I recommend Ortho Neuro. My whole family has gone there for years and all the doctors are good. Its not such a big conglomerate as one of the other Ortho centers in our city.
Dr. Kleinfelter is very professional and listens to my concerns. While I never enjoy getting cortisone injections, he is very quick and efficient. Highly recommend.
New Albany surgical center and offices are wonderful. Dr. Klinefelter is caring and compassionate and his care for me was excellent. I highly recommend him for any hand issues.

I like dr. K because he is down to earth and smiles a lot. Dr. K made me and my husband feel real comfortable the first time we saw him and a year later when we saw him again. Dr. K answered all of my questions and Im all of my husbands questions.

2022-02-21Dr Klinefelter did a great job on my thumb. It was in a 45 degree angle. It is now straight. My massage therapist said it felt perfect. I highly recommend him to anyone!!!

2021-05-17Dr. Klinefelter is a compassionate, professional and courteous physician. He gives his undivided attention to each of his patients and I never felt rushed. He made sure my privacy and comfort level were always a priority along with being prompt and gentle in his manner. Highly trained and respected in his field and Id gladly see him again if the need arises.

2021-06-09Ive been with Ortho/ Neuro for over 3 decades. Recently visited with Dr. Klinefelter after 4 long years and, again, am completely satisfied with his course of treatment. Less than 24 hours and feel almost back to normal.

2020-07-03Dr Klinefelter did surgery on my wrist a few weeks ago and I’m just blown away with the results. He’s knowledgeable and communicates everything including risk. I really enjoy his keen sense of humor. I was a bit doubtful but he nailed. On my follow up visit 2 weeks after surgery I had full range of motion without pain for the first time in 2 years. If you’re looking at having surgery this is the doctor you want. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Thanks Dr Klinefelter!

2019-10-03Dr. Klinefelter is great. He’s professional, knowledgeable and efficient. His staff is wonderful and they made me comfortable during the surgery process. This is my 2nd procedure on a different finger and I would definitely recommend Dr Klinefelter and his team With my trigger finger issues.

The surgery went well and even though I didnt see the Drs. surgery team they did great too. As well as post-op. Thank you to all of his staff members.

2019-09-17Ive seen Dr. Klinefelter several times for 2 different issues on 2 different fingers.His staff is great. Everybody Ive encountered greeted me with a smile and was very helpful when I had questions. Also, my wait time was minimal.I did not know of Dr. Klinefelter before I called Ortho Neuro needing an appointment because of an injury to my finger. The scheduler gave me an appointment with Dr. Klinefelter, a Hand Specialist and Surgeon. On my 1st appointment he told me a little bit about his life and how it came to be that he decided to be a Hand Surgeon. I never had a doctor tell me how he or she chose their specialty but I found it really interesting how he chose Hands. I really appreciated that and it calmed my anxiety of seeing a doctor I did not know.He then evaluated my injury, gave me a lesson about the nerves in the finger...again I found that interesting.If I ever have anymore injuries to my hands or just have any difficulty with my hands due to aging I will make an appointment only with Dr. Klinefelter.
