I/// updated //// They wish to fix everything for free/// I will keep yall informed like the people, but took my car there for a job on the front sub-frame. They did a good job and said I needed more work on my front steering and suspension. The car started making strange sounds. I took some truck tires I had up there and they put those tires on my rims and said the tire has a bead leak. I checked it was a bent core in the valve stem. So, I checked the front end of my car and the front strut was adjusted to make noise adjusted to make noise. Yeah, they were scamming me///// as of this moment Zee has just taken my car and wants to fix everything for free. What unheard right. My God be with him.. that will be great.

I recently moved from the East side to Parma. I really had a great mechanic who was honest, trustworthy and reasonably priced. I was afraid I wasn’t going to find one on the west side. Z at Shell on York and Pleasant Valley put my fears to rest. He showed me why I wasn’t getting good gas mileage. It was something as simple as a clogged filter. I recommend Z highly.

Horrible customer service. I was shocked at how rude the cashier was! Even though this is the closest store to my house, I would rather drive to another place and not be treated so badly. Dont take your bad day out on your customers!

Good prices on gas. Big selection on cigarettes and tobacco products inside. Same with energy drinks. The service people were friendly

This mechanic is great! My car had issues this morning, he told me to bring it right in. Ends up there were mice nesting in my car and chewed up all the wiring! He repaired everything, as well as gave my car a ehole inspection. He gave us a fair price. Even looked at my second car to make sure no mice were nesting in it! He even cleaned my car bc I was so embarrassed by how dirty it was inside!! He was so sweet!! I would recommend Z the mechanic to anyone.

Definition off rip-off. Some guys who work there in auto shop are kinda hacks. In order to get what they need they break good stuff and put you pay. They never charge quoted price always much more. Stopped going here. For a fuel pump replacement once they asked 450$ and they increased the price 3 times up to 710$. Pump was 190$ at AutoZone and it was changed in less then 2 hour. Of course they kept the car 4 days for a 2 hour job. Once they show me the plug from oil pan covered with a spring and they said that somebody put a smaller plug and the spring to stop the oil from leaking. I dont even know if something like that is possible. Anyhow I paid 10$ for a 99cents plug. How do I know that I was ripped? Once when I was over there it played to a woman the same trick with the plug. Now someone is putting smaller plugs covered with wires at oil pan or this guy forget that he played the trick on me and hes selling 99cents oil pan plugs with 10$. Did you fell victim to this trick? Comment bellow if yes. I will be back with other stories.

I was so happy with my experience at Shell. I needed air in my tires and the mechanic there actually stopped what he was doing and filled my tires. He also noticed my brakes were bad, I knew this so I knew he just wasnt trying to get my business...so, guess where Im calling to have my brakes replaced... yep, you guessed it. SHELL!

I was favorably impressed by Pleasant Valley Shell. They explained what needed to be done with regard to my car in terms I could understand. Their prices were reasonable. Also they told me what needed to be done right away and what could wait a while. I recommend Pleasant Valley Shell.

Total rip off. Can’t even tell us exactly what’s wrong with the car but charged us 100$ for nothing. Even though they told us it’d be 80$ to look at it. Charged us an extra 20$ for nothing. Rip off.Update: The thing they tried to tell us was wrong wasn’t even the problem! Thank god we didn’t trust them enough to let them over charge us to fix it.

I was on the way to work this winter when my car had an issue. I rolled in to this gas station and they fixed my problem wholefOods waited. They even put a movie on in the waiting room for me.
