The driver came to tow my daughter’s vehicle. Took a look at it and knew what was wrong so he fixed it quickly, told me what it was and it started right back up. I received a discounted rate because he never had to tow it and was in the area. I appreciated the above and beyond customer service. Would defiantly recommend!

Went in a ditch last week when we had that real bad snow. No way i was getting out. Called them up and they were there in 15 min. Very nice guy and took his time pulling out my car. He did his best not to damage my car. Got me out in 10 min with no damage to my car. Will definitely use them again. Thanks guys!

Brandon was amazing and really went out of his way to get me my stolen car back. He stayed in contact with me and even put gas in my car for me.
I needed to have my Jeep towed from the gas station back to my house when the starter went out on my way to work. Brandon answered the phone on the first ring, was there promptly, and couldnt have been friendlier or more helpful. Ill definitely be using them the next time I need help
We were delivering a car to southern Ohio and it stopped in Circleville. After contacting our insurance we were still waiting over 2 1/2 hours for a call informing us when they would be arriving. We flagged down Brandon and Travis in the Walmart parking lot, told them we thought it was low transmission fluid and they offered to check the level and fill it up---at no cost--just to help some out of towners. After filling it up they drove it around and everything was fine. We are so thankful for their help and kindness shown. If you need service these are the guys for you!Thanks again! Kim & Randy

I had to use Scioto Valley this week two times! I’ve had to use a tow truck maybe 3 times in my life. First my box truck was stuck on an icy hill and then My pickup truck stuck in the mud. They are the best and very fast. I will use them ANYTIME I need help moving forward!

Great guys good company theyre there when you need them just everybody watch out for your tow truck drivers cuz theyre there to help you and not to get her in the meantime Im saying this due to the fact my son with her over the weekend and were lucky to have him here still do everybody get over slow down and watch out for you to truck drivers

2022-02-23Great customer service! The driver that picked up my car went above and beyond his duties with his experience in the field. My vehicle was towed to their lot, where I spoke to Brandon multiple times on the phone, who was so nice and accommodating with my schedule and the lot hours. If you are in need of any towing services, I highly recommend Scioto Valley Wrecker Service. In a stressful time, they went above and beyond with their customer service!

2022-03-30I had an alternator failure which killed my battery and my car would almost instantly die. I talked with Brandon and he was able to pick up my junk and tow it very very quick service. Highly recommend anyone that finds themself in the unfortunate event of needing a tow at least give yourself the fortune of using Scioto Valley Wrecker. They treated me beyond fairly and went out of their way to get me taken care of ! Thank you guys

2022-05-24Was in a car accident, other person at fault and was uninsured. Brandon suggest to check insurance policy for uninsured motorist. My insurance covered the towing and cover all of my other expenses. Dont know how much i would have lost had he not given me that advice. These folks care about their customers. Highly recommend

2022-05-13Very nice people. We broke down with two horses in our trailer and they came to our recuse. The let us hook up to their electric gave us cold drinks and drove us to get food while we waited for our horses to be picked up. Excellent service very happy.

2022-05-18Huge shoutout and Thank you to the gentleman that saved me tonight with upmost professional and compassion for a frazzled chic sitting in the center of US 23 trying to make a turn, when my front drivers side ball joint came apart axel broke/bent/slid out and my tire laid sideways with my fender sitting on it, needless to say 2.5 hrs away from home, he showed up quickly, knew exactly what he needed to do as to not cause anymore damage and just made a really “shitty situation” 💯 better, I will recommend their service over and over~thank you very much sir, for going above and beyond this evening!!!!!

2021-10-06Brandon was extremely helpful. He came to pick up a car I had in a garage, and even though the garage door was accidentally left closed (🤬) he politely and patiently texted me to let me know. He had no problem making a second trip to get the car, and even unfroze the E brake that was stuck on before loading up the car. He went way above and beyond my expectations, I wasn’t even sure if they would be able to get the car out of the garage because it had no brakes. He didn’t hesitate for even a moment and said to just leave it to them. I will definitely use them again, and highly recommend them to anyone! The price for the tow was more than fair and less than I expected!

2022-03-07I was traveling though Circleville on Sunday evening had a flat tire ( stressing) I live in North Columbus.. I spoke to an Circleville police officer and told him I need someone to change my tire ( I think he saw I was stressed ) he said he would get me help and they would be there soon .. I waited 10 mins and then showed up the nicest-kindness man in a tow truck which was Scioto Valley Wrecker instead of putting the donut tire on he went out of his way and went back to his shop and got what it takes to plug my tire.

2021-06-28On Sunday afternoon June 27, 2021, my wife and I were returning home from a camping trip about 2.5 hours from where we live. This was the furthest we had towed our travel trailer to date. Unfortunately, the trailer blew a tire near the intersection of U.S. Route 22 and Ohio State Rt. 674. We pulled into a Sunoco station and I called my trailer insurance company to request roadside assistance as I did not have a jack to raise the trailer. My wife and I waited for over two hours and still nobody had gotten back to us regarding help. I decided to make a call myself and I am so glad I called Scioto Valley Wrecker Service. Brandon was on scene in 20 minutes from the time I called. He professionally used the truck lift system to raise the trailer, changed the blown tire out for my spare and then ensured we had the proper air pressure in the spare. Only took him maybe 10 minutes. It was a pleasure to meet him and we are thankful for his professionalism. The insurance company let us down that day, but this company did not. Thank you Brandon!
