A classic, in her final days.While the owners appear to have given up on this hotel long ago; I have to say I was happy with my stay and I hate to see her go. All of the staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful. The room showed its age but was clean and surprisingly comfortable. All the the furniture was old but of good quality. Id love to have that giant desk at home. The carpet in the common areas was wrinkled and in poor condition. The shuttle to the airport was clean and quick, the driver was friendly.

The woman manager was the most unprofessional person to ever be in the hospitality business. Do not stay here. They do not deserve a penny from the public. I was hung up on 3 times. The first time was after I was told it will take her 30 minutes to turn over a reservation so dont even bother coming, and its not her problem we are stranded at the airport in the cold at night Battery dead at the airport in February 1am...with kids. Yep. Thats right. She was awful. I believe her karma will come back to her 3 fold. I did try Triple A before resorting to calling her a few times.I will never stay at this hotel that is for sure. AND I will be talking to the manager and owner tomorrow.

Dirty. I’ve never stayed in a Marriott property as bad as this one. Bed sheets had stains on them. Night stand had a contact lens laying on it. A/C unit barely worked. This place needs some serious upgrades or Marriott should remove their brand name from it. Also, I stood at the front desk for several minutes waiting to be acknowledged. The front desk person just kept doing what they were doing on their computer. I finally walked away because I felt so disrespected.

If I could give minus stars I would. THE WORST HOTEL I’ve endured!!! Save yourself ladies and gents. I was forced to stay here on business and I considered sleeping at the airport because it was SO BAD! The check-in took forever even tho several agents were working to check guests in. Then I got to the room. The smell hit me immediately. It was something bottled out of the Wuhan lab in China mixed with your grandmas worst perfume. Instantly my throat started to burn. Toxic!!! The rooms were dirty and old and the view was a concrete jungle. Inspection of the air conditioning unit confirmed how filthy the room was…left over food and crumbs topped with extra dust. Niiiiice…not! The bathroom was dated and dirty. Linen old. No fridge, available for rent at $10/night which took me 2 hours to get delivered after several phone calls. It was the worlds smallest fridge and then froze and ruined all my food. Hotel lobby old and tired but it didn’t smell so bad so I hung there, stopped at restaurant to get food, best things about the hotel was the friendly bar man. Amen to this guy. Gym…treadmill sounded like it hadn’t been oiled since they bought it back in the 80’s. I lasted 1 minute in there and saved myself for some photo taking adventures to share so that you don’t make the same mistake my company made with booking this hotel. I ended up moving rooms to the second top level and rooms were slightly larger, little less smelly tho the linen felt like sleeping in sandpaper, the blinds falling off, dirty air conditioner and just a disgusting experience. Never by choice would I stay here. It was a company booking. I will sleep on my plane before I ever endure this again. Take note. This hotel is 0 stars.

Staying here for work and my room which was upgraded according to the front desk made me physically ill. Pool doesnt work no hott tub even though on the Marriott app says there is one. Room was dirty furniture is very worn in the lobby and in the room. No bottles of water in any of the rooms. Apparently this is a Franchise of Marriott. Feel bad for the front end staff. They are amazing.Update!!! After flying home, went to the doctor and tested positive.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN!!!!! — MY LIST: ⬇️You pay $15 - $20 for dry, microwave food.THE BEDS ARE DISGUSTING!!!!!!!Stained sheets. Hair all over the place. The mattresses are stained as well!!! I saw it because, there are NO fitted sheets on the beds!!!!My pillow case had blood on it, and other strange colors.Feels like a motel room, not a hotel.No microwaves / No refrigerators / No ice!!The housekeepers are rude and VERY LOUD.The rooms are small and dark.The parking is VERY expensive.The TV channels are terrible.You can see the built up dirt in the carpets.The lampshades are all stained.AVOID THIS PLACE IF POSSIBLE! 🤢

When we first got here everything seems nice until we were getting ready for bed pulled backed the blankets and then we had seen they had stains. If I could I would put the picture of it on here so you can see. If you come here please check your beds before going to bed because youll never know what you might see.

Sigh, the upside to this hotel is that it has a free shuttle or you can walk to the hotel. It’s Conveniently located just steps away from CLE. Now on to the hotel review, at some point “covid” has to stop being an excuse for lackluster service. I will say at check-in the woman (can’t remember her name) was beyond helpful, cheerful, welcoming and honestly is why I gave this hotel 3 stars.The fitness facility has only 3 treadmills, a non working tv, and very little to be desired. The indoor pool is still inoperable due to COVID.The rooms have no coffee makers, no ice bucket, bad lighting, horrible tv and mildy comfortable beds. But the water pressure and heat is strong. If you need somewhere convenient to the airport then this is your place but don’t expect much

Great location if you have an early flight. They offer parking and a shuttle service. Few down sides there are no coffee makers in the room and there was a long wait to catch the shutle..

Room had an oder. No ice machines. Pool water was freezing/unusable at end of May. They closed permanently while my vehicle was in their parking lot while I was away on vacation. Their shuttle dropped us off at the airport but did not exist when we returned. We werent notified that we were going to be stranded at the airport. Worst hotel experience ever
