I applaud their Integrity in business. Theyre timely in the scheduling and inspection of your vehicle, and fair in pricing. Theyre probably the last honest car repair establishment on the planet. I highly recommend them!

I was told about sharps 15 years ago, As long as theyre in business this will be my only place for auto repair. Fast courteous, great work done everytime! Ive recommended them to friends and family dozens of times.
This place offered some of the best car service I have ever had. My Lexus was low on engine oil and I was able to get it looked at here on short notice. Alex diagnosed the problem, took me underneath my car to show me what was going on, and provided the most reasonably priced oil change I have ever had. He followed up with useful service information about what I need to do in order to keep my car engine running for a long time.
I have totally been satisfied with Sharp auto care and never felt overcharged, and work was done as agreed. I totally recommend.
Helped me diagnose a couple issues causing my check engine light and gave me some great advice for free. Ive also had exhaust work done here too, it was about 600 cheaper than the quote I got from motorcars! I heartily agree with all the positive reviews here, it has been my experience too.
As a single woman, I have to say that these people are the best place Ive been in the area. They have been very honest with me in every single issue I have had with my car. I took my car to 2 different mechanic shops to get my headlight replaced and they wanted to charge me $150!!!!! these guys did it for $15! He might not come across as the nicest person in the world but they get the job done and in a really good timely fashion!I have also witness how they told a guy that they could charge him like $200 for cleaning his breaks but he would recommend to just drive it in the highway and the noise would go away. Im sure if that was a different place they wouldve asked for the $200...
I have used them numerous times, and they have always done good work at a price that beats most everyone else around. Their work is guaranteed. Serge is always direct and to the point, and I am almost always shown the faulty part or where on the car they are working.Its not a Nationally known repair shop like Goodyear or Firestone, but those places can keep their free coffee and fake smiles while they rip you off and sell you stuff you dont need. Sharp Auto Care is a small, very busy shop that doesnt do that. They just do great work at very fair prices. Highly recommended.

Long time ago I did some work on my acura tl 2004 in this shop and I was satisfied with their service so I came back to do my timing belt, water pump, serpentine belt, all the pulleys, spark plugs. unfortunately there was a noise after installation so I came back to check what it is. they schedule me another appointment theyre going to look into it and fix it for me. so far Im very satisfied with the service in this mechanic shop and Ill recommend it to my friends. Their prices are very competitive, almost three times less than the dealership. for any major mechanic problems Ill be coming back to them (hopefully not soon:) ).
My family (Bannerman and Jackson) have taken our cars to Sharps for years. Fair, reasonably priced, and HONEST. Just good people. We recently moved to Charlotte, but wanted until we came back to Cleveland to visit to have our car serviced by Sharps. They are truly the best.
I dont know why is there so many crybabies reviewing .Over the years they serviced clutch, brakes, belts and did a collision repair on my Audi...Ford dealership wanted 3950$ for collision but Alex and Sergey did it for 1800$.They are good and they get the job done at a reasonable price.Not too cheap not too expensive.I take my wifes car to these guys and I recommend it to my friends.regardsnick
Sharp auto care is a PRO shop they really know what they are doing, was looking around CLEVELAND for reliable and affordable shop to work on my classic FIAT and they did all the service it needed really fast with out finding any excuses!!! They also have all high tech tools and scanners to work on late model Domestic and Import cars one stop shop would not go anywhere else ! Thank you guys !
I took my car to this place on March 24th, 2020 at about 1pm and I got a call while I was at work at about 4:30 pm and was told it was done. I was in disbelief, since it was unbelievably quick. But my car was there with why I needed repaired. I’d give them 10 stars if I could
Ive been taking my cars here for years because of the quality of work and fair pricing. Once I had a bill of over $400 for some extensive work I had done. Sergi allowed me to pay half then and the rest 2 wks later, because I was a loyal customer. No other mechanic would ever do that. Lol
Talk to Surge, hes the Man in charge. Most repairs are far under the cost of many other shops. Will also let you provide your own parts if you are sure what you need. Gets car in and out in usually a few hours, even on larger repairs.
Its a personal experience with them very professional and straight to the point and they give you a loaner car if you have other things to do while waiting for your car. This is the spot!!! I 💕 it
On Friday June 15, 2018, i called them to tow car out of garage (bad battery) so that work could be done to it while at work. Instead they jump charge battery and drive off in my car. When i approached guy about towing fee, he then changed it to a jump off fee. So i paid for that and the new battery and parked my car back in my garage. Be careful. They will try to get over on ya.
Just call them before you go: you will talk to a very rude man; you will need to bear the same rudeness when you understand that you were lied and cheated just for money. Even though I paid $550, I ended up without my cars main problem having fixed: he did not even tell me that the main problem, which cause a disturbing noise was brake. so they did not fix the brakes instead, they put a new exhaust, after telling me that was the biggest problem. just after replacing exhaust he asked me another $500 to fix the brake.And yes, as an honest person I admit that the team were quick. (it did not take long to make 550 bucks)!(extra info: when I told him that I am student and I might not wanna afford an additional $500, he suggested me to ride a bike instead of using a car; he did not realize that I can afford a car with an honest mechanic. He did not also realize that he did not have the capacity to decide what I am gonna use. But I hope now he understands, since I also had to become rude, like him!)
Mr. Sergy has been my mechanic for 10 years and he has serviced my medical transport vehicles as well as my personal vehicles. I can only speak highly of Mr. Sergy, Alex and the rest of the Sharp Care crew. Very reasonable and they have always serviced my vehicles in a timely fashion. I have spread the word about Sharp Care since 2006.

Worst experience I have ever had at a shop. Super dismissive, very rude, told me my car was fine to only have it stall on me 2 minutes after I leave the shop after they took my $20. Do not recommend, take anywhere else.
Front man is a little stern but offered great service. Car was in need of urgent attention and he worked me into the schedule and provided quality repair.
Sergey is a straight shooter. I like that. Only a fool could misunderstand someone so clear. Be prepared to leave your car. He is very busy because of his quality work and high demand via word of mouth. Everyone loves an honest mechanic!

Got a flat tire, brought it in the next day, they were extremely prompt with the repair and honest about what would be required. Ill definitely go again if k have more car trouble.

2022-06-11Was traveling from out of town to take a family member to the Cleveland Clinic, and suddenly had a terrible vibration that rendered our vehicle almost undrivable. The first place I stopped refused to even take a quick diagnostic look- too busy. Was fortunate to come across Sharp Care next, and even though they were very busy as well, they did a quick test drive and diagnosed the problem immediately (broken shock absorber). When I explained our situation, they offered to expedite the work and even provide a loaner car for free to help with transportation to the clinic. Everything was completed in about 2 hours at a very reasonable price, and they even refused my attempt to provide a tip. Outstanding service. If I lived in the Cleveland area, this is where I would take my repeat business.

2017-09-19The most important thing about an auto repair place in my opinion is trust. Ive now taken my cars in for service here over a period of many years, and they have worked on three cars Ive owned over a long period of time. Theyre not the cheapest, but Ive found them to be honest and fair, and thats all I ask for.

2021-11-23In the past they have done exceptional work on my truck, but 2 weeks ago I had asked them to rotate my tires and balance them also, when I had picked up my truck there was a noise coming from my truck as if something was lose. They drove it around the corner and back and said the noise was gone.I had also asked and paid for a diagnostic test in which they had charged me $50. He verbally told me it was the Air Injector Pump, which is what I had told him when I had brought my truck to him. He didnt have a diagnostic report sheet, he said I told you what was wrong with it.I then told him that I had paid him for a digital diagnostic report, he then printed out a paper that only said Air Injector Pump on the paper.Clearly these guys didnt care to service me.

2020-01-31I have been going to this car repair shop for over 15 years. They have always been very honest, fair in pricing, treated me with care and concern and very fast with getting repairs completed.Serge and Alex work the front lines and always make sure you know what you need and why. They never try to get you to do expensive work that you dont need. They are a small repair shop but was still able to give me a loaner car once when I needed some work done and had to get to work.They warranty their work, but I have never had to come back due to something they did not being right or experiencing problems after a repair. Therefore, the mechanics they staff here are very good as well. I have had 3 cars only with them in all that time because that is how well they take care of my cars. I have a Toyota and they are great at fixing American and foreign cars.I just love and appreciate when I get quality customer service and wanted to let anyone looking for a good repair shop know that you can feel safe with Sharp Auto.

Theyre the most honest mechanics that Ive ever known and they dont try to take advantage of you and they go beyond the call of duty. Reasonable prices, experience, quality work, and dedicated to the craft. You cant ask for more than that, especially in this day and age of Get what you can, and can what you get. 2015-03-23They gave me a quote that was about $600 less than any other auto body shop, did a wonderful job, got my car in the next day and then finished the repairs a day early. Sergey and Alex are both very nice and patient, will explain everything to you—great guys and great mechanics. Very happy with my experience!

2018-03-03Ive been getting my car serviced with Sharp Care since 1996. These guys have consistently done great work on my cars as well as family members vehicles. If their work was anything less than excellent, i would not have been a loyal customer for over 22 years. Not to mention, the price has always been affordable.
