Trucks been in the shop for going on 2 weeks they originally told me it would be 3 days tops so much for that but they did give me a rental truck to work so at least thats a good thing
Any type of time frame they give you to have your truck done by double or even triple it
I drive a Ryder Rental truck its been breaking down several times over the past 7 months had to have it towed at least twice and about three or four Road breakdowns they keep telling me that its fixed they keep giving me a different truck they keep blowing me off other than that theyre great

2021-03-03In six years, I can hardly remember a positive experience with this place. They are incompetent and slow. Customer service is as bad as I’ve ever experienced anywhere. I could never recommend them to anyone in good conscience. I am giving one star, but I would actually give zero stars if that was an option.

2019-11-12For the most part drivers have a pretty good experience with the employees, BUT!!! You have one longtime employee that when you go there for fuel he has an issue with topping off your def... You always get questioned how much def you have & he tells you... (oh thats good you dont need any.) The rider you have in Akron those guys are awesome have no problem like that whatsoever they go above and beyond. I dont think the guy is a bad guy he just needs a little more training on this customer service skills.

2019-08-24Okay place. I needed air in my personal truck and the service man was unhelpful. He said he would get in trouble for helping me pump a tire that was below pressure that would have kept me safer on the road.The truck rental is average for a 26 truck.Fuel station, truck wash, and diesel mechanic on deck. Dependable machinery.

2021-05-21Not a bad place but you got to keep up with your service on your vehicle sometime they take too long and do not complete a full inspection of vehicle before returning to customer like testing the equipment and being accurate on times of pickup

2020-02-13THE ABSOLUTE WORST staff i have EVER had to deal with & i am a Professional Driver. They dont know ANYTHING , they dont know WHO knows ANYTHING & have the AUDACITY to be Prejudice. LOUSY facility , my Employer REFUSED to do ANY further business @ The BROOKPARK location. NOT worth 1 star.

2021-08-04You office door saids open at 6am to 1130pm. However for some unknown to the rest of the public reason you don’t seem to open till 730am I’m confused.

2017-12-02This place is terrible. Takes them 3 days to get you a rental truck even tho you call in advanced and tell them you need one and then they expect you to come in on your day off to pick up it up. Then when you go to pick it up the registration is out of date and some of the drive tires are bald. Plus it takes them weeks for you to get your truck back and even then it takes them 2 or 3xs to try to fix whats wrong with your truck before its actually fixed.
