Would give ZERO if I could!!!!!!!!!! Transfered our freight order to some small carrier after a week and lost half our load! NOTHING BUT RUNAROUND!

Every time I deliver a cross dock here, its generally the same. Get a dock, takes 20-30 minutes before they start. 15 minutes or so, BOL in hand. Cant complain. Only one way in / out so be mindful of that.

Swimming pool ordered from walmart.com to be delivered on May 13, when I called Saia trucking to set up delvery, the 500# package has been lost! Rediculous. I SURE HOPE THE company thad uses them goes elsewhere for service. Poor service. Now trying to get money refunded, over $2000.00 ..everyone lies to me. No one will take care of this.

Hate that my company uses Saia. Always arrives later than other shipping carriers. This time: my shipment was wrong. Denied load. Contacted customer service, whom transferred me to local terminal. I asked to pick up if at terminal since this terminal was only 1 hr away. They were supposed to call me back same day. I had to call them the next day to find out more info. Shipment will supposedly get to me 3 days later than expected. This is keeping my customer from getting their job done. And making my company look bad.

Avoid delivering here if you can. Arrived at 7:40am for 8am apt. They said to park and they will asign me dock at about 10. What is purpouse of apt then. Im going to miss my next pick up for weekend. Broker NFI Logistics said that unloading time here is 4h min and detention is paid for more than for 4h. Ridiculous

It took 8 days to get a 2 day guaranteed shipment. All they do is apologize and say were so sorry for the miscommunication. Not my first bad experience. Ive yet to find a really reliable LTL shipper, but Saia is the worst of a bad bunch.
