And its very nicely decorated.
This hotel isnt fancy, but the value is good and the staff is very thoughtful and helpful. Its located about 5 minutes by shuttle to the bag check / baggage claim and has good food service till 11 at night. I stay here regularly as I often have to catch an early morning flight and I can do it conveniently. The airport itself sucks, and the airport staff could care less, but at least its pleasant to stay close by and be ready for the abuse at TSA and other aspects of CLE...
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Check in was quick and very imformative about what the hotel offered. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable and was an overall great experience. Only drawback was the airport shuttle did not drop us off at the ticketing level. They went to the pick up slot and forced a long walk with heavy bags. Over all good experience. Management needs to look into the drop off locale being changed, as the walk was difficult with multiple heavy bags
We are a family of 4 and really liked this hotel. Youd think itd be loud being right at the airport, but we got a corner room and it was very quiet and at night with the fan running on the air conditioner/heater, you couldnt hear any outside/inside noise. The room was very spacious and nice there is a bar in the hotel. The pool was warm for little kids which was really nice as well and the staff was very accommodating. We will likely stay here again on our next visit to Cleveland.
Downtown was totally booked for a baseball game, so I took a chance and booked here due to the reasonable rate and ~15-minute drive to downtown. I did not realize its literally part of the airport--you can walk across the street to the terminal. I did not need this feature, just FYI. Neither the airport noise and traffic were an issue, and some rooms have good runway views. The hotel looks worn from the outside but is in good shape on the inside. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which were very clean and well kept. Our room was upgraded to a larger deluxe, which had a fold-out couch that worked well for our family. The bathroom was small but the room was otherwise very acceptable.The best part of our stay was the reception at the front desk. I wish Id gotten the young mans name, as he was truly fantastic. As platinum, we were upgraded to the larger room, offered premium parking just outside the lobby, and club access. The club is closed on weekends (Friday evening-Sunday) so he gave us vouchers for the restaurants breakfast buffet. He also recommended nearby Antonios Pizza and their pizza and pepperoni rolls, which was a very good tip. All-in-all, we were happy we stayed here versus downtown, with great value provided for the ~hundred dollar rate. I would definitely stay here again.
The rooms look good and the lobby/bar area is big and nice. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The parking situation is confusing and if end up in the back with confusion on where youre supposed to go, you can go through the back doors and pool area, it is not locked. You pay a discounted rate, $5 a day, for parking and the front desk gives you a card to use when you come in and out of the lot. They dont do a very good job of explaining that part. The rooms are on the small side and they do not have mini fridges in them. No free breakfast either. We had a view towards the airport and could see planes taking off, which was kinda cool, but also a little annoying during the day since you can hear them. All in all the hotel is fine and conveniently located at the airport, but if youre not flying I would recommend going to one of the other hotels where you dont have to worry about parking and offer the other amenities. They clearly realize that people whos flights get canceled are going to be stuck here and dont do anything over the top of giving them a bed to sleep in.

Our flight was rescheduled and we needed to spend an extra night in CLE to fly out the next day. Being late and not wanting to drive we walked from the terminal to the hotel. We made quick reservation over the phone and walked immediately over and checked in. Staff was accommodating and quickly had us in the room. We ate dinner at Hemispheres an staff was friendly and efficient. A little pricey but not more that expected for a high quality hotel located this close to airport.
Apeared clean.Update 2021: took coffee maker out of rooms!? Carpet needs cleaning. 2 stars.Not again!Well, I wish corporate would dump this place. Now there is not even comp coffee in the lobby! And check the air filter pictures..
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The outside property should be close to be getting ready for a remodel (in my opinion). We have found parking everytime with no problem, so far. The room was very clean. The bed wasnt the best but it was fine. I really like the pillows. More than enough TV channels to get you through a vacation. As close as it is to the airport we surprisingly have only heard 2 or 3 of them thus far.
Our room showed clear signs of wear and readily appeared to be rather dated. The bathroom was not well maintained. The food and service at Hemispheres was quite good.

The hotel staff is professional, pleasant, and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located for air travel. An added advantage is a Hertz rental can be returned the hotel. This provides the guest the inconvenience of the drive to the off site location of the airport rental car facility. The overall decor of the hotel is not especially welcoming. The lobby and bar general areas are very dark. This in part is due to the lack of windows and the selection of the color palette and the dark uncomfortable oversized furniture. The restaurant has two windows and the light adds to the ambiance, however, the dark wall colors, furniture, and carpeting make the space unwelcoming. The food is average. Our hotel room was comfortable as was the bed. Here again the walls are dark giving an oppressive feel to the overall ambiance of the room.
Both the front desk reps and the bar adjacent to the hotel both performed excellent service for my husband and I. We had an unexpected layover and they were very accommodating.
My flight got cancelled and I had to get a room last minute. I was so pleasantly surprised by how comfortable, clean and spacious my room was. I was also impressed with the friendliness of the staff at check-in/check-out and with the staff at the bar/restaurant. Im grateful to this hotel for making my bad night turn around. Thanks for a great stay!
Three decir was great. Everything was clean. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have slept in, in forever. Our air conditioner continued to blow out warm air instead of cool, which made sleeping quite difficult. We were put up by the airline, but I would never choose this hotel on my own.
The facility looks nice, and it appears some floors have recently been renovated.Room was large and comfortable, while the restroom was particularly small, I would say essential.Nice club lounge, with good breakfast but poor appetizers in the evening.Front desk really friendly and responsive, and also the staff at the restaurant or at the club lounge was always really nice.The very big minus here is: flights will wake you up very early in the morning, if freight trains which are continuously passing by the hotel will have let you sleep at all. Soundproofing of the rooms need to be improved, in particular at those facing the airport and the railroad.OK for one night.
Our room was very average and quite small for such a high price ($189 ++). Wanted 2 beds - none available??? Bed was comfortable, linens very nice. Disappointed in dining room - not particularly attractive and a very limited dinner menu. Nice bar and waitresses. Desk staff very good. Would only stay there for convenience of next morning early flight.
Decent Sheraton right on the airport property. While not physically connected to the terminal, there is an on demand shuttle that has you at the door in 2 minutes or you can walk there in 5. The hotel is very nice and clean, but could use an update to get in line with other newer properties. Rooms are fairly large and the hotel has decent amenities. Restaurant and bar are good and there is a nice coffee shop next to the check in desk. Gym is great and there are several meeting rooms.
Multiple USB ports in the room did not work. The furniture in the room needed updating and the mattress was only fair. The pillows were horrible.
First, the good news. The man at the front desk was very accommodating when it came to parking multiple vehicles and did not add any additional costs. Now for room for improvement .... the beds were less then desirable. There was no fitted sheet on the bed which allowed the nasty, stained mattress to show. Also, the sheets and blankets were not comfortable and had a plastic feel to them.
We came to stay for the third annual ConCoction, and everything was fabulous as always. The hotel is five minutes from home and easy to get to, and despite parking issues we were able to get a spot no problem. The room was plenty big enough for getting into and out of costume and the beds were amazing. The staff are friendly and courteous and the whole experience was pleasant. I hope that the hotel continues to host the convention so we can keep coming back to stay.
The awesome staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great room to check into early as our flight was delayed by 7 hours, completely missing the prior evening.
Beautiful decor ! Friendly staff, shuttle service was on time and friendly. I asked for something to put my cold food in and they brought me a refrigerator.
Nope. Better Hotels out there, and way cheaper. I loved that it was so close, almost attached to the airport, but this place is dilapidated. Staff is super friendly and very nice, beds are comfy, but thats where the pros end...Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything, everyone, and every flush in the adjacent rooms. There is an Ice machine on level 7 and ONLY level 7, but you have to be staying on floor 7 to get there... No ice for anyone else. Fitness center would be nice if the machines worked. All the TVs were broken as well as a treadmill, bike and weight machine.No other hotels this close to the airport, but do yourself a solid and stay 5 minutes away. Youll be able to find a much better place.
This hotel was conveniently located at the Cleveland airport. At check in, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, during my visit, my key card would not work in the elevator or on our room. We went through 6 keys during our one night visit. There must of been something wrong with their readers. Very frustrating; however, when you would call the front desk, they would come right away to help you. The room was clean and seemed updated; however, it had a musty smell. The bed was very comfortable. Food at the bar/restaurant was below par. The salad was very expensive and it was iceberg/romaine out of a bag with cold chicken on top. If I need a hotel again at the airport, I would consider this hotel since the room was nice, but would ask for a low floor in case my key does not work and would eat before my arrival.
This hotel is not as convenient as they make it seem. You have to pay for parking and in order to get out of the parking lot, you need to have a ticket that doesn’t even work 90 percent of the time. They say that if your ticket is “bent” that it will not work but that’s bs. The parking lot is shared with airport cars and it makes it challenging to get in and out of the lot. Luckily we stayed for one night because our room wasn’t the cleanest either, the toilet had what looked like old urine in the cracks of the seat. We didn’t have an ice machine on our floor due to their efforts to make the hotel more “sustainable” 🥴 so we had to go all the way down to the bar to get ice. The front desk was nice and prompt but if you’re planning on staying for more than a day or two, I’d look elsewhere.
I would have given an excellent rating if it were not for the noisy AC/Heater wall unit kept waking me up every 20-30 minutes. The thing sounded like a old Kirby vacuum cleaner with a bad drive belt! These thing are really outdated and I dont understand why they are still in use. We were just on a cruise ship the Serenade of the Seas, which is clearly NOT a new vessel however, we had only a thermostat in our cabin to adjust the room temperature, no noisy wall unit. Which begs the question: Why do hotels like the Sheraton still have these wall units? Otherwise the bed was very comfortable and the pilows were nice also.
Visited for a 3 night stay recently and had a rough last day. I was attending a medical conference at the hotel where some attendees were allowed to request a late check-out and others were not. I was not, and therefore had to take time to go up to my room and then find a place to store my things in the hotel. I waited for a break during my medical conference to go up to my room and gather my things only to find out my room key was actually deactivated at least an hour earlier than my standard checkout time. In a hotel where you have to use your room key to navigate the elevator, its very confusing, embarrassing and frustrating to discover both of your key cards stopped working while youre standing in an elevator with other guests. I found myself having to climb several flights of stairs, had to ask a cleaning lady for access to my room, and all-in-all lost out on an hour of the conference I flew all the way across the country for. I explained my frustrations to the lady at the front desk and was given a shoulder shrug. I was never handed a paper receipt of any sort at my entrance or exit. Not a pleasant or professional experience.
As an elite member ever Marriott I stay at I get 2 complimentary waters. Not here! After a long travel day I was looking forward to water! The front desk very kindly told me to go to the store. She said sorry but the water in your room is for purchase! No complimentary water for elite members here. But staff and hotel was great
Room was nice for a 1 night. A little small for anything longer than that. Overall hotel did smell a little musty like someone else commented. Airport shuttle was great.Only complaint is that front desk staff was not very attentive. We showed up at 10 pm. No one greeted us or paid any attention to us until we waited at the counter and spoke up.
Positive: Hotel employee at check in is an amazing asset to the company! Negative: Wish the pool was open. But understood why not
Overall my stay was average. The food from the kitchen was very bad. Over cooked, stale food items. Cleanliness of our room was good. The hot tub was out of order. Other than that I got checked it right away and staff was very nice! Bartender - Short, blonde colored hair knows how to take care of the bar!
Very clean and very respectful staff. Really helped us out when we missed our flight. Great deal on rooms. I definitely would stay again.
The staff was friendly and efficient but there was no attention to the cleanliness of the room. The duvet had make up on it and dust lined the baseboards and carpet edges.

Really an exceptional hotel, clean comfortable with great staff. The location is very convenient to the airport and I always drop my Hertz rental there which is an added convenience. Good food in the restaurant, and bar.. The bartender can be a little distracted sometimes and service there can be labored, but everything else is really first rate.
My flight was delayed until the next day. I booked the room online, took the shuttle which is as needed (so be sure to call for it) and was in my room in less than 30 minutes. Very clean and convenient and 5 minutes from the airport. 15 minutes from Cleveland Clinic. Highly recommend.
After a long day of traveling, I was looking forward to a good nights sleep after arriving at 1:30 a.m.. That did not occur. First, we were directed to the incorrect location for the shuttle and the shuttle left without us. It took over 20 minutes and 3 phone calls for the shuttle to return (from the ONSITE airport hotel). We arrived at the hotel and were checked in without incident. However, when we arrived at our room, neither key worked and we had to return to the lobby. I heard the toilet running in the room and questioned the front desk if the room was already occupied. They stated no. I went back up, unlocked the room successfully and we attempted to settle in. Upon placing her head on the pillow, my spouse popped up and said these are down pillows. You see, she has a severe allergy to down. I called down to the front desk to ask for foam pillows. I was told the hotel does not have access to foam pillows and there was nothing they could do. By this time, we also realized that the toilet was broken and was running for about 10 seconds every 5 minutes. I asked the front desk if they could send someone to check the toilet and I was told, yes, tomorrow morning. I stated we couldnt sleep with the water continuously running and asked for another room. She stated, we have not other rooms, there is nothing we can do. I stated that I would be calling the corporate customer service line and she laughed and said to go ahead. At this point, it was almost 3 a.m. I used a washcloth to hold the flapper in the toilet so it stopped running. A very restless 6 hours later, we checked out, without any apologies from the manager, who had been made aware of our situation and was on site. I was told you should have put down free on your onsite profile. Well, I made the reservations over the phone and was never told there was down in the room. While your hotel is convenient, I will not stay there again. Your staff need massive retrainng in what customer service really means.
We were not staying for a long time, however, having the ability to stay while needing to catch such an early flight out was convenient and reduced a great deal of stress.
Happy to check, when we got up to the room the amenities were bare minimal for the pricing of our room. The sheets and comforter was dirty and stained. The bed wad not properly made the sheets were half off. I had to rent a fridge for an extra 10 dollars to store my own food and milk. An alarm was ringing very loud in the morning.
Clean hotel in a great location. Interior and exterior are dated, but well maintained. WiFi is complimentary and sufficiently fast for streaming video. Overall would benefit from a total renovation, but still pretty good.
Quick and easy to park your car and grab a shuttle over to the airport.
Nice room. On 7th floor away from elevators, room was quiet. Hot tub was great and relaxing, bed was comfy. Had a nice dinner and drinks in restaurant. Overall nice stay, would recommend if catching an early flight.
I stayed here during the RNC and was responsible for several hotel events/activities for a group. From the GM Jeffrey, to Hope in convention services, Annie at the front desk and Cindy in the Hemispheres Restaurant. Everything was excellent and exceeded my expectations. Meridyth, Thomas, and Ahmed were amazing with our breakfast meetings. Even the assistance in the parking lot with our bus service was exceptional. I never had a problem and whenever I had a question or request, it was greeted with a smile and my pleasure. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
I have stayed at this hotel many times. I was disappointed that they no longer have a club lounge. I love the club lounge as an escape and a meeting place.The hotel is nice, but the lighting in the bathrooms are terrible.Having said that, the staff is amazing!! they are all very friendly, from Adrian, who runs the shuttle team to the front desk staff. I would like to send an extra thanks to John at the front desk. He went above and beyond in too many ways to mention. His helping out in many ways including facilitating a late checkout which was so appreciated.Thanks to the entire staff for a great stay.
The Hotel far exceeded our expectations for an airport hotel. We stayed there overnight before a 5 a.m. flight. Everyone was great, the shuttlr driver was prompt for our 3:30 a.m. trip and our wake up call was on time. The bed was fabulous, the bathroom well equipped, and everything was spotless (and I am picky!).
Hotel was ok. Staff was great. I held interviews here but was not made aware of fire alarm testing. Was not offered any sort of refund.
Service was great. Lobby nice and clean. Building is old. Popcorn ceilings in rooms. Loud and old air-conditioning. Even with upgrades, a bit dingy.otherwise a solid 4.0.
This place was great. My airlinesbooked it for me because my flight to LA got overbooked. The rooms were clean and big. The staffs were nice. They had a shuttle to the airport which was really helpful.
Chris snd the rest of the front desk make this hotel. Top notch all the way around. Wish other Bonvoy hotels would learn from these folks!

2022-04-17A classic, in her final days.While the owners appear to have given up on this hotel long ago; I have to say I was happy with my stay and I hate to see her go. All of the staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful. The room showed its age but was clean and surprisingly comfortable. All the the furniture was old but of good quality. Id love to have that giant desk at home. The carpet in the common areas was wrinkled and in poor condition. The shuttle to the airport was clean and quick, the driver was friendly.

2022-02-20The woman manager was the most unprofessional person to ever be in the hospitality business. Do not stay here. They do not deserve a penny from the public. I was hung up on 3 times. The first time was after I was told it will take her 30 minutes to turn over a reservation so dont even bother coming, and its not her problem we are stranded at the airport in the cold at night Battery dead at the airport in February 1am...with kids. Yep. Thats right. She was awful. I believe her karma will come back to her 3 fold. I did try Triple A before resorting to calling her a few times.I will never stay at this hotel that is for sure. AND I will be talking to the manager and owner tomorrow.

2022-05-25Dirty. I’ve never stayed in a Marriott property as bad as this one. Bed sheets had stains on them. Night stand had a contact lens laying on it. A/C unit barely worked. This place needs some serious upgrades or Marriott should remove their brand name from it. Also, I stood at the front desk for several minutes waiting to be acknowledged. The front desk person just kept doing what they were doing on their computer. I finally walked away because I felt so disrespected.

2022-05-14If I could give minus stars I would. THE WORST HOTEL I’ve endured!!! Save yourself ladies and gents. I was forced to stay here on business and I considered sleeping at the airport because it was SO BAD! The check-in took forever even tho several agents were working to check guests in. Then I got to the room. The smell hit me immediately. It was something bottled out of the Wuhan lab in China mixed with your grandmas worst perfume. Instantly my throat started to burn. Toxic!!! The rooms were dirty and old and the view was a concrete jungle. Inspection of the air conditioning unit confirmed how filthy the room was…left over food and crumbs topped with extra dust. Niiiiice…not! The bathroom was dated and dirty. Linen old. No fridge, available for rent at $10/night which took me 2 hours to get delivered after several phone calls. It was the worlds smallest fridge and then froze and ruined all my food. Hotel lobby old and tired but it didn’t smell so bad so I hung there, stopped at restaurant to get food, best things about the hotel was the friendly bar man. Amen to this guy. Gym…treadmill sounded like it hadn’t been oiled since they bought it back in the 80’s. I lasted 1 minute in there and saved myself for some photo taking adventures to share so that you don’t make the same mistake my company made with booking this hotel. I ended up moving rooms to the second top level and rooms were slightly larger, little less smelly tho the linen felt like sleeping in sandpaper, the blinds falling off, dirty air conditioner and just a disgusting experience. Never by choice would I stay here. It was a company booking. I will sleep on my plane before I ever endure this again. Take note. This hotel is 0 stars.

2022-05-02Staying here for work and my room which was upgraded according to the front desk made me physically ill. Pool doesnt work no hott tub even though on the Marriott app says there is one. Room was dirty furniture is very worn in the lobby and in the room. No bottles of water in any of the rooms. Apparently this is a Franchise of Marriott. Feel bad for the front end staff. They are amazing.Update!!! After flying home, went to the doctor and tested positive.

2022-04-06THE ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN!!!!! — MY LIST: ⬇️You pay $15 - $20 for dry, microwave food.THE BEDS ARE DISGUSTING!!!!!!!Stained sheets. Hair all over the place. The mattresses are stained as well!!! I saw it because, there are NO fitted sheets on the beds!!!!My pillow case had blood on it, and other strange colors.Feels like a motel room, not a hotel.No microwaves / No refrigerators / No ice!!The housekeepers are rude and VERY LOUD.The rooms are small and dark.The parking is VERY expensive.The TV channels are terrible.You can see the built up dirt in the carpets.The lampshades are all stained.AVOID THIS PLACE IF POSSIBLE! 🤢

2022-05-17When we first got here everything seems nice until we were getting ready for bed pulled backed the blankets and then we had seen they had stains. If I could I would put the picture of it on here so you can see. If you come here please check your beds before going to bed because youll never know what you might see.

2022-05-02Sigh, the upside to this hotel is that it has a free shuttle or you can walk to the hotel. It’s Conveniently located just steps away from CLE. Now on to the hotel review, at some point “covid” has to stop being an excuse for lackluster service. I will say at check-in the woman (can’t remember her name) was beyond helpful, cheerful, welcoming and honestly is why I gave this hotel 3 stars.The fitness facility has only 3 treadmills, a non working tv, and very little to be desired. The indoor pool is still inoperable due to COVID.The rooms have no coffee makers, no ice bucket, bad lighting, horrible tv and mildy comfortable beds. But the water pressure and heat is strong. If you need somewhere convenient to the airport then this is your place but don’t expect much

2022-06-03Room had an oder. No ice machines. Pool water was freezing/unusable at end of May. They closed permanently while my vehicle was in their parking lot while I was away on vacation. Their shuttle dropped us off at the airport but did not exist when we returned. We werent notified that we were going to be stranded at the airport. Worst hotel experience ever
