Had a verbal contract with the company and when the bill came it was double the amount. Called and spoke with the person who quoted the cost and was informed that I must have been confused on the quote. Absolutely not the case. A lesson learned, please get everything in writing and be wary of this company.2 years later a response was added to my initial concern... I asked several times what the final cost would be. I was given the same price each time and when the final bill came it was nothing close what I was quoted. You actively deceived me, thats the issue I am having. Those who read this, make sure to nail down the cost in writing before you commit to the service. I did not have an issue with the service that was provided, just the active deception on the cost.
