I went in for a check engine p2096. I researched it and knew I needed an update on my engine control computer. They did the update and gave me a loaner, which was great and it fixed the problem so I passed e check but they tried to tell me I needed an engine and transmission. Well my fluid is dirty, changing it should clear the code and my engine gas been doing the same noise for many years. Just get the work you need and leave.

The car-buying experience was a pleasant one. I am glad I went to Serra Subaru. Steve K., the salesman (client advisor) was terrific. He patiently and thoroughly answered questions, provided information, and cared about the details. Even when the process had an unexpected glitch or two, Serra provided good customer service and did things the right way. Speaking of details, Jimmy who did the detail work did a great job, too.
I just purchased my second car from Casey Dungan. The process was simple and quick. She is not a high-pressure salesperson, but is AMAZINGLY knowledgeable about the vehicles she sells. I will not hesitate to reach out to her again in the future when it’s time for that next new car!
Fantastic experience at this dealership! I had driven 4.5 hours to go to another dealership where they essentially baited and switched me. Serra Mazda was on my way back home so I stopped there, which they were 45 minutes from closing but they worked with me to make a deal and saved me from a wasted trip. Jose Penedo was the sales consultant that assisted me and was fabulous, but everyone there was great and helpful! This dealership is still 3.5 hours from my home but I will definitely buy my next car from them. I can’t express enough the gratitude and appreciation I have for this dealership and staff. Highly recommend!
Had a fantastic experience with Angie Budinksi. Low pressure, great communication, very flexible and I ended up with exactly what I wanted at a more than fair price. New car buyer or experienced, Serra is a great place to go. This is my 3rd consecutive Serra purchase and probably wont be my last!
We worked with Cody Hazelett on the purchase of a new CX-5. He provided excellent service, was so kind to us, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. We had test driven cars at other dealers and left not feeling confident or pleased with the customer service provided. Serra was truly a breath of fresh air. Everyone we worked with was truly friendly, knowledgeable, and absolutely no pressure. It was like working with old friends. We really appreciated Serra’s flexibility and how easy their process is to buy a car.
Serra Mazda has been one of the best dealerships I have gone through to purchase a car. This was my first time taking out a car loan on a car and going through the whole process, and Adam was very patient and very helpful. I am very pleased with their services after I bought the car and while I was buying the car. I purchased my vehicle with a crack in the windshield and had it filled at Safelite who told me to contact the dealership and ask them if they would be willing to help with replacement. Serra Mazda, with Adam’s help, offered to replace the entire windshield for me no cost. If you want to buy a car definitely go here! I am very pleased and happy with my 2017 Mazda6 and could not have asked for a better person to walk me through the car buying process!
Start to finish, and even after, Paul Burke was enjoyable to work with! He took the time to listen and to answer any and all questions. Not to mention, hes very personable and made the process fun! I highly recommend Paul (and Serra Mazda) and we will certainly return for our future vehicle needs.

Jeremiah worked very hard to make sure everything for me was done correctly. There was an issue with the wrong part being ordered and Jeremiah went above and beyond, and when the correct part was in, got a loaner dropped off and the car brought back to me. He did not make the mistake, but he took ownership and fixed everything for me. A pleasure to work with and someone I really appreciate.
I have never had such an amazing experience purchasing a vehicle. My job does not allow for much extra time for car shopping. I made my original trip up just looking....and then did most of my decision making online and through text messages. I wanted a particular color that my salesman and his manager searched for. I told them a specific dollar amount that I wanted my payment to stay below. Not only did they keep in constant contact with me.....we did most of the paperwork online....including my trade in....I got a fabulous 2021 Subaru Cross trek Sport that I LOVE....they added GAP insurance and extended warranty and still kept me $50.00 below where I requested. With that being said, I was able to add some extra paint and windshield protectants...Star link....and lost key protection all for the length of my loan....and STILL....I am under my requested payment. This entire team was amazing....from sales.....to manager......to finance....from start to finish. I walked out of there feeling safe....protected....and genuinely happy about this purchase. I will send everyone I know to Serra .....YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!!! THANK YOU !!
If your servicing your Mazda, Serra Mazda is a great option. Quick and efficient with the service and very thorough. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Chad Worrell a few times and hope to get him again. Quick with the turn around time, very understanding of people’s schedules and just makes the overall experience a 10. Highly recommend!!!
I had such a great experience at Serra! Carl made buying a car so much more relaxing considering I was initially nervous and anxious about feeling pressured into a sale. This was certainly not the case with Carl! He was knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted, and was patient when I asked questions. He was honest and trustworthy. I smile thinking about how pleasant my experience was, and now I own a car I am 100% happy with. Oil change was good and device from Courtney was outstanding! However, they did a 14 point inspection, which all points of inspection were in the green. When I left the dealership my AC did not work Including blower motor. I called Serra Suburu and they asked me to return. Upon further inspection of the in cabin mother, it was discovered that the filter was completely clogged and the tech just marked it green. Although (Joe) Service Manager was kind enough to replace the cabin filter at no cost this is truly an integrity issue. If the blower motor would have burnt up it would have been on my dime because of their negligence resulting in an $800+ repair.
I had an excellent experience at Serra Mazda. The sales associate who helped me, Carl, did an outstanding job. He shared a lot of great information about the vehicles I was interested in. I would highly recommend him. The showroom is very clean and social distancing is followed. I can not saying enough good things about Serra Mazda!
Due to my longer weekly commute, I made a difficult decision to trade in a luxurious, well equipped vehicle in excellent condition. My expectations for my trade-in were met. Purchased a sassy & fuel economical, certified pre-owned Mazda! I had read the car facts & watched driver reviews. Within minutes of a short mileage test drive this car won my approval! Looks, smells & feels like a NEW car. I received a great sale price. Several employees were very attentive to help me. I was in & out of sales very quickly. Absolutely pleased with my decision. Fantastic service department. Looking forward to enjoying my Mazda for many years! Happy with my decision, truly love it more than I anticipated!
Julie did a wonderful job meeting us with where were at with our lease and our financial situation. She worked hard at giving us all our options which we really appreciated and when we chose our vehicle she worked at giving us an even better deal on that choice. We had to wait a long time at our final signing which I do not see as anything related to Julies performance but that she was overbooked I assume by someone who does scheduling. I would recommend calling someone to come in later if that happens. Again, this is not a part of what Julie does but we did not receive info about setting up our payments for our lease until 2 days before it was due via email and we had reached out to find out what the hold up was before then but heard back from no one. Thankfully there is the 10 day grace period but a better explanation of this would have been appreciated. If we were told this at signing we did not remember but a call back to let us know by Tim or Julie would have been appreciated. Overall, we think Julie did an excellent job and would recommend her to others we know. Thank you, Julie, for a great experience.
I had some warranty items to take care of, a seat/trim issue and exterior front wheel arch trim that was warping. The service advisor I dealt with is fantastic. Jeremiah is a true professional, kind, courteous, knowledgeable. He actually tried to take care of some of my issues on the spot, while my SUV was getting checked in. Also, the dealership was nice enough to offer me a loaner vehicle the 1st time, as they were going to have my car for a few days and my wife needed the loaner for the kids. I had to get the work done in 2 visits, as some parts needed more time to come in. Both times I had issues with the actual work done. The 1st time the bottom rear seat cushion was replaced. There were greasy dirty fingerprints left all over the new nappa leather seat cover, and, later that week when I vacuumed the car, I noticed some hooks/fasteners on the cover back side were not attached. The front seat side trim was also scratched while the seat piping was repaired. The second visit, which replaced the plastic wheel arch trim, upon leaving when the work was done, I noticed the trim was not fully attached on one side. Jeremiah quickly fixed it, but come one, the technician should have completed this right the 1st time. Again, dirty and greasy hand marks all over the side of my car, and the new trim pieces and my existing mud flap where scratched in the process. A week later I noticed 2 fasteners missing for the new trim pieces, one on each side, obvious holes where the plastic rivets go. One of them had the old fastener broken off inside the hole and left that way (see pic). I ended up fixing this myself, for fear of more damage if bring it back.In short, great dealer, service advisor team, but the quality of the technicians work is severely lacking, enough to potentially keep me from coming back.
I purchased a 2018 Subaru Outback from Cody at Serra Subaru and I had a wonderful experience! He was helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. As I approached the purchase of a new Subaru, I decided I want to put some feelers out before stepping into a dealership. This meant sending email inquiries as well as using apps like TrueCar to generate inquiries. This approach showed me that not all dealerships have embraced technology entirely, yet. They are still counting on the traditional approach, which many consumers may continue to have a preference for.. But I waited for the responses to trickle in before deciding where I wanted to visit first.Based on the quality of the responses, timeliness, etc. I decided to visit Serra Subaru, and met with Carl who had been exchanging emails with me. During the evaluation/analysis period when there was no commitment, Carl did not put any pressure on me for purchase commitment. He was more interested in making sure I found what I wanted and if I understood all the additional options that were available. He also took me through the lot so that I could see firsthand what all the various colors looked like under sunlight, which I much appreciated. I left the test-drive session without making any commitments and again, I was not made to feel like there was a problem with that - credit to the dealership here.I opted to negotiate over email and found that Carl was very transparent in his approach. After a few more email exchanges/negotiation, I committed to the purchase. Throughout the entire process, I dealt with Carl and he made the purchase experience a breeze. Very accessible and showed patience throughout all of my questions and concerns. He is a good mix of old-school customer-service with no problem exercising digital communications.Now that we are past the sales journey, I look forward to the service journey with this dealership..
Serra Subaru and the entire Serra staff is outstanding. Salesmen Carl and Adam are rock stars. Carl is incredibly patient and hardworking. This dealership will treat every customer as a friend. There is no pressure and they absolutely want you to find your perfect car. Outstanding experience.
My salesman Carl was great, he was honest, very to the point. he listened to what i was looking for, right down to the color. the finance guy Tim was great, absolutely no pressure. i came out of there with the vehicle i wanted at the price i wanted to be- at with additional warranty.
Jason was amazing! He worked on his off hours for me and we were able to take care of everything via phone, email, & text. I live an hour away and it was great to be able to make that trip one time to sign papers & drive away in my new vehicle. Thanks again Jason for everything!

Bought a 2020 Mazda CX-5 from Codey who was absolutely fantastic. There was no pressure to buy and was super helpful throughout the process. We ended up getting 4k more for our trade in than we expected which speaks to their no-nonsense approach when it comes to making a deal. Only downside is we were there for 6 hours and 2 of it was spent waiting for our new car to be cleaned. However, we would definitely recommend!

He is knowledgeable and transparent, and always explains things in a way you can understand. I recently purchased a Maxda CX-3 from SERRA MAZDA. Jason Ryan was my salesman. He was very low key, no pressure what so ever. Which was great! I would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase a car without the typical hard core sales pitch. Absolutely wonderful experience buying our used car here. The service department is also excellent. I love that they send a video of repairs that need done, and then a run down of costs/issues before you commit to paying for repairs. We will continue to get our vehicles serviced here.
It all started with a phone call and a recommendation from a radio show (Car Pro). They gave me a price and I didnt have to haggle (which I hate). Everything was arranged on line. We came in a few days later, signed the papers and we were on our way. No pressure for any ups or extras. Our salesperson, Jason Ryan, was knowledgeable and efficient. Our sales rep Casey gave us excellent service even with it being busy and crowded at the dealer. They are very straightforward with pricing and features and do not pressure potential buyers. I ordered a new vehicle for the first time in my life. The total experience was top notch. The sales staff is excellent. They are very knowledgeable and helpful while never being pushy. The facility is clean and set up so you feel like you have privacy. Everyone I have met has been very friendly and willing to assist in any way they can if you ask. I would highly recommend them to everyone!
This was our second vehicle purchase with Dave, and we came back to him because our first experience was so good. He did not disappoint. He really listens and understands our needs both financially and with regard to the type of vehicle that we need and desire. He keeps us in the loop with frequent communication throughout the process and sincerely shares in our excitement over the purchase. I really appreciate his approach which is so unlike any other sales associates we have worked with in the past. We first work out the budget that we can manage comfortably, and then look at vehicles that will fit within that budget. This way, we dont fall in love with a vehicle only to find out that it is not an option. It really helps us to feel in control of our buying experience because we are pairing the financial responsibility with each vehicle we are seeing appropriately. His knowledge about the vehicles and ability to make comparisons for us was most helpful. I feel like Im working with a good friend which is so helpful when you are making that big of a financial commitment.
Great experience buying my Subaru. This is the 2nd time I worked with Dave S for the purchase. Obviously we were pleased the first time around since we came back. Dave works with honesty and integrity and does not pressure us to make decisions. Hes respectful of our wants.

Will definitely go back when considering the purchase of a new (or used) vehicle. The Subaru mechanic who has serviced our Forester and OB in the past is very competent too!
My experience at Serra Subaru was excellent. I would recommend the dealership, and Alex Maurer was a reassuring guide through the process as my sales consultant. Others did their jobs well and reassuringly. Best of all is the product. I imagine it makes the job easier. This is my second Subaru.
My experience was very unique since it was during the COVID-19 pandemic. The salesman, Paul worked with me to get the vehicle I was interested in, we worked through financing on the phone, he brought the vehicle to me and I loved it and purchased it right then and there. So safe and convenient.
This was the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience Ive ever had. I got the exact car I wanted at a great price and was taken care of before, during, and after the sale. Our saleslady, Fran, was very easy-going and fun. Didnt pressure us into signing right away, was understanding of what we needed and didnt want. Paperwork took little to no time when we did decide to sign the documents to the car. The only thing I didnt like was that they didnt really have any color options there and they had to drive the car from WV which put 250 miles on the car. Also, I dont like car warranties and had a few bad experiences at past dealerships with the pressure of adding more than I needed. The sales manager should have pushed something I needed more than what he wanted to sell me, like the maintenance program they have.
Steve was very knowledgeable about Mazdas and patient with my questions about leasing/buying. I didnt feel pressured at all and felt I was treated fairly as a woman buyer-which has not always been the case in my car buying experience. Steve was personable and efficient. I would recommend not only him, but Park dealership to anyone. I bought my first Honda from them and now my Mazda, and will continue to go back even though I live 2 hours away. Thank you!!
Fran was a delight to work with. Attentive when we needed her, but not at all pushy. Very impressed that she sanitized each car before we drove it. We had been to several other dealerships looking at different models, and Serra was the only one who made sure the cars were cleaned between drivers.
Brad and the Serra Mazda service team are the best part of Serra Mazda! He loves his job and cares about this customers, and it shows in every interaction with him. It shows in the care he takes. Ive taken my Mazda to Serra for years now, and I dont care to go anywhere else. I know theyre going to do the best job, always going above and beyond to keep my car safe and running well. Brad Neikirk Mazda Service Adviser was exceptional during my service visit to Serra Mazda. A friendly greeting and firm hand shake made me know that he was going to personally assure everything would go as planned on the service of our MX5. He also provided a bit of training for me on the vehicle display, did a little research on the additional coverage we have on the vehicle, checked for any recalls, and even assured that the vehicle was washed before I left. I recently purchased a car for the first time in about 20 years after leasing. I decided to go to Serra Subaru to check out what they had available and pretty much made up my mind right away about dealing with Rick Ballas and Serra Subaru. They are a no pressure sales group and the experience was very smooth and relaxing. Never felt like I HAD to make a decision right on the spot. I felt like the staff at Serra were there to genuinely support their customers. Looking forward to many years of dealing with such a professional company.

I have been going to Serra Mazda for 4 years now and there is no one else I would trust taking care of my CX-5. Since the beginning I have worked with my service advisor, Brad Neikirk, to take care of my car and I have never felt more comfortable at a car dealership. Brad makes you feel like family- he walks you through everything that needs done with you car and explains everything that is going on before they do it. He is absolutely wonderful and I never feel like he would try to take advantage of the fact that I don’t know very much about cars, which is why I feel so comfortable going there. I would absolutely recommend any of my friends or family go to Serra and see Brad- he’s truly the best!
I was very happy with my experience with Serra Mazda. My wife went to test drive the car with Adam Helwig our salesperson. He did not try and pressure her into buying that day or talk her into a more expensive car. He was very laid back and worked with my wife and I to find the car that she wanted. He made everything very easy and simple with very little of the typical car salesman tactics that make other people dread buying a new car. I look forward to purchasing our next car and will definitely call Adam first when I start shopping.
I purchased my Subaru at Serra Subaru/Mazda in 2016 and again in 2020 after my original was terribly wrecked. The service from Dave Sommerville was unsurpassable! I drove past 4 Subaru dealerships to go to Dave and will continue to do so as long as he is selling cars! I will also continue to buy Subaru after seeing how it held up in a high speed rear impact accident.Not only is Dave fantastic but the entire staff of the dealership is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest! What more can you ask for?

Paul did everything he could to answer my questions; help me compare features between 2 vehicles; hunt down my chosen car; and provide me with additional resources/research to help me make an informed decision. All this was done without pressure or aggressive selling. This was my second purchase using Paul and would recommend him to anyone.
Cody and Adam at Serra we’re awesome to work with. Adam helped me find the perfect car in terms of what my husband and I wanted and what our budget and Cody made the rest of the process as painless as he possibly could. There were a few hiccups along the way that were due to miscommunications when I went from working mostly with Adam to Cody, but the way Cody ended the transaction with sincere kindness, helpfulness, and no pressure tactics will have my husband and I coming back any time we need a new car and passing his name on to friends and family who are in the market for a great vehicle. I used to work at AN Ford in North Canton, so Im familiar with the car purchasing process. I started our purchase by sending in an internet lead a few weeks ago. Worked with Mark W. the entirety of our new-to-us vehicle search. He was never pushy and always very helpful in answering my questions and respecting that I did not wish to be called. We decided to test drive a Mazda3 (and a Mazda6 just for comparison), which we were able to do without the presence of a sales person in the vehicle with us. We agreed on a vehicle and started paperwork. All I kept saying was how thoroughly impressed I was and still am with the whole experience. We received all the paperwork on certification for the car, warranties, payments, checks made, temporary documents and all. The credit process was a nice service as well. This dealership pays a monthly fee to ensure that an applicants credit is pulled once despite a request being sent to many banks for the best rate. This reduces the damage to a credit score from a hard pull. Our F&I person, Cheri, was very knowledgeable and gave her honest opinion on what she thought was worth purchasing. I had already decided we would get tire and wheel (which covers superficial dings/scratches/dents/ and windshield!!)It was definitely the quickest I had ever seen someone go through finance!! We were handed the keys and drove off. All in under 4 hours. I believe that Mazda sells a great product and this dealership takes care of their vehicles to where the product sells itself. We will be revisiting for our next vehicle for sure. Thanks Mark (and Park Auto Group Mazda!!) for a great experience :-)
Dave Somerville is a great, no pressure salesman. First met him in 2012, and still check with him whenever a car need arises for me or anyone I know. He has strong product knowledge, is very professional, and keeps his appointments timed well.The dealership is a very nice place as well, when you need to wait for service etc.. All the staff is friendly, refreshments are always offered, and its clean every time I stop in. Ive been to many dealerships over the years, and Park is one of only a few I will do future business with.
While having the maintenance service done on my 2012 CRV at Serra Honda, my husband and I walked up to the Mazda/Subaru dealership to look at a Forester. They only had 2 but one had my name written all over it! Rick was so helpful and everyone was really courteous and friendly. We purchased the vehicle and I couldnt be happier. They were easy to deal with and Im over the moon with owning this car. Thank you Serra and Rick!
I had a GREAT experience with Serra Subaru! I was looking for a Crosstrek in a particular color and Robert Williams went above and beyond to find one at another dealership for me. I had the car in less than 48 hours of going in to meet with Robert and he communicated with me the whole time!
My husband and I have always had the best experiences with Dave Somerville of Serra Mazda, Akron. Over the years we have purchased 4 cars from him and each time he couldnt have made it any easier! We never feel pressured into anything. Dave takes the time to find out what we feel we need in a car and what features are the most important to us. Hes great with following up and if he doesnt know the answer to our question (which is rare) he finds someone who does. Hes even offered to come to our house to help set up the interactive garage door opener feature. We consider Dave a friend and our future purchases will be with Dave as he makes the daunting process of purchasing a car nothing but pleasurable.
Alex was so great! Very patient and did whatever he needed to make sure I was happy when leaving. Even months after my purchase he still checks up to see how everything is going and is there anytime I have questions or concerns. Extremely personable and would recommend him to others.
I would not buy a Subaru from anywhere else! This is our second Subaru we purchased here. Our last one 2 years ago. They treat you as well after your purchase as they do when they are selling you your vehicle. They also make the purchasing process very easy. They dont play the typical games that most dealers do when selling you a car. They are truly a no pressure dealership! They also have an outstanding service dept.

Excellent service, professional staff, wide variety and the folks at Park Mazda in Akron truly have the customers best interest at hand. They listen to your situation and they go above and beyond to accommodate the customer with the vehicle that makes them happy. They are large enough to have a variety of cars, models & options at hand but yet they give the customer personal attention, educate the customer to make the right choice and provide excellent service. Never felt pressured on the contrary they went above and beyond to appreciate the business I wanted to do with them. I would recommend them to anyone. He made himself available to me - even when he was not at worked he took time to answer my questions I had and helped me out on what I needed to make sure I was fully satisfied - which I was. I have now bought three cars from Park/Serra through Dave. The experiences have always been great and Dave is by far the nicest, most honest and all around best salesman with whom I have worked. I dont ever plan on buying anywhere else or working with another salesman any time soon.
In the past, I have always found the process of buying/leasing a car to be an extremely stressful experience; however, Adam Helwig has made me feel at ease and has even helped me to enjoy this experience. Brad Neikirk - I always enjoy working with Brad in the Serra Service Dept. He is polite, precise, checks to make sure you have covered all the bases for repair or maintenance. 2022-02-05I am speaking from my point of view as the husband of their customer. First off, it was a comfortable no pressure situation when my wife decided to purchase her new car from them. The salesman and the lady in finance were friendly and professional. Now she was in for her first service and the service department was no different. Nice guy, didnt try to sell her something, and the service was done promptly. All in all I would give Serra Mazda 6 stars if I could.

2022-01-22This dealership is wonderful... Made so by those who work there. Im leery of car salesmen but Çody Hazlett and Paul Burke were wonderful. They were very fair and honest with their dealings and it was a pleasure to work with them. They answered every question, helped me with all the offerings my new car had and assured me they would be there anytime I had an issue. I stop in occasionally just to say hi because theyre more like new friends rather than high pressured salesman. Love my new Subaru🥰

2022-03-21Serra Mazda has a fantastic selection of vehicles to choose from. Even in a time when cars are being sold off quickly, I was able to find what I need and the staff were very helpful to accommodate me should I want a specific vehicle. Adam and Casey Dungan were both such a great help to make the car buying process so much easier. They told me everything I needed to know about the car and were always productive towards client needs. I would recommend everyone to come and buy a car from Serra Mazda, just because the staff is that great.

2021-11-11My visit this time involved an obscure electrical problem that drained my battery. Chad provided updates, supportive timetables and a loan vehicle while technicians worked through the problem. The solution was found and problem solved. Even though this took several days, I never felt out of the loop on the repair. I am extremely satisfied with my service and Chads great communication throughout the process. You guys are my new standard.

2022-05-21Unethical service department . Our college age son recently took his car in and was given a ridiculous estimate that was obviously aimed at taking advantage of him. They recommended completely unnecessary repairs totaling close to $2000. Equally bad, they identified the wrong wheel bearing that needed work. We took the car to a local tire center and another Mazda dealer for an assessment. Without telling them what happened at Serra, they both identified the real problem and recommended the correct wheel bearing be replaced. Serra attempted to have us replace all 4 tires and the wheel. They also inaccurately measured the tire tread. Ultimately work was done to the bearing by the other dealer UNDER WARRANTY and all we paid for was an alignment. Shame on Serra Mazda. Take your car elsewhere.

2022-03-17My husband and I were driving from Cleveland to FL when a semi trucks tire blew out in front of us and we ran over the tire. Luckily we pulled off the highway right were Serra Mazda is located. Chad took our Mazda immediately into service to be inspected. He and his crew removed the debris and damaged undercarriage, did a safety inspection, and got us back in the road in less than hour. We really appreciated his great customer service and true concern for our safety.

2022-04-18Ser5vice department was nice. A bit high for a cabin filter. They didnt rotate my wifes tire with oil change. I rotated them and had to take the vehicle to have the full size spare tpms reset. The vehicle is brand new, so Im not sure why we had to pay for it. Nonetheless, the people were all very nice.
