Cramped spacing. Doesnt take more than 5 people to have a line on steps out the door. The food was as good as you can expect from subway nowadays. The staff while friendly were rather disgusting. Had a woman sneezing coughing wiping her nose with her arm while preparing food and not stopping to take the time and wash her hands. Would not recommend.

Ordered online and spent well over 20 dollars at this place which is pretty hard to do sense it’s subway but got all the food and nothing was right subs didn’t have dressing on them one wasn’t toasted and the other didn’t even have cheese on a steak and cheese sub called up there asked for a credit not even for them to remake it and we had some hot shot manager argue because she’s lazy pretty sad I can go to the subway up the street where there is only three workers and they are perfect and the kids in there actually appreciate their jobs something needs done

Very convenient location for AU students. The service is okay and the menu is the usual. When I go in with a friend, I always buy a foot long and split it into two.
Small downstairs Subway resturant. Very few places to sit so it is much more likely that you take it to go. Fast service. Correct orders. Overall a good choice for quick fast and inexpensive subs.
Usually a decent subway, but at my last visit the sandwich artist didnt measure out the steak or veggies on my sub and it was about half the amount of toppings that Ive gotten on literally every single steak sub Ive ever gotten at subway. Regardless of the location.

Being out by the college this place can get busy, their are 3 others in town. 2 in gas stations and 1 in walmart. love the chicken teriyaki with toasted Italian herbs and cheese melted provalone with all veggies on top and add ranch. tata! girlfriend likes the extra vinaigrette. ring the bell for them!

Good people, typical menu, miserable location. half buried in a basement, you have to wait on the stairs to order, then fight people inventing unmarked parking spots to try and pull out.
Worst subway I have ever been to. Manager would fix our problem with the sub.... Never going back. I figured a manager with 27 years of experience would handle situations better

2022-03-12I pulled in at 9:50, I know it’s late but I had just got off work. At 9:51 some blonde girl (not the one making the sandwich) put her hand on her hip, gave me the biggest “fuck you” grind and shut the lights off (while sandwiches were still being made. When I pulled away, she was waiving and laughing. I would have happily gone somewhere else, the level of petty however was uncalled for, unprofessional and just mind blowing.

2021-09-30They messed up 3 of our 4 sandwiches we ordered. They werent even close to anything we ordered, so I suspect it was someone elses order we received. Not to mention how messy, sloppy, and disgusting the sandwiches we did get were. I usually have a decent experience here, but not this time. They did reconcile our problem with 3 free subs next visit, but we had to call in, and had no food the night we ordered originally. We have a 20 minute drive there, so we didnt have time to go back before closing, nor did we want to make a second trip there. I will definitely not pick this place as my first choice to eat next time we do go out.

2020-01-31I placed an order online and Im pretty sure they had my sub made and ready to go before I even completed placing my order lol. Theyre always friendly when I go to this location, the subs are always great as expected. My only complaint is that they dont ever let me leave without paying for my food, I deserve a free sub at least every other visit! ;)

2019-07-14Good service, both ladies were very polite and greeted everyone. Service was quick, they asked plenty of questions to make subs per customer specs. Food was typical Subway. Overall I was happy with my visit and my food.
