Ive seen Cat for several years. She is an excellent technician. I have fine hair, with some grey in it. I see her for highlights, perms, cuts and waxing. My hair always looks great. Perms are never too tight and colors pop without looking un-natural (although Im sure she could be artistic if asked, lol.) She knows her trade, has great skills and is knowledgeable about the products the salon sells. She is frendly and remembers little things we talked about during prior sessions. I look forward to my visits with her. I highly recommend her.
Im very upset, I got recommended this place and they were able to fit me in and I was very excited! I told them everything on the phone I wanted and when I got there the stylist told me she didnt have enough time to do my hair so she offered to do a partial color which was fine but when she offered pricing it was like 30$ cheaper than what I originally wanted and booked for (for the full color) so I asked, so for what I was its only 30 dollars more expensive but if you do a partial Ill have to come back to get it finished and I have to pay double the price?? And she said yes, so I chose to reschedule. I was very upset, I waited and drove almost an hour. For them to tell me I had to pay double the price to do my hair how I wanted because she didnt have time.. I even told the stylist, well they asked me the length and knew what I wanted and they thought it was plenty of time. Im not mentioning her name because she was nice but least to say, I did not end up rescheduling for my hair...
I see Kayla Trainer here. Excellent stylist with a friendly personality and good suggestions on products. Always clean and friendly staff too.
I have been here twice now with Dakota as my stylists. She is amazing! She is very knowledgeable about what she is doing and explains everything. She makes sure I am comfortable at all times and just has a smile that is contagious. The salon has a very homey feeling when you walk in. And everyone is very nice and professional. I refuse to go anywhere else.
I see a great nail tech named Dani. They are very accommodating with my limited schedule. It is a very clean and professional setting.
Deep tissue massage scheduled for 90 minutes. I was very clear I needed very deep tissue. After 40 minutes of “light rubbing” and so much oil it was pooling on my body, I POLITELY told the Massotherapist it wasn’t working. I politely go to counter explain situation quietly to not upset 23? Year old therapist and to pay for a 60 minute relaxation. That was kind of me. BUT, the OWNER/MGR KIM CAUSED A HUGE SCENE!!! Not only did KIM CONFRONT the girl but was arguing with me AND WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY CREDIT CARD BACK AS SHE IS WAVING IT IN AIR??
This was my first time in a Salon after many years of going to a friends basement due to saving money for medical purposes and I loved the experience. Ashley Perrin cut and styled my hair. Im absolutely obsessed with the look. She even took time to teach me how to curl it properly! I will definitely be coming back 😊
I visited Scott Talbots in green today and i had the best service ! Jacquie was so kind and helpful with helping me decide on how to get my hair done. She washed my hair very good and blow dried it for me after she did my highlights. I feel like a new woman, thank you for the best service ever. good job.

My daughter just visited this salon. It cost her an additional $100 above and beyond the agreed-upon services because the girl added things without asking my daughters consent for the additional charges. When my daughter said she didnt ask for the additional services they said too bad it was already done.
This is a great place for all your salon needs. Ive always received great service and its always impressed me thru the years that the staff always say how great the owners are, so they stay.

I had my very first visit to the salon Saturday and was absolutely impressed with the staff! Super friendly from beginning to end, my appointment was with Ashley and she was so friendly understood what I was looking for and nailed! I definitely recommend this place👌🏽👍🏽

I loveeee this salon. Never had a bad experience here with the hairdressers except I did have an awkward experience with the older lady who waxed my eyebrows. She did a fantastic job but she was kind of rude telling me that I shouldnt have makeup in my eyebrows (foundation getting in my eyebrows when I do my makeup) I didnt know I was there for makeup lessons 😂😂😂😂Its a pricey salon but beauty is not cheap if you want it done right!
I went to the Scott Talbots in Green to get my hair cut which i hadnt done in many years. The salon automatically, (probably because Im young- 17), gave me their youngest and least experienced worker which i overlooked when they gave me her name over the phone.When i met the stylist she was extremely friendly and good natured and if it werent for the haircut i got i would certainly go back. However, the pictures i had brought in (of Karli Kloss my ideal style for my new haircut) were entirely different from what she had given me.The hairstyle i intended for myself was a simple layered cut but she gave me a round bob out of all things. It was much more of a tailored look which wasnt bad looking just not my style or my directions.I remember finally looking in the mirror for the final reveal and my heart sank because it looked nothing like what i intended, but the girl was so nice i didnt want to complain.A few months later, when my hair had grown out just enough, i went to Great Clips and asked for the same style and i got exactly what i wanted.Overall nice service and haircut, just not what i asked for...
Was told my appointment was at 330. Waited over almost 45 minutes only to be told that I was a no show. They said appointment was at 315. Will never step foot in there again.

WARNING!!!!I booked my bridal/bridal party hair and makeup here for my wedding earlier this month. Although the stylists did an amazing job - the front desk managed to mess up the entire morning of my wedding.After everyone was finished getting their hair and makeup done, we went to the front desk to pay only to find out that they did not have a deposit under our name...even though my mother went to to make the deposit months prior. We told them when we made the deposit and how we made the deposit (not to mention asking them how we still had appointments if they didnt have a deposit...) and they refused to help us in anyway and were demanding that we either pay in full or go back and get the receipt and bring it to them (like we had enough time the DAY OF OUR WEDDING to do that...).45 MINUTES LATER - they finally found the deposit (apparently they had put it in the system under a service they dont do anymore...). At this time I was supposed to be in my dress and on my way to the church, but instead I was still waiting at the salon. Aside from this ordeal causing a huge amount of unneeded stress on our big day, we also missed out on taking any pictures before the ceremony.Even worse - when my mom went back in that Monday to speak to someone about this ordeal, the only thing they offered in return was $5 off the TOTAL. At $50 a person and with 7 people total...that is NOTHING (not even enough to cover 1 persons tip!). I found that to be a complete slap in the face.I find this to be completely unfortunate since my family and I have gone to this salon for YEARS - even despite the fact that many of our favorite stylists have left...but now it is easy to see why - they are losing business off of the salons poor business practices!So BRIDES BEWARE! I would hate for anyone else to go through this!
Ive been seeing Fallon for 6 years and each and every time my hair is perfect. The salon as a whole provides superb service and Im going to be a life long customer.
Been going there since I was a kid, every hairdresser I’ve had has been friendly,on-time, and attentive.
I always feel welcome, and Fallon does a wonderful, understanding, job on my hair. Fallon is a great asset to your company. As long as Fallon is there, I am there. I have recommended her to others as well, and my niece loves her too.
Sarah was wonderful! My second time getting a pedicure by Sarah at this salon. I will keep going back. Ladies at the front desk were very polite and friendly.

I have been there twice now and paid for a 90 minute massage and neither time did I get more than an hour total. When I asked about it they said nothing. No apologies no explanation. I have left very disappointed and will not recommend nor go back again

2022-03-08I got an indulge package which includes a massage, facial and pedicure. I havent had a facial that I remember, but the other 2 Ive had many.The massage:It was not amazing. The room was very cold and I felt like I couldnt relax while being so cold. I also dont understand the incorporating of hands/fingers and feet/toes. Essentially Im just getting expensive oil rubbed on them. I dont get it.The facial:It WAS amazing. She must have put 12 different products on my face and my skin felt amazing afterwards. I actually felt like I could relax during this, even with the cold room, since I got multiple hot towels on my face.The pedicure:I was very happy with this pedicure. She did a great job in shaping my nails and cleaning up my nail beds, which were long overdue from a long winter. This pedicure included a mask which Ive never had anywhere else. She spent a lot of time making sure the mask was off completely. Before painting my nails.I will definitely be back for a facial and probably a pedicure too.

2022-02-17Have been a patron for over a decade! I love the friendly service, the product selection and the atmosphere. Want to get a spa service? It is right there on site. Danielle does a mean massage and Cat is a top notch stylist who can interpret your every want.Discounts are offered for loyalty with 20% off all products for your birthday. If you have an issue, which I have not in many years, the owners are accessible and will make sure your issue is corrected.Looking for a new home to in which to entrust your beauty, this is it.

2022-07-29Went for a bridesmaid updo.i had an elegant pony with curls. The curls on the right side didnt match the left, and the other stylist did her best to fix the others mistake. However, my hair didnt even hold in place for the wedding two hours later. The staff was friendly enough but I would never have my hair done there again.

2022-07-04I have been going to Scott Talbots Salon Spa since June of 2021 so just about a year and I absolutely LOVE this salon. Its a cute, clean salon and all the staff are really friendly great people! I see Jaquie M and only her..Shes just the best super sweet lady who has given me beautiful cuts and color every single time. She listens gives advice and really cares about what you want your hair to look like but also the health of your hair. I went to her the first time after my hair started falling out after open heart surgery and another salon messing the cut up that I had wanted and I dont know how she did it but she gave me not only the illusion of the cut I had originally wanted but the prettiest rose gold color melt! I say illusion because how messed up the first cut was and I didnt have enough hair for it anymore but she made miracles happen and it was soo close that the only person who knew it was different was me! Shes turned my hair from blue to bright blonde and many more fashion colors before deciding to go blonde. She just recently did my favorite so far a beautiful dimensional icey blonde (I have extremely dark brunette hair too but part was already blonde) and fixed my massive grow out! I have been coming to see her every 8 weeks or so and I will not let anyone else touch my hair EVER again! If she ever leaves which I hope she doesnt I will definitely be following her! Hold on to this one Scott Talbots shes got an amazing career ahead of her!

2020-09-09Took my daughter to get her hair cut today, it was our first time there and MacKenzie did a wonderful job and was so nice when my daughter was moving constantly she took it in stride, my daughter is a typical teen wanting pictures at stage and she loves the way her hair turned out. MacKenzie was so awesome with my daughter that I decided to go next week to get my own hair cut by her

2021-06-29After calling multiple salons in the area, Scott Talbot was the only one with availability to fit me in the same day. I was scheduled with Jacquie M for a basic shampoo and blowout and I just have to say, that was hands down the best shampoo Ive ever had! I would take that over a massage, no joke. Jacquie was sweet and my hair looked like a model!

2020-12-12I went to Ashley for a hair consult and was really anxious because of my previous hair disasters at other places. She and her assistant were really friendly and assuring and put me at ease. She explained everything in detail as how she was going to fix it, price, time, etc...and I was lucky enough to get started today with the process! Her assistant was very nice and I loved the way she washed my hair, it was soooo relaxing. Ashley really took her time and did the color the right way, and they worked together to make sure everything was the way it was supposed to be. The staff is friendly, professional and the atmosphere is also very welcoming and clean. I honestly cant say enough good things about my first experience here. They cleaned chairs and disinfected in between clients which is super important too. I went in with a bad black dye job and left with a beautiful color and feeling 100% better. I cant thank Ashley enough, and cant wait for my next appointment with her. I have found my new hair home!
