2021-06-12Ive been a customer with them for some time now. Honestly, their service could be better. Of course Im not pleased with the fact that the rental charges have increased quite a bit in my opinion during my tenure there. I have asked them several times to have the onsite manager lubricate the door of my unit so that its easier to lift and who has yet to be done. I should not have to request something like that several times. I think they can do a better job with helping their customers.

2019-08-30The original guy I dealt with 2 years ago was great. His replacement, not so much. After seeing me throw some items a way in the dumpster, he locks it. The items that I put in there were damaged, and there was literally nothing in there beforehand. And to be honest I had nothing else to go in there. I just thought it was kind of rude.

2018-02-11The new owners are super friendly, I never had issues with anyone trying to break in. Theres a coded gate. You can pay your bills online and even register for a new unit online too. I had a large outdoor unit for almost a year and even the outdoor unit was still okay in the early winter for my things.

2014-07-12I highly recommend this location. Close to the freeway so it makes for easy access. Christine, the manager is always patient, polite, accommodating and friendly. Even though Im going to be moving further away, Im keeping my storage items on Brush due the great customer service!

2016-05-12Very professional clean cut appearance and excellent customer service skills. I had no problem being shown a unit size because I was not sure what size I would need off of guessing. I would recommend this storage place for anyone looking for great, clean, friendly service.
