One of the better S.A.L ive been to. small and friendly
Shopping during Thanksgiving week is hectic but the store seemed to be ready. Most items not sold out. Store was clean. Containers serving as displays in the aisles straightened and not obstructive. They have a nice deli. Store clerks seemed to be knowledgeable and pleasant
Normally, Save a Lot is one of my go to stores...We are new to the area and I saw the flyer for the week and thought I would shop for some of those items. I purchased soft drinks on sale in addition to $10 in staples. Store well stocked and staff assisted me with finding items, since I am new to the area...I started to place the sidt drinks in the counter with the other item I had purchased, but the clerk said that was not necessary...I used plastic to pay, and when I got the item loaded, l started to log the amt in my check registry.. I hadnt been charged for the soft drinks...reentered the store, waited my turn in line behind another customer at the counter. He appeared to have sinus issue, because he either spit into or blew his nose on a ? tissue while he cared for the customer in front of me...when I got to the register, he asked if he could help me. I advised 2 things, wash his hands before he handles any of my belongings and that he hadnt charged me for the soft drinks...Dud I need to see the manager or could he handle it. He asked if I bought 4? I said no, 8. I also asked about the number of this type of mistakes he made...not sure if the answer.. I advised him I supervised numerous individuals in my job, and with his actions, he certainly wouldnt be one of them...His attitude indicated to me he didnt think it was much of an issue...I left the store, and didnt feel the issue was resolved...thus, I called the store and spoke with the manager who stated she would speak with the cashier...not saying I wont shop there again, because all the other staff encounters were positive that day, but this young man wont wait on me again.
It is always a nice and clean store whenever I go there. They have very good prices and the workers are always helpful . Dont forget to try their deli. Their hot chicken is awesome.
Availability of fresh food and meats and dairy is excellent. However, even though I saw notices throughout the store reminding you to keep the distance, while I was checking out I was crowded to the point of being touched by the person in line behind me. I spoke up about it and the cashier winked at that person like I was being rude about it. Not sure if I will return.
I can always get my meat there in small packages. The checkout girl must have been mad. Very unfriendly and noticeable.

The prices are great but selection isnt always the best. The set up could be improved to help with flow and lines but over all a good place to ship for your odds and ends
It was very busy lines long but they called for another person to come run register and it went smooth. I dont think she was happy but she did her job.

Have pretty much everything you need at good prices. The deli has some amazing selections, as well. Its around the corner from where I live, so convenient as well.

Love save a lot for their selection and great prices. Unfortunately they have hired a bunch of young people who arent customer oriented. You usually have to wait for them to check their phones before and during transactions.
Just bought the 8pc chicken with potato wedges OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!! KFC better shut down because they met their match it was really good enough season on it. Alot of good flavors I strongly suggest if you havent tried save alot chicken go get it you can buy it after 11 am for 8.99 so worth it.
The manager has no people skills. The canned products have a lot to be desired. You have to walk clear around if the lines are full if you dont want to buy anything. The deli, however, is AMAZING!
I really like going here. Friendly staff, close to home. I just wish they had a few shady spots to park, as people bring their dogs with and cars get very hot quickly even though all the windows are open.
Just a grocery store. I was only inside about 10 minutes to get something to make for dinner.

Love the prices and the associates! Miss Frederick just so happens to be my favorite gal. She is always so helpful and so cheerful. Would definitely change someones bad mood into a good mood just shopping their and seeing her face and smile!
I normally have a good experience at this store. But not tonight. I when in at 8:15pm to pick up some pop and then stood in line at the register till 8:55pm. The older lady who was working would not open another register because she took her register drawer out at 8pm and didnt want to have to recount it. But the only thing she done the whole time I was in line was stood around with a broom in her hand. And when I was leaving there was still a line all the way back to the meat. The only good thing about my experience tonight was the young lady (cashier) who waited on me.
Store is always clean & welcoming. All employees are friendly and helpful,quick to open an additional register. Prices cant be beat. I drive past wal-____ to shop SAVE-A-LOT.

A quick trip! Busy, but I was in and out. No worrys on stock. Very well stocked! The take out chicken is AMAZING!!!!
The canned veggies all have stems. The cashiers are extremely nice, but the management always seems to have anger issues... The meat department is the best in town!!
The store is very clean and the prices are good. Staff is helpful and friendly. Parking is great for pop-in customers needing a few quick purchases or a full grocery cart!
Customer service in deli is unsatisfactory. Hygiene and dress is sloppy. Always waiting on chicken never ready.

A great neighborhood atmosphere. Fried chicken dinners from the deli are superb. Usually has excellent sales on steak and pork. Watch for the Pepsi sales.
It was a bad experiance. I thought Wal-Mart was bad. I got a certificate from work for a free turkey. Went thur the line at save alot. After 3 people look at my certificate ring up my entire order the refused to take. Went to krogers they took it no problem. Was very diappointed with save alot.

The staff are friendly and fast. The prices are ok. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. They do have great pop sales.
When is a story where you can get decent prices and staff
I found what I was looking for after about seven minutes,, they moved everything around in the store so it was hard to find anyting,,,, hardly anyones to help you look for anyting,, the isles are cut in half so theyre short very confusing store cuz you cant find what youre,,,there was five people in line
Delly here is to die for chicken is better than🍗KFC better selection of sides too desserts cold stuff like potato salad and macaroni salad ham salad chicken salad fresh made very good thank you
The store is a very convenient place so I dont have to drive clear across town price is a reason I have a pretty good selection on their Meats
The only thing is the young girl behind the deli counter she was very rude , when she done slicing your meat or cheese she throws your stuff on the counter like we are wasting her time . She needs to change her attitude towards her customers
Horrible experience!! Make your customers wear masks and stay six feet apart. Put the proper social distancing signs on place!!!!

2022-01-31Great deals. Great fried chicken in the deli. A whole meal of 2 chicken breasts, mashed potatoes and gravy, macaroni and cheese, and roll with butter cost me only $6.99. Healthier and less expensive than fast food. The friendly staff makes for an awesome shopping experience.
