I made an appointment. I showed up at Friday at 430 pm as planned. Door locked but work going on inside. Knocked nicely, no response. Knocked louder. Ron, owner opened the door and looked at me menacingly. I asked why the door was locked and he said in an irritated tone that they were trying to finish their work so they could go home to their family. He finished tire repair. I apologized for any misunderstanding and he said it happened all the time🤨. Called today for an oil change. He remembered my car and told me it’s way past time to have my oil changed as it’s at 5 percent and Buick tells them to change oil when it’s 15 percent. Why does my diagnostic pop on at 5 percent I asked. He said he was three weeks out and I needed to have my oil changed elsewhere. I think he has issues with strong women… his poor planning is not my issue. He was pissed that I showed up at my appointment time and banged on his door.

My tire pressure light came on so I took my car to this shop and had him checked my tires pressure. He found out that one of my tires had a nail and he removed the nail and plug the tire. The whole process last 5 minutes and he didnt even charge me for the tire plug! Super nice honest man.

The quality of work was good and this definitely was not the problem, when work was finished the attitude of a employee was so rude that I was shocked and a passer by walking heard the employee and even asked was I had done and I never said two words to him but wouldn’t recommend even if they offered free work
