Beware on Uhaul rentals. Rented online which said unlimited miles and didnt have to buy insurance. Went to pick up and was not unlimited miles and made you buy insurance. Of course no choice cause needed it that day. Out for $$
I have bought 2 cars off sally she is great.. we just went and got another one! Thanks to sally we are able to afford the payments. I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

I bought a car here and havent had major problems just little problems and yes they do take care of ur car no ones perfect but REMEMBER they are used cars not new cars read what ur saying they are very very nice people God Bless them and their hearts and they do help u out and work with u
Do not buy here. They will sell you junk then act nice like they will fix it. Then repo you vehicle and try to charge you to get your stuff back. Horrible to deal with.
The mechanic their is great, pricing was great compared to other places. Even with a busy schedule he got me scheduled in as soon as he could.
I have yet to have a issue with the company and I was told by the company that it is a used car and there maybe issues arise from buying a used vechile and Sallys has a check list they use before saying the vechile

DONT BUY FROM THEM... WE PURCHASED A DODGE DURANGO FROM THEM DROVE IT 2 WKS AND THE 4 WHEEL DRIVE LOCKED UP. HAD THIS FIXED PAID 800.00. HAVE IT BACK HOME FOR 1 DAY AND NOW THE TRANSMISSION IS SLIPPING. NEEDLESS TO SAY THIS TRUCK IS A LEMON!!! WE ARE CONTACTING OUR ATTORNEY AND ALSO STARK SO. PROS.

2020-06-02100% recommend Sally and Associates. Bought a car from them and had nothing but an amazing experience. Everyone in the front of the building was so pleasant and made the entire atmosphere so warming. Wonderful back of building workers as well!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

2015-04-03I have to say that Sally and Associates was a very friendly place to go to. From the moment my husband and I stepped inside the door we was welcomed, greeted, and made to feel very at home with very nice friendly and smiling faces. I am glad we decided to go in and check them out. They were very informational about the vehicles and really seem to care unlike a lot of other businesses that you know they do not care about you as long as they can make a buck. I am very happy with the vehicle i purchased and i would recommend Sally and Associates to anyone. You will not be disappointed in the service you receive. 2020-05-30If i could give less than one star I would die to the fact I had the car 2 days before the transmission started acting up. I took it back in to them they claimed they fixed it and of course they finagled the check engine light off only for it to act up 2 seconds down the road . They say bring it back in a few days later. So not even a week having a car and this horrible situation almost caused me to wreck on the highway with my kids. I tell them take it back and give me some of my deposit but of course they can’t do that not even after such a short time. I would not recommend this place to anyone with children I have 3 and they knew that when they gave me this death trap. BBB or lawyer sounds like the best bet.

2021-11-30I sure hope somebody nominated me for the car giveaway because God knows I need a car with having a ankle replacement and back 2 back surgeries for kidney stones I just cannot bear the city bus or waiting for someone to take me back and forth to doctors and to the grocery store and so on so I pray to God that I am nominated to get this car

2012-10-04We spent 3 months shopping for cars before we found Sally. At every place we spent hours filling out paperwork only to be turned away or approved for a piece of junk! Sally was a breath of fresh air! We got a good car at a price we can afford. Also, they fixed several issues with the car before we brought it home. I recommend them to everyone I hear is looking for a car.
