I contacted Matt Kopp at Serra Toyota in Saginaw seeking a 2022 Corolla Cross for my very good friend. He went the second mile to find her the perfect car, in a very timely fashion! He did not push her to buy extras, like paint clear coat, rust proofing, or extended warranties, (like another local Toyota dealer had done). I am a Toyota loyalist, and I am grateful to Matt, and Serra, for taking such great care of my friend! Matt represents Serra, and himself, extremely well and has left a positive impression for the Serra group of dealerships!
Took car in for drivers side windshield wiper not working. Was told it was the windshield wiper transmission/linkage. Parts would be approximately $160.00 + labor. Received a call stating I needed a new arm also. Total bill was $733.43 FOR A WINDSHIELD WIPER???? Will be looking for a new car in a few months but certainly will NOT purchase from Serra! Will also be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. This was truly price gauging!
Had a great experience purchasing our new TrailSport at Serra. Our salesman ED made the purchase a hassle free transaction. We normally spend hours finalizing paperwork (such a dreaded experience) but Ed had us in and out in less then an hour. We had to order our new SUV but it came in sooner then expected. Ed had great communication with us thru the whole process. We have purchased many vehicles thru the years and dealt with many different dealerships and salesmen. Any further vehicle purchases going forward will be from Ed McKenna at Serra AutoPark. I am writing this review because of a great experience not because I am family, a friend or being paid to do it. I think I accidentally reposted my prior visit...anyway...I was very happy with my service advisor, Jack, and how well he kept me informed of the status of my repairs. The staff all seem friendly and welcoming. The waiting room is clean and lots of space to spread out. My repairs were done quickly and I love the video that the service person does going over everything on the underside of my vehicle! I even got a complimentary car wash. Jack went over everything with me and the multi point inspection. My heat works great again and I am looking forward to a cold day!
I purchased my camaro at a dealership in N. Canton, whos service center has done nothing but damage my car every time I take it there. I started going to Serra, and NEVER have issues! They always take care of me! Always very courteous and quick to address whatever issue I have with my car, from the minor to the major. Tim Sayre is an asset to the service department for sure!
I recently purchased three vehicles from Serra and I have to say the experience was very pleasant . My salesman was Paul Burke, who treated us well and did not pressure us in any way. I will be returning to Serra next time I need a vehicle and I hope Paul is available when I do.
I had an awesome experience with Scott buying CRV from Serra Auto Park. When I noticed the ad on the Serra website, I called and get connected to Scott. He provided me with all the information. The next day, I drove to Akron, I live 2-1/2 hour drive from Akron. After checking the car and the paperwork. He arranged to drop off the car at my home. After 3-4 weeks, when we used the heater, we found a problem in the heater. Scott arranged for the person to pick up the car from my home and gave us a temporary car for our use, then delivered it back after repair. All expenses (more than $1000) are covered under the warranty. I highly recommend him and the Serra auto park. I will contact Scott and Serra Auto Park to buy another car next year.
The service and assistance I received at Serra Auto Park was excellent! The staff is very attentive (especially my salesman Paul Burke). Buying a car can be an overwhelming experience; however my nervousness was quickly alleviated with friendly staff and exceptional service! I highly recommend Serra Auto Park and Sales Person Paul Burke. I definitely will be returning in the future for all my car needs!
My client advisor was Eric Johnson. He guided me through the whole process with knowledge and professionalism. He was ready to answer any and all of my questions. He told me what to expect from the financial office and most of all his sense of humor helped me to relax my on edge nerves 😊. The facility was very clean and everyone that I encountered greeted me with a smile. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone searching for a new car.
We have really enjoyed doing business with Serra Auto Park the last few years. They have amazing customer service all the way around from buying the car through maintaining it. If you are looking to buy a car, ask for Beau Lindeman at Honda or Dave Somerville at Mazda. They both have been awesome to work with.

I had a great experience here at Serra. I live near Dayton and could not find the vehicle I wanted nearby. I specifically wanted a 2020 Honda Civic Touring Edition in Molten Lava. My husband found one on the Serra website. I called and spoke with Jeff Milne who said they had sold it, he did find another one in Pennsylvania. Jeff and Serra secured that vehicle for me at a very fair price. Jeff and I were able to do everything electronically to get my financing set up with Honda Finance and to secure the down payment. My previous 2018 Honda Civic was totaled and they were very understanding about waiting for the insurance to pay off the previous loan, also through Honda Financing and to secure my down payment. Upon arriving to get my car I finally met Jeff and other staff. Everything was ready to go and I was there less than two hours. I made the trip from Dayton because they were so willing to get me what I needed and to do so in a very professional yet friendly manner. I will definitely come back to Serra and Jeff for any future needs. You should give them an opportunity to earn your business.
Matt is the only guy I will work with when it’s time for a new vehicle for me. He’s patient, he listens to my needs and wants, and goes above and beyond to make my experience fun! He’s very open about any Information you could ask for and explains everything well. The best car guy you can find!
Purchased a Subaru today from Melissa Tryon. What a pleasure to do business with. She was no pressure, so accommodating, and wanted us to have a car with which we could be happy. Everything was done so timely and she communicated by text from the time we test drove yesterday until we drove it home. Serra has done service on our other car and always been wonderful. Great to have another successful experience!UPDATE: Noticed one small issue with the cars exterior when returning home. Left a message with Used Car Manager, Jerry Cugino, and he responded in 5 minutes! Not only did they fix it at my earliest convenience but gave me a loaner car while it was in the shop. You dont get customer service like that many places anymore. I recommend Serra to everyone that wants to be treated like they matter!
Working with Paul for ALOT of years, he has given me good ideas to make the right decisions. Of course being with me for all those leasing years has helped but now I am doing car ownership so I won’t be seeing him every 3 years (or less in my previous years) and he has always steered me in the right direction. I hope he will still be there when I am ready to purchase another vehicle but I won’t be seeing him for another 100,000 miles(sorry Paul but we can text). Trust me, you won’t find a better salesman*****
I contacted the dealership regarding a vehicle I seen on Autotrader. I was contacted by a consultant. After confirming the vehicle was available he was asked whether I was paying cash or financing. I informed him that I was putting money down and had a pre-approval from my credit union. He told me they don’t accept out of state credit union financing. Terrible service! A pre-approval is a pre-approval. My credit union deposits the money into my account and then I can write a check or pay cash but because he didn’t let me explain, I choose to do business elsewhere.
Adam helped answer all of my questions. He was never pushy. I wasnt supposed to be able to take my new car home until a few days after I signed, due to not having one, but one came off the truck and he made sure it was ready for me to take that same day. I will send others here as well.
Dave is a highly professional and honest adviser to both my wife and I. He does a fantastic job pointing out all our purchasing and financial options. We have been coming to him for years and have enjoyed our experience every time. He is truly an asset to the Serra Auto Park family.
Danny was a pleasure to deal with. He was laid back and worked hard for us. We never had to wait long for a response and went through the deal in a way that was comfortable and convenient for us. His background as a technician brought a great insight when selecting a car. We purchased both Honda and Acura from Danny, and I’m sure we will purchase more cars in the future.
We bought a new car from this dealership they were friendly and knowledgeable. However, it pays to know what you’re doing as a customer because they tried to low-ball us big time on our trade-in car. Just like most dealerships they will really try to take advantage of people who did not do their homework. Most people are just looking for a fair deal, which is what we got after they realized we were knowledgeable. It’s sad that you have to be on guard so much.
It is always a pleasure buying a vehicle from Serra. I have been making purchases with them since the Park Acura days, and its great to see they are still the same great organization they have always been. I just bought a new Chevy van from Serra Chevrolet. I contact Beau Lindeman by email. He responded very quickly on the van I seen on there website. We agreed on the price and being I was 5.5 hours away he FedEx me the papers I needed and set up a car delivery company ( ANEW TRANSPORT) to bring it to my home. I would really recommend him if you need a new automobile. It was the easiest auto I have purchased. Thanks again Beau for making it happen.

Daniel Washington went above and beyond to get me in my truck. Even after business hours he answered my questions and was able to provide me with any and all the information I needed to get in my vehicle. Looked all over for my special car and I found it at Serra (Chevy) --- My silver beautiful Jeep Liberty 2010!!! Best experience ever buying car. In the past it was so stressful. I was dreading it more than anything. Not here priced to buy! no haggling ! Best sales rep ever no lies no gimmicks straight honesty Theresa Brown she was great. Since I bought a used car I thought I would be treated less than the person buying a new car.Nope not here Jerry the Used car manager so great to deal with. I couldnt ask for a better experience. The man in the commercial he was there to How can I help you? All around great experience I will refer everyone I know there. This dealership gets 5 stars from me. Actually you feel like Royalty at Serra.
Unfortunately, I spoke all too soon on my previous 5 star review below. The buying experience actually finished two months later with 4 trips to a DMV, a trip to our bank, hours spent on the phone and emailing various parties, and ultimately another 3.5 hour round trip to Serra for corrected paperwork. The experience finished with one star, Ill average my two reviews and will be nice by rounding up.Had a great experience here start to finish. Came from Pittsburgh for a highly demanded vehicle, from reserving it to explaining out oft state tax options everyone was great. Ask for Melissa. Shes very friendly, wont drop the ball on you, was even answering questions by text after hours on a Friday night!
It was a pleasure working with Joy Hooper! As we requested, she brought a 2020 Subaru Ascent to our house for a test drive and was very patient with my me and my spouse when we decided we wanted to purchase a 2020 Subaru Legacy instead. The price was very fair and we also received a great price for our trade-in (a 2007 Subaru Outback). I highly recommend contacting Joy and Serra Auto to anyone looking to purchase a new Subaru. I will definitely be coming back the next time I need a vehicle.
We have always had great experiences at Serra. We call Dave S and he gives us a run down of all the potential cars available. Somehow I manage to always call him on his day off, but he always takes time to get the details of what we need and he works on it the next day. He is very easy to work with and he is right to the point. He has some experience so he knows the details of the cars and the sales process. He has given us great advice and he is very honest. He knows Subaru’s and Honda’s very well, and he can get you to the right person if it’s at another department within Serra. We’ve bought three vehicles from him and it could not have been easier. If you need a vehicle quickly, he can make that happen. All-in-all we’ve had very positive experiences.
I highly recommend buying your next car here! We have now bought 2 cars from this dealer, both pre-owned and the experience for both were wonderful! Our sales person was Melisa from the Serra Chevy location and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. There was a slight mix up with the financing but they made it right as soon as it was brought to their attention. Great job!!!
Went for my first visit after purchasing my new Subaru. It was easy and painless. The service provider Kyle did a great job getting the few things done that needed. He was courteous and friendly. Greg in the parts department helped me get the items I needed for my car and had them ready when I came for my appointment. He too was friendly and courteous. My first time experience looking for a car. They were very helpful and gave us plenty of options to look at. Our seller was very attentive and always tried his best to please our needs. However a lot of time was wasted due to misinformation. We had to go from Serra to Chevrolet and back twice because no one knew where the car we wanted to look at was. Overall though, good customer service and good enthusiasm from the staff.

I bought a certified preowned car from them, seemed nice and all, they told me they inspected it and everything is looking great! Okay... well if that was the case then whenever I took my car to get the breaks done for the first time I was told that my breaks were barely even hanging on by a thread and if I would’ve slammed on my break it could’ve caused a bad accident. Extremely dangerous for a car that was inspected and supposedly safe. Not only that but I have had to do my breaks on my car 4 times in one year!!! I haven’t even driven that many miles for my car to need that many break jobs. Something is not right with my car and I’m beyond upset that they would sell me this car with all these issues. Just a shame and only costing me more money.

Hands down, one of the BEST customer service experiences that I have EVER had! Serra could not have paired me with a better sales guy! Eric Johnson has a personality that makes you feel like youve known him for years! There were multiple makes and models that I wanted to test drive and Eric ran from lot to lot, making sure every car I wanted to see was checked off my list. When he pulled up with the first car, he got out and lifted the hood...As a female, I instantly thought, Am I really going to care about whats under the hood?!, But Eric truly explains every single feature and safety feature that you may not automatically think about. He explained each car like it was the first car he was showing me. Not once did it feel like a business transaction, or that he was selling me a car. There was literally zero pressure and I am still in awe, at how easy the entire process was. He made sure every question or concern was answered and I cannot wait to work with Eric again in the future!

I purchased a 2014 Camaro 2SS from Serra Auto Group on Arlington Rd. We worked out a an acceptable agreement to make the purchase. Part of that agreement was for the company to donate $500 back to our non-profit organization. This was not put in writing because my sales associate advised there was no need. The check was supposed to be made out the day I picked up the car, which was 2 days after I signed the paperwork.I went to pick up the car and finished up the paperwork and was even introduced to one of the owners the Chevrolet dealer. I then asked about the donation check promised and was told they would have to mail it to our organization because the owner did not have time to write at the time. It has now been 2 months and we have not received it. In addition, I have emailed my sales associate and we received a call from the management team stating that we would receive the check, yet nothing has been received. We have made more phone calls and have gotten no return calls or updates.This is truly not about the money donation to our organization, it more about the integrity of what was promised to me when I agreed to purchase the car at the time.The dealership expects me to hold up my end of the agreement, yet they cant follow through with their promise. I had even sent another customerto the sales associate I had 2 weeks later that ended up purchasing a low priced used car from Serra Auto Group. Based on the experience I have now encountered, I know I wont be re-visiting that store for service or a future purchase

So I was having issues with my car and didnt know that I had a warranty left, so when I took my car into the dealer, they were very honest with me the whole time, gave me a car to use while mine was there. Eric was helping me through all of this and he called me every time he found out something new going on with me car and I felt like he kept me in the loop the whole time! I was very appreciative of this. Ive never dealt with dealers before and I was very pleased, and my car was even done a day or two before schedule. Serra Auto Park was a great experience! Bought myself a new Mazda at Serra Mazda a few years ago, and today my daughter purchased herself a beauty... Paul Burke was our salesman for both purchases and I wouldnt think of buying a vehicle from anyone else. He is honest, knowledgeable, patient, efficient and kind! I am a proud Honda Accord owner my last one was fabulous it gave me 14 Great years I totally hated to part with it , however I did purchase a new 2017 as I passed my 2003 down to my 16 year old nephew. That being said I was very satisfied with my salesman, Sherman was extremely friendly, helpful and very patient with my decision making, he went over everything so that my husband and I made the right decision for us. We appreciated all his time he spent with us. The gentleman that helped us with the finance end of it Greg was also very friendly and personable. Overall we though Park Honda treated us right and we will recommend to family and friends.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Park! Everyone was genuine and helpful and they went above and beyond to make sure that i was comfortable with my used car purchase. And when that brand-new-to-me car needed surprise service, Park continued to take excellent care of me and my car and made sure that the job was done completely and done well before they returned my car to me. I had a wonderful experience with them from start to finish!

Jose is very laid back and easy to work with! I never felt pressured to purchase anything, and he did not mind me taking my time to thoroughly look over the RAV4 before making my decision to buy it. I had a few follow up questions after the purchase which Jose answered quickly (and satisfactorily). I tend to keep my vehicles for a long time, but when I am in the market to purchase another vehicle, I will definitely look up Jose and work with him again! We keep coming back because Dave always goes above and beyond to make sure we are getting exactly what we want within payment parameters that we have established. He truly cares about our family and makes the experience fun and stress-free. He is knowledgeable about all of the makes and models that Serra offers. He is careful not to let me fall in love with something that is not in my budget and is so helpful about walking me through the comparisons of each vehicle of interest. I can trust Dave to steer me in the right direction and have always felt confident in my decision and loved my ride. I know that when I drive that vehicle off the lot, I am fully supported with any concerns down the road.

We brought our vehicle in on a Thursday morning right before 9am, without making an appointment, because there was an unusual sound coming from the back end of the car. Service Advisor Jeremy was very knowledgeable, friendly, and reassuring that he would do a full analysis on the vehicle to help us diagnose the issue and get it resolved. We were in town for a wedding and worried about the drive back home (6 hours away) on a car that sounded like metal parts were grinding together. Jeremy gave us a rough estimate of how long the job would take, was very thorough about all the work that would be done to the vehicle and periodically called us to give us updates on how it was all going. We were able to pick up the car shortly before 9am on Friday (before we had to head to the wedding). Jeremy greeted us with a fully completed and very detailed report of what was wrong with the car (so that we can file a claim with the shop that caused the damage to the rear differential) and the solution he and his team put together to ensure we could get back home safely. He was able to answer all of our questions and concerns in a way that clearly demonstrated his knowledge about our vehicle. It was evident from the service he provided that he truly cared about us as customers. We would recommend this service shop to anyone who wants friendly, fast, and phenomenal service! Was good experiance buying TEN MONTHS ago. Took truck back for recall on brake system and they found my brake fluid was dirty and contaminated so told them it should be covered under recall or they should replace since its been less than a year since I bought and put 15K miles on it cant say it all the sudden got dirty and contaminated. Was told recall nor Serra will cover and was told that their finance lady lied to me when I told them she said I only have to change oil to stay within my warranty parameters. Pretty hard to believe that a big dealer that Ive bought 2 cars from now wont cover under all these reasons. Asked price was 160 dollars roughly....so over 160 dollars they have lost a customer for life and will sway anyone and everyone I know to not buy there.
Ive recommended two people here who purchased cars, because Honda is the best and Serra is a good dealership. Why, though, do they ask who recommended said customer to them and nothing is done with the information? I dont, at this writing, expect a thank you, but it would have been nice-not a criticism, just a consideration.

I had a great experience with Park Subaru. Sales Consultant Casey was knowledgeable and very attentive to my needs. I also called Casey 4 days after buying the car because I got a flat tire after running over a screw, she helped expedite my service as I bought the extended warranty but because my car was so new it wasnt in the computer system yet. That is great customer service. If you are looking for a Subaru go to Park and see Casey!!

We were looking for a subaru legacy for our daughter. We had never been to this dealership, but after stopping at 2 other places and not finding anything we stopped here. As soon as we walked in we were greated. They were very busy, but she said let me try and find you someone. Just a few seconds later Cody appeared. I noticed how yound he looked but went on with discussing what we were looking for. He was so nice, knowledgeable and definitely made us feel he was there to help us, not just get a check. At the end of the day, the young, new kid MADE THE SALE! I laughed and told him not to listen to all the older salesmen bc most of them just want to fill your head with BS. He did great on his own! I wanted to speak with the owner and make sure I gave credit where credit was due, but ended up leaving without doing so. So I hope this review finds Cody! Great job Cody! The Service department was fast friendly and took care of my car in a very professional manner. I was offered a rental car of the same make as my car that was being worked on so there would be minimal impact on my life, that was so thoughtful! At the end I was told other issues that need to be addressed in a no pressure manner.

From the first phone call I made to schedule service, to the moment I drove my car off the lot, I received excellent customer service. I took my car to the service center for an air bag warranty recall. I asked to have a few other items checked out as well. I worked with Todd throughout the process and he was completely transparent with the details about my car. If I had taken my car to a regular garage for a check-up, I probably wouldnt have gotten out the door for less than $900. Todd and the team at Park Honda gave me simple answers to my questions and a prioritized list of maintenance items to take care of over the next few months—none of which were immediate repairs—just standard maintenance for the mileage on my car. I 100% plan on taking my car back to Park to have all of the maintenance items addressed and will recommend Park Honda to anyone who needs to have their car serviced.
I made an appointment regarding a recall that I received a letter about in the mail. I was told over the phone it would take half an hour to complete so I decided I would just wait. It took one and a half hours to complete. No one checked in with me during the wait. No one apologized after the repair was finished. Im not upset about how long the repair took, but if it was going to take an hour and a half I would have liked to know that beforehand. I would have made arrangements to drop off the vehicle. If the repair does only take half an hour and something came up causing a delay Im OK with that too, just make me aware. Im very reasonable and am not the type to complain. I was upset that after I waited three times longer than I was told that no one acknowledged it at all. Ill be using another location for service and eventual purchase of a new vehicle when the time comes.
Serra Auto Park is top notch! Our salesman Paul gave us the red carpet treatment. I will never use another dealership and as long as Paul is there hes our guy. Friendly, personable and now a friend. Tom, the owner, even came out to meet us and he was equally as nice .
I have had my 2003 TL serviced only by Serra/Park since I bought it there, new. Their service is efficient, fairly priced and Im treated by the staff like Im truly a valued customer -- Jack Frost, best example for courteous and friendly. The waiting area is great with Starbucks coffee, snacks, and even popcorn. I drive about 15 miles back and forth, yet I wouldnt even think about having my car serviced elsewhere. The proof is in my car which looks and runs like brand new.

This is the second time within two years or so that my wife and I have done business at Serra Subaru.We’ve dealt primarily with Casey Dungan on both occasions. The manager Tom Flory operates five dealerships under the name Serra Auto Park. He has never failed to make it a point to come over to the dealership where the customer is dealing in a transaction to introduce himself and to make sure one is put at ease. One is never rushed or put upon to making quick decisions.As for Casey, I have never met a more kind and helpful car sales counselor in the business. She will take whatever time a customer needs to explain all the details of the workings of the automobile at the time of delivery. Casey will never make one feel like she is in a hurry to get to the next customer. Her kind and soft manner of carefully explaining everything feels very reassuring. To sum it up; you will never be let down if you contact Casey at Serra Subaru; she is truly most unusual.
I was greeted by a sales agent as soon as I walked in the door, which was nice; nevertheless, I was only there get some service done for my wifes vehicle. The sales agent directed me to the service counter and also said goodbuy as I left after my visit.There was a long wait at the service counter. I have personally purchased/leased 3 vehicles from the Park Auto Group in the last 10 years and my family has purchased/leased 6 others in this same time frame. Ive come to enjoy the casual, low pressure purchasing process guided by the excellent sales and support staff at Park. My recent dealings have all been with Dave Somerville who is wonderful to work with. Hes patient (Ive had MANY test drives over the years to find the right fit), takes the time to ask how myself and my family are doing each visit, and I get the sense he genuinely cares (the birthday and holiday cards are always a pleasant surprise each year as well).Ive had dealings with other dealerships in the past that have simply left me feeling uneasy about completing such a large financial transaction-Ive NEVER felt this way when working with Dave or anyone else on the Park Auto Group team. The transition to new ownership in the last few years has seemed seamless to an outsider looking in. The few issues Ive had with my vehicles have stemmed from Service related dealings but even those have ultimately been settled fairly and with minimal headache.

All of my experiences at Park have been nothing but exceptional, They take the time to make sure everything related to my Subarus service appointment is perfect, Excellent communication and appointment reminders when I make my service appointment on line. Professional and courteous greetings when I arrive and they even provide courtesy transportation to drop me off for breakfast while my Subaru is being tended to. And, of course, my Subaru is returned to me repaired correctly every time. What more can I say than Park Auto Group does an excellent job of making sure their customers are satisfied.

Not one to normally leave reviews, but Serra was spectacular. From the first contact to the final deal, every part of the process was not only painless, but almost enjoyable. Fran, the salesperson, performed excellently in a low pressure fashion and the sales manager was pleasant and accomadating. So much better than dealing with sleazy used car lots and their supposed deals. I got a high quality vehicle, in top condition, at a fair price. Who could ask for more?

Tom B is as good as it gets as a sales person. He is the utmost professional and very knowledgeable and helpful during the process. I highly recommend. Tom F genuinely cares about his employees and it shows by all of their positive attitudes and will to help. Just the other day I was in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Normally, a review wouldn’t be this long for something like that, but I felt I had to give back too. From the start Catherine was kind and friendly. I brought my kids with me and they were already rattled because Dad booked the appointment during the OSU game. Catherine made them feel comfortable by offering candy and showing them the waiting room where the game was on. We took advantage of the amenities and had some popcorn, hot cocoa, and coffee and enjoyed a quarter or so before the car was done. Throughout the visit as employees walked by, they acknowledged my young children and were extremely kind and nice. Kids get antsy, but they didn’t want to leave. This is the reason we keep coming back to this store. I can buy a car anywhere, but the entire staff and team makes me so comfortable that I don’t even bother looking anywhere else. Went in to have a look and get information. Spoke with Jose, who was so friendly and knew his stuff! I didnt make a purchase....yet. But Jose gave me a bunch of insight, answered All my questions, and didnt try to force me into a decision. Cars are an expensive purchase, right? Dont throw caution to the wind and buy whatever is pretty! Jose sent me off well-informed and confident that Id make a good decision FOR ME. Serra, in this area, come up as the lowest price for the Best vehicles in Apples-to-Apples comparison to other dealers in this area...and No Pushy Salespeople!
Adam was courteous, polite, and very thorough. He showed us the car we wanted to see as well as another one for a similar price. Adam offered to show us some more, but we were pretty sure we wanted the one car. The last time I bought a car, the salesman steered me towards one vehicle and only that vehicle; its refreshing to find someone who is willing to show you all of your options and allow you to make an educated decision. We liked Adam so much that we named our car Adam!

This was my first service appointment for my New ILX. Service was an ease. No wait time to check in with the service advisor. He explained in detail what they were going to service and check. I had to buy a vehicle to replace the one that had just died that morning. I found one online that I liked and called ahead to see if it was still available. Once I got there, we quickly took a test drive, and I told them that I had to buy it as quickly as possible so I could be home for a 4:00 appointment. They provided a great car with fast, yet quality service and I made it home on time.
By far the easiest buying experience Ive ever had with a new car. Our salesman, John Graham, was patient with us and never made us feel pressured what so ever. Made sure my wife was completely comfortable going from an SUV to a sedan and answered all of her questions.If youre going to buy a Honda in the Akron area, go to Serra and ask for John. This is a dealership that is doing things right in terms of customer service. I hear their commercials on 97.5 WONE and can tell right away they stand out from other dealers. They seem friendly and genuinely interested in helping people. Ive met several of their employees and every one of them is extremely personable and nice. Theyre also very committed to their local community, which says a lot for their character. Id recommend Serra to anyone in the market for a vehicle.
Had a great experience with Burke Davis and the Serra Auto Park group with a recently purchased Acura RDX. I don’t usually like the whole car buying experience but Burke made it pleasant and hassle free. I really appreciated that he followed up but wasn’t pushy about the purchase. I’ve had the car several months now and love it.
Everyone at Park Auto is always so kind! This is a lost art in most businesses today. They make taking your car in for service (or recall in my case) a pleasant experience instead of a dreaded chore. Joe was so nice to me and gave me a flower at the end of my appointment! Who does that?! Park takes customer service to the NEXT level! I did not buy my current Mazda from them, but I certainly will buy my next car there. Keep up the good work and great customer service!
This was the second vehicle we purchased from Park. I very much appreciate a dealership who prices their cars well to start and is willing to be very fair on trade in values. I have always been treated with respect at this dealership and the atmosphere and employees are very welcoming. If you have unreasonable expectations like your 1995 Cavalier is worth $10,000 on trade, Id suggest you go elsewhere. If you are looking for a fair price, reasonable people, and honesty, Id suggest you stop at Park.

This was my first time going to Park Subaru. From the moment I called to picking up my car, the customer service was exceptional. Everyone I spoke with was polite and helpful. Kyle M is who I dealt with. The problem I was having wasnt an obvious issue and instead of telling me nothing was wrong like I was told at another auto shop they investigated more and were able to fix the issue! My battery was also replaced and they set my clock and radio presets to what I had. Overall 10/10 and I would come back.

Dropped my car off for service late at night at the Chevy location on Arlington. An emergency situation with no warning to the service department. Eric Hoffman was able to get my car in, get it diagnosed, get the parts and have it completely fixed by 1:30 the next afternoon (on the day before a Holiday). Eric even arranged for some one to come to my work to pick me up when it was done (thanks Brittany!). A major issue resolved quickly, correctly and pleasantly. Great selection, great staff, great experience! This was my first car buying experience and it couldnt have gone better! Steve Kappel was wonderful to work with and made the entire process significantly less stressful for me. He was patient with my indecisiveness and gave me plenty of time to chose my Subaru Crosstrek. He then went out of his way and came in on his day off to make sure everything was perfect before I drove my car home. First service on our new Legacy. I called after having difficulty scheduling on website (as I have on the past with our previous Subaru purchased elsewhere). Service Manager Mark Pavlick took the call himself and got me in the same day! Service was done thoroughly in less than an hour and its nice to get a carwash anytime youre in for service. Live our new car and Park Auto Groups Service and Sales as well.
I just purchased my second vehicle from the Park Group. I have found it to be a good experience both times. I found a vehicle I wanted online and sent a notice for a test drive. I was contacted in a timely manor. The initial vehicle that I was looking at was already sold but our sales person Dejan took time to understand what my requirements were and provided several good alternatives that were within my price range. I was very pleased with the excellent service and will go back again.
I took my acura mdx in for a recall fix and dealt with Jack frost, he was very nice and everything was done in great timing, I was given a loaner car that he explained all the bells and whistles to make sure I was comfortable, quick and great customer service! They topped off all my fluids and washed and swept my car too! Great experience and I will be back to get my car serviced again!

2022-03-16Best Car buying experience ever! I had been wanting to replace my Honda Accord with another Honda Accord. I wasnt originally looking for a hybrid but am very pleased with the Honda Accord Hybrid that I purchased. Dave was very pleasant and easy to deal with. 2022-03-21Quintin McKenzie at Serra Chevy got me into this beautiful 2018 Toyota Yaris iA. Quintin was the best to work with. He was helpful, informative, and a great salesman! Quintin should teach a class on customer relations. The finance department was fast and beyond efficient they did alll they could to get me the best situation. What Serra does for its customers after they drive away in amazing cars is above all else. You need a new or used vehicle from a group of people that exudes class and service you go to Serra Auto Park and definitely ask for Quintin McKenzie

2022-05-03It was excellent! Jose was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable about all the vehicles I test drove that day. It truly was the best vehicle buying experience I have had! Other dealerships I have been to in the past were very pushy and just wanted their commission checks and didn’t really care about my needs. That was not the case at Serra Auto with Jose. He wasn’t pushy at all and listened to my needs and presented me with multiple options that would fulfill my needs and was incredibly patient while I made my decision. I would definitely recommend going to Serra Auto and Jose for your next vehicle!

2022-03-06Matt Hone was the salesman that helped me from the time I reached out incurring a 2015 Subaru Legacy till the time I was able to buy the 2015 Subaru Legacy. Matt was not like typical Salesman. He was not pushy about me getting the car, which many salesman do making me not look at cars in person unless it’s a for-sure thing that could be done. He was more about making sure he was able to get done what I needed and making sure that I was satisfied without the process. He was able to answer any questions I had. 2022-05-30Serra Honda. We hit a deer on 80 and we’re able to drive to Serra Honda. Matt, our service rep was great. It took several days to get the insurance appraiser to look at car since it happened on a Friday but once we got an approved estimate, the repair was done quickly.Everyone at Serra was polite and helpful. I highly recommend this service area.

2021-09-07My wife recently purchased a RDX after reluctantly parting with our 07 Lexus. The Lexus was an amazing vehicle but its age and milage was beginning to become a concern for her main vehicle. Probably the best vehicle weve ever owned we hope that this Honda does as well, I expect it will. We would have replaced it with another Lexus but their styling is just trying too hard, sorta like they are texting in all CAPS if you know what I mean?Lexus also seem to be evolving into the Oldsmobile of that market segment which is cool we all get older, but you dont need to show it necessarily hence my wifes affection for the Red ASpec model Accura. Most All modern vehicles lack any soul or personality and this one seems to diverge slightly from that. I recently did a high performance LS Swap into my 65 Impala SS so I have a more informed perspective than many people on car culture and historical relevance.Steve was my wifes sales representative and was very polite and helpful in the days of Carvana. Upon arrival to pick up the vehicle I began transferring the license plate and my wife went inside unbeknownst to Steve. He handled it well this random guy with small tools in their parking lot messing with a vehicle he had just sold, so I give him additional props for that. My bad, as a confirmed introduction would probably have been in order, I just assumed that my wife may have made contact already.We first identified this model at the last Auto Show at the IX Center in 2019 as a potential replacement for her Lexus. In the meantime the New model Accura didnt go up in price significantly, our trade in value went up $1500.00 (I hate selling cars at home) and we put about another 12K miles on it so that was all good. With internet research till you walk into a showroom you pretty much know whats worth what etc. so a dealerships role isnt what it used to be. However when parting with around $50K its nice to touch it before you actually buy it.My Depression Dad always told me cars were money pits which they are so you better make them FUN! Im happy shes happy and we have a vehicle that is an actual color not some lame shade of silver, grey, white, black etc. etc. which most vehicles seem to be anymore. For me about the only vehicle Accura has that turns my head is the NSX and that aint happening so theres that too.Personally I havent driven the vehicle yet about five days after it has arrived. Honestly while I appreciate useful technology there seems to be a lot of pretty useless gadgets for the most part with these level of vehicles. The car is basically a CRV that they charge more and had to justify the basis spread. They added cumbersome layers of technology in an attempt to create an experience (read the Experience Economy) to justify the cost of Accura ownership vs. Honda since there is very little difference in the core vehicle. Thats okay, that what car makers do.

My salesman Glenn, helped me find the exact car wanted, stayed in contact with me regularly from October all the way to January as it got delayed. Would highly recommend this place.

2022-03-26Matt at Serra made my car buying experience pain free! My old cars heat broke as winter was getting worse and I needed a new car ASAP. He had a lot of knowledge about the cars available of all makes and models, and explained financing which was very helpful. Im very happy with the car I brought home and will definitely go back for my future car needs!
