Great experience! Glenn took the time to explain all the different options on the vehicles I was looking at and was very non-pushy in his sales pitch. Really enjoyed my car buying experience and as someone who has purchased 4 other vehicles the 5th purchase was the best so far!

I had the pleasure of working with Burke Davis while buying my new CR-V. Burke was awesome! He had everything all set up when I got there and really streamlined the buying process. Burke also took the time to go over all the features of my new CR-V. He even helped me get it all set up!! I would definitely recommend working with Burke.
Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful when I decided to purchase my 2022 Honda crv. I did not feel rushed in anyway and Chris was more than willing to show me how many new and improved features this vehicle had compared to my 2006 crv. Thanks Serra and Chris. John was very personable and very knowledgable when working with us. He answered all our questions and concerns, and gave his honest opinions about the car we were interested in. He wasnt pushy at all, and even after we purchased the vehicle, he continued to be available to answer any questions about all the gadgets and gizmos that we werent familiar with. Ive had my own business for over 30 years, and Im a very big stickler when it comes to customer service and John could work for me any day. I LOVE my new CRV and Ive already started telling my family and friends where to go if theyre thinking about a new car. Im a very loyal person when Im treated well and with respect, so this is a start of a long and lasting relationship.
I had been waiting for the new 2022 Passports to become available. I had a specific model and color in mind and was very happy when Chris Josephites notified me that one was enroute and then when it was delivered. I immediately went the next day and test drove it. He never made me feel pressured and took the time to discuss the functionality features of it. This is the 2nd vehicle that we have purchased from Serra and have all of our services done there. Catherine Revetta has to be one of the best Service Managers Ever!! I have always tried to avoid service departments @any car dealerships. Never had a really good experience where I left feeling like I received ‘the actual work my car needed & that it was taken care of properly’. I’d Drive away wondering if I really needed the work recommended or if it was done right. No longer! Catherine explained what was needed & actually showed the problem, explained what needed to be done, then showed me afterwards. Tim Rabatin was great. Even in this tumultuous time with supply/demand issues, Tim still made us feel as if he was doing what he could to get us the vehicle we wanted. The whole staff there was stellar. We won’t need a vehicle for a few years (since we bought a Honda), but Tim is our guy if he is still at Serra and hasn’t moved on to bigger and better things. Btw- we got the new Passport Trailsport-we highly recommend this vehicle. And when you buy it, see Tim at Serra.
I was very happy with Serra. This was my first purchase. Jon, our sales guy was very nice, honest and made the transaction pleasant. Mike, our finance guy went out of his way to get us the best possible financing rate. I would definitely purchase another car at this dealership
Burke was my salesman and he was fantastic. Ive had this luck recently where when I go to a dealership to test drive a car, it has sold hours before. I called and asked if they would hold it for me and he did! Hid everything 😆 He was not pushy at all and he was very down to earth. Awesome guy to do business with. My finance guy was Jared and he was also very nice and explained the warranty from Honda and also their own warranty very thoroughly. I didnt really feel pressured at all which is always a great thing. Id definitely recommend doing business with this company!
Taylor Wagon (Salesman) was great to work with. My sons vechicle was totaled and he needed a new one. We seen one he wanted in Serras online inventory. Emailed dealership and Taylor set everything in motion. 1st time meeting Taylor in person was when we came to pick the civic up. We traveled 60 miles and would do it again.Highly recommend Serra Honda.
The employees here are amazingly friendly and helpful. The diagnostic video is a really helpful tool for viewing and understanding the work to be done. The technicians did a wonderful job of making my car repair convenient, ,and with the courtesy loaner- disruption to my daily routine was minimal! Would highly recommend!
Mrs Vandiver handled every issue i had with professionalism. IThe technitian and staff reported to my cell phone right away the inspection video of all they found. During my routine oil change several pending issues were explained to me in detail with full explanation as to cost and time involved to repair them. This is where I bought the Honda and have had nothing but good experiences with this dealership and staff.
Okay where do I start? I have been a Honda owner since the early 2000s. My first contact was with Gloria Shirilla and guess what I have followed her every since then. On Saturday 2/20/2022 I purchased a Honda Pilot and I am in love with the experience, seeing Gloria again and riding home in a safe, reliant vehicle. Gloria is truly like family...we know each other and she focuses on my life events to get me in a car that is right for me. I have health issues along with an elderly parent, a daughter who is getting over COVID and a ton of other things going on in my life. Gloria was concerned first and foremost about ME...not selling me a car. Like I said, this is the 4th Honda I have bought from Gloria and I will continue to buy from her. She is personable, funny and most importantly honest to a fault. I also must commend the financial manager Ali who was amazing. Im not much of a negotiator and with Gloria and Ali Yoho...there is no pressure...they want you to feel comfortable in your purchase. I do. Love Serra Honda and more so...love Gloria. Ask for her...you wont be disappointed. Oh and ask for Ali too if you can! :-)
We bought a Honda Passport from Serra Honda with much needed help from John Livigni. He made sure we were happy with our choice. Then went above and beyond when we went back to trade it in for a CRV. Very easy to work with and put up with the joking from Rick (husband). Lol! I would gladly refer a family member or friend to John for a new Honda from Serra.Jeri

Jeff was very helpful with my purchase. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and showed me many of the features. He even had a small imperfection removed to make the car basically look brand new. It was a great experience and I am sure I will be back. It was my first purchase from Jeff but maybe not the last.
Burke is the man!! He showed me all the features of the car.. Im not too hi-tech savvy and he showed me how to work everything! Was very patient with me even ended up taking 2 test drives to make sure it was what i wanted! Totally worth the hour plus drive.. everybody there was super nice and easy to deal with!!
We recently bought our second Honda Odyssey from Serra, after buying the first van from them 10 years ago. Our sales rep, Nick Nader, was very efficient in getting us through the process and getting us on our way. There was a small issue with a miscommunication between our bank and the dealership, but Nick personally stepped in and took extra steps to resolve the issue himself. Thanks, Nick!
Just want to share my experience. Buying the car was great no issues no problems. Had a mouse chew top of my engine wire. Took it in for the service and I asked if it could be repaired. I was told no that it required a new engine wiring harness which was $800. I asked if they could cut me a break and just fix the one wire that was chewed and he said no. Called my insurance company to see if it was covered and it was under comprehensive. State Farm came out assess the damage and stated it could be repaired. Park Honda call me back and told me if I wanted a fight with my insurance company to get a new wiring harness that I could if not they could repair it for $330 and my insurance company would take care of it. When I question the tech isnt that what I asked you to do in the first place. He started stuttering and then change the subject. I also asked him about the tape that Honda uses that has cayenne pepper and the tech had no clue. Its all over the internet Honda uses soy in their tape ( Honda you know you have a problem fix it ) and they have this tape with a little mouse on it thats made with cayenne pepper so you dont have this issue again. so I went and picked it up, they did use the tape with the cayenne pepper which was a plus but the cost to fix it must $330 and it was $15 for parts and $315 for labor. So I will never be back for the service again. They overcharge the customer and act like you dont know what youre talking about. I cant imagine how many people they are taken advantage of for service that may not have needed performed.
Well Terri was the one that help me my car . Very professional and honest . I would say that she and the whole staff is why I drive outta my way to go there . For there are closer dealerships in the 44320 area . Terri had to give bad news about my car . My repairs were over a thousand dollars . But with her tone ,cadence, and professionalism. I was able to take it all in . She also got me a loaner to drive . I felt that it was an honest deal and was best to take care of it all at once . I even talk to the Manager. Who was also great . Well they seem to be honest and able to do a great job . They earn my business.
Catherine does a wonderful job. She listens to our concerns and offers solutions. we asked for quotes for tires so that we can choose and plan ahead for a need in the next few months. She gave us multiple options with all the details printed for each option so that we can be prepared for a future need. We have been continuously happy with the Serra staff and service!
Ive now had three wonderful experiences with Serra, the last two being with Beau Lindeman. All three vehicle transactions were executed quickly via email/phone, with nothing more to do than come in and sign, and the lack of hassle was truly refreshing. The price, service, and advice have all been great, even the personal call to check on me after a minor accident I was in. Ill be a customer for years to come, and I highly recommend the Serra family!
Burke was friendly and easy to work with! He used our time efficiently and was knowledgeable about the Honda pilot that we purchased. The service department is awesome!! Called John (my service guy for the van) and he came to the store because my van wouldn’t start. Told me I needed a new battery. Got a new battery at the end of the work day and was treated so kindly!! LOVE THE SERVICE AND THE PEOPLE!!! Thanks again for all your help!!
They took me in first thing this morning ahead of my scheduled appointment. The service representative fully briefed me on the service to be performed including an accurate estimated cost. She also gave me a business card, briefed me on video updates for inspection and service and made sure I was comfortable. The video inspection report was thorough and informative. Servicing was performed in less time than anticipated. It was a very good experience with no surprises.
As always, Terri is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She explains the recommended maintenance items at the time of service. We discuss the most important items needed that day. Then I may leave others until my next service when my budget allows. During these times of high fuel prices and inflation that is so helpful from a service advisor. That’s another reason I’m a repeat customer at Serra Honda!
I had to get my car serviced because my air conditioning wasnt working. Beja was the one who communicated with me on the work being done on my car. He was super help and communicated issues in a timely and professional manner, which I really appreciate given my bad experiences at other dealerships. He also provided accurate timing on how long the repair would take since I waited at Serra Honda. Again, all things I appreciate. He also didnt mind that I asked multiple questions about the issues. I would recommend working with Beja!
It was great. John Livigni was very personable, but not pushy at all. Since this was my first time buying a car, it was nice to not be pressured into the deal. I felt like he was down to earth and wasnt trying to scam me over this car. He also worked around my mothers and my schedule which was not easy. Overall, he did an amazing job and I would 1000% buy from Honda again and recommend Serra Honda to others.
I recently bought a 2018 CRV. I usually dread car shopping but, not this time. Our sales consultant was Chris Josephites. Chris made this a very positive experience. He was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. He answered all our questions and even went beyond that, explaining to us things we needed to know. He was very helpful and courteous. Chris was top notch in customer service. Chris is a great asset to Serra Honda!! Next time I step into Serra Honda, I will be asking for Chris:)
I cannot say enough good things about Serra Honda. This is the second car I have leased and both experiences have been nothing short of outstanding!!! I went in and Taylor Wagnon helped me out. Made me feel very comfortable felt like I was talking to a friend not a salesperson. All of my questions answered totally so I understood everything he is a true asset to Serra Honda. He had me handled in a very reasonable time and even helped me transfer things from one car to the new car. Thanks for everything Taylor!!! And also I would like to give a compliment to Serra president Tom Flory outstanding business man never got to meet him in person hopefully one day I will get the chance. Watching him on commercials and from what I have been told he is business man that everyone should want to model themselves after. Oil change and Tire rotation went very smoothly and timely..even with the addition of a rear differential fluid change and a car wash. The video of the technician ( Stephen John ) doing his inspection was impressive as well as the option to pay for the service immediately on my phone. Catherine was fantastic and even cleaned the inside of the windshield for me. We love our 2020 Passport Elite and will continue to do business with Serra. Great service! Will be recommending your services for sure.

Sales Consultant Michael Dudek was excellent to work with buying my new 2018 Honda CRV. I could not have had a better car buying experience. He took his time showing me the 2 cars I was interested in. Mike explained both cars to me and let me drive both cars so I could make a decision. I looked at the Accord & CRV. I finally chose the CRV. I don’t think I have ever had an easier car buying experience. I would give Mike the highest rating there is. Thank you Mike for all of your help.
Originally had them replace the transmission and radiator and do a flush on my 2001 Honda Civic. They seem to have done that job fine except for they didnt catch a hole in the coolant line going from the engine to the water pump and it burst 4 days later. I had it towed back to them since the line that burst had to do with the system they had just flushed. They ended up repairing it for free, but not before trying to get me to put a new engine in the car for another $3600.00. They tried to tell us this car had been wrecked, which supposedly caused the mechanism the hood latches into to not be holding on the body like it was supposed to, but we had no issues with it before we took it into them the 2nd time. There are no evident signs of previous wreck damage anywhere on the car. I change my own oil every 3,000 miles and I know my car and all its little kinks. As you can see in the picture, when they put some large washer on the one side of the mechanism supposedly to hold it in place, the cable came unattached from where its supposed to sit, causing us to not be able to open the hood. We had to force the hood up, with the mechanism still attached to the hood latch in order to open it. Luckily, were resourceful and can fix this ourselves. But the point is, we shouldnt have too. Two stars because the work they did do seems satisfactory - but you shouldnt be damaging other parts of the car while doing it. Never take your older Honda to Park Honda for service.

Service is friendly, they always tell me what repairs need to be done before they work on my car. I love the videos they send of the services and the work they do. I approve what work I want done and decline what I dont want. I have been buying cars from Serra Honda since I moved to Ohio, 10 years ago, and will continue to do business with them. Cars and service are amazing and their staff the best!!

I love bringing my car in for service at Serra. I have always had excellent service and everyone is super nice and knowledgeable. Great turnaround time and will give you a loaner if needed. I worked with Todd this last time and was in and out in no time. I have worked with John and Terri in the past as well—all great. Would highly recommend. Waiting area is clean and has nice amenities.

I took my car in to check the sensors on the outside of my vehicle (which they fixed right then and there), also for my tires loosing air constantly. They wrote me up an estimate on changing out the sensors for the PSI units and said it’s not dire to change out now. Sent me on my way at no cost. They did an inspection, topped fluids and gave me a car wash. Definitely will be back.
Great experience. Taylor was a fantastic sales rep who walked me though the process. They gave me a very fair price on my trade and even beat the competitors offer for the same car. Overall I got a great call with an extended warranty and I am paying less than I was in my old one. I am already recommending Taylor and Serra Honda to everyone I know.

This was one of the worst car dealership experiences that I have had. The saleswomen claimed that this dealership does not budge on pricing. She didn’t bother to ask my name, contact info, if I had a trade-in etc. I was definitely not treated like a value customer. Didn’t even bother to ask if I wanted to test drive. The vibe in this dealership was not welcoming at all. Many employees standing around who didn’t even bother to greet me upon entering. This is my 3rd Honda, and I am a serious buyer. However, with this service, I will take my business elsewhere.
Catherine and her service team are top notch and I would highly recommend them for friendly, customer oriented service. It is nice to find a dealership service department that makes the whole process fast, painless and easy! Wonderful experience for a traveler who was away from home and needed unexpected service on her CR-V. The Serra check-in process was painless, the service was done in excellent time and I was able to use a loaner to get planned errands completed while the repairs were being made. Love getting my car serviced here! They are ALWAYS so friendly and helpful! Todd was able to find me a coupon to help save money during these difficult times. I also Love that they show you a video inspection of your car. And if they come across anything while youre waiting they immediately bring it to your attention! I wouldnt take my car anywhere else!

Danny not only pulled the car we had planned to look at but also pulled another that he thought fit what we had told him over the phone. The one that he pulled is the one we ended up buying! And it was less expensive and better (I think!) than the one I initially had found online.

We recently purchased a HR-V at Serra Honda Interstate Pkwy and had a pleasant experience. We went on a Wednesday afternoon and there were not a lot of customers. We were given totally excellent one on one service by John Graham. He went out of his way to give us all the info and help we needed but also the space we needed to discuss and decide. I would recommend working with John!
Todd Baldinger the Service Advisor at Serra Honda was tremendous.I bought a Pre-Owned Certified 2017 CR-V at another dealer however a week later I took it in for a simple fastener. Although it is a Pre-Owned Certified vehicle he and the Service Tech were able to identify 4 items that were not done on the 182 point certification at the dealer that I bought the car from. Todd was able to specifically point out to me what was not done and gave me advice on how to proceed. After some back and forth with the dealer that I bought the car from they agreed to pay for the items that needed replaced and Todd worked with the the Service Manager from the other dealer to work out how Serra would be paid. Todd takes Customer Service very serious as I not only have seen it first hand with my experience but I also saw other customers receive the same treatment while waiting for the work on my car to be completed. As a first time Honda owner Todd was able to give advice on the type of service that needs completed at various stages.I appreciate Todd taking the time in answering any questions I had and appreciate that he took the time to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered. Todd is definitely an asset for Serra Honda and there is no other Honda dealer I will take my car to as Todd has set the bar very high.
Purchased brand new in 2017. It’s now December 2020. So I need tires..while I’m waiting room I received a text from Serra Honda, I opened it. It was a video of the technician doing a multi-point check on my car! WOW 🤩! Thankful for quality customer service. This business has been professional in every aspect since I purchased my vehicle!

I will never go to another dealership again. This is the best place to buy a car hands down. They’re not pushy and they were super accommodating with letting me test drive the vehicles that I wanted. Ask for Matt in sales and Dave Gesualdo in financing. These two are the best and Dave found me the best rate for financing. Also, John in the service department is fantastic. My husband and I won’t go anywhere else to get our vehicles serviced because they are so quick, fair, and friendly. They really are the “people pleasing people”. My experience as always was outstanding. Beau always cuts through all the back and forth that other dealers have to go through before agreeing on a price so we can right down to a deal thats fair for both us. His follow up afterward is always excellent and his responsiveness to my questions is always timely. I would recommend Beau and Serra to all of my friends looking for a car.
Service is horrible!They sold me a horrible oil change package that I can only use it at there dealership which is 2 hours away from where I live.It has been 4 months and they are not being able to fix this mess.I dont recommend dealing with them. Horrible dealership!

She was able to explain everything that was going to happen during my service, answered my questions that another dealership brushed off about a chirping noise that I was hearing, and I felt that she genuinely cared about my experience.
I recently bought a Honda CRV from Serra Honda and I love the car. But the best part of the transaction was working with my sales person, Angie Budinski. She was on top of all the details and took the time to check me out on all the new features that are incorporated in a hybrid vehicle. She even gave me a ride back from the dealership where I was turning in my leased car!😀 So I didnt have to bother a friend to come with me. Everything about the process that I usually dread was made effortless on my part because Angie did everything. I couldnt believe how quick and smooth buying a new car could be today. And that was due to Serra Hondas system and to a great sales person in Angie Buinski! I will be back in the future

My experience with Beau was topnotch! I found him to be personable, extremely helpful and free of the usual runaround that makes me hate car shopping. He answered all of my questions. We communicated a lot via email and when I went into the dealership he was waiting and things ran very smoothly. I purchased my 2021 Honda CRV in March 2021. I advised them of my phone number and it was on my check used to pay for the car. They continue to call my deceased husbands phone. Without someone to pick you up you need the dealership help to have the car delivered. The sales manager told me everyone rates them high so he dismissed my concern when no one showed up to deliver my paid for SUV. I have not had a good experience yet with my car as it keeps having issues. I was told to get an Apple certified cord as that is why I was not able to connect to Apple CarPlay and they updated the software that cause the system to make loud sounds for 10 miles of a vacation. Today the service advisor told me to keep stopping and starting the car over again if I am having problems. What?????????? I was told that you have to bring your car in each time they have an update that cannot be loaded by wireless in your home. What????????? I still have concerns because they had dismissed all my concerns. This is my third CRV keeping each for 7 years or more and never had to take the SUV in for any repairs or warranty concerns. Same experience with the two Honda Civics we owned and the 2019 Honda Odyssey. I either have a lemon or Honda is slipping. No one cares at Serra if I am satisfied. I was told today get an extended warranty and keep bringing it in for repairs. What??????????
Excellent car buying experience! We drove 3 hours from Southern Ohio to buy an Si in white, when we couldnt find one anywhere else in the state of Ohio. Our Salesperson Glenn was very good at communicating throughout the week prior to our purchase, helped us fill out the application online to cut down on our time at the dealership and had the car waiting on us when we pulled up. And, when my daughter forgot her favorite sunglasses at the dealership they mailed them to us, in the most adorable case! From beginning to end. . . Glenn made us feel like royalty!
We are from the central Ohio area and had taken a trip up to see some sites in the Akron area. As luck would have it we had a breakdown with our Accord. I called the service dept and Todd was so helpful and comforting. We had the car towed there and were given a courtesy car so we could enjoy the day as we had planned. Such great consideration was shown to us. I was impressed with Todd and his compassion. The Serra organization is lucky to have such a wonderful employee.
I just bought a 2020 Accord Touring, my seventh Accord since 1989. My experience with this purchase was the best I’ve ever had. The General Manager was very helpful and made my purchase a smooth process. I can’t say enough about this Dealership. It was worth my hour drive to do business with them. Great price! Best deal in the State of Ohio. By the way the Touring model is awesome!
Excellent service! Thorough service and genuinely kind customer service. I can not say enough good things about my experiences with Serra Honda. Most people seem to have ideas about the expenses associated with going to a dealership for your car care needs, but with Serra Honda I can confidently say you will be treated fairly. My 2016 Pilot looks new and runs like new as well. The service department keeps tabs on your brake pad wear, and other areas that will eventually need replacing, and tell you how many miles or oil changes you have until you need them done. It’s not only convenient to be aware of, it helps you plan for the cost.I highly suggest bringing your vehicle to Serra Honda’s service center. They are trustworthy and treat you right! Thanks guys!
We’ve bought our Honda’s at Serra for over a decade (back when it was Park Honda) and we were lucky that first time to have Beau Lindeman as our salesperson. He makes everything easy, so great to work with. He knows everything about those cars. He’s not pushy, never seems impatient, takes the time to listen to what you say and make recommendations based on your needs and wants in a car. That’s why every time we go shopping for a new car we ask for Beau.
I bought a used Civic at Serra and had a great experience. Eric Johnson was my salesman and was top notch. He had cars ready for me to test drive and made the whole process seamless. He also graciously answered my phone calls after the sale when I called to ask some logistics questions about the loan and the title. I would recommend you call and ask for Eric!

I’ve had mixed feelings about this dealership, but overall it’s been positive and I like it. I will say everyone from the sales people to those in the service department are very nice, which is certainly good. My first time buying a car was here, and it was a somewhat bad experience that I originally left a bad review for (the car I test drove and wanted to purchase was sold to someone else while I was on the test drive, then I was offered the same deal on another car that I had already said I couldnt get for accessibility reasons).My next car buying experience was great - traded in my first car, and got my second car for the price I expected, no issues.I then bought all season floor mats for the second car, which was a mixed bag. The dealerships on-site store couldnt even get close to the price of their own eBay store, even with shipping factored in, but thankfully I had found their much cheaper online listing.Getting my car serviced here has been very easy. You have to watch because they throw in services that Honda honestly should be including in routine maintenance (brake maintenance in particular) without making it super clear. Consequently the price might be pretty high when you’re expecting a simple oil change.This dealership is definitely a good place to go for service or a purchase.
My experience was great! Beja made sure to keep me informed every step of the way! When I first brought my Pilot in for repairs I had my 3 children with me. As soon as Beja found out that the repairs on my vehicle were going to take much longer than anticipated, he let me know and got me a loaner so I didn’t have to wait there with my kids. My car ended up taking 2 weeks to be completed, but Beja kept me up to date on everything going on. It definitely put my mind at ease since he was giving me the updates. Great customer service Beja! Everyone that I have dealt with at Honda Serra, Chad in the sales department and John and Beja in the service department have been absolutely amazing! I always feel fairly treated at Serra. Weve been using them for years and I wouldnt buy my cars any other place. Their new repair video is so nice to see what issues they are talking about and thoroughly explained by a knowledgeable technician. I will keep using them for years to come!

Went in hoping for a quick repair but turned out my car had a catastrophic failure. Ron and Todd were understanding and great to work with. I came out with a great new car in the end, though it hopefully never happens again, I will definitely buy a car from them again. Highly recommend!
Serra has been great in taking care of my 2013 CR-V so it made sense to purchase my next CR-V there. Beau was great to work with and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. He answered all my questions and gave me a very fair value for my trade. My 2020 CR-V is exactly the vehicle I wanted with all of the safety features, options, and color at a great price with the Honda reputation.

My car has always been a priority when I pull up to have it serviced. Customer service is great. Although I didnt purchase my Honda from Serra, I bet the next one I will! One thing though, no flowers but I understand. Continue bringing exceptional customer service! Almost forgot to say that a tire rotation helps! My HRV is running smoothly.

I visited Honda in February for an oil check. When I arrived I wasgreeted by Terri Vandiver. Terri had a smile and was very friendly,she was also very efficient in seeing that my problem was handled.Customer Service is very important to any company and Terri exemplifiesthat by her attitude and willingness to go beyond expectation.
Making an appointment was easy, and each staff member I encountered during the whole process was very courteous and friendly, and it seemed very well organized there. Victoria was very helpful, patient, and professional. Price of parts/labor was expensive, but the job was well done and it was worth it to know the technicians are skilled and everything was done right. My car drives like it’s new now! I did not have as pleasant of an experience at another Honda dealership’s service department a few times in the past, so I’ve shied away from big dealerships since. But doing business with Serra was a breeze and I’m extremely satisfied with the experience and quality of service my car received.

This was the easiest new car purchase I have ever made. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The whole thing from me walking into the dealership, test drive, evaluating a trade in, and signing the papers took no more than an hour. Angie was my salesperson. She made everything comfortable and easy. I will definitely talk to Angie again the next time I’m ready to purchase a car!
My wife needed a car as her lease was ending soon. We had seen the Honda civics and really liked the hatchback models especially the EX-l. but we figured we would not be able to afford the payment since we wanted the payment to be the same as our old lease. But boy, did Serra Honda come through. The price was spot on the service was great The people were nice and best of all My wife is now driving a brand new red Honda Civic EX-L hatchback and it is a beauty. Jeff worked really hard to get us what we needed and we are thrilled. As a bonus I was able to turn in our 2016 Mazda lease right there at the Serra Auto Mall. This is definitely a great place to get a new car or a good used car.
Diagnosed and fixed what I came in for which sometimes can be half the battle. The problem we had was apparently a common transmission issue which they were aware of and it was covered under warranty. I do wish I knew about the common problems that Honda has with our vehicle so I can pay attention to problems we might be experiencing. We let this problem linger for a while before taking it in. Additionally, I was sent me a video showing me other things that need attention and gave recommendations. Very good experience dealing with Jade and Serra. I was provided a loaner so our day and schedule didn’t get completely messed up. Really makes me feel good about buying a Honda from them and having this kind of service nearby when something goes wrong.
We were greeted with a friendly smile as we drove into the garage where social distancing was being observed. We liked the video our mechanic provided of the recommended service. A touchless work order was emailed to us for our electronic signature, and our vehicle was ready for pickup at the designated time. Thanks, Serra Honda Service Department!!
I needed my battery replaced. I used Honda Roadside Assistance to get jumped in order to drive to the dealership. They got my car right in and battery replaced in a timely manner. This is great considering other people had appointments but in this situation I can’t wait for an appointment. They were friendly and so helpful. This is why I bought my vehicle here and I live in Canton.
I actually came in to Serra Honda a day early to drop off my car for service that was scheduled for the next day. They were really nice about getting my car in the same day and take care of all my needs. Very satisfied with the service and really like the video to see what is being done. Great customer service. I made the appointment, when I arrived I received my loaner car, and was kept updated on the status of the car. They did a great job, timely and everything was under warranty work. I would definitely use again. This is an example how dealerships should treat their customers.

I have purchased many, many vehicles over the years from many, many places new and used. Last month, I bought a new 2018 Honda Pilot Touring from Angie B at Serra Auto Park Honda in Akron off Arlington Road. Best car sales experience ever. She was honest, direct, accurate, friendly, and fast. She did everything she said she would and in a timely manner; including the financing papers. Plus, when a few problems happened, she went out of her way to address and fix them for me immediately. She negotiated with me directly by email and got me the absolute best price on my new Pilot; beating the other Honda Dealers by several hundred and even several thousand dollars. And that was WITHOUT the back and forth BS I have to talk to my manager that you get from almost every other car sales persons. She also actually had my vehicle in stock and ready to buy that day; instead of lying to get me to the dealership (without the vehicle I actually wanted to buy) like some other dealers did that day. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you contact ANGIE B if you are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. She was the best sales person I have ever encountered in 25 years of buying cars all over the country. She is everything that you WANT from a person selling you a vehicle at a dealership. Very impressed and satisfied with the experience.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!!So I own 3 Subaru vehicles, Two of which needed a airbag recall so after taking the first car in, everything went good, now the second vehicle not so much. I had to remove things from my dash (because they wanted to charge me $200 + to remove 4 screws) after receiving my vehicle they had crushed on of the cord ($70) and ruined my gauge ($370) and after a number of calls they dont want to help fix their mistakes will never go back to them
Went to Serra Honda and they directed me to Ron who works with the Odyssey minivans. I told him what we were looking for and within minutes he had a few options for me and explained the differences between them. After test driving he took the time that show everything inside and outside of the vehicle. Very happy with our van and our experience.

The service was quick, efficient, excellent! I truly appreciate not dealing with the hard sale tactics Ive endured at other dealerships. I have been visiting this dealership for two years now, and have never had a bad experience. The Service person that greeted me and wrote up what needed to be done was very personable and professional. I arrived about 30 min early as I wasnt sure how long it would take me to get there in the weather we were having. They took me in right away without issue! The waiting room clean and very comfortable. My CR-V was fixed and returned in record time and I received carnations when leaving! Love this dealership!

These guys helped me find a car, held it for me, kept up good communication as Honda proceeded to delay it from October to January, one week at a time. Sold it too me at a very reasonable price, and made the day day of process as painless as it can be. Would highly recommend. Ill be sending my family and friends here if at all possible. First time in my life I enjoyed the buying process. I got exactly what I wanted with a better deal than I expected! In my opinion this is the only place to buy a car! 2021-12-23My 2018 Pilot needed a recall repair. Scheduling an appointment was easy and painless. Once I arrived my vehicle was taken right into the service area. I was in constant contact with technicians via texting. Vehicle was cleaned once repaired. I would purchase again as well as have repairs done again @ Serra

2022-02-11This was the easiest car experience of my life! Glenn was fantastic! Glenn worked hard to get me in my dream car and there was never any pressure. He went over all the details of the car with me, and told me if i have any questions to stop in or call. I have reached out and he got right back to me. I really wanted to be able to lease & Andy worked hard to get me into a lease in the price range I needed to be in. Jarrod was very informative when going over all my paperwork. There was no rush and he made sure I understood everything. Everyone was just amazing and very nice. It was just very easy. I couldn’t have asked for it to go any better.

2022-01-02Ive bought both of my last two Hondas from Serra, and I continue to come here for regular maintenance. Their sales team is friendly and easy to work with, and their service department is efficient and helpful. Maintenance is speedy, and when the occasional backup does happen, theyre quick to acknowledge and make up for it. Went in for an oil change and brake inspection last week, and it took a bit longer than normal, so they comped the whole thing. Ill be a customer as long as they keep up the quality service!
