Horrible customer service,The guy at the bar was not having a nice day. Despite there being only 1 table of two guests in the restaurant- the bartender decided to do miscellaneous task ( clean dishes, bus tables, stock silverware) before even giving us water or a menu. Was really excited for some pizza with a good atmosphere but unfortunately we are leaving with neither.
Arrived for Sunday brunch at 11:00am. No coffee cups available! I was offered iced coffee (regular coffee poured over ice, not coffee brewed purposelessly to be iced coffee, so it was super diluted by the ice) OR I could have hot coffee in a mason jar glass. My food, once it finally arrived, was tasty, so I’ll rate two stars, instead of 1.There had been one large party nearly finished as I sat down and the restaurant wasn’t particularly crowded when I arrived. My friend’s Eggs Benedict was a mess. Don’t even know how it turned out looking like it did. She asked for the eggs to be remade. Cook/Owner(?) came out and blamed these poorly poached eggs on having to change egg suppliers. 😂 I don’t even know what to say about that! That’s the fault of the person poaching the egg, not the chicken or supplier. She wasn’t even offered any compensation other than to remake her eggs.Server seemed to have forgotten to put in our order. We had to flag another server to check on our order because it was taking so long and the original person never came back to let us know of any delays or see if we needed anything else in the meantime. A flurry of activity ensued between servers and the kitchen. Server refilled two of our “iced coffees”, brought back the same cups, but we didn’t know whether I received the cup that was originally mine and we don’t know if my other friend received her own original cup. There were two used straws in the cups and no way to know whose cup was whose, other than to trust that the server didn’t screw it up.Servers weren’t friendly or responsive when we requested sugar, ketchup, drink refills. We were so looking forward to our first visit there. Unfortunately, that’s likely going to be the last.
First time eating here. Its not a typical chain style pizzeria. Scratch kitchen out here in the burbs is fairly unheard of. Im a fan, service was good and the food was great. The pork conundrum is the pizza Id eat for a last meal if I was on death row. Ill most definitely be back!
First time there last night for a birthday party. It was HOT (temp wise) in the place. Sweating bullets! I will start with the server, she was absolutely phenomenal, super personable and just kind. Her and I chatted about medical stuff as I just am recovering from kidney failure 4 days ago. Anyway, the pizza was gross. Not sure if it was just me, but nope, never again. The food took forever to come out. However the brussell sprouts were the best ever. The egg plant, awesome . We will come back and just not get that pizza again. Eek.
We loved Salted Dough! Service was great and so was the food. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, with a casual but cool vibe. They have a nice wine selection, by the glass and by the bottle. The pizza was great, and the orange and blueberry salad was, too. Im a vegetarian and couldnt believe all the great choices. (I highly recommend the Fungi pizza!) My husband is a carnivore, and really enjoyed his food, too. We cant wait to go back!
Owner is incredibly rude. Told our table we can leave & called one of a “problem” for simply asking where the scallops are on the dish. Don’t go here.Response the manger has posted below is untrue. I am one of their daughters and I am speaking on behalf of them due to them being unfamiliar with google reviews. Karen is a very nice person who was blatantly disrespected. The story now explained by him is fabricated to better fit his narrative. It’s important to know that we spent over 500 dollars and treated the server with respect with a respectful tip. The server was not in tears. Anything to cover his own tracks Also to note any professional business owner does not disclose one’s name when explaining a situation. Still a one star.
I have no idea how this place stays open. Ive tried it 3 times and all were bad. Today we tried the breakfast. The pancakes were inedible. They tasted like rubber. They felt like rubber. It felt like a toy at the dollar store your child begs you to buy but you dont because its garbage. The chicken on the chicken and waffles was good enough but the waffles were burned. How do you serve that to someone. A hard, burned waffle. As an added bonus, I think they make their own ketchup. They. Need a new recipe.
I was very excited to try this location and met a few friends here for brunch. We were all disappointed. Service was poor, it took over 50 minutes to get our food during a non busy time with no communication from our server. We did ask another waitress for assistance and she was helpful. We did have to return food and ask for things multiple times. Food was remade and someone came out to speak to us and they were nice. Overall, it just wasnt worth it.
Worst food in town. Ordered special for the day lobster gnocchi! (We got the bill and the charged 38$ for a bowl of corn) Not one piece of lobster and freezer burn shrimp! Soggy pizza the three times we have tried this horrible place. We defiantly were an inconvenience to the far tender/waiter. Owner/head chef should be ashamed of himself!
Wonderful Sunday Brunch! My family and I were celebrating Mother’s Day a week late. We were a party of 9. Our server was very attentive. Our table was roomy and comfortable. They were busy with tables inside and out, and I saw a ton of carry-out orders being picked up. The staff at Salted Dough knows how to hustle. The food is evidently scratch made and made to order. It was served hot, fresh, and delicious. Salted Dough is a place you go to relax and dine. I see a 1-star review from a diner that was there today at the same time. I remember the table. They were rude and demanding. It’s too bad she didn’t enjoy the company of her friends. Maybe Ihop is more her style. I’m happy to support small local business and understand staff shortages and inconsiderate customers make a challenging industry even more challenging. Salted Dough is a great place to catch up with friends, enjoy your family, and just take some time to unwind while being served amazing cocktails and top-notch culinary creations. We will continue to make it a regular spot. 5-Stars!!!
This place is pretty cool. Nice atmosphere and the food was good. They have some unique drinks on their menu. I enjoyed the one with a piece of bacon. The salmon was moist and flaky; real good. I would have gave 5 stars, but the service was a little slow. Maybe cause the bartender was also our waitress and she was busy. Made some darn good drinks though.
HVAC was not working, it was probably 80° inside and everything was slippery and unsafe in my opinion. Breakfast pizza was runny egg was still clear and slid right off pizza. They were out of French fries, then made them for us and were over fried. Soft oil soaked and tasted burnt. I would not go here again. 😒
Could not be less impressed. Pizzas werent even in oven when I arrived for pickup at requested time. They forgot the drinks and sides. When I came back for them, I was given a fruit salad containing a total of 1 strawberry and two blackberries. The fungi pizza did not have the advertised caramelized onions, thyme, confit garlic, truffle salt, or gruyere (see below - a far cry from gourmet). Price was way too high for mediocre pizza. We will not be returning.
Some of the best food in Cleveland Ohio area. Everything is super fresh. Lots of organic options and GF options. I’ve been going weekly and with the ever changing weekly entrees, I don’t know how I could ever get tired of it. The Bruschetta and sprouts are my favorite app. I have 3 different salads, all amazing. Their house Made gnocchis are bomb and I’ve tried almost every sauce option on those. All just as amazing as the next. I’ve been to taco night, it did not disappoint. I’ve tried number plus entrée specials, all show that this chef knows what he’s flavors and what he is doing. Everything is so good I have yet to get around to trying the pizza. But seeing his talent on each plate, I can only imagine.Oh, and don’t skip dessert- well worth making room for.
We had an issue with our last order- the pasta with shrimp was terrible. The shrimp were not properly cleaned and had the “poop” vein and the pasta overcooked. The chicken pizza was dry and tasteless. After speaking with the owner he flat out lied by offering to refund the cost and never did. He refused to take our follow up call saying he was busy. Terrible customer experience! Speaks volumes…
*Edit* The owners reply is a lie. Nothing was removed from my bill, and the restaurant was 1/3 full.Horrible experience that overshadowed what we thought was good food for brunch.Despite the restaurant being 1/3 full, food took over an hour to come to the table for a party of 2. The server later expressed that brunch usually does take an hour, and when I asked her why she wouldnt have informed me of this prior to us ordering she huffed off with an attitude and maintained the attitude through the duration of service. We were also splitting multiple different dishes and as it came with 2 eggs and we wanted 1 egg each cooked 2 different ways, they made sure to charge us the cost of a side of egg for this request (even though we didnt ask for any additional eggs). Which I was told was an additional cost that came from the owner specifically.
So there I was, scrambling around looking for salad mix. With a couple minutes to spare I pulled into Restaurant Depot, they closed the door on me and said sorry we wont check you out were closed. Walking out of the other door was the owner of Salted Dough, without hesitation he threw me box of salad mix (not the cheap stuff, THE GOOD STUFF). He wouldnt take a single cent and merely said Ive been there man, CLASS ACT! From everyone at Reddis Pizza, we cant say THANK YOU enough!! From a restaurateurs perspective, we highly recommend Salted Dough (Phenomenal staff and an even better owner).--- Love, Peace, and Pizza Grease
Absolutely delicious pizza and gelato!! We have been their two times this week! Saturday was our first visit we enjoyed the pork conundrum pizza, so much flavor that explodes with every bite! Then went back this week for their boo bash with the kids in costume they got a free kids cheese pizza with adult purchase. We had the Margarita, hot Margarita, pepperoni and cheese pizzas all of which were delicious!! We also tried their amazing gelato in strawberry, pistachio, and tiramisu! The owner/chef Jeff stopped by our table to ask about our meals and check out the kids costumes, he is super friendly and very personable! They have a good draft beer list and specialty drinks, appetizers and so much more!Everyone working and guest came in wearing masks, there is hand sanitizer on all the tables, the tables are spaced out and the bar is open with movable Plexi glass dividers. I felt very safe eating there during covid-19.Do yourself a favor and check out this amazing restaurant and pizza!!
Bad experience. Didn’t have multiple appetizers and the pizza took almost an hour to make. Pizza was lukewarm, nothing special honestly. We ordered tiramisu, got charged for the dessert, and paid our bill. By the time the bill was already taken care of, it took an additional 5 minutes to let us know they were also out of tiramisu. Crème brûlée was substituted for the mistake, and we decided to take it to go. The crème brûlée wasn’t even sent to the kitchen, we overheard. And by the time it got to the table, it was not able to be taken with us as a to-go order. I’ve been to multiple restaurants during these trying times, and bad service isn’t acceptable no matter the situation.
Came opening night and then again about a month later. This place really hit its stride! Peruvian Chicken pizza was pretty good, Spanish pizza was BOMB! Great beer selection, mostly local breweries. Staff very upbeat and friendly. Recommend getting the Salted Dough appetizer and then using the extra homemade butter for your pizza crusts =)
Visited with the family & they had great options! The bar was so warm & cozy we probably could have sat there all evening! They had a great selection of beers from local breweries as well. The beet salad & brussel sprouts were a favorite for my mom and aunt. I ordered the Spanish pizza and it was delicious! If you’re looking for pizza done well I would recommend stopping by!
Have ordered from here twice and pizza has always been great---fresh ingredients and unique pizza combos. Have tried the Spanish pizza as well as just a plain old pepperoni and sausage and both have been great! Orders can take a while sometimes, but the one time it took a while they admitted they were short staffed that night. This evening we ordered take-out and ordered two side salads as well---the side salads were $7 a piece, but it each was MAYBE a 1/2 cup of lettuce. I literally counted the lettuce in one of the salads and there were 10 pieces of lettuce. :/ That is definitely NOT worth $7. Had we opened the container while still at the restaurant we absolutely would have asked for our money back. The salad was tasty---fresh greens and a good, fresh dressing---but for $7 I expect a greater portion. Hope to be able to contact management (there is not contact email on their website) to get this issue rectified. Will update if I am able to contact them!
Fun place, and our first visit as it opened just 5 weeks ago. Not as busy as usual, according to our server, because of the holiday week. The two of us were able to sit at the bar immediately and order from the menu. We each ordered a drink, the charcuterie board, and medium Funghi pizza. The board had good choices and I would give a 5 star! Pizza was good flavor, but the crust seemed plain to me. Ill come again and give another try.
I love Salted Dough!Tonight was our second time here and we loved it just as much as the first time. The food is incredible and you can taste that it is made from scratch. The pizza crust is just the most beautiful, delicious thin crust and the gnocchi is just to die for. Tonight the owner was running food (while still looking like a super model) and I respected her so much for working so hard to help her staff and her business. It is very clear that this family puts their heart and soul into this restaurant. If you havent checked this place out, you need to!
Went there on a Friday for the giant slices of pizza. They did not disappoint! My kids loved it. The atmosphere was great and the staff and chef were amazing. Highly recommend this place for a fun different place to try good food. Great restaurant for a date night as well.
Great meal and great experience! The outdoor patio was beautiful! There were beautiful plants growing all about and there was even live music on the Wednesday night we visited. The wait was long for both drinks and food, though they had warned us before seating that the kitchen staff was short. The menu is HUGE - especially for a place that seems kind of small. They might benefit from shrinking the menu a little bit and really honing in the on the best selling dishes and perfecting those. I also think a smaller menu would help with timing and service, as well as enhance the fine dining atmosphere.Drinks were good, though I would love to see garnishes more polished, presentable and intentional.I think this place has so much great potential - the flavors were amazing! Id love to see more focus put on the details. Overall, good experience, would return!! :)
We received a gift card from friends that highly recommend the Salted Dough! We enjoyed our dining experience and the food was worth the wait. The pizza is amazing! You can tell the chef takes pride in the business! The fresh ingredients have put this place top on our list for sure. We cannot wait to return and try one of the chef specials! We will definitely return and recommend it to friends. It is a nice evening out as I consider it a dining experience.
My wife saw Salted Dough on New Day Cleveland so she wanted to try it. We both had the pizza. Long wait but after reading some of the owner comments in some of the reviews it is clear that because everything is made from scratch there are long wait times. We were not aware of that and will take that into consideration if we go back. The pizza was excellent. I really enjoyed it. A little greasy for my wife. She had sausage mushroom. The service was good. Very loud. Had a couple entertainers that we could barely hear. Over all very good.
Another fantastic meal. The tenderloin special and the short rib gnocchi were outstanding. Adam made great cocktails and the sevice at the bar was good. Just so you know... Chef Jeff puts a lot of effort into these meals. It takes a little time. Order an app and a drink and stay awhile. It is worth the wait. One of my favorite things to do is askJeff what special he likes that day and order that one. The pizzas are unique and I get one now and again, but the specials are a treasure.
From the restaurant website and menu I was not expecting what I walked into. The restaurant is pretty small and its quite casual. The night that we went it was crowded, they had live music (it was almost deafening), and if they had air conditioning you wouldnt know it. It was ridiculously hot in there and I felt sorry for the staff as it was obvious that they were sweating running around the place all night-and we were there most of the evening waiting for our food as others have mentioned. However, the food was very good. The burrata appetizer was excellent and I was very pleased with what I chose from the specials. We did also order the salted dough expecting it to be fresh oven/wood fired dough similar to what a lot of artisanal pizza places offer, it was just 4 slices of toasted bread with butter drowned in olive oil and salt as a dipper. They could definitely improve there as that did not impress me in the least bit. That wasnt worth paying for.Based on the other food items we ordered I would go back...in the winter.
I walked through the doors of Salted Dough for the very first time in early December, I immediately received a warm smile and greeting from a lovely young lady.I looked around at the welcoming, farmhouse modern atmosphere - comfortably lighted. I decided to take a seat at the bar which provided an intimate feel, yet seated an ample amount of people. I was greeted by Greg, who was professional and very well-versed...Impressive. The bar boasted a very nice wine and beer list and included several of my favorites. The craft cocktails were not only beautiful but perfectly created; something you would expect out of a high-end speakeasy in NYC.I ordered my food. I kept it pretty simple, brussel sprouts and the beet salad. Delicioso!Needless to say, I have been back many times! I make an attempt to bring someone new to experience THE experience. I have since ordered many other menu items, not a single one has disappointed.I am not a dessert eater by nature, although in my last three visits, Ive somehow ended up with a dessert! Each one unique and truly exquisite. My favorite was the peach tiramisu with cayenne gelato. (I hope Im getting this right!) I fear as long as they keep putting dessert in front of me, I will have to partake!I love this place. Everyone I bring with me, loves this place. I will continue to go back - time and time again.Thank you Chef Jeff, Kurt, Greg, Tracy.... Very well done!
The food and service is excellent every time we come by! The most recent experience was on Mothers Day, and they were able to quickly accommodate our party of 6. Our kids were excited to watch the cooks making the pizza, and the owner had a brilliant idea to give them little balls of pizza dough -- they were entertained through the entire dinner!!! We ordered several appetizers and pizzas, and everything was hot and delicious. He also gave us gelato on the house for Mothers Day, the strawberry lemonade especially was amazing! We had a fantastic time, well definitely be back soon!
Wife and I stopped in for lunch on a Friday afternoon. Really cool ambiance. Food was fantastic. Had the hot margarita pizza and home made gnocchi with Bolognese sauce. I had to think about this, but may have made #1 on my list for pizza. Def top 5 The gnocchi was delicious too. Even the house salad was great. Hostess was kind enough to serve their home made gelato complementary even though we were stuffed. It too was tasty.I believe the person who may be the owner was making their lunch special. Slice of pizza and salad for $10. We were joking with him cause the pizza had to be 4 ft big. Before we left he sent us home with a slice sort of joking. The one slice doesnt fit in the fridge. It was pretty cool. Overall a fun experience and delicious food. Will return when I get the chance.
We were very excited to try this place. Unfortunately after tonight we wlll not be returning. Beautiful weather for patio seating with live music but the extremely long wait for our pizza (45 minutes) over shadowed the food itself. The server (Kelly) came back 3 times to apologize and explain that the kitchen was “behind” . She did offer us complementary gelato but we declined since we really just wanted the pizza. Over priced drinks. They did have adequate servers, but the problem was the kitchen.
Decided to try Salted Dough after my nephews graduation. Have heard good things about the place on a Facebook group. Normally I don’t write reviews for places, I just don’t go back. But this place is overpriced and I want to save people their money. When we first got there we waited 10 minutes for somebody to come and greet us and ask us how many. We were seated right away after that, which was good. The drinks came in plastic cups and foamcoffee cups. No lids for the drinks (kids). They brought out the kids meals first and the kids had their food for about 20 minutes before any adult received food. Then each adult got their food at different times. I got my food last after the other adults had their food for about 10 minutes. It was the worst pasta dish I’ve ever had. I have never sent a dish back before but this was terrible. The atmosphere is nice with a live musician. And the decor is very pretty. Service and food is awful. They did take my meal off the bill. If you are looking for a night out, skip this place.
Just had to share a review of this place because it was so awesome! Went there for the first time last night and it did not disappoint! The pizza and gnocchi were fantastic! So was the gelato! The gnocchi is a ricotta cheese gnocchi and it’s honestly the best I’ve ever tasted. Every detail of all the food was 100% on point! The drinks were amazing as well. Very cute decor and atmosphere. To top it all off, the service was spectacular! The owner came out from the back to ask us how our meals where (he had been hand rolling the gnocchi fresh in the back) and he could not have been more friendly! You could tell that the owners are so passionate about their business and making their customers happy. Please go out and try this place. Loved!
Not sure how their pies are but I went there for taco week and the tacos were phenomenal! Got the pork belly tacos and chicken tacos. They had a guy playing really good live music outside. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. I am definitely going back to try their pizzas!
Pizza is delicious and outstanding! Good selection of wine and beer for everyone. Our service for a Friday night and 5 pizzas was a bit slower but the owner and Chef came and apologized to us. I appreciate that he admitted it wasnt their best service and wanted to do better next time. We will come back and if you like good quality pizza this is the place!
Got two pizzas to go last night was told to pick up the order at 640. Arrived at 640 and did not leave the store until 704 with pizzas. We have been here a few time before and the product was worth the additional cost but this time it was not. It seems like they had tried to rapid cook these or something, the edges of the pizzas were burnt black and not edible. A store bought frozen pizza would have been an upgrade. Will not be returning as a customer.
Very relaxed and charming atmosphere with an upscale menu. The food is absolutely delicious, great drinks and bar selection and the staff is friendly and helpful. Chef and management are visible and friendly with guests. Salted Dough is such a treat, do yourself a favor and get there.
My wife saw some show that said this was a great fish fry. I had some reservations about going to a pizza place for fish but we went anyway. We’ve been here for an hour and still have not gotten our food, and the restaurant is not busy, maybe three tables ahead of us. The decor is unique, the waitress friendly but if you don’t want to celebrate a birthday while waiting for your food go somewhere else. While waiting we did have some gelato out of desperation, it was very good, so that was a redeeming quality.
Salted Dough? More like Assaulted, Doh! Took my sweetheart there to celebrate her cancers remission. I had heard good things, but was sorely disappointed. They were out of several beers. The food took forever. Then, to top it all off, the owner screamed profanities at a patron. I was afraid to mention that my pizza was underdone. If youre looking to get gouged for a truly subpar experience, youd best get to this trendy spot posthaste.
Just ate here for the first time. I wish I would have known about this place earlier. We saw it on WKYC/Channel 3 - Save our Sauce a few weeks ago. VERY cool atmosphere and a great bar! My boyfriend and I were blown away. Lisa was super sweet and made an AMAZING cocktail called Salted Dough Sour. I must say it was the best drink I ever had. Angie, our waitress was also very nice and accommodating. All of the food we ordered was EXCEPTIONAL. We loved the homemade smoked mozzarella and the homemade meatballs with goat cheese was to die for. The red sauce is out of this world. We also shared a pizza with kalamata olives and roasted red peppers. It was so delicious. We also had the homemade gnocchi with red sauce and also in the white/cream sauce. We ordered a ton of food for 2 people, but the menu was so amazing, that it was difficult to chose. We will be locals here. I have already told my friends that we have to go here! They will love it! If you have not gone here, try it. I promise that you will not be disappointed.-Cathleen
I will never eat here again. Ever. Ive tried the Salted Dough 3 times. The first time was nice. We visited when Ohio restaurants had severely limited capacity and we lucked out with the nightly menu. It was quiet enough to hold a conversation comfortably and the chicken pot pie was delicious. Our second visit was a different experience. The restaurant was so loud. We could not hold a conversation over the live music being played in the center of the restaurant. We left within 10 minutes of being seated. Our third visit was by far the worst. We were not greeted for 20 minutes. The server was unable to accurately describe the nightly menu. We waited over 45 mins for our dinners, which were far from what had been described. I had to pick through my dish to peel the shells off the shrimp and the scallops were 86ed without telling me.. The dish was lackluster, missing the key components and overtly expensive. I will not return. The third time was anything but the charm. $90 for two meals I could have made at home...no alcohol.
Food was good, service not so much. Asked twice for a booster seat, didnt get one until going to the hostess stand myself. Dont know why pizza took almost an hour to make. Not a good place to go with kids. We took our food home in boxes as soon as it hit the table. Will order take out next time.
Was here almost a year ago and couldn’t stop thinking about the gnocchi!! So I was worried I built it up on my head and it wouldn’t quite be the same…wrong!! It was AMAZING!!! We ended up talking to the owner Jeff, he is so personable and cool. Hopefully I’ll see him for a haircut lol! Definitely recommend awesome local place with exquisite food!!
Have been waiting a while to finally try this restaurant, as I live in the area. Place has a nice atmosphere and our server was a sweetheart. Took about 25 minutes to receive our drinks, about 30-45 minutes to receive appetizers, and nearly an hour (I wish I were kidding) AFTER receiving appetizers to receive our pizzas. Our checks came before our pizzas and we ended up getting our pizzas togo because once we got our checks, the server said that the pizzas were just put in the oven. Our queso was like eating hot skim milk w some terrible seasonings. Our pizzas were tough, burnt, and looked as if a Totinos freezer pizza was better in competition. Not a single time did a manager or owner come to us and offer apologies. Personally, I believe that is poor customer service. The bartenders and other servers knew of our long food/drink ticket issues, but like I said not a single word from a manager or owner. I understand no one wants to work and restaurants are very short staffed but not once in the restaurant was it posted saying Please bear with us as we are doing the best we can with what we have. Seems very selfish of the owner/manager to fill tables knowing adequate service cannot be provided with a short staff.
I would give them 10 out of 5 if I could! We loved their Xmas prime rib special. Today, I went to pick up two partially cooked pizzas not cut to heat for New years Eve. They accidentally cut them so they made me two new pizzas and gave me a free dessert for waiting.... When the pizzas were ready, the owner wanted to give me the pizzas and dessert for FREE. Beyond generous but I kindly refused. Their food is the best!
Sat for over 1.5 hours for our food while buying over priced drinks. After waiting and finally receiving our food the owner came out to talk to us. Instead of apologizing he began to swear at us because of how tough it is to staff. We left. Dont seat so many tables if you cant handle it. Dont take your frustrations out on your customers who are paying too much for your food. I know how hard it is to staff. If you cant handle it you adjust. You dont take it out on paying customers. Im sure youre passionate. I was willing to drop it all when the food arrived but you came out and ruined any shot at another chance. Some advice from a restaurant manager to another, if youre customer has waited really long for their their food. Theyre angry. Coming out angry will not resolve the issue.
We had a great experience at Salted Dough tonight! Amazing pizza, delicious appetizers, and to-die-for gelato. Expansive drink menu, and excellent service. The owner was super friendly and kind, too. Happy to be able to support a small business and his family, all while having a great, fresh meal, and some cocktails 🙂 We’re excited to come back and bring the kids for build your own pizza, too!
Have been there twice. Once on a Saturday afternoon for a late lunch and once on a Friday evening for dinner.Atmosphere is rustic, comfortable and family friendly. Wait staff is very friendly.Had margarita pizza for lunch which was very good, in fact much better than we had expected.Came back after work on a Friday a couple of weeks later and found it fairly full with people seated at bar and tables. Had about a 15 minute wait to be seated.Waitress was very friendly and explained their menu and evenings specials. We went with their splake, clams and mussels seafood special that had a large shrimp as a feature. Very good and reasonably priced.
Very attentive staff. Nice one man band during the week. Very enjoyable experience being outside on their patio. Now, the good stuff. The pizza is totally legit. Proper Neopolitan style crust, super high quality toppings. Sauces are varied and lip licking good. Salads are solid. Will be going back very soon. Cannot recommend this spot more!
5 stars?? I need another 50 on here!! I met the owners Jeff and Rachel and they are More then wonderful. The service at salted dough was fantastic. The staff is amazing, Jeff was our server he exceeded our expectations and was funny and an uplifting spirit. I felt like he was serving us at his own home and we were his friends. Same with Curt, is the general manager and he came over to make sure everything was great and exceeded our expectations, introduced himself, and asked our names as well. The food and wine selection was excellent. The specials are fantastic and switch up daily. I loved that they meet vegetarian and vegan needs!!! I truly truly loved being here. Such a great, fun, humble couple. Can not wait to come back! Xoxo
We had an amazing experience here for the first time! A host or maybe a server greeted us at the door and made us feel very welcomed! Once at the table Krista was our server and she was amazing! Made several great suggestions! Our food and drinks were AMAZING and DELICIOUS! We had the Spanish pizza and the swordfish special. Both had phenomenal flavor! We will definitely be back!!! Thank you for the great experience!
I was excited to try this place but unfortunately not impressed and dont think Ill ever go back. The first thing that a I immediately noticed was how loud this place is, I could hardly hear the person I was with, too loud. Second they had the door open leading to the outside seating area and with that there were numerous flies inside which was bothersome and disgusting. Thirdly, it took over 25 minutes to get our pizza. The service was mediocre to poor. And not worth my time or $$.It might have potential but at this point it doesnt.
I had heard good things about this place, so I was excited to try it. Unfortunately my experience was not great. I was told my food would be ready at 4:30, but since I dont like cold pizza I got there at 4:25. A few minutes before 4:30 a hostess came out to my curbside pickup spot and got my signature. I proceeded to wait until 4:45, when I called to ask what was going on. I was told that my pizza was ready, but they had not yet even started on my sides, and I would have to wait another 10 minutes. After waiting 25 minutes after my pickup time, my food was brought out to me.Once I got home, I discovered that they had given me the wrong sides. I called and had to go back again to get my correct food. I was told that I wound not be charged for my sides, but so far I have not received the credit.Food quality: 2/5 but that could have been due to pizza sitting for so longFood value: 1/5Customer service: 0/5
“Family Night Out!! “After a month of cooking, treated us all to a “Night Out” via Salted Dough in Broadview Heights. Super NICE staff, great curbside service that was super easy, AMAZING food for Restaurant Longing Foodies! Such great flavor profiles. So HAPPY! Supporting Local business too! Their Bread and pizza crust are amazing!!! The Butternut Squash Pizza tastes just like Fall and it’s my FAVORITE! The Fungi pizza is so very good! This was our first time ordering from them and we can’t wait until next time! Highly suggest trying them out!!!
We stopped in on a spur of the moment decision. What a great decision that was! Grilled calamari appetizer was fresh and tasty. Also had pizza that knocked it out of the park. The staff was great from hostess to server to manager to owner. Very friendly and attentive. We will be back!
I really enjoyed the atmosphere of Salted Dough and the food was especially good! We ordered the Burrata, Peruvian Chicken Pizza, and Gnocchi. I really appreciated the originality of the menu. They definitely have tons of pizzas that you can’t get anywhere else. I highly recommend!
My daughter and I went to Salted Dough for the first time today. Food was outstanding and our waitress Sarah was an absolute doll. She is truly what every waitress should be!! What an asset to this restaurant. I highly suggest every one should try this restaurant, you will definitely not be disappointed!! Cant wait to go back. Definitely worth every penny!!!
Food was phenomenal!!! Brussels appetizer passed the mark of perfection, as did the meat balls. Both with generous portions. Pizza was divine, both ordered a white base - the Fungi, which I modified and a Butternut Squash. We read the Scene Magazine review & just had to go. The food is so fresh, delicious, flavorful and love a scratch kitchen!!! Its not just pizza here, other entrees! Chef Jeff nailed it!!!
Wow! So glad to have tried Salted Dough. First off, they are not just a pizza place!! Granted their pizza is phenomenal but they have other just as wonderful things on their menu. But let me mention the bar and wine list. A great selection of some really good wines and their cocktails are legit (when was the last time you found an Aviation cocktail on the menu). They have a great selection of liquors and can make anything your heart desires. They definitely give some of the other establishments in close proximity a run for their money. Give them a try. You won’t regret it.
The hot, sweet and smokey is pretty much life changing. great atmosphere, huge patio, friendly staff. i stopped by here on my way to a friends house to have a drink and had to order a pizza bc they looked incredible. worth a drive if youre not local. support family owned restaurants!!!
This location had always been a black hole, but I sincerely hope thats not the case with Salted Dough. The thin crust style pizza here is amazing. The sauce has a slight sweetness and the crust is wonderful. If you go here, dont leave without trying their gelato. Fantastic taste and texture..... worth the trip alone. Our service was friendly and attentive with good music and atmosphere. Very happy to have found a new local gem.
This evening was my first visit to Salted Dough. I’m admittedly not a huge Italian cuisine fan, so I was apprehensive about the menu selection. I must say, this was far and away one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in the Broadview Hts/North Royalton area. I was especially pleased with our service. We were approached by Chef Jeff and the manager (I believe his name was Kurt) ensuring that we were satisfied with our food and experience. Our server was friendly, professional, and attentive. And the food...fantastic. We tried the calamari, gnocchi, meatballs, salted dough, and pizza. I thank you for the wonderful food and overall experience, and look forward to returning soon. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Wait time of 1hour and 40mins and still waiting on our pizza. A basic goal of a restaurant is to have enough cooks to take care of demand. If you cannot deliver with a wait time under 30mins you need to re-evaluate staffing. The food is very good. Good pizzaThank you for you response. I am sorry to hear that you are facing challenges with staffing. You Pizza is 5 start for sure but the wait times like I mentioned before we just beyond long. I hope this will be solved quickly.
My worst experience at a restaurant EVER!!!! For a place that charges what they do for dishes I was expecting a hell of a lot better. Waitress had absolutely no understanding of the drink menu. Took 5 orders and about 30 minutes to get a beer from thier menu They couldnt find them. They mixed up drinks that where ordered. They didnt take everyones order at same time. The appetizers came out at different times. The main $35 dish was completely wrong and horrible looking. The kids pasta dishes had no sauce and 2 others in our party didnt get their pizza. Just an overall disappointment from a place that charges what they do. Not putting up with the low standard as of lately and neither should you. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Our waitress was absolutely amazing and the food was SO good. I specifically got the Bolognese Gnocchi and it was the best Ive ever had. We tried a few of their Gelato flavors and all of them were amazing. My favorites were the Blueberry Cheesecake and the Nutella Coconut. This was our first time there and we will definitely be back! They had a great looking patio for happy hours too!
Some of the best Italian food in Northeast Ohio. Staff is awesome, and Chef Jeff is one of the most talented chefs out there. If you havent already had the privilege of dining at this restaurant, put it at the top of your list. You will not be disappointed and it will surely be one of your new favorite dining establishments.
We took the whole family and had a great time! We all got something different so we could try a variety of items on the menu. The grilled calamari was delicious and so was the salad it comes atop. The pizza was amazing (we got the breakfast pizza and the kids got cheese) as was the gnocchi; it was hard to make a decision on what kind to get because everything sounded so good which only means we’ll have to go back to try more! Save room for dessert or get it to go; the innovative flavors of house made gelato are very interesting and there’s something for everyone. We definitely recommend Salted Dough for eat it or carry out!
First visit and it will be the last. We waited 45 minutes after ordering only to be told they were out of the ingredients for our pizza, then had to ask - and wait again - for a menu to reorder. The service was extremely slow and although our server kept apologizing we were also repeatedly reminded of how busy they were. We spoke to other patrons seated around us and they too were commenting on the poor service and fragmented delivery of meals to their table. When it finally arrived the food was barely edible. Fries were soggy, over salted and cold. The burger special was missing the top of the bun and when we queried our server she said “I don’t know - I never served that before”. The fungi pizza was soggy and rubbery on very thin crust. The manager attempted service recovery by comping the pizza and offering free gelato (which we declined) but the problems were just too pervasive - and there too many great alternatives- for us to give this place another try.
Went there for lunch & was disappointed after reading all of the great reviews. Our appetizers & pizza were cold & had no flavor & we waited a very long time for our salads (30+ minutes). Our server was pleasant but seemed like she didn’t care that we were having a bad experience. The manager was very nice & apologized for the cold pizzas & he had them remade at no charge. Even with that kind & generous gesture - we will not be back.
My friends and I went to Salted Dough during a huge rain storm. We ran inside to avoid as much water as possible and we were instantly greeted by a very nice server thanking us for making the journey out to see them. He gave us towels to dry off and offered us free gelato for the night!! In addition to their hospitality, the food was amazing!!
Food is good. Service is not. Always have to wait for service, always have different seating rules (different from the COVID rules followed by other restaurants). Understaffed or subpar staffed. Bartender guy has a terrible attitude and no customer service skills, very rude. Three strikes and you are out. Id love to eat here again, Im just not willing to deal with the subpar service.
Good food - excellent takeout service during this time. Stopped by on a Monday at peak dinner time and the staff were literally running back and forth to the cars bringing checks and food - way to hustle! Keep up the great work! Pizzas and salad were delicious. Will be back.
First time visit tonight! Loved it!!! I wanted to try so many different things, so it was hard to choose! We ordered a pizza and a gnocchi so we could share and they were both DELICIOUS!!!Don’t forget the gelato for dessert. Yummy!! Also, a great atmosphere and comfortable space. Highly recommend Salted Dough! Give it a try!!
Took 3 hours to be served 2 appetizers and a pizza. One appetizer was cold.( it was tasty) Watermelon margarita was way over priced and tasted like the rind of a watermelon so I didnt drink it. the server didnt notice that it was hardly touched or the fact that my soda was empty ..beer was knocked over by the staff and wasnt replaced. 70 bucks for a small pizza, 2 apps and 2 drinks was outrageous. The service or lack thereof made it insulting.
I was a fan, Id been to the restaurant several times, and had wonderful cocktails and food. I was even willing to support them for take out service, but their customer service leaves much to be desired. Sitting in a parking lot for two hours and twenty minutes with no one coming out to update me on my order. Nah, I am not good with that. Their facebook page sounds like they are a hurt 7 year old child. They need to take ownership of the poor customer service and the fact that they take more orders than they can handle. But what ever they decide to do it will be for the benefit of others. They have lost me permanently as a customer. But they are good with that, they posted that there are plenty of other businesses to support, so Ill do just that. :)
The pizza is ok. Thin crust, but nothing exceptional. Given the name, I was really looking forward to the salt/romano/garlic oil that is supposed to finish all pizza crusts, but we didnt notice anything on either of our pizzas. Plus, keep in mind, because of the thin crust, it doesnt travel very far without getting cold.
Delicious food and drinks made from scratch with fresh ingredients they buy from local farmers markets. Hell even the tables are decorated with flowers bought from the market. Small business helping other family owned businesses at its best!! Great atmosphere, cocktails, and dinner.
We went to Salted Dough about a month ago and the service and food were very good. Tonight, we decided to go again. when we walked in, we were ignored for a couple minutes even though four employees were standing at the front counter. After a few minutes we requested a table for two, and the hostess proceeded to seat us at a tiny, extremely awkward table next to the open kitchen and in the walkway. When we asked to be seated at a different table, she informed us that we would be waiting at least 25 minutes. When I asked why we could not sit at one of several other tables that were available, she informed me that those are for larger parties. Since there was nobody else waiting for a table, I was confused. My dinner companion had gone to the restroom. As I sat down in the waiting area to wait for him, another girl standing at the hostess station looked at me and in an extremely snotty voice and rolling her eyes, said, whats the problem? I responded that I had told the other girl that I was going to wait for my dinner companion to return from the restroom and we would determine whether or not we were willing to wait at least 25 minutes for a table in a restaurant with several other available tables. So now rather than having a party of two at a table that could seat four, they had a very nice, very well-paying and well-tipping couple leave the restaurant. So rude.
Horrible treatment and manager came out from back trying to tell me I had to take food that wasnt my correct order for pick up, he literally said that he wasnt going to refund my money and that I could call police. He actually wrote the number down and slammed it on counter. The nice young lady was polite enough to give me my full refund and I even left her a 7 dollar tip although I didnt get any food. The fact that she works under such awful management is not her fault. I never ate here and now Im grateful that I didnt. This manager is a mean, cruel man whom was literally trying to steal money for his mistake.
It was very welcoming, very cooperative, explained all their menu very patiently and of course loved their food especially pizza and also loved their service.Love this place. We will definitely visit more often. Server also explained that they make everything from scratch and local grown farm which was very impressive to us all. Dessert was also delicious.
First time here, now my favourite place! Staff was friendly and nice starting with the welcoming hostess to our waitress. Enjoyed the classic rock music while we waited for our food. The lemon piccata chicken on risotto was excellent, best Ive had. We also had the red pizza. Pancetta with basil on a thin crust. Great flavor. Finished with a toffee gelato. Get there early as it was packed by 5: on Saturday.
Nice atmosphere, moderately busy but nothing crazy, server was nice. Had some issues with our appetizer, ordered the pom fritz - told by our server shortly after that the fryer went down. Okay, no biggie. Substituted pom fritz for grilled calamari. Waited another 15 minutes only to have the server come over again and explain the grille was now down but that our calamari was being pan friend and should be up very soon. Received calamari, with apologies from possibly a kitchen manager. The appetizer was good if not entirely worth price given the portion and substituted prep method. Unfortunately, because the app was so late to arrive we were still eating the calamari when very soon after our pizza placed down at our table. Pizza got cold while we were finishing up app. Final kicker, while finishing up our now cold pizza, server stops over to ask if we want to hear something funny? Apparently both the fryer and grille were back up! It was like, hey, remember that meal you wanted? You could have it now...too bad you already ate though. Things happen, SO worked in service industry for a long time. I asked her if it would have been w/in reason for the restaurant to discount or comp the appetizer. She said yes or at least comped the pom fritz once the fryer came back up. Alas, nothing offered from server or mgmt. Oh well, it was an okay experience. Not sure well make the 20 minute drive out from the city again though.
I wish I had taken a picture of the mussels and frites before we devoured them. But it’s really their fault. The aroma of that dish is too intoxicating to NOT devour right away. We lost all control and dove right in. Not only did we lose our Instagram minds and not post a photo, but the sauce beckoned us to steal any and all crusts from our kids. When we were finished, I asked for a container to take the leftover sauce home....it’s that good.I dare anyone to show me a mussels dish that is better.
We were initially hesitant about eating inside at a restaurant, since because of Covid-19 they were only recently opened again. But it was a chilly day. We checked out Salted Dough and were really impressed at the great job they did of separating tables and following safety procedures. Food was awesome. Top of the line, fresh ingredients. Loved both the beet & berry salads, eggplant pizza with garlic confit and mango & classic margaritas. Pom fritz with truffle salt, garlic confit & pecorino were yummy. Portions were huge and we enjoyed everything at home later. In spite of our being stuffed, we couldn’t resist the peach cobbler gelato made from scratch. It sounded too good, and it was! Kaitlyn did a great job of looking after us. Our life felt normal again, eating at Salted Dough. We went at 4 PM, and even though all restaurants had to limit capacity, we had no problem getting a table. We are looking forward to going back again.
Food is great, but service of the kitchen is awful and they do not care or intend to fix it. We have tried to be patient and give the benefit of the doubt, but have waited 30-60 minutes longer than quoted for our take out 5 times over 6 months when they are not busy even on weekdays. How can they find this acceptable when you are trying to feed your family?
What a wonderful experience. After being deployed for the past month, I travelled home for the holidays and this is the place my family picked for me to eat. We ordered almost every appetizer, and a Peruvian pizza. Holy cow. Each app was amazing. The meatballs, tender. The burrata, so soft. The charcuterie board, So tasty. Everything was so flippin amazing. I loved it. Cant wait to go again. Its neapolitan pizza so its quick fired in a stone oven. The pizza was salted perfectly and the olives were killer. I loved Salted dough.
I was super excited for Salted Dough to open, but frankly its been disappointing. The pizzas cost way too much and, despite the fancy ingredients, do not taste that great. The good news is the disappointment inspired me to learn how to make pizza at home...and its way better than anything Ive tried here.
I placed a pickup order at roughly 620pm on a Friday, was told an 815pm pickup. A two hour wait—that’s fine, it’s Friday night, I have nothing but time. I arrive at 815pm to pick up my food and am told it’s not ready and the kitchen is backed up. Annoyed, but I get it. A half hour later, at 845pm, the food finally comes out and an item is missing. Beyond irritated. Completely unacceptable to wait an extra half hour when I had to wait two hours to begin with.If the food wasn’t ready and the kitchen was behind, why not CALL ME to let me know? I could have at least waited at home and not in my car at the curb. You had my number—you took it when I called. In terms of food, the pork conundrum pizza was good but extremely oily, the burrata was subpar, and the tiramisu was easily the worst tiramisu I have ever had—not a strong coffee flavor and the mascarpone legit tasted sour and rotten. To their credit, they did give us free order of the meatballs for the wait.Maybe they were having an off night.
My visit to Salted Dough was fair the place was very loud. My orange & blueberry salad with Citrus dressing was excellent. Very excited they had gluten-free pizza when I received my pizza it was a flat bread it was so hard I could not even bite in it. Very disappointed 😢
Everything is made with love and entirely from scratch! Wonderfully delicious fare that is filling and filling! No fake additives or preservatives to wrench your gut and provide for unpleasant memories afterwards. Fun and beautiful environment with patio expected to be extended soon. Slower most mornings perfect for reading the paper and sipping the coffee while enjoying delicious delicacies appearing to also be made from scratch. All in all, beautiful people, environment, food and great all around place to enjoy yourself at with friends and family alike!
So good! We had the Mixed mushroom rosemary white wine local cream parmesan gnocchi and thePurvian chicken pizza. We were super impressed by both but the gnocchi was out of this world. Better than Little Italy. When we are on the other side of this social distancing we cant wait to come and try some of their entrees. The Broadview Heights area is lucky to have such an artisanal Italian and pizza restaurant. They even have decadent desserts like unique tiramisu and gelato. Would definitely recommend!
Update: You can get a very large slice of pizza with whatever toppings you like at a more reasonable price (the slice is huge).Original post: The pizza i had was good but in no way justifies the pricing, which is very high. There is no way to make your own combination of toppings for less than 23$ for a 14 pizza!??! Was told the price of a plain sauce and cheese pizza is the same as a specialty pizza (which include 5 or more quality ingredients) and then you have to add toppings at $2.50-3.00 a pop. Hopefully they rectify the build your own situation.
First time there. Pizza very much like pizza fire -- thin, little toppings and way over priced. $22 for a large that was primarily dough?Meatballs were small & dry and 3 for $10 is just silly.Tables were basically on top of each other so we could barely talk to each other at our 6 top. The tables were so close we literally saw a womans long hair resting on the table behind her. Kind of unsanitary IMO.Not worth the wait or prices.
Long wait. Oblivious server and expo chef? 25 mins for apps that sat in the pass for 10. As someone who has worked in the industry for the past 15 years. I take pride in attention to detail and obviously no one one here has that same pride or even knows the difference.Pizza was greasy dough was burnt. I understand if its busy but thats no excuse for the lack of leadership in this restaurant. Good luck you need it.
Good tacos, though management does not understand HIPPA rules or CDC guidelines. they claim they cant ask about the mask due to HIPPA. HIPPA is actually the opposite, it means someone can only find out medical information by asking the patient directly for permission. Also the staff cooks without masks. They state that the CDC due to high temperatures do not require a mask. Thats not true, that applies to factory machinery, not cooking someones personal meal.
Good pizza but honestly hard to justify visiting often. I wish the pizzas were bigger or a few dollars cheaper. I am willing to pay a premium for good pizza, but this is just a bit too much Edit: After trying a few more times, the pizza is not even that good. Way better options in CLE

2021-10-20It was our first time at Salted Dough tonight and after just one time, we are definitely hooked! From the atmosphere to the service, to the food and delicious cocktails - everything was top notch! We tried multiple courses including apps, salads, entrees and dessert. The homemade gnocchi and the tiramisu were beyond incredible but everything was great! The owner came out and talked with us and he was down to earth and super nice! We will be going back soon, for sure!! Thanks for the great experience, guys!!

2022-02-18Great place with a nice atmosphere to hang with friends, drink, chat, and eat. Theres so many options for food that I just want keep coming back to try it all. Originally tried Salted Dough during Cleveland pizza week two years in a row and decided it was time to try dining in and ordering something besides pizza. I choose a salad and my friend ordered a pizza. We were both super happy with our choices. You can never go wrong with any of their pizzas they are truly so tasty! Their crust and fresh ingrediants just make it the best. We also split bruchetta which was probably my favorite! There was a cucumber one and a goat cheese and honey one which were just so delicious. Looking forward to coming back as I have my eye on the meat and cheese board and some wine!

2021-08-07Went on a Friday, steady busy But not as busy as it has been in the past when Ive gone to this restaurant. Dinner service was very very slow. Food was very good but I felt like we were waiting too long for food items. We sat outside because there was a performer which was very nice. Our server was very nice nice and accommodating as well

2021-11-08This was our first trip to Salted Dough, and it did not disappoint! I chose it as my birthday dinner and Im sure glad I did. The decor and atmosphere are super cute and inviting. The service was amazing, from the hostess to our awesome server, Adam. He was prompt, social, and helpful! He gave us great recommendations and went out of his way to make sure my allergy concerns were addressed. The food was amazing, especially the short rib gnocchi and my pizza with vegan cheese (yay for having vegan cheese as an option)!! If I had to give one criticism, it would be that it was a tad loud with other guests voices, but we were so wrapped up in the fun and tasty food that it was easily overlooked. I cant wait to go back and try their pizza to-go, soon!

2022-06-19I’m very conflicted that I have to give this restaurant three stars. I always love supporting small businesses when I can especially locally owned businesses. I have no desire to go to big chain restaurants, especially when there’s high-quality food in our backyard that’s locally owned. We went on a holiday and it was not very busy when we arrived, maybe 4-6 groups seated. It seemed like there were ample staff to seat patrons. I have nothing bad to say about the quality of the food, but unfortunately our experience with the staff was less than stellar.First, we were seated outside right next to the smoker for the chicken, and while it smelled good was less than ideal for a long period (we were moved to a different location when asking). We were a party of six and from ordering to receiving food took approximately 45 minutes to an hour. In between that time we rarely saw our waitress. We also saw other tables get seated, receive their food and check, and leave. By the time we received our food nearly half of the orders were incorrect. The food was sent back and “corrected”, though the sides were still incorrect and given to the wrong person. Additionally, we were charged nine dollars for mimosas when on the menu it clearly states that it is eight dollars. When we informed our waitress of the mimosa error, it seemed like she already knew that this error existed. Still, there was no mention of it when we ordered nor did it seem like there was going to be any initiative to change this in the future on the menu. She did try to charge the correct amount but the principle of it is to have consistency between menu price and price charged.Which leads to a trend between all my issues- they are accountable for problems but the way they get fixed are rushed and not helpful in the long run. I’ve read prior reviews where the owner responds and asks patrons to take responsibility for issues when they arise. I agree with this, but to what extent? Nearly every aspect of our experience has an issue and it is exhausting to keep asking for basic requests: water refills, coffee refills, correct food, being placed not by a smoker, being charged the correct amount. The quality the food was excellent for the most part, despite the longer than usual wait. And I have no problem waiting for food when I know that the quality is going to be excellent, as quality food truly can’t be made in short times. It’s clear to me that the owner has put his heart and soul into this restaurant and making a quality experience for the area. I do have a desire to go back, though it’s hard to desire to go back when the quality of service was so poor. I’m not sure why this is. Our waitress seemed nice, so maybe it’s a combination of factors from management to inadequate staffing, or being the holiday. Still, we shouldn’t have been seated if there wasn’t going to be adequate support for a quality experience in dining. I sincerely hope that these problems get fixed in the future as I’d love to come back, which doesn’t seem likely at the moment.

2022-02-23The food is spectacular. Started with the Pom Fritz and then we each had a pizza. Best pizza of my life, will definitely visit again. This is the perfect date night spot. Cherry on top is Jeff the owner is one of the nicest people you will meet.

2022-04-05Id like to meet someone who likes their pancakes. I want to know who hurt them as a child. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 our server was nice, but I had coffee grounds in my coffee and the breakfast was pretty bad. Id recommend maybe only doing dinner.Edit- replying to owner. You served the burned food, the coffee with grounds in the cup, the pancakes that tasted like rubber ( either something was missing or you need a new pancake), and Im supposed to complain to the person in charge? Its an honest review. If you dont want a review like that, dont serve food like that?

2022-05-19Me and my lady enjoyed s very very nice dinner ! Excellent drinks choices, pizza selection and service. The owner took his time to explained drinks, food, background, etc. Very passionate of his place! The bartender was very kind and accommodating. ON PAR with serving three other tables, the bar, and side work to keep bar clean! We will be back and so glad to have dined here!

2021-08-29Sat on patio...dogs allowed..had special dog dish and brought her out water without asking. Food was delicious!! Staff very friendly!! It does take time to get whatever you order because they literally make what you order right then. Ordered gluten free chicken lemon pasta and the gnocci bolonase along with the berry salad. They made it fresh right then. Fabulous
