Very clean establishment with a very courteous and kind staff. It was a pleasure to be greeted at the door. I have found another alternate lunch spot in New Albany
This is the best Subway location. The people are super friendly and make sure that you get your food in and out as fast as possible. I really appreciate their hard work!

We love eating at Subway!! Their subs are so delicious 😍 yummy 😛 the best🤤!!! Weve eaten at this Subway in New Albany, Ohio next to Wendys several times. The staff are very professional and super nice. They make our subs the way we order. I received a coupon for a free cookie because my birthday was few weeks back. My daughters birthday was a couple of days ago. My daughter said, to the cashier my moms birthday was few weeks ago and my birthday was couple of days ago. I told the cashier I was going to give the cookie to my daughter. He said, no you bought two meals you should have two cookies too. He gave us two cookies. The cashier was a gentleman a total 💋 sweetheart 💋
I’m not from around this area, but I ordered two party trays for my daughter’s 21st birthday. Well so much happened that day and I totally forgot the trays that cost like $80! So worth it BTW! They called me and left a message and I didn’t get it until the store was pretty much closed. But I’m pretty sure it was the owner, called me and decided to deliver the trays to me. I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart! I will always recommend this location!
Walked in with my service dog and it was 75 degrees out and the lady was really mean and woudlnt serve me cuz of my service dog with me I’m not gonna leave my 6,000 dollar service dog in a blazing car for subway she said only service dogs like is she slow it’s a dam service dog I’m really disappointed and she was disrespectful about it
What can I say? These arent even adults that work here. I hate to be harsh. But for teens, they do okay. One, was devoid of personality. But, my sandwiches were great and thats what counts. And to the credit of the company and/or franchise, everything was very fresh!
This subway has gone downhill over the last 2 years. Today was the last time for me. I order online and when i got there to pick up there is nothing on the shelf. The girl who looked like a manager was at the register was rude and told me grab your chips and put hands me a cup. I had a bottled drink, the chips i ordered they dont have. When i got back to work i open my sub and the bread was folded on itself and smashed with mayo everywhere... It was disgusting looking and it didnt taste good either. Too many other places to get a sandwich.

Average ...just Average for having a fancy building....like Walmart subways may sell or because its sloppy food made there ...most teenagers eat in there.... But Smoothy King Next door is Dank /Delicious off topic..its a typical subway in a fancy looking building!!
Absolutely horrible Subway location. We love Subway, but this location was completely unprofessional and some of the worst service we have ever experienced. The manager and one of the male workers (young male) made offensive remarks about at least two groups of other customers while we were getting our sandwich made. They clearly didnt care if other customers heard their discourse because they were not whispering and we were right in front of them. They also realized they screwed up someones order before us (the customer was on this way to walk out of the store) and in front of us, they said Oh whatever, and let the customer walk out the door without fixing their order. Its sad the manager doesnt even try to set a good example for the Subway workers.There is a young female worker there however that has always been extremely kind, thorough, and polite every time weve gone there. Clearly she is a kind person on her own and learned nothing from this terrible manager of the store.
The most clean restaurant I have been to outside of fine dining for being over 15 years old! I heard some stores will be getting renovated not sure. The people are genuine and make you feel like youre walking into their home as guests over for dinner everytime you walk in the door. Its fast, efficient and fresh. I am grateful for how they handle occasional special requests. They handle each customer uniquely and fairly. No questions asked!
Reached the store at 8.45 pm, but the doors were locked. The working hours were until 9.00 pm.There was a person seated inside, but didnot respond to knocks on the door too.Will not go back there.
Their always closing early. I hate because the sign on the door clearly reads 10pm but all to often they will lock their doors at 9:45... as a matter of fact, thats what inspired this post! Aug 22, 2017 the doors were shut and locked. I walked up like I normally do and seen employees sitting down and doing whatever.

This spot offers wonderful service as well as tasty menu. One of my favourite spots around here. The food and drinks arrived quick and the rates were reasonable. I recommend this place.
So I visit this location because Im always close by and the workers are decent and food is usually fresh. But there is an Indian woman (who I believe is the owner) who has inspired me to not go back because I can tell she doesnt care much about the quality of food she serves.One time a couple of months ago I went in for a sandwich, she comes from the back and (with gloves hands) proceeds to wipe crumbs and dust and food from the counter and THEN proceeds to put toppings on my sandwich with the same dirty gloves she was just using to wipe down the counter.Just today I went in for another sandwich, the young lady making it was nice and right as my sandwhich was about to come out of the toaster, the owner (same woman) comes out and takes two trays of cookies and puts them on the counter so that they are hanging at least over the first row of veggies closest to them. Im calling out the veggies I want and the girl can barely get to them because they are covered by a tray of cookies. As she picks up a handful of tomato, a piece drops on one of the cookies on the tray ( STILL over the veggies as if she doesnt see the girl trying to make my sandwhich). The owner turns aroun (she turned away right before it happened) she notices the tomato on the cookie and scoffs as if the girl inconvenienced her when all she was trying to do was make my sandwhich AROUND two trays of cookies. She then takes the cookie and shakes it so that the tomato falls off and puts it in the case with the rest of the cookies (you could still see the wetness of where the tomato had been).Idk about you but if I were an owner of ANY franchise, Im not serving that. No one wants a wet cookie or a cookie that tastes like tomato. As an owner just take the L and lose out on the $1 or so from throwing that cookie away, for the sake of quality control. If youll do that you might even pick something up from the floor and sell it too.Two times is enough for me so I will not be back.
I went to Subway for lunch a few days ago during the week. It wasnt super busy and it just took too long. The sandwich was good and the service was ok but it just took too long.

Today I went to subway lunch time it’s super busy. In service the Indian girl Yashi she is so fast and she make me very tasty sandwich 👍🏼👌👌. Clean restaurant

Service from the worker who made my sandwich was great. The other worker was on a personal call the entire time I was there and I sat down to eat.

It really seemed they had one guy standing there just to translate for the lady that was making my sandwich that couldnt speak English and not a single one even pretended that they cared to be there or about there job at all
My girlfriend and I went in for dinner, and the two workers didnt know what went on sandwiches, had to keep looking at the menu on what went on the sandwiches. Out of multiple items. Overall had poor service.

My food was made wrong and when I called back I had a 16 year old kid argue with me over how it was made and then the manger kept calling me a woman when I’m a man and then she argued with me about how my food was made wrong and then refused to fix my issue I want the owner store number
Quite possibly the slowest subway I have been to. The store is dingy and is in desperate need of updating and deep clean.

2022-03-04I was immediately greeted by the employees, who were greeting every single customer when they entered and left the store, and the vibe of the store was extremely positive. I went in feeling good about my day and left feeling amazing. Kudos to the employees working today! They were so nice. Food was made quick and efficiently as well. No complaints!

2022-05-26Wasn’t expecting much out of a subway but this establishment was beyond my expectations I just had to write a review. Remodeling inside but the second we walked in we were greeted. The owner of the store was making our subs and she was chatting with us the entire time. Asking questions and holding a strong convo. Family run business. She treated everyone who walked in the door with the same friendliness!Very happy we stopped in :)

2021-07-16I took my kids there for dinner I asked if the coupon was good for any subs and was told yes. After getting to the register the I was told no its not good for your subs. 2 turkey with bacon subs for 20 dollars which they rang up as Califresh. I said you are not going to honor the coupon she said no. They could have changed to a turkey and honored without a issue but no she says the small print says what its for. I cant read the small print and thats why I asked before ordering. In the end we left our subs that she said I must pay for and went to McDonalds. We will never give them our business again.

2021-09-18My girlfriend and I ordered a DoorDash tonight the night of 9/17/21 and the order was wrong it wasn’t even our order it was some other persons. And that is just to start. They gave our dasher the wrong order and we both work in the food industry so we know how to treat the customers. I called into the store and one of the gentleman the was working who answered the phone wasn’t very helpful and just simply told me up my food is still at the store and you could just tell he didn’t want to be there helping people get dinner. So once our doordasher finally dropped off our food the order was still wrong they didn’t get some items right and they missed both of our drinks so after we waited an hour to finally get our food it was cold and soggy and just disgusting we will never waste our money at subway ever again

2021-05-01Never had a problem going inside. Dont order online. They dont read comments. Asked for a light swipe of dressing. Its saturated. Had to get my own bread and a paper towel to pat some off. Why did I pay for this.

2021-05-25Every time I come to this subway I am 100 percent pleased. I did an online order and asked for sauce on the side. Most places I have to remind them at pick up.Today New Albany Subway HAD MY SAUCE READY. MF SERVICE WAS GREAT.
