Rusty Spokes is a great spot and I would highly suggest for anyone looking for a awesome service. I recently went in to get my road bike tuned up for the season. Nick and Kevin did an excellent job, gave great advice, and were extremely fast with their turnaround. I will never go to another bike shop unless I absolutely have to.
Im from out of town leaving to ride the Alleghany pass in pit tomorrow, I needed a rear bag rack and everywhere I went either had one that wont work or none at all, this place had 5 to chose from and their prices were way less then I normally see at a bike shop, like Amazon prices.. the guy working there was super helpful helping me pick the best rack for my bike that has carbon inlays on the rear fork he even rolled out a similar bike to mine to compare since mine wasnt there. Honestly this is why I prefer to shop at small local places. They know their stuff want to help and want you to come back. Dont know if I will ever pass through again so go back for me lol, they deserve your business.
Okay so my wife bought an adult tricycle from Amazon. It came in a hundred pieces I decided to take it to Rusty Spokes to be assembled,best decision Ive made in a long time. Customer service was top notch! The shop atmosphere is amazing,feels like 1993 with all the nostalgia you could ask for. I could literally just hangout all day there a bs with the shop owners. Love this place!
The guys at rusty spokes hooked me up with this sweet gt bmx bike. They let me test ride around the store and outside, and adjusted the bike to my personal liking. Killer price and service. Kevin kept in contact with me all day by text, sending me pictures of the inventory, including measurements. Couldn’t ask for better service, 2 big thumbs up guys! Thanks again.

Like many others, I purchased a bike to get out and do something COVID proof. These guys couldn’t have showed up on the scene here in pataskala at a better time. I needed new wheels and chain for my road bike and they got me fixed up and on the road the same day for a great price. I’m pretty sure they sell black rifle coffee products as well. Keep it up Rusty Spokes!
I have been to bicycle shops in Gahanna, New Albany, and Canal Winchester. Rusty Spokes is by far the best. They listened, made recommendations, repaired, and took the time to explain what all they discovered that may need updated in the future. The work done was exceptionally fast, the price was fair and consistent with what I was charged at the other shops. I am taking my husbands bike next.

DO NOT HESITATE TO USE this BusinessWhen it comes to bikes, Kevin and Nick are the Subject Matter Experts.They truly care about meeting the needs of the customers, and finding solutions to your issue, no matter what level of experience you have.I first got into cycling in 2016. Over the years Nick and Kevin have helped me out of several jams. The Service is always outstanding and exceeds my expectation. They have given and shown me valuable tips on how to service my own bike. Shown me what was done wrong and how to do it Correctly.
Fantastic, super helpful with picking out my new bike, not that they had many left, demand is high and supply is low so I got one of the last ones with more than one speed. Forever my bike shop.

I went to Kevin to discuss a few things about my bike. Ive pondered on adding carbon handlebars to my bike. He guided me towards the Easton EC70 Aero bars. He ordered them on Wednesday and I dropped by bike off on Thursday. I picked the bike up on Monday morning when they opened with the new bars on my bike. The bars look great. I also told him I had a creaking sound which I thought it was my seat. I have been on 3 bike rides since I picked up my bike and I love the bars and no creaking. Great service!!Update: Over 200 miles and I love the handlebars and bike still sounds awesome.

Great bicycle shop which just opened in Pataskala. I just bought a Cannondale Adventure 2 and the two owners walked me through the features of the bike and gave me some riding tips. They helped me put on a new bike rack...great accessories in their shop. They have a great space next to Kroger and do full repairs on every bike they sell. The owners cut their teeth in the bicycle business at Bicycle One in Gahanna. Take my word and stop in to see them...you will be happy you did!
Excellent customer service. Answered questions quickly via Facebook messenger, remembered my name when I came in, very knowledgeable and took care of my issue on time, even came in a bit under the quote. Really cool vibe in the shop too.
Balance bike purchased for our daughter. They threw it on the counter and checked the tires & she rode it home. She was thrilled.

Very helpful and nice group of people. They managed to get a stuck cassette off of my bike which was a miracle. I also bought a new square tapered crankset which looks great.

These guys live and breathe customer service! Quick turnaround on a tune-up for my bike and they bent over backwards trying to get a 20 girls bike in my daughters hands as she outgrew her old one. I wont go anywhere else!

2022-01-29Went in today and met Nick for the first time. Great guy answered any and all questions I had. His knowledge was evident from the start. Really cool guy and shop. Will definitely be doing more business in the future!1/29/22 UPDATENick went above and beyond to help me restore my childhood bike today. I love how hes excited about every bike equally. Every time a customer came in he was excited to see their bike and new what it was immediately. Reasonable prices, straightforward answers and super helpful all around. Highly recommend

2022-03-15My husband and I just bought 2 bikes from Nick at Rusty Spokes Bicycle Co in Pataskala. We told Nick what we were looking for. My husband’s request was pretty straight forward. Me, on the other hand, not so much. I wanted a comfortable bike that didn’t look “old ladyish”. Nick is so knowledgeable, passionate about all things bike related. He’s excited about helping customers and patient with all the questions. He set us up with 2 GREAT bikes and accessories. 2022-07-11I could not figure out the correct order of parts when re-assembling my head tube. After several tries I surrendered and took the bike to Rusty Spokes. Ive bought pedals, grips, tubes, tires and valves from them before but have not taken my bike there for maintenace before. The owner immediately put my bike in the stand, flipped a couple of the head tube components around and fixed it, FREE OF CHARGE! I will be going here from now on when i need my next overhaul.
