This storage facility was conveniently located making it easy to access any needed items. Deanna was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. She showed me the unit I was interested in and it was very clean and dry. She even gave me tips on how to place furniture in the unit to maximize space. We followed her suggestions it made a huge difference. Everything was clearly explained and there were no surprises. I highly recommend this facility.
I have used secure self storage for quite a while now. They were the best priced storage place I could find. The ladies in the office are the sweetest! They genuinely care about their customers. I see them once a month to pay my bill and they always remember my name and ask how my business is going. They take very good care of the grounds. This will always be my 1st choice for storage.
This is my first time renting a storage unit, and Extra Space Storage made the entire experience very easy. Deana was very professional throughout the entire experience, and she explained my options, such as auto-payment, very thoroughly. This is my second time dealing with Extra Space Storage and I am once again satisfied. I find their process for reserving and receiving a unit very simple and accommodating. When I reserved my unit this time and went in to pay for my unit I dealt with Deana Montisano and I thought she was incredible. She was super friendly and helpful and got me exactly what I needed and made sure I understood everything that had to do with my unit, including showing me the size I was considering just to make sure everything I was planning on storing would work in that sized unit. I am very pleased with my experiences with Extra Space Storage and I am so happy I found them for my storing needs!
Extra Space is the best storage facility that I have ever used. The property is neat, clean and well kept. Deana was great in getting me setup with temporary storage during my recent relocation. The process was easy and trouble-free. Thank you Deana for all of your help and thank you Extra Space.
First time getting storage unit and actually found a place a little cheaper but after talking to Deana and meeting her I decided on this place. She is very professional and helpful and units are clean and very well maintained.
I rented a unit here 9 months ago based upon the good reviews but have had such a bad experience. First of all when I initially went there to fill out paperwork they have a huge sign that says first month free, I inquired about it and they said no it wasnt offered to my size unit. Next, when we would go to load more stuff we found frogs inside our unit! Lastly when we were finally ready to move out we got the surprise of a mold infestation! Now a lot of our belongings are a total loss. We paid $1000 to these people for safe storage and now have to replace many items. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
This was a very nice experience. Conveniently located to my work and the lady got me in and out in no time. If anyone needs a little extra space for storage, go see Deana and expect a fast and courteous experience. 👍
Deana makes storing easy. She answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. I am not sure when I will need to store but Deana assured me that when I need a unit she will find a space that will work for what I am storing. Deana is the reason I will choose this place when the time comes.
Brandy is amazing always willing to help, Ive stored my belonging here for over 2 yrs. Any issues Ive had were addressed immediately n solved to my satisfaction. My belongs are safe n well kept at this facility . Thank you again brandy

Quaint 19th century technology that requires complete duplication of everything done by phone. If you use them, don’t bother signing up online or by phone.

2022-08-05When I left Ohio, I needed a place to store most of my things while I figured out what my long term plan was. Moving my stuff into my unit was quick and easy and any supplies I mightve been missing (i.e. bubble wrap, a lock, plate sleeves, etc.) were available for purchase. I rented my unit from July 2021 - August 2022 and throughout that time, Deana was always so lovely and helpful. If there were any issues with my direct debit payment, they made sure to communicate promptly and help me solve the issue. I would highly recommend this place for long term storage as they really care about their customers and are always available to help.

2022-03-31We started renting a unit here almost a year ago. In that time we’ve had three rent increases. What started at $78 and is now at $106. Just disappointing. The staff is kind, the location is good, and the units aren’t bad, but we’re going to have to shop elsewhere as it continues to increase at this location for loyal customers.

2021-08-20I have had a storage unit at the SecurCare in Canton, OH (Highline Ave location) for the past 2 1/2 years and have only good things to say. I had a problem one day with the latch on the door and they had someone out there to fix it almost immediately. I recently got rid of several large items and had rented a smaller unit but when I went to move my things I realized the new one was not nearly big enough. It was before they even opened but the manager was there and within 15 minutes managed to find me another available unit. Really saved the day because Im not sure what I would have done. All the people I have dealt with there have been super nice and very accommodating.
