Place is always clean and the staff are AMAZING people.Best subway I’ve ever been too hands down
Food was decent. Mens restroom was locked with nobody inside. When asked the employee said, if the door is locked, then someone is in there. If so, they needed to check for a dead body. Men had to use the womens (which was filthy and had no paper towels). If you go in, make sure you use facilities elsewhere first!
Every time I go to Subway and try to redeem my points, there are issues with the system reading the points. I feel there needs to be a better system. I was told I had so many points to use on four cards I had collected, as well as a $10 gift card, and then after ordering all the food I could with my earned points as well as paid for gift card, there was a system jam and that I would have to pay for all of my food up front because I tried to use too many free points...(Guess I was supposed to buy into the fact it was my fault). The person working the counter acted like it is my fault that their system did not work but thank God a manager I had her call knew how to be a manager and let me leave my gift card and reward cards behind and walk out with my food. Their computer issues should not affect me as a consumer when I would not have bought all that food to begin with had I known that there was a chance that I would have to pay. Bad counter service, great management service. Food was still great.
Chain store but Ive always gotten great service at this location. Cant say that for others ive purchased from.
I get the cheesesteak sub and have for 5 yrs. Never a problem. Answered phone on New Years day on 4th ring, polite and courteous response. I pass McDonalds, Col Sanders, and Taco Bell to get my order. Tried the potato wedges yet? If youre looking for a great sandwich, this is the place to go.
Very unhelpful, only accept online orders on Saturdays. Also food looks old not fresh
Whats not to love about subway? The people here are always so much fun while making our sandwiches. Always clean but seems to get understaffed frequently
Not the greatest location; however, a very friendly serving staff and Ive never had a bad sandwich at this location. Its a couples of miles from my work; never a long wait -- and the sandwich is worth the drive. I go here for lunch at least twice a week.
The girl behind the counter, who was by herself, not very quick.... her shirt was covered with cat and/or dog hair. I got Ill just seeing it and had to leave and go elsewhere.
I love subway I just had chicken Bacon and reach sub it was good I asked for extra cheese and bacon and green bell pepper and onions I love subway sandwiches I will go back to subway at any time.
This is the 1st time I have been to Subway since they quit the $5 footlong special. It was a good 6inch sub I got but I miss the $5 footlong special!!!

The staff was ok...just needed a better manager. Amanda the manager is disrespectful and needs training herself.

This location NEVER answers their phone! They have even literally just let it ring until it cant any more! Sometimes they even pick up, and hang up on you! This is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever seen!

2022-03-01SIGN ON DOOR SAYS PERMANENTLY CLOSED. 3/1/22The sound of the door says they open at 9:00 a.m. but the doors are still locked! There is a worker inside just standing at the counter and they ignored me when I tried to open the door at 9:30 a.m. a half hour after they are supposed to be open. Very frustrating to drive somewhere that is supposed to be open and waste all that time and then seeing employee inside the business ignore you even though they were supposed to open a half hour ago!!!

2021-09-09Me my husband and kids had lunch here the other day the lady working was super awesome she hooked our sandwiches up and she was super nice. She was by herself and got the food done in a timely manner while having pick up orders and others in line. Food was good. I tried something new (chicken teriyaki) wasnt a fan. Gonna stick to my usual steak & cheese or chicken breast in the future

2021-10-03I had multiple workers from this location harass, and yell at me because they refused to acknowledge a simple mistake as a wrongly made sandwich. When I showed up to the store, expecting a simple process of a remake. They harassed me and yelled saying to leave the store . I left and additional workers who were outside yelled at me as well. I have them on video where one of the workers walked across the parking lot and assaulted me and attempted to steal my phone. STAY AWAY!!! DANGER! POLICE REPORT FILED!!!

2021-09-19Employees smoking cigarettes outside. On there phones the whole time I was there. Seems like there more interested in both of these things. Instead of working. Inappropriate music being played in the back of the store. Girl that helped me seemed like she was high on something.

2021-03-18Manager lied saying she had to reheat steak per health department. Only placed in microwave for 30 seconds, this would not kill any bacteria regardless. The meat is throughly cooked before receiving from there distributors. Very poor customer service received from the manager on duty the day I was there.

2020-01-04Ryan was very polite and helpful. He was the only one working because someone went home early. The store was clean, fully stocked, and he helped us in a timely manner. I will be returning again soon!

2021-07-15Stay away from this SUBWAY...Horrible customer service lady wouldnt be make the sub how I wanted she kept telling that the menu has changed and I couldnt get chicken bacon ranch with certain chicken I offered to pay more or even get other chicken and add bacon.. the spinach was rotten....

2020-02-10Very rude! I will not be back at this location ever to visit Subway! This has happened more then once at this location. I call to ask some questions about the menu. I get hang up on. In the middle of a conversation. I have been in customer service for 15 years! An worked at Subway for 15 years!👎☹️👎 Not good service. Need to work on customer service skills!
