Convenient place to shop for local residents. I take my elderly cousin there a couple of times monthly because it is nearby and appears to be a safe area.

I went there on my birthday to renew my drivers license.
Nice strip mall. Good grocery store. Ice cream shop was a hit.
But people at Subway need an attitude adjustment they dont have any customer service manners whatsoever everybodys everybody seems to have an attitude for no reason I come in there very nicely very nicely and I get an attitude Because I didnt want something on my sandwich they get mad I dont get it can you please properly train these individuals Properly seriously its become an issue and I go there all the time Im I dont wanna have to take nobody out

Heinens has a racist manager and security is well known for aggressively following minorities around. too much toxicity their for a African Man to shop in peace.

Lots to offer, the shopping center, but Boston Market WHAT HAPPENED? Employee got too upset when asked to replace old mashed potatoes. Employees made you feel rushed! Left a bad taste in my mouth all the way around!

Parking always seems to be a hassle here with speedsters cutting through to side streets. Dollar Tree is forever short of shopping carts, and often has slimly stocked shelves and freezer.
Good neighborhood shopping plaza. Has a BMV, Great grocery Store, Boston Market and a Salon along with a few other stores plus local shops across the street.
I go there often mostly to the game store but its a good place quiet which I like
Dollar Tree very convenient. Employees are helpful and friendly.
My Mom and I go to the Heinens located there. Its a pleasant place to shop. Love their variety of store brand soups and sandwich wraps.

Shaker town sq is an ok place to shop on a nice day. They have the grocery store, pet store, game exchange, nail shop, hair shop, clothing & shoe store, Boston market, B&R ice cream, Dollar tree a hardwood store, 2 banks, the BMV...I mean can you ask for more! And across the street a host of small stores like liquid store, phone stores and hair store. African store & CVS. If its something you need you should be able to find it in shaker town sq. Never that much drama, Foolishness or mayhem. I like it!

Went to Heinens for bakery goods. Founds what I was looking for. Clean store, and very Covid safe environment. Had to wait to enter due to store controlling the number of people inside. But I have no problem with being safe.
I was disappointed they Didnt have any helium&Only 1 Long Line Open,I frequently go to them EVERYTHING $1.&It makes U $pent MORE But A Good Bargain store most times All over The United States....
Shaker Town Center is a very nice conglomeration of stores on Chagrin that has good parking and extends from Lee Rd. to Avalon.
There are some decent places to shop and eat here at this shopping center. It is located in a great spot and there are friendly people everywhere. The stores as a whole, are good and the prices are decent on most items. You will definitely be able to find something that you like here.
Needs to work on the parking lot. Bad snow placement. Could not use a lot of the parking spots.
Theres a lot of good stores in the area there its just exactly what youre looking for we got everything in there just sorry the hardware store left I did a lot of shopping there now its a trip to the depot other than that its a great place to visit
Its okay. There are some great stores and shops and there are a couple of duds, but theres nothing of note in any direction. Its a typical suburban strip mall in better first-ring burbs. In short, its got everything you need, except a better place to shop.
Been shopping in the area for ten years now
Went to Baskins and Robbins, they had the best coconut/vanilla sugarless ice cream. I got to scoops in a waffle cone, kind of pricey but it was worth it!
Great experience the staff was friendly and very helpful most of all they knew what they were talking about
They seriously need someone directing traffic here! People could care less about the driving laws/rules here its a law suit waiting to happen! Few of the stores are pricey with low customer service (Heiniens and whats passing itself off as a hardware store and Basket & Robbins). Should utilize the vacant store as a family friendly sit down restaurant. This would be a plus to its current basic vibe!!!
This plaza has a great selection of stores. However, the parking lot is awful. None of the stores have sufficient parking. If possible, go on a weekday or on your lunch break. Its really congested at night and on weekends. More than one bus goes past there too. Theres very little you cant find at this plaza!
This is an excellent place that meets a lot of need. It is big , so yes it has public restrooms, I did not understand that question, due the many shops there. I do almost all my shopping there. IT IS MOST DEFINITELY A EXCELLENT PLACE TO SHOP!!!!!

Shaker Town Plaza has plenty of stores to shop at, the area is nice and welcoming.
Shaker Town Center is ok. They have subway and a Habachi restaurant along with Boston Market. Boston M. Can sometimes have long lines. A pet store is there and will be closing soon has discounts. Dentist and orthodontist also. Clothing and shoes (Rainbow store and another urban shoe store, that shoe store is pricey and no returns) Licence bureau there and lines are outside daily but they arent too slow moving.Baskin Robins, Dollar store, Gamestop and Heinens there. Heinens only allows 100 people at a time so line may e long but it moves fast. Papa Johns pizza there. Pizza hut across the street as well as some cell phone companies. Solon Lofts there, UPS store and Version all in shopping center. Parking is ok, Hardware store no longer there
I havent been in this Heinens in a few years alot has changed but the place was organized and well kept. The cashiers as well as the people at the salad bar were very pleasant.

Small shopping plaza but it has a variety of stores. The Heinens store is Awesome as well Boston Market. All stores are in walking distance of each other with ample parking.

I take my aunt to Heinens every Saturday shop the prices are reasonable the cashier is a very professional its clean and they know how to greet their customers when when they come to shop
I went to the UPS store. The store owner was energetic and very helpful. He guided me with various shipment options and facilitated my experience in a smooth fashion. The store was well maintained, clean with courteous staff. I will highly recommend this store.
A great place to eat and shop. They have Boston market, Baskin and robbins, The BMV, Video game store, a pet shop, a nail salon, a Dentist, Rainbow clothing, Hibachi grill, Shaker hardware , 2 banks and lots more.
They have a dollar store, a supermarket, barbershop, and some great places to eat, and the neighborhood seems quiet and safe. I really enjoy visiting the Centre,
Good Afternoon I was at the Shaker Town Cetre on yesterday at the license bureau and Shaker Heights Police came up and started harassing a young black man because he went in 3 stores In the area and because he didnt buy anything they he looked suspicious I have personally went in stores and didnt see what I wanted and left and went in a few other stores with that being said I guess if youre black and go in a store youre a threat thats not good in my view with all mean spirited stuff the police are doing to especially black folks as far as Im concerned I dont trust any police officer anywhere right now.
UPS store do not go there to return your Amazon package, the clerk was rude, rushing and incompetent.

This store literally just made my life. Called in looking for a hot ticket item, they only had 2 in that day and I was the second one to get it. Held it long enough for me to come get it. Super helpful and amazing service. Thank You! Cannot wait to give the best Christmas present ever!
This place had everything you need! Wether you need to grab a quick bite from a restaurant, go grocery shipping, get your nails did, or load up on made-from-scratch pies and quiches at simply delicious pies.... this is the shopping centre that will fulfill your needs. It has it all, folks!
This place is handy but not fatastic. Heinens Grocery store is great, as are Shaker Hardware, and Master Marrs Taekwon do. Theres a CVS there, a Pzza Hut, Dollar store, and a few mediocre restaurants.The high points are very high and the low points are still pretty high.
Its a shopping center and has a variety of stores. There is a real hardware store here, Dollar Tree, Boston Market which I will never go to again and a supermaket. Also a PNC Branch here. I love the hardware store.
Nice little shopping area but needs at least one more clothing store or a shoe store.
It gets a 3 because the quality of this area has gone down a bit. The best thing is heinens, and possibly doctor kates dental office. The other stores are OK but nothing to write home about. I general feel safe in this area, it has wheel chair accessibility, it does have plenty of stores, auto parts , the hardware store gives it a nice touch also , kinda small town feel.. there are two banks on either end, one bank has been robbed once or twice over the past year or two. So I make sure I never go in. I actually drive to a safer area if I can. While its nice if you live around the corner and need to do some quick quality grocery shopping or the like.. it definitely could use a face lift and maybe some security. Its a clean area in all aspects . I would choose to come here rather than Lee road Daves plaza.
The only good places at this shopping center are Heinens and Shaker hardware thats it. Everything else sucks. As a person who grew up in Shaker during the 90s and early to mid 2000s this place has seen better days
Love love love Dollar Tree. Every thing is actually $1 unlike Family Dollar or Dollar General. Family Store and General Store is more like it. Only Dollar Tree can truly be respected as a dollar store.

This is a good plaza to visit when in need for some groceries because theres a Heinens Grocery Store. it is also a good place to visit when hungry because there are food places like Boston Market and Papa Johns Pizza in this Plaza. Theres also an amazing dentist that I go visit in the plaza its called a refresh Dental and its an amazing place. Theres a Baskin Robbins for your sweet tooth, a rainbows for your clothes craving, and also a Dollar Tree where everything is a dollar. I most definitely give this Plaza a thumbs up
Nice quiet area I like to walk my dogs around there as far as the stores the prices on kind of high I only really go in the plaza just to walk my dogs around were stopping to pet valu to pick up dog food

Theres a good mix of stores in this plaza and in the immediate area. Specifically, I love that theres a BMV here.. its never really very crowded, and easy to get to.

Visited the license BMV they are very organized and the process of renewing my vehicle registration was easy and quick.
I just moved to Shaker from Columbus area. The Towne Center has all the creature comforts, Ace Hardware, Baskin Robbins, Boston Market , Heinlins and a cute dress shop to check out.

Very pretty little strip mall. Clean, well maintained. Visited Heinens grocery store. Very beautiful store with lots of gourmet items.
Nice safe place to shop at ! Heinens, Dollar Tree, Baskin-Robbins, UPS Store and many other stores in the Shaker towne center very convenient!
There are a variety of stores ranging from auto care to ice cream. The DMV is also located near Papa Johns. There are interesting modern cement and re-bar steel pole sculptures near the road. But parking is a mess. The lot is too tight and oddly laid out. Its especially bad since its right off Chagrin Bld. and Lee. People drive through there like they have no business driving at all. Its safer to go during the evening or early in the morning.

Theres plenty of shops as well as a dentist,grocery store, DMV,ups store chinese restaurant they have a variety of businesses on both sides of the street but beware of certain hours you go for it can be some what crowded.
I was able to get in and get what I needed without a Hassel. Parking isnt the greatest.

I was at Eyes on Chagrin and I had a wonderful experience there. The customer service was phenomenal and I got the information I needed to move forward. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for an eye wear place.
Shaker Hts town center, is the downtown area. The main part is the Heinens grocery store on one end, and Shaker Hardware on the other end. In between, there are small stores and places to eat. Its mostly busy, but not too crowded all the time. So yes its popular in this area of Cleveland.
I like this plaza, there’s a Chinese spot you got the bar , there’s a grocery store, plus dollar tree and there’s a hardware store, plus other restaurants and if you need to do some banking you have PNC plus it’s on the bus line if you want to park your car.
Only visit was to Boston Market. It was not crowded and there was plenty of parking available.
When I go to Shaker town main thing that I go is for the GameStop and sometimes hiding and I find pretty much what Im looking for

Visit this place, a couple months ago, Thanksgiving as well, Sprint. Nice place to shop, just need to be careful as you drive through the parking lot, very crowded.

Occasions. Line up at the dmv is handled differently here than at the other locations. Its pretty clear to me that they are just inflating their online lineup numbers, likely to look good up stairs.

It is just a road circle with a bunch of different stores to go to if you want. No big deal for a destination but it is a rapid stop if you are heading to downtown Cleveland.

Shaker Town Center has something for everyone. Great parking, grocery store, five places for food and you even get your drivers license there!

Stopped in Habachis the teriyaki chicken, steak and shrimp, with stirfry veggies are to die for. I always get this triple dish. They dont use msg its all good !!😍😍👍👍👊👊😋😋.

Everything wrong with strip malls. Already being eclipsed by development just east at Van Aken. Cosmetic resurfacing of Chagrin only highlights the true need to bulldoze and replace with a) park space or b) at street mixed-use development.
I visit Salon Lofts. My stylist and barber have lofts there.

Shaker Towne Center is a major resource center for area, shopping, banking, diverse restaurants, and movie theater. Lots of free parking as well as RTA train and bus stations.

This used to be an upscale strip mall. Now its a midgrade mall. A giant grocery store is at one endAnd a few other mifgrade stores all the way to the end.

2022-05-29Only went to the BMV there. Night and day from the Golden Gate office.Staff was actually helpful; did not seem angry, bored or working hard to find anything missing so I couldnt renew a license, registration, etc.Staff was happy to point out I could save money if waited to renew my license till next year.Office was organized, things moved quickly.I really appreciate good advice and a staff that wants to help, not hinder.Left in a good mood, a first for a BMV visit.

2022-04-07The Centre has my favorite, Boston Market, great rotisserie chicken.I also frequent the Ace and Heinen stores. The prices are slightly higher, but the service in Ace is exceptional.

2022-06-21Heinens and the other stores are good. However the parking does not seem well laid out, and people drive recklessly in it. A friend of mine was run over and killed there a few months ago.

2022-03-15My experience always depends on which business Im visiting. The parking lot is laid out in a stupid way in some areas, so that there arent any spaces that are close to some of the businesses.
