I had been shopping for several months in the Pittsburgh, PA area for a used car for my son. Visited a few Honda/Acura dealers here and the cars were in such bad shape when we arrived. I spotted an Acura RDX at Serra Acura and inquired about it. Dustin replied to my inquiry within the hour and was so helpful. Since we were over 2 hours away I wanted to make sure the car was in good condition before we drove to Akron. He took numerous pictures from various angles of the car and answered the multitude of questions I had. After reviewing all the pictures everything met our needs and we decided to drive out to get the car. They had 90% of the paperwork completed and ready to go when we got there. After a short test drive and signing some documents we were on our way back to Pittsburgh. Without any hesitation I would highly recommend Dustin to help you with your new/used car needs.
We have been customers since 2011, and have always received great service, from purchasing my vehicle, to routine maintenance, to diagnosing a recent issue. Jake is very personable and trustworthy. Easily explained what needed to be done, gave options, summarized afterward. No pressure. Happy to give Serra my service business because of Jake’s superior level of customer service. Had a great conversation about local restaurants that serve Hungarian food. Lost track of time! Highly recommended.
Al was knowledgeable & attentive in answering all my questions to determine which vehicle was in my best interest & budget. He gave exceptional service explaining all the new technology & features on the TLX.He also followed up on how I was enjoying my new TLX. He offered any further assistance I may need in the future.
Service department was awesome and very fast in by 1pm out by 230pm. Car was cleaned inside and out. It is only fair that I mention Jack Frost my advisor! When I visit Serra Acura Jack is my advisor he makes sure my car is perfect when returned to me & that I am beyond 💯 satisfied! If there is something that I am unsure of or not happy with Jack goes above & beyond to make sure I’m totally satisfied & happy and I love that! Jack is the best
I usually don’t leave reviews but after my experience at Serra Acura this one is definitely warranted. I worked with Matt, who easily was the best salesman that I have encountered while trying to buy a car. He was attentive, listened to my needs/wants, recognized the research I did and worked with me quite easily with price and accessories. I also want to recognize the new car sales manager who made The deal/transaction smooth. Anyone looking for an Acura needs to stop here first and I would highly recommend you ask for Matt!
Ha used to named Park Acura, now Serra Acura.Be-careful with this dealership, they sold me a car on Certified Pre-owned, which was determined by their techs to be CPO, however over the year of ownership I have noticed over paint issues, paint match (see picture) issues. I ask this as a rhetorical question, how does one claim something on warranty when the car has been already damaged?Anyways, dont believe this place. Be on your guard and always get a third party to inspect the used cars that comes and goes through this place.Edit: Nothing ever came of the sales managers call. Not sure why photos were removed. Added photo of mismatched paint.
Brought my Acura in for routine maintenance and Jack was very friendly and helpful. Explained everything thoroughly and it was done in the amount of time that he said it would. They even helped me with some technical questions I had and I left with a newly washed car. Thank you!
Working with Ed and the Serra team was a breeze from start to finish. I made the purchase from out of town and Ed was very responsive, sending pictures of the vehicle, answering all of my questions via phone call and texts, and holding the car while I made my final decision. This was a 2 week process and there was absolutely no pressure from Ed. Adam on the finance team was also great providing clear and detailed information about the lending process. Also helping me to get a much lower rate than my local dealerships. Lastly, I had a post purchase issue that was immediately resolved via phone with the service center team! I would recommend anyone to give Serra consideration. There pricing is fair, their service is excellent and I would definitely go back again. Good customer service matters and you will get that at Serra!
I recently had an issue with my AcuraMDX and called Sierra Auto in Green, Oh. Jack Frost was my contact. He was so helpful and thorough explaining what they were going to look for. He assured me nothing was being recalled so they went ahead and sent the car to the technician. He soon emailed me that the problem was corrected. Jack Frost went over everything and assured me it was fixed. He was so nice efficient. I was very impressed with him.. I would recommend him to anyone…
I have purchased many cars in the past. By far, this was the most pleasant car purchase I have ever made. I purchased a 2014 MDX and my sales person was Ed Mckenna. I highly recommend looking him up. Very friendly and absolutely no pressure or awkward feelings of thinking youre being tricked. In fact, quiet the opposite. Looked at two cars and he went through and explained the pros and cons of each one. Supporting Ed was Joi Chevalier. She was friendly and very respectful of my time as we communicated over a two week period before I was able to get to the dealership which is 2.5 hours from where I live. Thank you Serra Acura for an outstanding service and experience.
From the moment we walked into the dealership to the point we drove off in two new vehicles (where we were only looking to buy one), Steve was a consummate professional. Not pushy at all. As usual, Serra Acura did a great job. The service was timely and done well (a warranty fix). Jacob was a professional, friendly service manager and Mike was a thorough and effective service tech.Another great job by Serra, another warranty fix. This time it was Jack who teamed up with Mike. Great work, professional, effective and they took the time needed to solve the problem.One small issue after the warranty fix. Problem solved.Routine service…also done well. Every time I come here I have a great experience. I personally do all of the service on my car but whenever I have an issue that I cant seem to figure out, I go here. Its an hour drive but well worth it. The service department is upfront and do not try and swindle money out of you, which is a nice change of pace compared to other places (crown acura in brookpark). They do not pressure you to pay for this or that, they give you your options and let you decide. Love how they send a video showing exactly what the issue is as well, allowing for easy repair/replacement when I choose to do it myself. The communication by the service rep is also always very quick and informational. Well worth spending the small amount of money to have professionals check out my car. Overall just a great experience.
I am going on a weekend trip and needed service ASAP. My regular dealership could not get me in for 2 full weeks. I called Serra and they got me in the same day! I was very happy with the service! They even tried to save me money by not rotating my near bald tires, but hubby insisted. I will be going back!
Best service adviser ever, Jack Frost, he makes sure that my TLX is up to parr. Unlike other dealers I have previously visited, He never rushes me, takes the time to make sure my car is in tip-top shape and I am a happy and satisfied customer. I drive 35+ miles so that Jack can personally take care of me and my TLX! And I received beautifulflowers!
AMAZING CAR LEASING EXPERIENCE. Sherman Thomas made this the most positive fun experience. He was patient, understanding and had extensive knowledge. He didnt try to push me into anything. I wanted a Luxury Car that was Sporty and ME. Sherman cared about my concerns, my wants and wanted to make this happen for me as much as I wanted the car. When other dealerships said no, Park Acura said YES! To me this was a validation that I finally after years of being placed in a car, I got what MY HEART desired and so much more! They dont just sell you a car, they make you feel like a friend or family. All of the sales staff, Front desk receptionist, to the gentleman who took extra care to make my car perfect and shiny. The service department here is excellent! I’ve had my car there several times for general maintenance and they’ve always treated me great and treated my car as if it was their own. Thank you guys for all your hard work! Big thanks to Jake and Jack for going the extra mile!
The service department is awesome! I bought a set of 4 tires and had some basic maintenance service on my car. They update you via text and send A video showing everything checked on your car . A part wasnt available until the next day, so they sent me home with a brand-new loaner like my Acura. The service department sent my car back cleaned inside and out.
I worked with Matt and he was great. He was honest and I felt like he listened to what I wanted and helped me get into my second Acura! He was pleasant and friendly to work with. The process is always intimidating buying a car but, with Matt at Serra Acura I felt very comfortable. Acura offered great incentives and I will be referring family ans friends to see Matt!
I compare the service department at Serra Acura to a family restaurant with decent food and service versus a fine dining experience with amazing care, food and service. From the Test Drive WITH me to more accurately know what issues I had been experiencing to the video the technician made as he assessed the problems under the car...WOW. Every step of the process was high level and should be the standard bearer for all service departments!

This was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. My purchases began online with a few questions about the vehicle I was interested in. Matt contacted me via phone to get more details of my needs and expectations for the purchase. Within an hour, he was able to get the price/payment that I wanted. There was no haggling for a price which was fantastic. As mentioned- my buying experience started on line because I live 2 hours from Serra Acura. This was by far the best experience we have had at a car dealership. It was easier than getting a cell phone! We were treated so well, no pressure. Matt really worked to get us in the vehicle we wanted and made it affordable. The facility was clean and comfortable. All the staff (salesmen, service department, finance associate) were personable and helpful. With two young children in tow, we appreciated thefast process with a great end result.

I recently replaced my windshield on my Rlx @ accurate auto glass. They attempted to perform a calibration on my car but they failed at accurate auto glass I spent 6 hrs at the shop to find out I have to refer to my dealer to get it done. I brought my car to Jack at Serra Acura. Jack is such a great person he is very caring and make sure your problem is resolved In a timely manner. Jack enjoys helping people this is why the customer service in the service center is so great. You pay a little more at the dealer but you can rest assure it’s done right. Thank you Jack!
Ve had this 2003 serviced by Serra/Park since I bought it there, new. Jack Frost has been there that long ,and knows me and my car. Lately at 87 years of age and disabled needing a walker, Jack gave me even more than his courteous, professional service. I had a side view mirror replaced and the plastic inside bolt cover was not on hand. So, rather than setting up a long ride back again to get it, Jack showed me how to install it, and he mailed to me overnight one day later! Following Jacks easy instructions, I had no problem snapping it into place. I havent any complaints as long as hes there...and cares.
Jack was great! He was able to get my vehicle in the same day I called and made sure my son and I were comfortable while we waited. I would recommend Jack and Serra Acura to anyone looking for a new car. They definitely stand behind their sales and service and make sure their customers are well taken care of.
Jack Frost delivered what I expected of service at a dealership and more. We took a quick ride in the RDX and he diagnosed the noise problem. He explained what the repair process would be and approximately how long it would take to complete. I had told him not to wash the car because I had to drive back to Cleveland on a snowy, sloppy day. When the repair was complete, he walked me to my very clean car. I enjoyed the quiet ride home. To bad the clean car was not clean when I got back home. My experience with service at Serra Acura was excellent
I have been taking my Acuras to Serra and the previous owner for many years. The service is great but the most important thing is in the past 3 million miles I have never had a breakdown. It is nice to have friendly service people but the most important thing is that the cars have always performed very well. If my car would break down then I would miss an appointment and that would cost me money. They have always been very friendly people and have always done great work when they said it would be ready.
Went in for factory service, drove from 45 minutes away. One of the nicest dealerships Ive ever been to. From the minute I entered, Matt went out of his was to make me feel comfortable and at home. Oriented me to the waiting area, one of the nicest Ive ever seen - complimentary Starbucks, soft seating, TVs everwhere so I could relax and watch ESPN, or whatever. Great experience. Will be back.
I highly recommend Serra Acura. I took my Acura in for a recall fix and was treated very well. I was in and out of there as quick as possible with updates along the way.I appreciate their professionalism and friendly attitude. I did not purchase the car there and it was a recall fix, but they still assisted me as if I was a repeat customer, which I greatly appreciated.Great service guys! Ill definitely go back for other maintenance needs, or when its time to upgrade the Acura!
Excellent, as always. Jack Frost listens to the customer and works with me in maintaining my Acura TL so it never has problems. The service department has never let me down. All work is done right the first time every time. I might be able to save money going elsewhere but I used to like the sign in the old Park Acura, Park Honda garage. We can match their prices but they cant match our quality.
Had a great car buying experience at Serra. They were not pushy and were very straight forward with me when I asked for a quote. Matt did an excellent job with me all the way through the process. Would definitely buy from Matt and Serra again in the future. Matt was very helpful and patient. I felt like our interaction was always very professional and business-like with no pressure. I would highly recommend buying from Matt. He made it a very positive experience.
Again and again, Serra Acura’s service department “service” is out of this world. In a pinch, got us in and out same day right before our college student had to go back to school. They’re beyond professional but more importantly, my wife loves them because they treat her with such dignity and respect. Absolutely polite and they’re great at what they do.
As always, Jack Frost was thorough, communicative, honest, straightforward, and treated me with the extra kind of attention I’d expect from a luxury dealership. I was offered a coffee and told I could make myself comfortable, watch tv, and enjoy a coffee while I waited. When a customer, like me, receives service, it is an inconvenience to our daily routine. Jack understands this and the value of my time. Originally, I didn’t need a loaner because I planned on my service taking a couple of hours. When I added on a service, Jack took initiative in preparing a loaner for me so I didn’t sit at the dealership wasting my day. He went through the operations of the loaner and made sure I was comfortable before leaving. Upon the completion of my service, Jack went through the paperwork to ensure I understood what was done, how it was explained on the paperwork going home with me, and was forthcoming. I feel I can trust Jack and that he won’t try to trick me into spending more money on unnecessary services. This goes a long way in my book and will keep me coming back to Serra Acura. Jack is a class act and is deserving of high praise. He has made a customer out of me for the foreseeable future, and I am thankful I can trust his guidance in the care of my MDX. Thanks, Jack!!
I took my Acura TL SH-AWD to Serra for service after buying it 3 years ago and havent wanted to take it anywhere else. The customer service I receive from Adam, Ryan and Jack has always been exemplary and I always feel confident that my experience will be very positive. This is a top notch operation and I will be a customer for life. Very happy!

Matt not only found it, but delivered it to us an hour away! The managing partner, Tom Flory, also took the time to greet us, and help expedite the paperwork. My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Sherman Thomas, a salesman from Serra. The customer service we received was outstanding. We drove from Atlanta to purchase and pickup the car and Sherman brought the car to the hotel to pick us up and take us back to dealership. He took time to go over the options that the vehicle had and how to operate them. He sent us a link so that we would have it once we got home as it was a lot of information to remember. Sherman made sure we had everything we needed and then some. We would strongly recommend him if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.
Jack Frost took care of us again for our 36,000 mile oil change and tire rotation along with a recall on our fuel pump with our 2019 MDX. He said it may take 2 hours to get it all done especially on a Saturday however it was little more than an hour when he came to let us know they were already done. This is at least my 5th time at the dealership and I am treated like gold each time! I can’t say enough about Serra Acura, they are the best dealership I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with many in my time. Everyone I have encountered there is always polite, kind and respectful! I recommend them highly!!!!
Last month, my husband and I went to Serra Acura in the hopes of finding a new car. My previous car was also an Acura, so I really wanted to stay with them... it was a great car- had it 17 years! When we got there, our sales person, Ed McKenna, came out and greeted us. He asked us about all of our needs then helped us to find the perfect car... my new 2021 RDX! Ed made the buying process feel as if we were working with a friend. And everyone at the dealership was pretty much every bit as welcoming!! This was my first time at Serra Acura, as I needed to get a key programmed. I was impressed with the level of service I received, as well as the professionalism. They did a thorough video check of my car, and provided me with a car wash. I will certainly be back in the future for any further services I may need!
Sherman Thomas- when I find a dealer I like I tend to always stick to them. I have been buying acuras here since 2003. They always work with you to get you the best deal and the customer service level cannot be beaten. Park Acura truly does treat you like family and will always go out of their way to make the customer happy. Sherman Thomas is the exact same way, I called him recently and told him I wanted a new mdx, told him color and package. I then made an appt an in less than one hour I was already driving off in my new car. He had made sure everything was already printed and the car was ready and it was the most painless car buying experience ever. If you are in the market for a new car you owe it to yourself to check these guys out you wont regret it
My wife and I are very happy with the buying experience at Serra Acura! Matt Denholm, our sales consultant was very knowledgeable about the SUV we wanted and did all he could to get the color and options we wanted with no sales pressure ! Matt and Justin Bako the sales manager worked with us to make a deal that worked for both of us! The finance manager, Josh was also a pleasure to work with. Again, no pressure to add things, explained all the paper work and had us in and out of his office in less than 20 minutes! Matt then took at least 45 minutes of his time to explain all the technology in our vehicle, paired our phones and invited us to call or visit with any other questions. We highly recommended Serra Acura for the purchase of a new or used Acura. And did I mention their service department? Ive been using them for over 12 years, again outstanding.

I want to sincerely thank the great people at Serra Acura who made my recent lease transaction a fantastic experience.Ashley was extremely kind and accommodating by working with me over text messaging during the entire process. She and I finalized the deal, and I was able to put down a deposit over the phone and just head over to the dealership to pick up the car a couple days later.Upon arrival, Matt helped me out on behalf of Ashley since she had an unexpected commitment that morning, and he was exceptionally courteous and extremely informative about everything. The only thing I had to do before driving off was to sign a few documents with Dave from finance who did an awesome job as well. Advisor Adam provided efficient and safe interactions. My first exposure with the dealers iService feature raises the bar on transparency and customer servicing. The feature included near time video reviews of the vehicle multi point service inspection. The technician, Craig, presented a clear and concise commentary. I departed more assured that my 17MT RDX was in great shape. Highly recommend Serra Acura for Sales and Service needs.
I was in NEED of a new car due to a (not at fault) accident that left my Toyota Highlander completely demolished. At the time of the accident the payoff on my Toyota was $303! While that was a bit hard to swallow the only thing that mattered was my safety. After being hit hard enough that my car rolled several times it left me feeling a bit vulnerable! I have owned MANY Toyotas in the past & one Acura. The Acura was my most favorite car I had owned out of all of them by far. So back to Acura I went. I had my heart set on an MDX. What a beautiful, dependable, comfortable SAFE SUV. My husband & I showed up to Serra Acura on a Wednesday evening after our work day a whole hour prior to them closing for the evening. Ed McKenna jumped right into to help us! Ed took us to the one I wanted to see. Went over some of the vehicle specs, reviewed some of the fantastic options it had to offer, he welcomed & answered all of our questions no matter how silly or off the wall! Ed then sent us out for a test drive! Needless to say we made a deposit that evening so the car couldnt be sold. Keep in mind we had not received a dime from the insurance company yet & had a nice rental car that was being paid for until we received the total loss payment for the Toyota. Next step was to meet with Josh Gibitz the finance manager. This guy moved mountains for me! What he was able to put together & make happen is just incredible. I also work in finance - the home improvement side for the last 10 years - so I know the ins & outs, I know what to look for, what questions to ask. Im more than familiar with interest rates & terms & reading loan disclosures. Josh is fantastic at his job. He clearly knows his lenders & has great relationships with them. If he didnt I would have picked up on it in a heartbeat!Thank you Serra Acura, Thank you Ed & Josh! My experience was nothing but positive & I would recommend anyone to yall! I love my new MDX!

Love how they send videos of what they are doing and you get updates on what needs fixed and the cost and you can approve (or deny) it all right from your phone. It was a great experience from the moment we walked in last week. Extremely professional team, not pushy at all. This was our first time at Serra, and my wife and I were helped by the very courteous and knowledgeable Ashley, who added so much value to the entire experience by understanding our needs perfectly, engaging fully and patiently working through the sale. And great follow up the next day after the transaction, to see if we were happy with the car and also answered the million questions (never drove something so advanced before - lol) we pestered her with. Great customer service! Took my vehicle in to have smart key programmed. Surprised that I did not need to schedule an appointment. Service was quick. In addition, I received a multi-point inspection and a car wash. Will definitely come back if I need any future services.
Jack Frost, at Serra Acura did a great job with the car, and with my wife and I.We had the car in for service, which I thought was a oil change and tire rotation, but is was more involved.I was planning on waiting, but he got me a car to use, so I wasn’t stuck at the dealership for a few hours.He went above and beyond what was expected, and helped me out.He has always be friendly and professional, and that’s why we use Serra Acura.
Adam was great as always. In the midst of this pandemic it is always refreshing and hopeful when someone greets you with a smile and asks how you are doing. I had an issue with my car and was quoted $1200 to repair the issue at a different Acura dealer (crown acura in Cleveland to be specific). Serra Acura spent over 2 hours problem solving my vehicle and told me they genuinely could not figure out what was causing the issue. They gave me a loaner vehicle and the next day informed me it was my high pressure fuel pump. They informed me it was covered under warranty and had it fixed that same day. Serra Acura saved me $1200 and convinced me to be a permanent customer. Even their salesmen made sure I was comfortable in the waiting room. Jack kept me posted the entire time and I cannot be more thankful for their service department.

Overall great buying experience without the sales pressure. My sales consultant, Matt, was very knowledgeable about the different models Acura offers and was honest and transparent with the information provided. The finance department was efficient and offered protection options for my certified vehicle without the pushy sales tactics yet provided me enough information for me to make an informed decision. I would definitely buy my future vehicles from Serra Acura.

Adam and his team at Serra Auto are both professional and kind. He keeps to the schedule of servicing cars with accuracy and preciseness. He is ready for the car. There is no waiting. The car is serviced in a timely manner. The customer can see what is being done on a phone app. while it is happening. The waiting room is comfortable. There are snacks and drinks available. When finished, the car comes back clean. The bill is presented in a clear and concise format. And women get flowers! I dont know if the men get them.
This was my first experience with Serra Service dept. I used AcuraLink to set up my appointment, did something wrong, and the appointment was not set up. They happily accommodated me even though the appt was not in the system. They texted a video while doing the service and then a text when done as I was waiting on the car. It was a pleasant experience. Every person was helpful and nice. I guess all this Is important because with my last car, I waited 6 weeks for an appt and the service people weren’t as helpful. Kudos to Serra Service.
Jack Frost has created a fantastic relationship for the past 15 years and works with me to insure that he meets the needs of my family. We have several MDX’s and all of them are high mileage by now. I believe it’s because I serviced my vehicles for years with him and he helped me make good choices so I could afford to stay at the dealer for all my Acura service. And as a result all the MDX’s run great and everything still works on them!
Matt made buying my new car a fun and easy experience. He is very knowledgeable about cars and helped me make a educated decision. He was always very polite and well manneted and I felt very comfortable during the whole process. I never once felt pressured into buying a vehicle from him. I visited several different dealerships that day and Matt was by far the best and I felt happy to giving him my sale.
Outstanding service at Serra(Park) is no surprise to me since Ive had my 2003 TL serviced ONLY there for 16 years. Today was exceptional. I brought my car in for a recall of a part, at no charge.They not only replaced the part, but gave my car their complete inspection, washed it -inside and out, while waited and enjoyed the best of Starbucks coffee and a muffin. Everyone on the staff that saw me said,hi. No wonder they call it Customer Pleasing!
I am on my 4th vehicle from Serra/Park Acura. I always deal directly with the Sales Manager Justin Bako and he is always very fair and very professional and that sets the tone for the rest of the dealership. I have worked with Mark Hamilton whenever I have taken delivery of my vehicles and he is great!Serra Acura is a lot different than any other car dealership I have dealt with. There are no games or any nonsense like you often hear about when it comes to the auto industry.I was recently in for service (during the pandemic) and I felt very safe when I was in the dealership. I worked with Jack Frost in the service dept. who is always very helpful (and he has a great name!) :)He always provides me a very thorough explanation of each service and what they find during the inspections. Went to Serra roughly 4 months back and was looking for a quote on an Acura TLX, hoping to find the cheapest among the 3 area dealers. Dave was excellent in providing feedback and referred me to Matt. Needless to say, my experience was Matt was not a good one. In the dealership and in our initial interactions, he was professional. When we communicated over email I had informed him I was no longer interested as I found a cheaper price for the vehicle at another dealer. He proceeded to make unprofessional comments about other businesses not having integrity if they offer cars that low and insinuated I, as the customer, shared those values. News flash: dealers need to read their customers. If the customer asks if the dealer can offer x price, and they can’t, no need for sour grapes. Just move on and hope that there’s another fit. I have the emails from Matt to prove the unprofessionalism he had exercised. One bad experience can ruin the entire experience and that’s what happened here. Never am I entertaining walking into Serra again. This salesperson went on to passive aggressively try to obtain the price I achieved at another dealer when I was resolute in my approach: bottom line price wins out and I had a specific price that if met, I would pull the trigger immediately which is exactly what happened at a dealer 15 minutes away.
I have written so many positive reviews of Serra Acura’s service department over the past 28+ years that I’m kind of running out of positive ways to describe my experience. Once again, they consistently provided quality service, excellent advice and another happy customer. Serra’s service department is the primary reason why we keep buying Acuras and are considering a new TLX right this very moment. Thanks Adam, Jack and the whole crew of Techs for another great visit.
Just went in for service and Adam Muntz-Dalton was our Service Advisor. He was really helpful and did a great job making sure what needed to be done was done well and not adding anything superfluous in. I always have a good experience with Serra Acura. They do quality work and take great care of their customers, as well as their vehicles. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Had the car for 4 months and had little issue with it, and called sherman and they got us in no questions asked and took GREAT care of us. Very friendly staff service department is great and fast! After spending few months and talking to tens of dealers, Park Acura (Jason) was the only dealer that gave me confidence that I needed. A lot of dealers are either shady or careless. Jason was very responsive, professional and friendly. I also appreciated the fact that he spent about an hour showing me all the bells and whistles of the car. It was a great experience from the first conversation we had, to the moment I drove away from the dealer. The whole process took about 24 hours. I live in NY and I drove about 5 hours to get there. Park Acura delivered everything that was promised. I can say with confidence that it was probably the best car buying experience Ive ever had. Great company to deal with. Schedule appointment using their website and drop the car off. When you drop the car, they will go over the service(s) they will perform. They also offer to TEXT (instead of calling you) when your car is ready. WHICH I LOVE!!! The work on my TL was done the way I expected it. I am a happy camper. The car is running and sounding great. Bottom line is: you get what you pay for. So for my peace of mind, I would rather drive 15 more minutes and go to Acura Dealer. Just my two cents

I had a noise coming from my brakes every time I hit the peddle. I called Serra Acura and scheduled my appointment dropped my car off and they had a loaner waiting for me. Later that afternoon I received a call from Jack Frost the service adviser that my RDX was completed and ready for me to pick up. When I arrived, my car was washed and Jack had all of my paperwork ready to go. Ive been dealing with Serra (Park) Acura for ten years and Ive never been disappointed by any aspect of their organization. I have always had wonderful service at Park Acura. Jack Frost is very good at keeping me informed on what needs to be fixed on my car and keeps the cost as low as possible. When I pick my vehicle up, he reviews all that was done with me and tells me what I may need to watch out for if it is something that does not need fixed right away.I have only had one issue with Park Acura in the 5 years I have been getting my car serviced there. When it was brought to their attention, it was corrected immediately with great satisfaction. I cannot speak about their sales, but I can speak from having my older Acura CL serviced here several times. Everyone Ive dealt with there have been professional and polite. They keep me very well updated on the progress of my vehicles service - any issues that come up, how long it will take, etc.My Acura is a very reliable car for its age, so I dont need to take it in for repairs often; plus I do my own oil changes and brakes. I had local mechanic I worked with on other cars Ive owned, and I thought Id save money and use them for recent issues on my Acura. But they could not properly diagnose problems with my car, they installed defective parts, and did not do a good job verifying their fixes when it was done. So, I spent decent money there.Park Acura found the real cause of my problems, which turned out to be pretty minor, which means I spent less money than I expected to spend there. They completely looked over my car and told me everything I was wrong, and did not pressure me to get some of the less-important things fixed. Also, they have free loaner vehicle service, so I dont have to take my wifes car to work. Overall, theyre a great place to get your Acura serviced!
Overall, the service visit was (again) very positive. I thought 90 minutes for a routine oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection and car wash was on the long side, as I was anticipating 60-75 min. In the future, suggest communicating this at time of arrival, or preferably, find a way to accelerate the process.
In all my years, this was my most pleasant and pain-free experience purchasing a new car. Having been through experiences where it has taken over six hours to negotiate a trade, negotiate purchase price, secure financing, and take delivery, this time was outstanding. Sherman Thomas treated us very well and was very respectful of our time and needs. I have already recommended Park Acura and Sherman to several friends.
Sherman Thomas and Serra Acura delivered as promised!We looked for a specific color and interior of the MDX. Sherman had it, pricing was fair and very easy to work with. I also heard other salesman be just like Sherman while we there and talk about the customer needs and wants without attempting an oversell. Sherman made the technology instructions easy as well. We drove an hour to get to Sherman, passing 3 closer dealers and truly felt that the drive was worth the time, and in the end, because the lack of hassle most dealers give you to buy more, we got home earlier than the dealer 15 minutes from our house. We highly recommend and will be back.

I recently purchased an Acura with the help from Casey at Serra Mazda. After test driving several different cars I finally decided on the Acura RDX. Casey was so helpful and patient with me, she even stayed late to hep us get the paperwork done. A few days later she even showed me how to do all the car settings. Was searching for the 2019 Acura RDX. Visited a few dealerships but ended up purchasing at Serra Acura. Matt had me take a test drive, explained the features of the SUV and got me an immediate appraisal of my prior vehicle as well as pricing. He was friendly, no pressure and followed up by email while I was test driving other vehicles. I finally decided the RDX was my favorite and Matt put in the build order. A few weeks later, my new vehicle came in and Matt did a thorough overview of the features as well as introduction to service dept. Paperwork was quick and efficient. Car purchasing was never easier. I was dreading my appointment to get my car serviced...BORING....but let me tell you...while I was there...I had TV, Starbucks coffee and freshly made popcorn...and lucky for me another customer was also waiting and the two of us had lots in common.such as dog training. We talked and talked and bingo...my car was done and so was hers...lt was all very pleasant. plus my car was all done for several months now...I love my ACCURA...and better yet I love the Acura service....

He also took the time to explain any differences in the loaner car from what I usually drive. Scheduling was easy, and payment was able to be completed via text app.

At no time did I feel any pressure from Jack to immediately have any of these repairs done immediately. This was greatly appreciated.
