Ordered the Reuben sandwich by a friends recommendation: I found it lacking on the amount of corned beef you get for the price you pay. The sauerkraut was good and flavorful, and they gave a good amount of it on the sandwich. The bread was buttery and toasted perfectly: a savory crunch with every bite. As said before, the only TWO disappointments were: 1) the amount of meat provided (meat was also sliced into little squares??!), and; 2) the sogginess of the fair-style fries (Five Guys fries are head and shoulders above). Prices and the speed by which they cooked our orders was average: no one else was eating-in, lots of pick up orders. Not sure Id go back again. On the menu, a variety of offerings that span cold cuts and hot sandwiches to fit most tastes.
Got all kinds of delicious Subs. And french fries and salads you name it basically they have it.Used to live in New Middletown and eat here all the time.The only thing I wish is since we moved I wish we had Sandwich Factory close to where we live now. Which is Liberty Township.
This place has always been a family favorite and was always chosen over subway, debellas, firehouse etc. However, recently, the younger staff has been turning away business before closing. This is now the second time that we’ve shown up at 830 looking to snag a late dinner TO GO and got told that we cannot eat in (which we weren’t even going to) or that their grill is already shut off so we can’t get another warm sandwich or salad (more than half of their menu). They close at 9. Turning away $30-$40 in easy sales seems rude to me. Their food is great but worker-customer care is terrible.

Been almost 10 years since Ive been to a sandwich factory. Food is still amazing as ever. I would have given 5 stars but I cant. Only because. The tables were sticky. As well as the bathroom floor. Food was great cleanliness is needed just a bit.
I usually get the Italian sub which is always great, but the last time I was at the Poland location, I ordered the meatball sub. There was little sauce, no taste and I had to throw it in the oven since it came on room temperature bread. 2 of those plus fries was over $20. Not to mention its more like a meatLOAF sandwich. When I order a meatball sandwich, I want giant meatballs covered in sauce and cheese, not something flat, tasteless, and dry. I had 3 bites and threw the thing out. The fries, which ended up being my dinner, are always amazing.
This place never disappoints! The chicken and greens sandwich is amazing. You get a lot of food for the price. The people are super nice too.
Buns for subs is delicious. Add a side of homemade hots (peppers) to your order. Yum!
I enjoy this chain, this store is the one I go too the most. I believe the owner remembers me even tho I dont go enough to expect to be remembered, if he doesnt, he is very welcoming. The prices are good and the portions are great.
Good service and kept clean, which is a lot to ask of most sandwich shops. Everything aside from sandwiches is a bit iffy but the Reuben is pretty fantastic. Easy choice for food in Poland.
Decent food, but they never follow special instructions like well done or light sauce. i blame management for not overseeing the teenage sandwich artistsEdit: went back again and these workers are seemingly too busy or don’t care much to follow special instructions. Just ate a “well done” Rueben that’s bread was barely hit on the stove and the edges were wet with something other than the thousand island dressing.Infuriating, seeing as market streets location never has an issue

Overall this is my favorite local sandwich factory location. Its by far the cleanest. I have noticed at other locations that this is not Thier top priority. So I drive by the one by my house and come to Poland.
Sandwich factory has been a staple in our family for as long as I can remember. Although we are looking forward to our old stopping grounds on Market street to openWe have been purchasing our cold cuts from Poland and the service and food as been on point every time!

I really like their subs. I always get either a Meatball sub, Tuna or Italian sub. I love their Fries and Fish sub. Everyone aims to please customers.

Love the fries but the meatball sub got changed to a new kind of meatball and sadly it isnt as good as the old flat ones.

2022-06-03I have been going to the Sandwich Factory for MANY years and have never been disappointed. There are so many choices for subs these days (10 within a five mile radius of the Sandwich Factory) but this place has taken on all comers and still remains the best.

2021-04-10The sandwich was honestly one of the worst sandwiches I have ever had and tasted like everything in it was cheap grocery store stuff. Now with that said you may be wondering why I’m still giving 4 stars, the staff of this place should be absolutely commended for taking Covid policy seriously, wearing masks properly, and enforcing social distancing. This is honestly the only restaurant I have seen that actually has perfect Covid protocols and takes it seriously, so it’s a shame their food doesn’t match that.

2020-01-31I have to admit, I am a Sandwich Factory addict. I get a sub at least once every week. The quality of the sandwiches is great. They give you plenty of meat and cheese. They also have eight inch subs for literally half the cost of other sandwich shops in the area. I really like getting a great meal for under $5!

2020-07-09I got the chicken and greens sandwich and the chicken was shredded. Most horrible chicken and greens Ive ever had! The bun was soaked with whatever the chicken was heated up in. Im glad this sandwich is a limited time offer as it should be banned completely from their menu! All of their cold subs are still great though!

2020-06-23My fiancé and I are very loyal customers of Sandwich Factory in Poland. In the last 2-3 weeks we have been super disappointed in the service. We actually tried to call in an order last night to pickup. It was 7:37 and the girl who answered the phone told us that their grill was already off for the night. Are you kidding me? They close at 8:00. It does not take more than 10 minutes to make a hot sub or anything of that matter on a grill. We have been refused service multiple times. You were closed for over a month and now you are doing this to your customers??? We are super disgusted with how they have been handling things and we are honestly at the point where we do not want to even waste our time trying to order from there since we get turned away every time. Maybe the owner needs to reevaluate the employees that work there. We actually went there on a Friday night a few weeks ago, it was 7:30. The door was locked and the lights were off. Everything was closed. But the hours say open till 8? I don’t understand, but I am super fed up with this place. If restaurants and businesses are struggling in current times, I don’t understand why anyone would turn away business right now. They definitely lost a good chunk of profit from just us. Not sure if anyone else has experienced this but I am completely over it.

2020-07-09I usually go to the Boardman store but today I went to Poland and I very much regret it. Its a good thing the bread was delicious because my steak sub was 90% bread, very little steak. Also, the fries were horrible. They were really overdone and just tasted like old grease. Never again!

2021-07-05I live in Europe now but from Youngstown area. EVERY time I come back home to visit.. Sandwich Factory is a must! I usually get 2-3 visits in. Love it!
