These people to start, would love for you to transfer all funds to their bank which is on premise. You should run when you see this. They want the money. My father in law was here to rehab and go home. These people wouldn’t pay attention. My father in law was declining fast and they didn’t notice. When he couldn’t speak anymore no one knew. They just kept saying he was dehydrated. Over and over. Real reason was he had a brain bleed that was making him become incapacitated fast. Slowly he couldn’t even feed himself. My wife had to come up there because he wouldn’t answer texts anymore. When she got there he was way worse than when we took him there. My wife had a meeting with staff who assured her it was just him refusing to eat. Turns out he could no longer even hold a spoon. This place is a sad sad experience. Keep your family at home, at least there you will know your loved one is being helped. This place is a rip off. For 10k a week we got nothing more than assumption and horrible misdiagnosis. The doctor that came in with his pretty little blue suit and his overtalking and badmouthing Dr.s in Ashtabula, which he practices in as well. My wife had to tell him repeatedly to shop over talking her. Pathetic at best. Do not go here. The only time they really listened was when my wife said she had power of attorney. Then they s$&@t their pants. They already had all documentation sitting on a table in a room with A man who didn’t know where he was, to sign over all assets. Do not give into this. Horrible people in the rehab And hospice world. They have assured that.

I dressed in gown, mask and shield. I saw first hand the care my brother was given. Heather, Beth and all the caregivers were wonderful.

Excellent care provided by staff. My grandmother felt right at home while giving us the peace of mind that a qualified team of healthcare professionals were there for her.

The facility is clean and safe. The staff is quite accommodating and very kind and caring to their residents.
